  • I’m gonna try this for a week and try to eat healthier
Day 1: I did most of it I probably skipped 2-3 mins also hope I don’t die

  • Okay guys im starting this workout today!! I’ve been doing the Chloe Ting 2 week shred challenge and i went from 52 kg to 49!!

  • Who is following her workout plans?‍♀ I started with her beginner’s plan (i dont workout at all b4 tis) then after 3 weeks i was like i think i can handle her 30mins plan but after this i was like omg so hard however i’m gonna keep going for those who is reading this keep up ur doing great ‍♀‍♀ we can do it!!

  • Is this going to bulk up my legs? Also is there anyone who did this for like 2 weeks or more and noticed fat loss? Sorry its a stupid question but im really picky when it comes to workout videos…im scared that it wont help me lose fat and i really need that because my legs are my biggest insecurity

  • I recently discovered your channel while looking for no impact workouts I can do with my boyfriend while we’re stuck at home. You have been a lifesaver! Thanks for keeping me moving, and I love your positive energy and message.

  • Used to love doing this daily UNTIL the adverts which can’t be skipped starting playing throughout, not during the breaks. Such a shame

  • I almost died wtfff. After trying Chloe Ting’s programs (I love her sm) for almost 3-4 months, I decided to try Pamela’s weekly program for the first time. And I swear, this is HARD.

I really enjoyed Chloe’s workouts and they made me stronger than I think I was capable of, but I do love a challenge from time to time ;)) And how Pamela isn’t dying with no breaks in between is just

  • The only bad thing about this Workout is the fact that u don’t even give 10 sec for the person to change their position so I end up loosing some of the count or pausing and then coming back ( u get me it’s kinda confusing) other than that loved it very engaging keep it up

  • YES MORE HIIT WORKOUT PLEASE!! I’m talking 20-30 min HARDCORE stuff (we need that after holiday-style binge eating)!! Love you Pam A month ago I couldn’t do this one without extra rests but now it’s getting easy (ok slightly easiER….:))

  • bear in mind i have asthma day 1: i did half the workout and ended up needing my inhaler so i didnt want to push it. day 2:

  • Maybe it’s just me but the first half felt like a breeze and I barely sweat, but manthe second half got me and I was just sweating lol

I’ll do this along with the 10 minute calorie killer as my morning exercise and do one of her workouts that target specific areas in alternate days every afternoon cause I feel like I let myself go this past few weeks lol.

I did this one a few days ago but this is day One.

Day 1: √ (waistline: 27 inches | it was 25 a couple weeks ago so I want it to go back to that)
Day 2: √ (Odd, it’s easier now and I wasn’t sweating that much)
Day 3: (Active rest day. I’ll continue tomorrow. Oh, and I did 5 minutes of jump rope.)
Day 4: (Waistline is now 26 inches. I’ll change to another workout routine that’s one hour long. So I won’t be continuing this, but I’m happy that I lost an inch in just 4 days even tho I’m bloated cause of my period lol, sorry for being tmi)

  • IT GETS A LITTLE EASIER!!! I’m on day four, and I’m still sweating like a pig, BUT my stomach is flatter and I did this (and the inner outter thigh video) in full! I’m so happy! Y’all, you can do it

  • It’s been like 5 weeks since I started exercising, and I’m so proud of myself for going from those exercising apps, to Chloe ting, to a lot of YouTubers, and now to do this without pausing

  • I lift heavy regularly and now with the quarentine, I was looking for something challenging but not too cardio-yy…lol This was great and totally challenged me. Lookking forward to trying out more workout videos.

  • I am telling you guys after like two times of doing this you need to add like a backpack with a little bit of stuff in it the more time you do it and trust me this will give you some serious benefits in the long run. If you want to be a champion add some extra weight.

  • ii fellt so good..this bestwork didn’t felt like insane..but enjoyed..its doable……finally at last u feel good and achievable…

  • Could you maybe do a workout for really really unfit beginners. I’m overweight and I found myself simplifying every one but love the workout

  • Great Workout. I’m making this a regular in my routine. Also can’t get the songs out of my head. Did you create them or do they have a name to look up?

  • I’ve been doing this for one and half months now, 3 days a week with 1 day set for all my junk cravings. No noticable results yet but I can feel my endurance skyrocketed within weeks. I couldn’t do more than 10 mins without taking 2-3 mins rest break on my first week and used to be frustrated when I have to workout and try to give up the last 3 mins of the workout. Don’t give up even if you dont see any results cause now I can do the entire full body workout in the video with just the given rest breaks without any issue. Hopefully I’ll see physical results in few months! I’ll keep y’all updated. This dude is legit, I’ve never hit gym in my life, looking forward to more routines in the future man. Thanks

  • Yesterday I finally managed to finish the 20 min one and then i said let’s try the 30 min one before i start i was saying that I am gonna do only 20 min but when I finished 20min of it said come on I can finish that and I did by the way the workouts are so good thanks

  • I was doing some online workout classes from last 1.5 months and i must say this is kinda best 30 min workout session with you man.

  • started my working out with this, I only made it halfway because i couldn’t push my body any further. Today though a made it a little further before me body gave out. I will get my body prepared for the military so i can be a EOD!

  • Just did your new 10 minute stretch routine + this workout this morning.. great combination I’m feeling great to start my day. Thank you again!

  • Very likeable instructor. Thank you. There should be a warning: “Watch your step. You may slip on your sweat!” I am going to do this once a week and see how I progress with it. Ugh!

  • like 10 seconds of intro and straight into it. I searched “no equipment hiit workout” and saw this. Idk if its technically hiit but it is exactly what i was looking for. thanks for making good content. When you make good content you dont have to tell people to like and subscribe

  • Done both the 20 and 30 mins today…Will try and do both everyday as well as the others..5 min Chest is also great! Trying to incorporate as many routines to mix it up!
    Keep up the amazing work

  • Thank You for being a positive influence and force! I’ve become a stronger and healthier person from your vids and advice. Thanks for this… giving some hope in these tough times.

  • @Bullyjuice I am doing your 20 minute workout routine for past one week. Really enjoying it. The video and audio complement each other. However, the music in your 30 minute workout is not complementing the video. Can you repost video with the same music you used in 20 minute workout routine. It would be great to hear such music and workout. If possible can you can in some motivating music in the video which gives extra boost for workout.

  • This was my first HIIT workout, and I really liked the same 3 moves after another. Usually I will get tired and quit after 1/3 or 2/3 through a workout, but this set-up encouraged me to go until the end

  • Great workout Mr. Juice! The track sets a great pace and you are totally motivational without saying a word. Nods and thumbs up keep me going more than someone screaming through the monitor. Hopefully you can do some more 30 min full body workouts.

  • Oooooo this workout had a lil different feel to it. Loved it. Reminded me of my crossfit MMA days. Appreciate what u dooooooo +)

  • I love your workout….as I’m locked inside home your workout gvs me soooo much positive energy…thanks you guys love you guys!!!

  • Hello. It has been about two months since I started taking your workouts. It’s been great. However, perhaps you have to edit this particular video around the 29 minutes time stamp. This round we only did 2 sets instead of 4 sets. Thank you for the very challenging but giving a lot of options in order to personalize it. Best of all, I like how Coach Kozak get drench with sweat together with everyone taking. Kudos!

  • Best workout I like that you have no equipment workouts I love the weights workouts the best but been travelling so can’t do those. You guys need to make new videos you are the best on YouTube no nonsense just straight to the workouts and they are fun and creative too!!

  • Absolutely love your guys’ workouts, but, I would prefer to have all the ads in a huge chunk in the beginning of the video or at the end because they pop up in the middle of a set and completely throw off the timing ‍♂️ otherwise your format is fantastic.

  • I am so happy to complete the entire workout without doing any of the modification and also without even taking any extra breaks!

  • Your workouts are challenging and fun your the only YouTube Channel I can do everyday your not annoying and straight to the point!!

  • Loved this workout. Pushes me, total body and modifications for my bad knees. Saving this one and subscribed!

  • Day 1. I did it. I like your videos, it isn’t flashy, it is challenging and motivating. I went from a size 6 to 10 in 2 years. I am determined to do this every day. Thank you!

  • It’s rainy here today so i cannot go running. I decided to do this instead. What a great intense sweaty workout phew!!
Gonna do this on daily now. Thank you Pamela!!!!

  • Your work-outs are life-savers with all the time I’m spending indoors.

Love both your positive vibes, the encouragement, the way you demo each exercise before beginning but most importantly, how you’re changing countless lives!

  • On my samsung watch, I’ve burnt about 130 kcals for the entire workout. I think the calories on the screen can be a little overestimated for the majority of people.

  • I love working out with your videos, you people are amazing, never bored, with your videos coming in so handy during this lock down❤Much love and more power to your team

  • I love working out with you guys.. but I must say Coach..you are much too verbal on this video..too much motivation..especially as you are battling to speak at the same time..but otherwise..your vids are great.
    Thank You!

  • I loved this workout, it really worked my whole body. And having you talk to your audience as you were doing the work out made me feel more comfortable in doing it with you and it kept me motivated. Thank you ❤️!!!

  • I’ve just realized I did this workout on its 3rd anniversary, haha (-: May 22th 2020

Your workout videos have saved me from the unhealthy quarantine lifestyle, you both are amazing!

  • Hasfit is really amazing and working wonders for me. Really it is effective if you are loyal towards urself during the workout..Thanks team Hasfit

  • Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. You and your your wife are really terrific coaches! These videos have made such a difference-especially during shelter in place. Since I belong to a gym, I don’t have any weights at home (just a band). Your videos have enabled me to get really fantastic workouts without anything more than a band and body weight (your HIIT class is !). Again, thank you!

  • killer workout today. been doing your workouts since start of EcQ and realized I dont need a gym membership. I get to sweat more here and with a little investment in bands, resistance tubes, and weights, ill be in the best shape of my life. just consistency and discipline! hehehe thanks guys!!!

  • Very challenging workout! I did everything the guy on the right did. He had me sweating like a pig! LOL. My fitbit measured 376 calories burned at the end of the workout which is very good!

  • Oh boy! I have done several of your videos and this one is a KILLER! Those burpies in betweenyikes! I am shaking after that one!

  • Claudia, I love that pink tee on you. With your glorious hair, the colour is majestic. And Coach Kozak does red regally well! The King and Queen of Cardio, Strength and Fitness lol.

  • Another one of your workouts done, been dong your work outs every day for the past 7 weeks, Finally reached this one, love your workouts, tried others, none kick my butt like these, I walk away with a  good burn and its not hard on my joints, thank you!

  • Bro, thanks for the guide! I’m 25 and have been working at restaurants as a chef for the past 5 years. I lost a LOT of weight in these years. Shitty diet, no exercice. Since I have a really fast metabolism, I weight 50kg… 1,64m. Just skin and bones pretty much. My job has cost me a chunk of my health. I will fit these 30min guide into my waking up routine, and hopefully start eating better too. Thanks a bunch mate, you’re a beast!

  • That was tough! cool and burning at the same time! Awesome. And I always keep catching myself being mislead when I see “No Equipment”, in 9 of 10 cases it is always harder and I almost cry for let it be better the one with equipment:-) ha ha ha

  • Dang, this was rough!! At one point during the workout, I exclaimed, “No, Sydney, it hurts!” My husband yelled from the other room, “Sydney, stop hurting my wife!” LOL!!!!! Awesome workout as always, Sydney! You are amazing and I love the positive messages you include after each workout; it’s one of the many factors that set you apart from all the other trainers on Youtube. Thank you for being you!!!

  • Did all of the harder variations of the workouts and my watch said I only burned 260 calories… DRASTIC difference than what the video claims

  • Sometimes an exercise goes a little easier on me and I’m left wondering if I’m doing it wrong or if my body has just gone completely numb so I don’t feel the burn anymore

  • I LOVE this video. In quarentine, these are def helping keeping us going!! Thank you for what you do! Everyone may hate me for pointing this out, but on the bear claw push-ups there are only 2 rounds.:). Sorry everyone!

  • I told my self to quit multiple times during this workout but I didn’t. No matter how slow I went, I finished and I’m proud of myself.

  • Hey Pamela! I just found ur channel and this workout really pushed me. I would like to know though, how much calories you think someone would burn doing this workout or how much you burned. That would really help bc i don’t have a watch to see how much calories i have burned.
Really liked this workout and i’m excited to try more!

  • This video destroyed me with the burpees as my Bluetooth headset died and I had to have my phone in my bra so I got karate chopped in my neck every time I jumped up. Great workout despite my own technical problems.

  • This is the best fitness channel on Youtube. Your positive attitude, motivation etc plus free workouts that actually work, I just have to say thank you!!!

  • Wow, great workout the pace and variation of the exercises (alternation between floor and standing) keeps you moving and the time flies by. The stretches were particularly good and targeted muscles that really needed the stretch.

  • Ya’ll are awesome!! I came across the videos about a week ago, and I love the motivation throughout the workout, ya’ll are so real and the workouts do some serious work!!! I love HASfit!

  • You both have given me a new hope…!!! U guys are too good. luv u both. Thanks for making us all healthier and fitter and happier..god bless u both

  • I love these videos. I usually avoid those that require equipment, because I prefer using my own body for exercise, but THESE videos are great. Love to burn some fat and build strength with my own body.

  • to prevent yourself from wanting to pass out during the first stretch of the cooldown, make your head the last thing to come up. it makes a huge difference. thanks so much for the workout!

  • Someone once commented how they love Claudia’s countdown lol….yup was looking for it:D You guys are awesome! So happy I found you. Rather so happy “you” found me. Love your workouts!!

  • I have been doing your workouts for over a year and i wanna say how much i appreciate you guys for helping me through my journey from 192 pounds to 150 pounds. Thank you so much.

  • Whew! Just finished this one with my son and we are exhausted. You guys kick our butts every Thursday. I give him a choice on Thursday (I homeschool), he picks you guys, step workouts or Billy Blanks. Your videos are so awesome. He gets bored easy but you guys keep him motivated. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! (I need a snack and a nap now) jk! Keep up the great work.

  • “discipline is doing what needs to be done even when you dont want to”…. well I actually enjoy my work out with you two…call me crazy but I actually listen to the full intro and end as I feel like I have two awesome workout partners.. I look forward to my late afternoon workout! thanks for keeping me motivated and keeping my sessions enjoyable..

  • OMG!!! This one’s a killer. But I had so much fun doing the bunny hops and mountain climbers. You both are awesome. Thanks so much for making these videos for all fitness levels.:)

  • Awesome work out. Do you have any videos or workouts specifically for balance? I find myself tripping over myself a lot, especially when I try the backward step lunge.

  • I weigh 265 pounds/120 kilos, and this workout made me lose about 630 calories!
It took about 53 minutes to finish the whole video including resting during exercises

  • I love your workouts and your channel! Thank you both for what you offer, me and my husband have really been enjoying these AND looking forward to doing them together!

  • Coach Kozak i want to try and get an accurate calorie count when i do the workout i know i worked at least as hard as you and i dont think youre 195lbs how much are you so i can at least know how much i lost and i only followed claudia on the reverse lunge with a twist thanks man these workouts are awesome

  • YEAAAAA! Done for 11th November.Don’t know why I was dreading this workout maybe because I was tired and was afraid I won’t be able to give my best but HURRAY I did! I am so happy.Thank you coaches. You guys are great!

We also want to thank you for not using any language and for wearing clothes that actually covers your body! It is so nice to have a good, clean, hard workout! Thank you for all that you do to help all of us be better at taking care of our body. <3

  • Your videos along with some old fashioned cardio and clean eating help me cut 45lbs during the pandemic. I was 306lbs in October 2018 and went to 250lbs as of February 2020. And as of today now I weigh at 204lbs. Thanks Bully Juice you are such an inspiration! I will forever be grateful.

  • I’ve done A LOT of your workouts during the quarantine and THIS one was the toughest. Thank you for your great workouts. I’m on the heavier side (5′ 10″, 215lbs), and many others’ HIIT workouts often led to lower back pain but your workouts are the only ones that did not so now I only do your HIIT workouts. Thank you!

  • Just started the monthly calendar workouts for July! What a great 1st day!! I’m dripping sweat as always!! LOVE feeling this way after a workout and you’re the only one who can do that for me, thank you Heather!:)

  • Modifications for my terrible knees and bruised ribs –
Scissor kick modQuick feet side to side and/ or toe touches on a yoga block
Plank (hurt the ribs) leg lifts and/ or scissor kids side to side (keep em really close to the mat)
Pop squatsRegular squats into calf raises

  • OMG this format is insane, sweaty mess oh yes! I thought I was going to die, but I made it to the end. I don’t know which is worse X3 format or 3 circuits! It’s up for debate, but thank you for the sweat sesh. Just love it.

  • I always skim through your workout videos before completing them and prior to skimming, I knew this would end with BURPEES!!!! Such a great way to end the workout, Heather. Thank you for continuing to inspire us and be amazing!

  • I loved the New Format…Tough! I’m ashamed to say I haven’t done w/o for last month… But I’m Back! and that’s what counts, right

  • You truly understand that not everyone can jump around do high impact, your workouts are well put together, short & get results but more importantly sustainable.
Iam very surprised you haven’t got more subscribers tbh.
I will recommend you to my friends in need. Thank you you are awesome #workout #motivation #fitness #music #goodluck

  • Loved this even though it’s tough to do all 3 but I think it goes way faster and no repeating all of them in 3 different sets. Thanks Heather!

  • “What are you working for” or “what is your motivation”. Heard that too much. Workout is good I just don’t need to hear those same phrases ever couple of minutes.

  • Really liked the format!!! Also thank you for all the effort and the work you put into these videos. Been working out with you for quite a while now and it has helped me so much! And i’m seeing how it help others, too. Please keep doing what you do <3

  • Hooooohh!!!!! I love scissors steps esp knowing that they can still manage to smile . Good thing though, a great motivation .
Always a sure sweat-bath after this workout . Thank u both. Thanks SELF my workout buddy .

  • Now i’ve lost 10-11 pounds. I’m so excited to wait your new workouts. Every workout is worthed to be done. Tengkyu for the workouts, tengkyu for the spirit and tengkyu for make me more love my self…

  • I proved to myself from following this video I’d sooner be worn out by intense workout than dying from boring 3 sessions in a row for the same move. I replace each move with harder variations and feel much better.

  • Thank you for this great workout! Finally someone who doesn’t have that fake laughing on her lips throughout the whole workout, faking that it’s not exhausting at all. THANK YOU! Because a exhausted face through this workout is NORMAL! Thank you Ms. Robertson for really feeling this with us. If anybody still can laugh through throughout the workout…congratulations…I couldn’t. What’s really great is the the timer/counting, the breaks and the little pop up Video for the next exercise. I think that one break is missing…so I pressed “Pause”…pleas never ever delete your HIIT Videos!!!!

  • Love that Heather doesn’t say much in the workout. I find constant commentary so annoying and off putting. Thank you! PS where did you get your leggings??

  • Super love this workout. It was my first intro to H.R. workouts and I was hooked from the start to the end Cos it got me dripping sweat all over my mat, and yet I Loved it! The music is distracting in a good way and no irritating voice that keeps telling you to push on etc. Now I only do H.R. workouts. There are so many, from this toughie to Low impact and even stretching! Love from Singapore

  • Heather, it’s wild throughout this one, Im loving it and then hating it! Also, I praise you and then 30 seconds later I’m swearing and cursing at you. Always without fault, when it’s done, I’m back to loving this, you, and each and every workout with you. Love all that you do and trying many different workouts you have on you channel. Hope you are well, safe, and staying positive. All the best!

  • Do you have any control over the commercials? Can you have them come at the very beginning before we start and at the end? Messes up my workout because I’m not near the computer to skip them. Thanks!

  • Very likeable instructor. Thank you. There should be a warning: “Watch your step. You may slip on your sweat!” I am going to do this once a week and see how I progress with it. Ugh!

  • Been doing a lot of at home workouts over the last few months and needed a fresh routine. I found this one and loved every second of it. Sweat hard and got my heart rate pumping. *** Thank you thank you!!!!!!!

  • Awesome class. I just love your energy and positive outlook. I love that you are always giving explanations on correct posture, position and where it should be burning. You keep me going.:)

  • I do these at the end of my work days. What a great and empowering way to switch gears and live out the rest of the day. Thank you Sydney for your motivation, creativity, and hard work. It gives me something to look forward to every day.

  • Amazing workout, Sydney! I don’t usually listen to the trainers when they try to motivate the audience. But, your ideas you shared while doing the final cooldown was very motivating. I Finished the workout as I do everyday. I have lost more than 15 kg (35 pounds?) In last 1 year and I gained a good amount of muscle mass. Thank you for your videos ❤️

  • Thank you for this workout!!! I love that even everyone stumbles and falls sometimes during a workout and you own it with ease. This was so awesome.

  • You guys are awesome. I appreciate the words of encouragement and that you both get sweaty so it shows that this work out is difficult. lol I for sure feel proud every time I workout with you both.

  • What an Amazing workout!thank you so so much Sydney! I have been doing your workouts for a week now and I am definitely seeing a lot of improvement already! Yay!! Love from Switzerland

  • Hi guys!! My husband and I have been doing your videos since we have been quarantined at home and we love them! We need more of the 45-60 mins HIIT or Tabata without equipment please. We are fighters, not quitters!!! You are both so motivating and we love working out with you both!

  • Just finished this workout. WOW!! It was difficult, but I got through it. You are so inspiring. I got my workouts figured out, now how do i figure out my eating habits?? HELP!!! PLEASE!!!

  • I guess I must have come across a more advanced workout this early in my fitness journey, so I had to modify quite a few moves. But I did it! And I hope in a month or so I can do this whole workout as intended. Thanks for the great video!

  • I’ve been following your workouts for a month now and i must say “spirits lifted”
No gym, no going out QURANTINED but sweating like hell

    I’ll keep crushing

  • hey i love your no equipment workouts sm, just wondering can i do the dumbbell ones with just 2 pound weights, i don’t have heavy ones

  • I am so happy!!! for 3 days me and my roomie have only gotten to 25 minutes of this workouttoday we crushed it and we were so happythe best thing Sydney was the word of encouragement you gave at the end, it really touched my spirit, so thankful and so grateful to God for you. • I think you had some pent up anger when you made this workout, because this was the most challenging workout I’ve had with you yet! Lol

  • So I’ve decided to keep my progress here!
Day 1: omggg it was quite hard some was easy, I was way too tired I took many breaks and skipped some:( but tomorrow with be better!
please like or reply to this so I get notified and remember to update!

  • I just discovered your workouts and LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Wondering how you calculate calories burn for each workout? Are you using a heart beat monitor? Is that count based on “your” performance OR average based on anyone doing workout? Trying to gauge & track MY caloric burn when doing your workouts. Thanks!

  • So proud of myself for completing this workout even though I have a broken collarbone!! (had to do a lot of modifications hehe but I made it!!)

  • That was great! It inspired me to eat better and workout more!! My best friend and I did it together over the phone! practice social distancing and working out!! Thanks Syd!

  • Hey Sydney, I have a question! When I do the single leg burpees, does it affect the exercise if the back of my foot doesn’t touch the ground when I get up?

  • Honestly wasn’t very hard like I had anticipated, but since I can’t go to swim rn it’s nice to do something with another person motivating rather than doing all the workouts by yourself. Time went by really fast!

  • Coach Kozak, “Discipline is doing what needs to be done even when you don’t want to.” This is one of my go to Bible verses for life! Hebrews 12:11 “No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening, it’s painful! Later on however, there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way.” Applies to everything in life! Thank you for the motivation to take care of the bodies God has gifted us, Claudia and Coach Kozak!

  • Increbible session Sidney. You’re being a big support for these confinement days (coronavirus) in Spain. Thank you very much for your empathy and your beautiful smile!
