30 Side Plank Hip Lifts (15 on each side). Get into side plank position with your elbow on the ground and your legs and hips resting on the ground. Engaging your abs and keeping your body in a.

You can use all these exercises together in a workout to get rid of your love handles. I would first recommend picking out a handful of your favorites.   • I did Day 1 yesterday and I could only do jumping jacks for 40 seconds and the planks for about 10 seconds but everyday i’m gonna go a few more seconds until i’m at the full time. I’m excited to do this everyday.

    P.S. Stick with it, it pays off, don’t get put down by not having immediate results. I know, easier said than done. And I’ve definitely given up in the past plenty of times for the same reasons. For me it’s hard to accept, but I’m finally sticking with it, making it habitual. To admit, I just made brushing my teeth a habbit…but now I cant fully wake up or go to sleep if I don’t. Same goes for this. It’s a tough mindset to get in, and if you don’t now, you will one day for sure if you’re motivated enough to look up some yt tutorials/guides lol. The key for me is setting a goal. And it has nothing to do with getting abs and all that. It’s the after. The thought of being so happy with myself alone is rewarding to me. The goal doesn’t always have to be getting swole, while it might work for you; if you try to set a goal that satisfies you, you’ll feel more determined to get it! I think that was more of a rant for me…well, from me to my past self that kept giving up. No more of that. Anyway…song names!

  • I have been doing this for 4 days now together with arm, leg, back, lower belly, the 12min beginner workout everyday. Will just take less than an houri think.   • I’m 6’ 1’ and weigh about 220 (pretty overweight for my height) and I’m 22 years old. I’m going to do this EVERYDAY, today is July 29, I’m going to update you guys every week and let you know how the progress is going!!

    Week 1: 3rd day was the hardest for some reason, but it’s getting easier and easier now. No visible results, but feeling good, let’s go baby!!

    Day 3: just finished till 12 minutes which is more than the first day. Today I really felt the burn on my muffin tops because during the side to side movement I remembered to keep my back straight which is really important, in the first day I only felt a burn in my neck and a little bit in the abs and my triceps on my thighs. Make sure to keep your back straight but if it starts to feel uncomfortable just lean against something for a few seconds and get back to it. My arms started to really burn so I had to pause for a few seconds but kept going. Ever since I started exercising my heart beat and my anxiety has been feeling much better, I noticed I wasn’t getting anxious during the day (which I do sometimes for no reason)

    Day 4: Wow still exhausted but I noticed it wasn’t as much of a struggle to keep my back straightened during the side to side exercise aaaand I also noticed I could pull my legs apart further. On the first day I did this my back was curving and my legs weren’t too far apart and I was like “how does this woman do it?!” But I’m seeing in improvement, I’ll take a waist and stomach measurement on day 7. Keep in mind I’m also controlling my diet, no sugar (well sort of cheated on that today but that’s alright ��) and no oil.

    Day 8: along with my portion diet I’ve noticed that I’ve lost a kilo but no visible difference in my muffin tops (obviously). Since I skipped a few days I’ve felt not as good, whenever I stand up from the sofa I always feel a little lightheaded so I’m definitely going to try to do this often.

    Day 9: skipped session (did a little bit of walking/ jogging around the house cuz I ate pizza)

    Day 10: only did this video for about 5 minutes

    Day 11: did the whole exercise from beginning to end and faced only a little bit of difficulty but other than that I feel like I’m more flexible, while stretching my thighs during the butterfly, my knees could almost touch the ground which I found very hard the first time I did this.

    Day 12: skipped session (took waist and stomach measurement and there was a slight decrease in the waist, not much on the stomach)

    Day 13: not as hard as it was on day 1, I feel much better health wise.

  • ive done love handle, arm and thigh workout for a week. my body does change a little especially the love handles spot. i compared a pic i took on the day before i start working out, and a week after ive done the workout. maybe i have to control my food taking so it will give a better result. dont worry, different body does have different result. as for me, my kind of body is the one that’s kinda hard to lose fat and weight. ill try to keep on being consistent in working out and ill try to update maybe a month later. pray for me!!❤️

    DAY 1: the exercise was hard and i took a couple of breaks, the plank pushups were the hardest and i was sweating. I weigh 111 pounds and height is 5’1 though

Like I actually have a shape like when I turn to my side I’m still wide there but from the front I’m starting to get a shape and I am so freaking happy, soon I’m going to start her arm workout along with this one so I’m really happy, also when I said it’s worse than Chloe ting there’s no way because that was like a whole hour of pain so this is definitely worth it

    Day 10:I didn’t do it, I find it really hard to stay motivated even when I see results so that’s on me

    Day 11-15?: I’m really sorry but it’s been like 5 days since I last worked out, I’ve just lost motivation but I worked out again today

  • This still surprises me, just how some people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets, even though many people get great result because of it. Thanks to my cousin who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost plenty of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • I have had 2 c sections and for the past 17 years I have been dealing with really painful muscle cramps when I do any kind of stomach exercises I have to be extra careful if not the movement will trigger a painful cramp and I have to stop. I can’t come all of the way up into a sit-up because I will get these cramps and so losing weight in my mid section has been a little hard. I have to be extra careful. I did this exercise the other day and I am telling you I felt strong in my core the the next day and this workout did not agitated my muscles. I was so sore yesterday! I feel it working. I tried to do it again yesterday and I was too sore. I couldn’t get past 7 minutes of the video. So I would advise doing this every other day. You will be sore!

  • It’s all insulin management basically. Saved you 12 minutes. Lots of high intensity training. (Sprints ). High reps heavy weight workouts
    Low sugar = low fat. Simple

After a month doing Chloe Tings exercise I was seeing no results (no hate to Chloe, her workouts can have great results, everybody is different) so I decided to try Lily Sabris exercise and wow, I’ve been doing the Hourglass Hips, Smaller Waist and Lose Muffin Tops (this video) and it’s my 5th day and my love handles are smaller, my hip dips are less noticeable and I have abs!! I’m surprised with how fast I saw results. Chloes exercises were wearing me out but they weren’t really burning, but these don’t wear me out as much and they burn a lot but they’re definitely worth it!! You can do it!!❤️

  • I eat once per day every 24 Hours, fasting is the easiest diet of them all, bunch of myths that is hard to do bla bla bla.
    Yeah if you are used to eat all day fasting will be hard for the first 2 days, after that enjoy easy fat loss =)
    From 80KG to 70KG in 1 month just by eating whatever I want once per day, not to mention I have forgotten what grocery store means

  • I came here to say that this workout/exercise really works! I did this for one night and I’ve already seen results.. I know it can be small but I notice it! So for people scrolling down to see if it works.. I’m telling you that it DOES work!


    For fast results, just do this for every meal time ( breakfast, lunch, and dinner ) and you can hopefully get your perfect body:)


    TIPS

    For people that are doing the very first exercise with the side to side movements..

    Some people are saying that they don’t feel anything in their hips ( sides ) and more in their thighs than the actual side workout..

    Well depending on how flexible you are.. this workout will be different for all.

    For people who are not as flexible for the straddle position, ( aka me �� ) instead of doing the left right movements with your legs in front, just do a straddle and think of it like your elbows are going the direction of your legs..

    For example, you need your upper body to follow with your elbow movements. You need your elbow to reach your knee and same for both sides.

    That technique helped me to actually feel it more instead of just moving my elbows/upper body just side to side without my elbows touching my knees.


    So hopefully that help you guys out for this exercise/workout. If you have anymore questions then comment away and by the way, I am not a professional for a stretcher or anything of some sort so yeah ��
