  • This could have been great workout but it is obvious that it is too hard for you to workout and explain at the same time. In the end it turns out that due to longer rests we run out of time to complete the workout.. have you considered making intros in advace so that you can breathe during breaks and we could all stick to the clock? That would be awesome.

  • This is the hardest workout I’ve ever attempted. I stopped at the very last circut…the last time I did this I stopped in the middle. Still pausing in between the excersizes. I will get to a place where I am doing this full out no stop. Just have to keep at it!

  • This workout is the best thing ever. I replace the back bows and leg raise things with ab workouts and add in the jump squats before the jumping jacks in the last round since they forgot them in the video and this leaves me drenched in sweat by the end of it. 15 mins a day every day? Totally achievable. If you’re really ambitious you could do this once in the morning and once in the evening

  • i read online that we need to eat 1st or use something else like nutritions,…. enough amino 4 the workout, so we can make sure that the body will not use amino from destroying the muscles to get it.   • Awesome workout. Thank you for explaining how to properly do each exercise. As someone who has to be home most days, it gets difficult to know if your form is correct and a lot of free resources seem to assume you already know. Your videos help me keep a routine but have exercises to be different each routine. I also really appreciate that some of your videos focus on foods as well.

  • This is good but video, but working in the industry and having worked with beginners and overweight, this is not doable and these exercises still put a big amount of stress in the knees and joints

On their website you can watch a useful free video showing the right way to start building notable muscles really fast whilst burning unwanted fat at the same time. Ryan and hundreds of guys with the same goal enjoyed amazing success using this method. Hopefully it will help you as well…

  • I’ve done this work out twice. I threw up 2 minutes before I could finish the video both times. That was freaking awesome. The first time I didn’t eat before hand and the second time I included an orange in my breakfast. I recommend not doing either. But I totally got worked!!

  • I am 44, petite kind of person. I have been doing the tone up videos for the most part and I can tell the difference. My arms, legs, butt, etc look neice. I feel better than ever.

  • My knees make a small popping sound when I do the jump squats is that an issue? I don’t feel any painf and I’ve only ever had the regular workout soreness the day after but wanted to know if anybody else might have the same problem?

  • I’ve just finished this workout. Loved the combination of cardio & abs. As there were no breaks, it was quite tough but manageable

  • 5 kg in pounds is…? oh wait I’ll look it up and post it in this comment.. xD oh wow 11 pounds in a week? or well.. “about” and whats the special diet? do you think it is “required” to lose the 5 kg a week? Or do you think a diet of low-fat yogurt, fruit, vegetables, and unsalted nuts will do good or better?

  • If you’re really pushing yourself, you’d probably burn about 200 calories from the activity alone and another 200 from the afterburn effect.

    It’s hard to give exact numbers, every body is different and it also depends on one’s personal fitness level. Have fun!

  • Honestly xD I lost track of time hahaha I don’t remember which day on the calendar I am on or which week….I’m pretty sure it’s been a month already though and my weight has not changed that much….I weigh myself every week and I seem to stay around 130lbs….there is a little tummy muscle definition and my stomach is flatter…I just don’t understand why my weight is still the same

  • I just finished doing this workout in my home and boy was that a good one, it was just what I needed. I haven’t exercised for a very long time, so I am trying to get back into shape, taking care of my body and my health. Thank you Jo for sharing your love and passion with us. It was so easy to follow your instructions, and just like you said “do this on your own pace” was very helpful. I’m definitely doing this a couple more times. Beginners don’t be afraid, take it slow and rest when you need to. It’s better to exercise for a short period than not too for a long period.

  • NOTE TO EVERYONE: you must do 30min of cardio each day to MAINTAIN CURRENT WEIGHT. So you need to do more than 30mins to see a difference!

  • I figured this would make a nice little morning burn session to get the blood flowing and to shock your body into feeling awake before getting the day started. It is much harder then it looks, and there are easy ways to make it more challenging when your body begins to adapt to what you are doing. Basically,it can be as grueling as you want to make it, with a little creativity.

    This was a great workout and really felt my abs turning on
    But there’s some I can’t so as well like straighten my legs out near the ground while holding them up
    Could I improve this if I just keep doing this workout as a regular daily workout and will this help me do this workout better?

I just want to ask you that I heard that cardio is the best way to burn fat instead of strength training, so does performing your cardio in this video, will it still burn fat bc it’s not intense enough (in my opinion)? or do you recommend me doing another cardio wk? please answer and I love this wk vid of yours! thank you!

  • How the hell are burpees and sprinting in place “no jumping”? I have to do low-impact exercises because I’ve had both hips replaced, and both of those are way too jarring for me to do.

  • LOVED THIS. Can you rank your workouts by toughness (I understand not wanting to do calories as they’re such a trigger for so many people).

  • You’re a great trainer! At first I love the new and complex exercises you have, but the way you encourage the audience to keep going really helps!

  • Wouldn’t recommend for fibromyalgia people. Sore and muscle fatigue for at least 3 days. Counter productive. Felt like good work out though

  • Awesome! I’m starting to put together a morning routine, that includes exercise among other things, and this seems great!
    Although I might alternate it with some other workout routines just to have some variation.
    And thank you for all of your videos, it’s just what I needed!:D

  • Spent the last few months with a subscription service but somehow craved something a little more intense today. Love the new stage. You’re still as insane as I remember!   • So, my boys wanted to do something really short and found this video. Part way into the video I came down to watch them and they were struggling. Of course, they had no idea what boot camp consisted of because they were just looking at the length of time, haha. I told them that they needed to keep it intense and to make every move count because it is only 16 minutes. My boys are 13, 11 and 9 and yes we work out 4-5 days a week, especially now that there’s no sports during this time.

Im going through challenging period new job, new study, hours repair works makes me soo stressed so after almost 3 years of almost nonstop workouts i find my self workout less and less. i didn’t train for 5 days BUT today i did, i dont know if i will tomorrow but today im so proud of myself and im really happy i found your channel and i hope will do more workouts soon!

  • Toned my entire body, increased my metabolism and gave me more confidence!  Excellent workout when you don’t have time for a 40 minute workout

  • Yay for short video work outs that give you a good sweat. I have low motivation working out by myself and when I see 1 hr videos it scares me. 15-20 mins make me feel they’re achievable goals. I rather do two separate 15 min workout videos than one 30 min one lol

  • I just have to say, I normally hate/avoid all cardio but I actually found this workout fun! I was sweating and shaking (doing the moves) by the end! And I can really feel it in my legs today so I know it made a difference!
