  • As your container is smaller, it’ll be more filled than if you used a bigger one and therefore will take longer to bake. I suggest baking it for another 4 to 5 minutes for perfect texture

  • “The Art of Snacking” that was good advice, not taking big bites and making it last. It’s pretty simple and obvious but something that I defiantly need to be more mindful of with snacks. Everything in moderation as the old saying goes.

  • Enjoyed watching this. Good, fun video and lots of tips. Love the peanut butter or abs thing that you said. As in a surplus of calories and “excess fat” will for sure lead to fat gain. You need to get the balance right between protein, fats and carbs don’t you. And great to give people lots of ideas for snacks under 110 calories. Carlos

  • I totally agree…snacking is the challenge, healthy meals easy…getting into the gym working out easy…snackin’ healthy is hard

  • Thanks for uploading useful videos..I am switching to this snacks…your workout video also helps me to reduce my weight.. thanks I have reduced 6kgs as of now….

  • You could also make your own popcorn on the stove, instant pot, or popcorn maker for the microwave ((that’s what I have)) and then dress it by measuring out butter or olive oil and salt it up!! But the point is you can dress it how you want to! I like to snack on fruit and almonds!

  • I’m here because I love to bake shit but no one eats my creations in my house because they like to eat healthy and I get really sad when I’m the only one eating my creations so I thought I would make some for my dad when he comes back from the gym.

  • I’ve made these twice now. They actually taste like normal brownies if you add the chocolate chips, which also make them nice and melty, so do add them. Cook for 13 minutes for really gooey brownies and 15 minutes for firmer ones. It blows my mind just how low-calorie they are. This has absolutely become one of my top favorite recipes ever!

  • I made them but without the chocolate chips, they weren’t as good as I thought they would be, It was very bitter and the aftertaste of oats was very strong and it didn’t taste like brownies at all, not my favorite recipe tbh I didn’t liked them

  • I made these and if you want to enhance the flavor this is what I typically add to my brownies. I did use 1/4 cup almond milk because I think it’s thiccc compared to skim and I’m lactose intolerant. So I add 1 tbs dark brewed coffee, a packet of espresso powder, 1 tbs vanilla extract, and I topped mine with 1 tbs dark chocolate chips. I hope this helped. Have a good day and sum great brownies! ❤

  • I liked your recipe,,, I have many healthy food recipes, I’m uploading my food every day with healthy cooking. Check me.. ❤️ ❤️

  • usually whenever i watch weight loss snack videos i never really find any of them appealing. all of your recipes look so good! i want to try all of them:,D <3

  • Did anyone figure out why it got white at the top after cooling down? Mine did it too. Still taste great for a healthy brownie but I’m just curious. Use all same ingredients but instead of truvia I used swerve. Also I bought some chocolate chips that are 60 cal per tbls no added sugars. I used 2 tbls as well. Made them in a cupcake pan and got 10 cupcakes so according to myfitnesspal it calculated 47 cal per cupcake brownie.

  • I’m liking the snack ideas!! Also, just finished outer banks last Saturday, you two should also watch Waco if you havn’t already, it’s really good.

  • Ooomg i made these brownies today and honestly, they were SO FILLING! I just had one and i physically couldnt eat anymore, but theyre sooo lovely! Can’t believe how lovely they turned out, thanks for the videoo!

  • I don’t do that with ice cream and hate those people too. Along with those that leave a piece of food on their plate, the tiniest piece, just eat it!!!! Lol

  • I tried it but for some reason it came out really bitter and not sweet at all. I’m pretty sure i did the measurements correctly but idk what went wrong. Maybe the stevia brand i used wasn’t as sweet as truvia.

  • Next time poke a tooth pick in the middle of the brownie, if it comes out dirty from the batter it needs a couple more minutes in the oven

  • Tbh I would add 1 more egg and 1 tbs of normal flour, and probably skip the milk, still would be low calorie but would look like real brownies not a pudding

  • has anyone tried these with chocolate protein powder? i’m thinking cut the coco i half and replace it with protein powder since i don’t have sweetener anyway but i’m scared the texture won’t turn out as good. if anyone experimented with it please tell me how it went.

  • Be careful if ur tryna count calories and using Pam spray or olive oil spray and stuff because a tablespoon of that is 200 calories itself and a one second spray is 230 I think I’m not sure. Did u count the oil u used when prepping the pan? Nice video btw I’ll be making these ☺️☺️

  • Steve there is a subscription of snacks tons of them it’s called snack crate they have funny ass videos their thing is the popular snacks from different countries they had one for AU ask Morgan if she thinks they did good on picking the AU snacks

  • I would recommend making a double portion because that one is very small and it definitely isnt 9 large pieces its more like 9 tiny pieces

  • I’m sorry to say that I tried it out and honestly it tastes bad, you should save a cheat day to eat actual brownie if you are trying to keep in track with your weight, but nice video!

  • Future reference, to check if a cake or brownies are done in the middle. Use a toothpick. If the batter sticks to it then they aren’t done. If nothing sticks to it then they are done.

  • Okay so…. just tried to make these and as I was blending everything with the same exact blender it started smelling like it was burning. When I twisted it off to stop it, the entire fucking Neutrabullet shot into the air and chocolate went EVERYWHERE. On my WALLS, on my CEILING, on my FACE AND BODY . Still going to try again tonight but I just needed to get this out there because when I got into the shower it was like the shower head was raining chocolate. Now because I’m scared of that blender I’m just gonna use a food processor in case something like that happens again.

  • Receta en español:

3/4 tazas de yogurth griego (light)
1/4 taza de leche (light y descremada)
1/2 taza de cacao en polvo
    1/2 de avena
    Stevia al gusto
    1 huevo
    Polvo para hornear
    Pizca de sal

YAHM

  • So convenient cuz I literally just made brownies

I guess I’ll make em “healthy” next time
.. Since my FBI agent is looking out for me ig

  • i’m a professional baker. Just made this. its not obviously not as enjoyable as a real brownie. its more like fudge. not bad at all. substitute a whole egg with 3 tbs of egg whites, soy with almond milk. add a bit of cinnamon and if you have it a pinch of instant coffee. otherwise great recipe. mine came out to be 425 calories for the whole thing. if you have extra calories to spare must top with a bit of powdered peanut butter. note zero calorie sugar is not zero calories more like 2-3 calories a serving.

  • Your pan is smaller so your brownies are thicker meaning you need to bake them longer. That’s why the middle isn’t done. Five or ten more minutes

  • Finally someone who knows about the correlation between “healthy” and “low calorie”! I was getting tired of finding “protein peanut butter” recipes, which are all higher in fats and ridiculously high in calories

  • I liked your snacks and loved the music you used in the video. What is the name of the song in the video that sounds like a saxophone playing?

  • Hey!! I wanted to tell you that in Spain we have a desert that is basically the same as your last recipe and they’re called “tortas de aceite”. They’re really good but they’re made with olive oil and usually have anise.

  • I just wanna say, if you’re on this video because your on keto, DO NOT EAT THE CARROT CAKE SLICES. Carrots are surprisingly high carb, and turn into glucose quicker than most vegetables.

  • I’m not sure if this is for desserts as well, but when I make lasagna I first cover the mold with foil then remove it so that the top gets crisp.

  • I do love this video & wow it’s so awesome & creative for you to do vegan/non vegan. I’d like to add, the first snack isn’t low calorie in my opinion, 188 for vegan 167 for non vegan plus 130 in graham crackers or 23 for a rice thin still makes them both around 200 or more depending what you choose, It is lower than an average dessert yes & I do like the creativity of the video but I would just say lower calorie version of great snacks not “low calorie” but again only my opinion I did highly appreciate the video!

  • So delicious the ice cream I made banana ice cream but the banana was way to door and I added peanut butter but for mme the taste was to heavy so probably Will make this one

  • Ooo this is the very first video I’ve ever watched of her. She’s so bright and uplifting especially during these times of disconnecting from people and concerns about our health. It’s wholesome videos like these that brighten a day of feeling alone.

  • My mom keeps telling me we have plenty of food and that we need to eat the food we have before she buys more, but all we have in the fridge is 2 onions, some ketchup, jar of pickles, and some ranch

  • So I made the carrot cake today and it tasted terrible! I did everything the exactly the same and used the exact same ingredients, i can’t even describe the taste after it was cooked but it tasted weird like the protein powder reacted badly and made it really tart is that normal?.. the icing was delicious tho!

  • why do i always watch videos like this when im not having cravings and just end up forgetting when i acctually have Them and just eating a Big bag of chips

  • I have made and tried these all. My favourite is the lemon mousse. It really does taste like a lemon cheesecake but without the base. Have to think of a low calorie base to go with it. Yum yum!

  • Love this video! Your attitude to your channel is so positive and you always make me smile. Please can you do more low calorie breakfasts and desserts and cooking videos. I would love that so much. Thanks x

  • Thought I’d add some conversions for the US peeps and write down the instructions so it’s easier to follow (some might not be exact but close enough):
This is just for the carrot cake since it’s the one I’m trying for now:)
    Wet ingredients:
    1 egg
    1/4 cup egg whites
1/5 cup sugar free maple syrup
    1/5 cup yogurt
    Dry ingredients:
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/3 cup protein powder
    Lots of cinnamon
    3/4 cup shredded carrots
    Preheat oven to 320F
    Grate carrots
    Mix wet ingredients
Mix dry ingredients (add a bit of stevia)
    Add wet ingredients into dry
    Add shredded carrots
Add a sprinkle of baking powder and almost milk
    Bake for 25-30 mins
Mix 2/3 cup yogurt, 1/8 cup ricotta/cream cheese, 2 tsp honey, & cinnamon, put in fridge while cake bakes

  • I’ve personally made the cup cheese ‘cake’, it’s more like a spongey mousse, very good though! I’ve also made the carrot cakes supplementing fiber for the protein powder. Needless to say they came out very good

  • What i found that helped me lose weight and made me feel full was steamed carrots, zucchini, and broccoli, after they are done steaming, cool them down, it’s better to eat it cold, then add 1 teaspoon of oil, 2 gloves of garlic crushed, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a full lemon, may depend on how much vegetables there are, but its amazing

  • I have been looking for healthy desserts but no one actually makea good stuff. Ur reciepes r amazing u just gained a new subscriber

  • Just made the mini cheesecake (used raspberry instead of lemon) and it’s SO SO good! also subbed cottage cheese for ricotta (what I had on hand) and it came out to only 67 cal/portion and 10.8 grams of protein per serving. DEFINITELY going to be making that one again. Thanks for the recipes!

  • Thank you for these recipes. Just started counting my macros and I love sweet snacks! This is going to help me with those cravings

  • Hi! My packet of the Jell-O stuff (in from America so it’s the same thing as the jelly) isn’t in little packets, so how much is in half a sachet if your jelly stuff?

  • Could you please do a recipe of you making an actual whole cheesecake with the crust and everything using a similar method to what you did here?

  • Questionif i dont use the protein powder in the carrot cake is it going to turn out bad?

Edit: tried it without the protein powder! It tastes amazing

  • These are perfect who wants to get in shape for going back to school! i reccomend home court if you are a kid and want to loose a little weight! you can burn like 15 calories a minute! Remember to eat healthy!

  • Hello, I am from Poland and we probably have a different sizes of the jelly, how many grams did you add for the half cup of water? Thank you and love your video!

  • My favourite healthy snack, I take one and a half frozen bananas, preferably ripe, they are sweeter, add about 10 mls or brewed coffee, some vanilla extract, 2 table spoons of unsweatened cocoa powder. And mix in a food processor. BEST THING EVER! and it’s about 180 calories

  • You should do more of these with various foods! I’m sending this out to a lot of people so they learn!! Thanks so much for the post!!

  • And 1 Tablespoon (14-15g) of Mayo is also 100 calories.  When eating out, order without it and put it on yourself to make sure they can easily put 2 TBSP on your burger/chicken/etc…

  • love this visualization. 100 calories is not 100 calories when you think of the volume of food you can eat if you chose the right 100 calorie food. I was wishing someone would do this as a way to help people make better choices. great concept

  • 112 grams of tuna? What magic tuna is that? Low protein tuna? Cause the protein content alone is more than 100 calories per 100 grams, at least the tune I’ve got.
