  • The way they talk during the workout is very irritating for me. But this low impact workout is the best one. I find this the perfect everyday workout.

  • Moves are great however this is not for beginners. Instructor didn’t take into account that there may be beginners not familiar or offer alternate moves. Moves are fast and the instructor looks like she’s dancing to be seen not teaching. It’s a fun video for Teens. Need to make that statement in the beginning. I couldn’t see older beginners doing this although the music may temp them to try. Be careful.

  • i’ve genuinely never been more excited and motivated to do a workout. i tried another one that was a very typical at home follow along workout and i was so upset that i couldn’t follow along i started crying (multiple times) throughout it. i’ve tried countless other “beginner workouts” and i’m not even gonna lie they suck and any endorphins i get from moving around are completely ruined by how uncomfortable i am while doing them. now i might cry because i actually found something that works for me and i’m having fun while doing it. it’s a disaster because i’ve never danced before a day in my life but god damnit i’m gonna learn this one! very very happy right now ☺️

  • This is my absolute favorite cardio video ever

    I was able to complete it with no extra breaks except for a few for water. (they were only 10-15 seconds for water breaks… keep hydrated!)
    I will definitely be doing this more in the future on my daily workouts.

  • I had so much fun doing this workout! Couldn’t find a physical activity that could be fun for me so long because monotonous movements quickly bore me and then I remembered one thing I enjoy dancing! Hip-hop really revives every nerve and brings smiles to your face. I warmly recommend it to anyone who has fallen into the vicious circle of laziness. Not only is it fun, but it’s also healthy for your body. And don’t worry, the movements don’t have to be perfect it’s just important to move!

  • I have been working out for a week straight so far! This video has really helped me discipline myself and stay consistent. It doesn’t feel like a workout ���� but it does feel like a workout ����. Great Video can’t wait to do the others!

  • my depression’s been hitting hard lately and i’m finally done with sitting around and waiting for something to magically fooking happen and cure my depression. if one like/comment = one more day of working out i’d appreciate it so much. i swear this isn’t a beg for likes, it’s just that if i think of it like “oh, someone is helping me to achieve my goal, i can’t let them down” i will actually keep going and pushing.

  • Here cause the chloe ting didnt work for me, its too intense and i felt like i wasnt doing enough(i wasnt doing the moves properly)
    This is more fun and you think less about working out and also its less dangerous when its your first time lol.

  • this is amazing! a lot of fun. I ACTUALLY enjoy the process of dancing even I cannot keep up with them, instead of thinking the reason why I came here-for losing weight.

  • This is the most annoying workout ever. They’re all talking at the same time and talking over one another. The two in the back don’t need to speak at all just exercise but they all putting their two cents in all at once.
