  • Thank you for pointing that out. We don’t want people to feel intimidated or think that if they can’t do a 40 minute workout, they shouldn’t even bother 5-10 minutes of activity at a time can make a difference, especially if you do it several times throughout the day.

  • No, we don’t do fluff, the fitness is all we care about:) It definitely depends on each individual, most people find the standing abs easier than mat exercises for the core.

  • I did it after “Push Yourself Harder” workout, after doing push-ups for
    45 seconds twice… and I prayed for no push-ups. And what’s the first
    exercise? Push-ups! I thought I was going to die!

  • The “little black dress” is what I want eventually, but, for now, I want my red Christmas top. This exercise it tough for those just reading comments first, and don’t go half on the plank hip touchdowns. They will do a lot of good. Also, I can’t do tricep dips, so for now I just do the leg part, and my arms are getting stronger, so one day.

  • I love fitness Blender, I’m doing their low impact workout program now and this is by far my least favourite video. I am happy to do 2 rounds but 3 is so frustrating. Hate this routine so much!

  • this is hard! i didnt like this one as much at all because usually he talks you through it the whole time which makes it feel easier. it was silent apart from the 54321 (which is my fave part) but yeah. keep talkin us through it! lol. i am sweating my ass off though

  • We have many beginner level and low impact workouts. Look up our Beginner Boot Camp, Low Impact Cardio Workout, the Chair Workout, Easy on the Knees Kickboxing Blend, our No Squat Workouts, standing abs, or any of our strength training workouts (especially crucial for increasing bone density & integrity as we age).

  • Great low impact workout that still gets your heart rate up and gets you sweaty! Can’t wait until I can go back to the more brutal workouts though.. 😉

  • We don’t. It helps keep the workouts free, and this way everyone gets to listen to whatever they like and still hear our instruction. There are a ton of free internet radio stations (pandora, jango, etc) that work great for this. Thank you very much for watching!

I was thinking about going on holiday to Trinidad but I am really self confidence about myself to wear crop tops or something because it’s so hot, so I thought to myself that I will try to exercise and eat healthy Im not that fat, but I would like to try and get toned so I have no fat.   • My classmates laughed when I told them I was going to lose fat with \”Reborn Lean Max\”, but then they saw the results. Google \”Reborn Lean Max\” to see their reaction. (You should see their faces!)

  • Check your diet! If you are not losing weight while you are exercising, 99.99% of the time to has something to do with your diet. Also, look for changes in the body aside from your scale weight (muscle content, tone, strength, endurance, etc).

  • It’s all about calories consumed vs calories burned. If you did it 5 times a week, it would be only 45 minutes of physical activity in a week. It’s recommended that you get at least 30 minutes each day…So, you would be better of if you tried to either do this one with some of our other short workouts, or if you picked some of our 30-50 minute ones a few times a week. Remember, keep the muscles guessing we have over 120 full length workouts & more new ones each week, so mix it up!

    Just FYI: Standing abs is not necessarily an easy workout the high knee lifts aren’t great if you have back problems I know because I tried it.

  • Glad day 21 on the fat loss program round 4 is no jumping! Randomly got some pain and swelling in the ball of my foot yesterday. It’s happened before, usually goes away in a day or 2. Gotta rest it, and this is perfect! I love perfectly timed things.

  • We don’t do custom plans (we can’t do it for everyone so we try not to do it for some & not others, to be fair) but we wrote an 8 Week Fat Loss Program that is geared towards strength, flexibility, and endurance gains (and weight loss, if you don’t increase calorie intake during the program).   • Would you consider doing workouts for people who are beginners and/or people who aren’t young anymore like those who perform in your videos? I’m 46, not in great shape and have accumulated a couple of permanent injuries over time, and I can’t do a lot of the exercises in your videos anymore. I would be great with a couple of workouts that were easier, but still effective and with exercises that take joint problems into account. Thank you.

  • I’m going to add this to my routine. Btw, I workout 6 times a week 3 days cardio and 3 days strength training. I feel like i don’t burn as many calories when I lift. should I eat less calories on those 3 days? But I also don’t want to lose weight because I want to maintain and tone up.

    I do combine this workout with a few other upper body workouts and an ab burn out. I do the exercise 100% in my room, 45 days a week, two work outs each day, and I’m impressed with myself and the results. The only diet changes I’ve made is I cut down my carb intake and no more sugary drinks.

  • For some reason I can’t do a full pushup (i am a 22 year old 9st 4, 5’10 female) so I switched to Burpee jumps mixed with Burpee X’s and squat holds) also… After round one I was like sitting down, need mental motivation. Gunna try and Crack on with this!

  • I started doing this workout last week, I do it four times a week. 
    I often struggle to complete the second round of squat jumps and burpees.

    If i keep trying will I one day be able to complete the whole video without stopping? Or should I be doing something easier?

    If it would be of to do this while I am sick. Its only a cold and a little bit of asthma but its not that bad. If not, do you have any workouts suitable for a person who is sick?     ok. it made me sweat. but damn this was harder than all of them.
    it really helps motivate me when he talks you through it. and this felt kind of.. lonely. and too repetitive.

  • thank you so much for your videos! i decided to start working out due to problems sleeping and an upcoming holiday next month. i’ve been working out for 2 days and already i see an improvement in my sleep and i feel great! i’m mixing up different cardio workouts like kickboxing with shorter workouts such as the 10 minute butt and thigh workout. i’ve never been one to exercise, but i LOVE your workouts! thank you soooooo much!!!

  • it made me sweat fat. love this one. especially with a hoodie and 2 t-shirts most def. I was 199 now im 188 in 2 weeks need to get to my goal 160 or 155 then ill be perfect but healthy too.

  • Nice workout, for me it was perfect even i have knee and back injuries and low impact is great, i sweat a lot and after finished i felt relaxed.

  • normally when my knees are acting up I will avoid working out all together..However, this routine was perfect, so easy on my knees but I still came out sweating like crazy! Thank you so much for low-impact vids, and everything else you do!

  • I gave birth like 2 months ago… a week ago I started working out post partum with fitness blender’s low impact cardio to jumpstart my workout regime…but mind you I have been fit before I got pregnant and even as I started working out again I am taking it easy. So the other workout was to prepare me for this boot camp workout which is still low impact. MY QUESTION IS….. is this okay as a post partum workout before I launch myself at a full fat blasting workout? Comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance 😉

  • Because it said low impact, I decided to go for it when I was feeling demotivated to workout and wanted to force myself onto the mat. It worked, because it was still enough to make me sweat, but the title and lack of jumps in my quick slide through got me to get started. Loved it!

  • sooo I was pretty sore all over when I started this and I’m pretty sure I’m either still or more sore, but the good news is I got in an awesome workout with no jumping involved!

  • I just completed this workout as part of your 4 week Low Impact Program. I’ll admit it was an effective workout and I got a good sweat going, but I absolutely do not like the format of repeating rounds like that because by the end I’m tired of the exercises and just bored. Probably won’t be one I go back to unless it’s part of another program or if I do the Low Impact Program again in the future.

  • OMG! I took a break after every 2 mins. Managed to finish it somehow. One of the toughest fitness blender workout. I have done 37 mins cardio and even quick sweat workout but nothing compares to this!

  • starting HIIT for the first time, made it half way through this workout. WOW. Going to retry again later tonight, and tomorrow, and so on until I can make it through without passing out

  • It´s funny. I always want to workout, but I´m a petite person and when I see I probably burn only bout 200 kcal in an 30 minutes I feel so demotivated that I won´t do the workout.

  • Side plank pulses make the sides of my abdomen hurt so bad that I just can’t do them. I feel like I’m doing it wrong or something….

  • Did it. Then took a shower. Took me 30 min to be able to put my shirt back on, as I kept sweating… Been doing P90X for the last two years, this is a different kind of animal… I like it though…

  • This is a great at home quick cardio workout. I consider myself a beginner and it was a little bit beyond my endurance level but I just toned it down a bit as I needed and still feel like I got a good workout. Like someone else said the moves aren’t too complicated to be able to follow. I’m sure if I keep doing this I will be able to complete the whole thing without having to go a little slower than she does.

  • Don’t ever let body insecurities slow you down from experiencing fun things in life. At 14 the best thing that you can do is stop fretting about body fat, and start focusing on really, really taking care of your body so that it is healthy and strong. Eat well, and exercise not for fat loss but for health. In the end, if you do this you will end up reaching your goals anyways, and you will be a lot happier, too, because you aren’t obsessing.

  • Another 1000 calorie workout last night, now a 30 minute jog and this to recover. And oh by the way I have lost 8kg in two months. Kg’s are so easy to come..and what a hard work is to get rid of them oh god. Thank you fitness blender!!! On my way to fit into those size 38 jeans I used to love.

  • I’ve done quite a few Fitness Blender workouts, including HIIT. I did this one today because my legs are sore from the butt and thigh cardio workout and this was hard for me. I felt sick at the end of round 2. I thought this would be a good recovery day. Lol

  • I’m a 32 yearold female in pretty good shape, and for some reason when I got back into working out, my knees started hurting. I was doing some hiit workouts, and maybe I did them too often, and that is why.. so for now I have to stick to low impact.. I can barely even do squats or lunges. They are sore still.. I don’t have access to a gym right now so I am trying to find good cardio work-outs that burn calories without busting my knees more. I hope this helps me. Hopefully my knees will start to feel better soon.

  • Wow, barely made it through 2 sets. Working up to 3. A serious workout without all of that jumping and jarring movement, but somehow I am seriously nauseous. I am sure it will get better.

  • simple, but great workout routine for beginners & mid-level.  Even for the advanced, these will work if done 2030 reps without rest between sets.

  • hi fitness blender team. I am 18 years old. In the last three months I wasnt able to exercise much due to studies and ended up gaining 5 kilos. Most of the fat I gain get deposited at my hip region. And whatever exercises I do doesnt really do anything to bring down my weight. I love your videos and have been incorporating it in my workout regime. Could you please suggest any of your other workouts that I can do to bring down my weight?

  • can someone tell me if I need to do both cardio and strength training to lose weight?? I’m scared that i might gain too much muscles doing strength training and I dont want to look too bulky.
