Genevieve’s Transformation Story: Healthy, Happy & 107 lbs Down Hello Kelli and Daniel, I wanted to share my transformation story with you both, because without your help I would have never gotten here. My name is Genevieve, and because of your workout videos, motivation, and advice, I have lost 106 pounds and am still losing weight. If you’re like any of the women in these incredible weight-loss transformation stories, you’ve struggled with hitting walls while trying to drop pounds and, at least once or twice, felt the.

Peterson, now 198 lbs., ended up dropping 82 lbs. during the 150-day transformation contest, called the 1st Phorm Transphormation Challenge — and he won the $50,000 grand prize. Tameika has lost nearly 100 pounds and has turned her healthy lifestyle into a business as a personal trainer. 200 Down, 20 to Go Pancho has lost 218 pounds. After struggling to lose weight, Megan Faraday tried “lazy keto,” tracked her portion sizes with a food scale, and worked out 3-5 times a week to drop 107 lbs.

Imagine looking down at the scale and seeing the number 653 staring back at you. That was Jesse’s life a few short years ago. With the support of the Bodybuilding.com community, he was able to shed 350 pounds and regain control. See Jesse’s transformation.

2. John Glaude. See these inspirational weight loss stories, including real before and after photos. Weight loss doesn’t happen just by amping up your cardio and turning down every single dessert. Here, real women share the biggest motivators in their weight-loss journeys and the keys to actually achieving their health goals. This Mom Lost 107 Pounds.

I now run a Christian weight loss program called Faithful Finish Lines 2.0 (along with my partner Sara from The Holy Mess who has also lost 100 pounds!) that lays out a step-by-step, grace-based way to lose weight for women stuck in their own weight loss journey, in that cycle of yo-yo dieting and emotional eating, find freedom in Christ by. This fit and fab self-proclaimed selfie queen is killing the ‘gram with her incredible transformation that bumped her down from 202 pounds to 175! She keeps her body lean by doing a lot of cardio as well as grilling up chicken wings or throwing together a scrumptious-looking curry shrimp salad with spinach—some of our best proteins for weight. As we finish up 2018 and prepare to start fresh next year, losing weight will likely be on people’s minds. Last year, weight loss (tied with being a better person) was the top New Year’s Resolution, according to a Marist poll, and the year before, weight loss and exercising more tied for second place..

However, losing weight can be tough, especially without outside inspiration.

  • I always wondered, these people must have near superhuman bone density to body weight ratio after losing all of that weight.
The skeletal structure had to adapt to lugging around all that weight for years, and that doesn’t go away quickly.

  • I don’t feel any sympathy for these ppl at some point they should’ve seen themselves and said this is getting too much but getting to 600 pounds is ridiculous and no fat ppl should think they r big and beautiful

  • Came to find motivation to lose the last 15lbs I need to lose. Still don’t understand how a person can be over 600lbs, but good on them for making the change.

  • Thank you Lisa. You have given me so many good ideas re: what to eat. I am happy you are feeling good and I want to wake up and feel good. I still ride my horses and stay active but my joints are hurting. It’s time to rethink my pre-menopause diet. We are heading to Bald Head Island for two weeks at the end of the month. So looking forward to it. xo, Cowgirl Deb

  • This video is definitely great! It helps me recall of the time when my wife used Custokebon Secrets to get rid of 16 lbs and enjoy being healthy again! Most people wish to lose fat, but we also need to stay healthy, and that is what Custokebon Secrets gifted.

  • Hi there, have you thought about this kind of diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My work buddy says it helps people lost lots of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed numerous good review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • I always worry about some participants swapping an obsession with eating to an obsession with not eating. Idk, i feel like if your life is so centered around food for so long there’s a real danger of sling-shotting in the other direction

  • Fact:All those Lazy peaople who says its hard to lose weight they love to eat tomuch and are not wiling to put the work on to lose weight

  • I like that this show is about health and not just weight loss. It’s about loosing it and keeping it off and about how mental health impacts weight.

  • What does it say about our society when average Joe is judged more than 3x average Joe, who started off 3x the size of average Joe, but lost that weight and became average Joe, but celebrated?

You should all feel ashamed celebrating them. Average Joe still gets mocked. But these fat custards still get rewards; cash even.

Our society is so stupid it’s stupid.

  • Watching this in Lock down here in the UK. Great story. I eat and drink once every 23hrs daily most days.
    Never felt better.
    Stay safe everyone

  • A lot of tuna, a little bit of hamburger meat, eggs, a lot of vegetables, fruit, 3 to 5 gallons of Water a day and Walk 2 to 3 miles 5times a week inn 9 months, from 6’2″ 315 to 220, size 44 down to 36 with a belt, 20 more pounds to go, My goal is to weigh 200 and size 34, Main goal is to keep the weight off, 45 years old this year

  • I’m 128lb and I’m trying to get back to 112lb. I’d be absolutely shattered on their places. I don’t think I’d be strong enough to lose all that weight they lost.

  • Hello glad I stumbled upon you. I am 32yrs old, Mother of 5 precious children, have to take synthroid because of my low thyroid. I am having the hardest time losing weight since my last baby. I weigh 140, and want to weigh 120. I have lost weight in the past by only drinking water, and eating 3 hard boiled eggs a day…I have lost weight this way but know it is so unhealthy and I feel so miserable doing so, having no energy and yet still making meals for my kids. I want to lose weight, but in a healthy way and it’s very frustrating because I truly eat very healthy! HELP!!!!

  • Im about 3 pounds overweight for my height and I feel disgusting lol. I watch these creatures and I feel much better about my size 34 jeans up from 32 lol they never look normal again even after losing the weight. This is mental illness.

  • I’m so excited to share my story with you and these updates. If you have any questions, comment below and I’ll be answering them:) Love you girls!

  • I can relate to many of your issues regarding stomach pain and IBS. I, too, believe all of my issues are hormone related and have recently decided to try eating a Keto diet. I’m feeling better but have discovered that I Can Not eat avocados due to the HIGH HISTAMINES! Histamines cause inflammation. I get terrible stomach pain so be careful if you find that you are getting odd stomach pain after eating them. Good luck!

  • I love your bubbly personality! Thank you for your story:) What are your thoughts on carb cycling? Just another fad diet? Or is it useful?

  • I’m at my all time heaviest weight. I’m miserable in my own skin. I have tried so many times.. And I drop a few pounds then gain them back and then some.. Im at a loss..

  • Thank you for your encouragement. I’m 45 years old. I am the Mother of 11 children & have 8 beautiful grandchildren. I am at my highest weight ever & weigh more now than I did when I was 9 months pregnant with my last daughter. I am 5ft 5 & I’m currently 191 lbs! My husband is a wonderful support and he tells me that I’m beautiful every single day, but I don’t feel beautiful. I feel like I’ve let myself go so much. O have rheumatoid & osteoarthritis & don’t feel like moving some days, but I know that moving is what will help me lose the weight & losing the weight will help me feel better physically. My new why is not because I want to look beautiful for my husband if 30 years, it’s because I want to be healthy enough to enjoy my life with him, my children and my grandchildren. I want to be able to spend time with them, without feeling so exausted. I want to be a better example for them, so they don’t do the same thing to their body & health.
I have a new why & new motivation today. Today is the start of a new journey to better health.

  • Thank you for doing these videos. This one is so inspiring. I suffer from thyroid problems and yes i am 45 LBS over. You make me feel as if i could do better.

  • When you were speaking about your childhood body image it reminds me on myself. I am going into 7th grade, and you are motivating me so much.

  • I have watched so many weight loss videos and this one by far has to be my favorite. You talk about every aspect of weight loss, especially being in a good place mentally. Everything about your content is truly relatable, real and inspirational THANK YOU!!

  • So sad that woman’s husband wanted her to live unhealthy by weighing what she did. She is in a more healthy relationship. I would hate to have a husband that didn’t want me to be independent and do things myself without depending on him.

  • I feel like it’s so difficult to track what I eat because as soon as I start thinking about what I eat I start restricting way too much. I just feel like it’s so difficult to have a healthy relationship with food

  • That is so wonderful that you met your partner when you were a little bigger. I’m coming out of my separation with my husband and gained depression and anxiety weight, stopped moving, and gave myself a pass to eat my feelings. Before the separation I was working out 4x a week, eating well, and in shape. Being separated and gaining weight I fell in love with a person who fell in love with ME. Not the way I looked on the outside but who I was on the inside. He would tell me it doesn’t matter your size because I love who you are. WOW! My whole life when I was slim and fit guys mostly was only interested in my body and not my mind but here is a guy who chooses to love my mind and then what follows is him loving my body even at its worst. This is inspiration for me!!! Oh and my current partner is a keeper.

  • I’m really inspired by this video, it’s so real and honest and relatable. I’m trying to start my own health journey this year and was curious as to what fitness routine/workouts you followed. Thank you so much, you look amazing, keep workin hard!

  • NEW FAVORITE YOUTUBER IM CRYING RN it’s been very hard for me to feel happy and lose weight especially since I struggled with my own hypothyroidism which I haven’t seen ANYONE make a video about till now so nothing would really work tysm

  • my biggest problem is to not know where to start…..and my aunt and mom just push me even more and now i have depression cause i look older than my age and it drives me insane

  • Anyone have more weight loss tips? I have thyroiditis, 5’0, and have done hot yoga in the past and within a month I went from 145 to 118-120. I started again last year and went from 145 to only 130. Anyone have any tips? I was doing 13hrs a week to no avail, did the gym but that just kept it the same too.

  • I started in July 2019 at 197lbs, 5’6”. Currently 143lbs and still in progress! It’s a long journey, but I feel so much better and it’s Youtubers like you that help me stay motivated. So thank you!

  • I’m currently at my heaviest I have ever been 180, I’ve always been super inconsistent with working out and eating healthy and have gotten to the point when I just feel super discouraged and frustrated. I just found your channel and absolutely love it. I can’t wait to start my journey now.

  • I am 15 years old, and one day in the beginning of quarantine, I just said, I don’t want to live like this anymore. 4 months ago I was 165lbs, and now I’m 138lbs and I’m trying to lose 10-15 more pounds, but I want to, and want to continue. And watching you has really helped me.

  • You have inspired me so much! I have now changed my mindset about my body. I no longer wanna lose weight or look better in clothes but I want to feel better in my body and feel comfy wearing what I want. Hopefully now this is a goal I will stick to. And it really excites me. Thank you for sharing your story and I will come back soon to let you know my results! Ly!

  • Talks too much about herself and repeats herself trying to stretch time of video…why do all these videos so that?? It takes them an hour to get to the point and then at the end it such a disappointment..they normally ask for money!!! To tell their secret!! Or like this one half the video is through and she still hasn’t told you anything worthwhile….don’t know if I have patience to see if she gets to the point

  • Hi…I saw ur content, I like it and I’d like to work with you….
I have an interesting offer for you and and help grow ur channel up to 10k or more

  • Thank you!!!! I can relate to you I had a major blow out with my father and I felt really bad and he is the kindest soul in the world…… I think I found my why today watching your video and have been thinking about it for a few days but today it went off like a bulb to me it to start loving myself like the way love everyone in my and showing the same kinda effort and love to myself that I would to others even sometimes to ones who don’t understand it or reciprocate. Thank you so much making me understand that ❤️ it’s the biggest deal I have been looking for the why for so long now thank you

  • I have almost the exact same body shape and size as you did in your before pics, so your success story is encouraging! Im just a couple inches taller. I have recently lost 7 pounds so I’m on my way!

  • I wish I could of seen this video two yrs ago. I have struggle with my weight all my life. Ive tried diet pills, purchased packaged food, starved myself and got a membership. But I couldnt figure out why. Seeing this video has help me figure out where I kind of went wrong. Thank you for this video. I must first learn to cherish my body and love myself. I’m going to start my setting small goals and take it from there. A million thanks!!!!!

  • I just did one of your workouts on Pop Sugar today and I loved it! I’m just at the beginning of my journey. Quarantine was tough and I gained weight and didn’t feel good about myself, but I finally started a workout routine. Looking forward to doing more of your videos!

  • Finding your why means a will power method. Just don’t eat for 16 continous hours a day. The other 8 you can eat anything until you are full enough to skip the next 16 hours. You’ll effortlessly and easily drop 2 pounds a week without hunger, and never develop diabetes.

  • This video is very motivating:). I have PCOS too and I’m trying to lose weight… It’s really really nice to have people that understand.

  • It’s July 12th, 2020. I would like to lose a good portion of body fat by October 12th, 2020. My challenge on top will be to not look at the scale at all even when I see myself losing the weight, I will not do regular “ab checks” and I will shift my focus to the goal of releasing all of those endorphins I feel from exercising! I don’t care about being buff, I just want to feel that charged feeling from moving my body every day.

  • I am 155 and 5’6″ and I want to get to 135 lb!! Started 2 days ago with diet and exercise. Thanks for the inspiration btw you are GORGEOUS and love your home decor also

  • Thanks for your diet tips. My daughter in law lost over 50 pounds since the Covid started. She loves it and looks great. I may have to give this a try soon. Right no I’m going through a lot of tests so I’ll mention it to my doctor. Maybe it dill help instead of another medicine. You look great in that red dress hugs, Susie

  • Hi Lisa, Longtime subbie (10 yrs +, since my college days) here! I’m starting my keto/low carb journey alongside you! Did you see, Dr. Berg just released a video on keto pizza:)) He made the crust from cauliflower, cheese, and eggs. It looks very promising

  • One of my favorite sides is coleslaw, chopped up cabbage, with chopped up pickles (whatever is in the fridge) a good dollop of mayo, with a splash of pickle juice to thin it and coarse salt and pepper. I could eat that everyday.

  • I am so happy for you! Woohoo! You go girl

    I’m currently 177 pounds (80 kg) diagnosed Hashimoto’s thyroiditis:(
I’ve been making changes for 2 months now, no weight loss
Doing all I can do & eating organic. Cut out dairy, gluten, soy, seeds etc… not giving up! Hopefully will see results soons Xx

  • Thanks for sharing your story and your spirit:-) really inspiring. I heard a TED talk similar to yours, to do big achievements, do a little every day, be committed to that, your story resonates because it’s also TRUE.

  • I got my Thyroid removed in January 2008 and have been frustrated with my weight in the last three years. I did have a trainer to help me with the weight gain for four years which did help me lose but I am not clear how to sustain it. I do have a naturopath that I work with here in Toronto, Canada but my weight has gone up to 208 pounds. I miss my 175 or 149 before the thyroid was removed. I am glad I came upon this Youtube Channel and glad to hear someone else is in the same situation. Thank you for sharing your story. I’m looking for a support group with people in the same situation too.

  • Look, I usually mind my own business and try not to judge people for being “into” odd things, but when you start messing up your spouse’s mental and physical health for a f3tish, that isn’t ok. And I get that the husband didn’t make her gain all that weight, but he was discouraging her from making a healthy lifestyle change and getting her freedom back.

  • I started at 131 and I was at 121 a few days ago. I suspect I probably regained 1 or two pounds since then but it’s only a momentary set back. I want to get to 110 bc that’s the avg for my height and age.

  • I’ve always fought with my weight. I wanted to model…plus size modeling.. at one point in my life…my mom told me “why can’t you be a regular model and lose weight”… My parents hurt me the most about my weight. You are lucky you have supportive parents.

  • Thank you for shareing your story I’ve been go through the same.. bullying, depression, rygb operation (i was 18 at that time and I lost 60 kg)
My life also changed a lot and be happy with yourself is most important let’s keep going

  • I watched this video after crying, looking at myself in the mirror and thinking why why why, I’m working so hard, but this weight is so stubborn. It’s a really sincere, honest video with information everybody wants to know like:timelines, how many pounds and etc. Thank you so much! I also feel I need a community, because so far I even feel shy to make a post on instagram, cause what if people gonna laugh, what if I fail and everybody will know. My family is pretty annoyed with my nutrition changes, so.. I can relate to everything you say and hope to achieve my goal just like you did!!!

  • After 3+ decades of trying to lose weight and doing every diet under the sun, I finally stumbled upon low carb keto. It’s the only thing that works for me. 3 weeks down 11lbs, I never feel hungry and have more energy, and I have not had a migraine since I began it. Fat shaming can be soul destroying, I had my share.

  • You are my legit inspiration from this one video alone. I’m currently 165 lbs on a bad day, 5’5″ and it. affects. everything I do!

I’m hoping and happy to learn all I can from you. Thanks for sharing! <3

  • Agree with Paula. Considering the following healthproblems from obesity it’s sort of strange there aren’t treatment programs like the ones for instance Day Top have for drug abusers. And especially when it concerns children.

  • When I watch these clips I think that there may be something wrong with me. If I gain 5 pounds at 130, I feel like a slob and a failure. I do not know why. I admire the positivity of these people who go through so much.

  • Amber’s half Italian!! I know cause she said it on her episode!! And. I have Italian in me also, so I could see why she fell out with the production team!!
