  • Mind blown when you said lean muscle weighs more than fat…no wonder why the scale has been kind of stagnant lmao! This makes me feel better, you have no idea

  • Idea! Open a clothing shop for people who work out, created for large shoulders, muscular thighs etc. You’d think the sports shops would have already thought of this!

  • You’re a beautiful woman. Why you choose to smear your face in shit, i do not understand. You do know that crap will only fuck your skin up, right?

  • #1 = YOU WILL NEED TO GET NEW CLOTHES! Most annoying dmn thing, especially for broke college students like me still wearing my jeans that are 2+ sizes too big.

  • Yoga pants: I like girls that wear their pants around their waist. It shows that they have one while showing off a proper bubble for the butt rather an elongated ass. That’s also how white women in the early 90s got labeled as having flat asses. Ice Cube will vouch me.
Gas: A probiotic for nutrient uptake + 2tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar should help with breakdown.
Peeing: Pink Himalayan Salt. You lack minerals. Follow Tom Delauer, it works!
When I get shredded other men hate me & conspire against me more. The assault combined with a low budget almost isn’t worth the form upkeep in a small community.? But I like looking good, feeling good & hate being fat which I’m not afraid of being. I just hate it.

  • I’m not looking to get that hourglass figure, big butt, bigger boob’s or anything I just wanna get rid of my chubby stomach. I’m 5’2 and weight 160 lbs and I’m 18 years old, I am a bit over weight and would like to get rid of my stomach fat so I am not hiding it under baggy dark clothes. I want to feel confident when I am around my crush but not look like the kinda girl who has a perfect supermodel body, and I don’t wanna wear leggings/Yoga pants everywhere because I like jeans more. I know my crush loves me for who I am but since he is a shy guy he has trouble when it comes to saying “I love you” or ask me out, I would like to feel and look confident enough because I am thinking of telling him how I feel on his birthday on February 5th 2019. I got the healthy diet down I just need to get in the habit of exercising more.

  • I remember i literally had a thigh gap and i was 95 pounds back then, so i started working out i went to 120 pounds in just 2 months, my thighs are now rubbing against each other

  • I have a good hack for the laundry problem: yes you cannot reuse sweaty clothes, but you can use them before they get sweaty. Think about it, using fresh clothes straight out of the wardrobe just to make them sweaty creats a lot of laundry. Instead, i for example use the clothes i am going to use to work out later as pyjamas the night before. Of course you cannot use them all the time, but its a good way to reduce overall laundry

  • My bodies too curvy For yoga pants on the daily HELL NAH!
I’m not straight up and down
    Athletic build
    I’m an hourglass shape
    I just can’t with yoga pants ‍♀️

  • I’m sorry for all the white skinny girls out there that has just started to get problems with how to dress an hourglass figure in this century, Latinas and Afro-Cuban girls like me have been dealing with it our whole lives…

  • I can tell you that weight doesn’t mean fatter. I joined the track team in high school and gain almost 10 pounds, but I never looked better! ‍♀️

  • I’ve found out that you don’t have to be hungry at all. The way you solve this is by going into ketosis, which is especially useful if you are doing intermittent fasting or OMAD. I’ve gotten used to fasting between 16-22 hours per day, and once you do it you cease to be hungry.
The trick is to get off the insulin loop we are all into if we eat regularly throughout the day. You might have cravings during the fast, but in my experience those are not because of hunger, but out of anxiety (such as if you have nothing to do, you want to eat just to do “something”).

  • I have been fit before and I was starving I was always hungry so I have in and now I’m very fat 206 pounds at 13 so I have a problem and I’m never hungry like never

  • I hate shopping for pants. Now that I’ve lost weight all of my comfy jeans slide off my hips and all my leggings that were too tight are the only thing that fit me now. And yoga pants.

  • Yes I am obsessed with yoga pants!!! They are sooooo comfy!!! You can literally buy sweat shirts and wear it on those comfy pants!!! And ya I do love to wear up my hair!!! Your video is completely relatable:):)

  • I love that you interact with your audience so much.
P.S. I’m getting fit….I wonder how my school friends will react after Quarantine.

  • Ok ok this sounds bad but I dont eat until my stomach growls cause I have a habit of over eating and also i drink tons of lemon water every morning i drink 50oz of water and just how much else I want of water throughout the day

  • This girl isn’t even “crazy fit”. She has a normal “pretty girl” high school girl body. Her body is natural she doesn’t have any stand out features. Her tits might be a bit to big though.

  • Oh such human atrocities she warns about. Is this pre-millenial dumbass serious? What a tragedy wearing more updos and yoga pants. These idiots need to be banned from the Internet.

  • I noticed the hunger one for real like the other day I bought more fast food and I wasn’t even that hungry but I felt like I was starving. Also I gained weight and I can’t tell if it’s because I eat so much of if it’s muscle from lifting weights more

  • I wear workout clothes every day, for 3 reasons, they look better, they fit better, and If I’m already wearing workout clothes I’m more motivated to workout. I love working out a lot because I can eat more:)

  • As for jeens not fitting.
    I have s crazy tought:
How about attractive woman wears a skirt or dress?
Crazy, i know woman wearing skirts not pants.

  • Good to hear this. I get disheartened a lot with muscle gain lol.yoga pants rule cause they fit and normal clothes look stupid lol yip dry shampoo…love that one too better hold. I don’t feel so shitty now lol x

  • ❤️this.
I only work out with my hair up and prefer to keep it up at all times, just in case I do decide to get an extra work out in while out and about or after work, etc.
Jeans fit me very well, but yeah, yoga pants have that extra cute casual work out look.

  • If you can control your diet and weight it becomes easier to accomplish other things. Junk food addiction is one of the biggest problems we have in today’s society
