  • They seem doable. I will get on it tomorrow as I’ve already done my workout for today. I just purchased the burn fat fast as hell book. I will start reading tonight. I am 5’3″ 290 pounds and I gotta get this weight off of me and get off of some of my meds. But my plateau is mainly antidepressant meds on top of mental illness, fear of failure, and lack of confidence and consistency. I remember, not knowing any better in 2008 when I was working out faithfully 2 hours in the gym, but at the same time I was on seroquel. After I would take that pill, my 2 hours of hard work would go down the drain by scuffing down 6 pb sandwiches and a tub of ice cream. Another time, I did a certain diet plan. Lost 8 pounds in one week and then got severely sick. Puking up everything I ate. I found out 6 months later that I was having an allergic reaction to lisinopril. Can you help me? I really gotta get this weight off. Thank you. Sorry so long winded. Also have arthritis and severe back pain.

  • These workouts are amazing and the best part is that they are free!! I used to be 5’7″/1.7 meters tall, 230 pounds/ 104 Kilograms a year and a half ago, but now I’m 5’10″/1.77 meters tall at 172 pounds/78 Kilograms. This workout really works guys, with a calorie deficit and doing it either once a day, which is what I did. You will shred fat so quick! I encourage all of you reading this to try this for 2 weeks to a month and see the amazing results!

  • The hardest part of this work out is knowing when to start each exercise.
    1) can’t run a tabata timer and YouTube on my phone at the same time (even if I could the guy doesn’t tell you when to start the timer)
    2) can’t hear any timer go off in the video
    3) dude never says start
    Sometimes he is demoing an exercise and sometimes the timer is going, but there is no way to know which is which. The only way to follow along is to look at the phone the whole time, which isn’t ideal in positions like Superman.
    Overall the workout was alright, but the overall experience was frustrating.

  • Just done two f these together. My arms are very tired, and im pouring with sweat, but i am not out of breath, and im not during the videos. I’m working my arse of, pushing as far as the pain in my muscles will allow, but i’m still not out of breath. I also do other HIIT stuff from other people, like Mike Chang, Chung, and i can hargly stand after 15 rounds of it. Maybe i’m fitter then i thought, or i need something harder

However after my mate follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded.
