Stand and straighten your arms parallel to the ground. Start circling your arms in small and fast movements. First in the forward direction as much as you can and then reverse the direction.

By keeping your stomach tight you can do more circles. Therefore, if you are not comfortable to step into the gym just to burn the arm fat, then these are the workouts you must opt for. Just jump right away to get rid of your saggy arms. 1. Arm Circles.

  • Except you cannot spot reduce fat. If they are trying to build muscle mass in place of that fat mass, that’s okay to do isolation movements. But one cannot spot reduce fat, and there is no such thing as toning without losing total body fat mass around the entire body.

  • I usually like doing each exercise one after the other, then doing 4 rounds of the whole cycle, because the bit of rest each muscle group gets allows me to maintain heavier weights throughout… is there a reason to do 4 of the one exercise before moving onto the next instead?

    So I tried a new routine today.
    Treadmill using an app from the gym I go to (15 min + cool down)
    Abs with only body weight (used a YouTube video)
    Stationary Bike (15 min)
    Arms with weights (THIS YouTube Video and exactly what I needed
    Row Machine 1000 Meters
    Legs Machines

    I feel a bit sore but mostly in my arms.
    I’m looking to stick to this routine for a month but rotating with what part I work on with body weight, weights, and machines.
    Not sure if you have any ab videos or leg videos that incorporate weights, but I’m definitely going to be searching.

  • HI great workout. i am 73 and have been working out for a long time. Love this arm workout because it is simple and targets all areas.
    Just need a modification for the plank one since that is a bit of a stretch for me.

  • omg, I did it last week and my arms was burning after 2 rounds and I literally fell backwards on the plank twist with the dumbbells ����, need to do without them ��I got scared of this workout but I’ll try again tmr until I can finished all 3 rounds ������

I got flabby arms and even my arms so weak, I can only do 1 perfect knee-push up (I take it as progress since it was none) before suffering or at least suffer my form hahaha.   • Hi Roberta, I started this exercise yesterday. But I couldn’t do knees pushups and up up down down. It’s too hard for me, as I’m a beginner. Well I replaced up up down down with plank jacks (because I don’t want to skip any set from this workout) but I also want to master up up down down and knee pushps. Please help me what to do for that.

  • Completed on 2nd Feb 2020. It was fairly easy to do with breaks at perfect times for beginners. Couldn’t do the burpees so I did slow ones.

  • Bob and Brad I’ve lost faith in you because of this video. Thumb nail showed not flab but loose hanging skin. Which is what you get due to the hormonal changes that occur with aging or major weight loss. Now you both know ( don’t you?) that the skin does not have muscles, only minute ones to makes the hairs stand up. The burn you feel is the muscles under the skin and guess what? that loose skin is going to keep hanging there whether you tone your triceps or not. If you are younger and it’s just fat well go for it. If it’s skin that has lost it’s elasticity due to collagen decline forget it. I feel like a crusader on this and have argued with many people. Why? Because it is VERY depressing to put in tons of work, buy gym gear, and do unpleasant exercises because you have been told you ” can go sleeveless in 6 weeks” (there is such a video) It does not work for loose skin. I have done all manner of triceps exercises for many years and if anything they are worse. BTW I am slim, fit and very active and always have been. I felt the burn alright, sometimes I could barely dress myself but the burn was inside the skin just continued to defy me and hang loose. I have done research on this and doctors say the only way to be rid of it is to cut it off. That is why there has been a 252% rise in arm lift surgery, despite the cost, risk and scarring. It is always people that DON’T have the problem that make these videos. I still like you boys though. You seem genuine and are funny.

I’ve been vegan for 2 years with fantastic results, and it irks me that so many people say it absolutely cannot be healthy in the long term.     Hyperthyroid + food allergies you dont khow about once do test since what ever I eat my body reacts badly if its healthy or bad+ shriking sinuses that cases breathing issues+ healthy food dosent do anything to my body = bad combo all at once just imagine all this in the human body �� what worse is Im very sensitive to the heat as this is a side effects hyperthyroid.

    I got so sick last year in hospital I had pneumonia and stayed 2 weeks 24hours oxygen. It took me 1 year for my body to get rid of the lungs filled. Ever since that day my body went out of whack.

    Both my cats died both lovers and both best friends are buried together. Your videos have inspired me alot through my journey ��

    When I was recovering from pneumonia I gave up sugar caffeine etc all at once it was a hell trip all at once.
