This Cellulite-Busting Routine Takes 20 Minutes or Less 1. Step up with reverse lunge. You’ll need a bench or other elevated surface for this combo move. It works your quads, 2. Curtsy lunge.

The key to a round booty is to work all sides of the glute muscle. The curtsy lunge hits the gluteus. A squat is the most effective workout to get rid of cellulite on thigh area and can be performed without any gym equipments. How to do the exercise: Stand with feet slightly apart and hands on the sides. Then lift your hands and place them absolutely straight in the front of your face with finger pointing outwards.

Strength Training. Firming the muscle underneath the cellulite will help smooth the skin’s appearance. Focus on strength-training moves that build up. Here’s how to perform this exercise that helps get rid of cellulite: Stand for about three feet apart, more than feet hip-width distance. Toes should be pointed outward.

Lower down until your thighs are almost parallel to the floor. Push back up to return to the starting position. Then do the same.

  • I did the work out today. My second day trying it. First day I could only do sets of 10. And I had to wait to get a foam roller. I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong but it hurts when I do the foam rolling on my outer thighs. Ugh couldn’t do 2 mins. Lol

    First, you look amazing and are an example of persistent with resistent lol! I have 3 things to share that may support getting rid of the remainder of the Fupa:
    1. Derma roller for tightening skin/ cellulite
    2. Massage for c sections to reduce fat ( massage therapist specialize in this technique and you can diy)
    3. Plank exercise and vacuums

    Day 1 I felt it a bit but was fairly easy.
    Day 2 It was hard because of the soreness from yesterday.
    Day 3 Better from yesterday.
    Day 4 My legs are so sore.
    Day 5 It was easier to do but I sweated like crazy.
    Day 6 it’s still difficult.
    Day 7 I don’t see much change but I definitely feel stronger. I’ll keep doing it.

  • If u r a very good lifter at hip thrust or single leg flute bridges with Max 10 sets n if u r hitting hard hamstring curls and in a good and balance diet with long time this cellulite goes slowly.   • I lost 35 kg and I’m 17. I didn’t go on a diet, because it’s stupid. I don’t eat sugar, bread, sometimes I eat pasta. It’s important to find a sport that you really really like. I mean I wasn’t a sport addict, but I found swim and now that’s my lifestyle, and slowly I started with other sports.   • I have asthma, tachycardia, hypothyroidism and chronic migraines. So it’s extremely hard for me to stay motivated and lose weight. So far what I’ve found that might help is strength training, yoga, and working myself up to running. I know if I try to run fast like I did before I’ll fail so this time I’m going to aim for speed walking and then running.
