  • Hi Sara!!! I can´t choose between these pasta salads. All of them are super good!!!!

You did an amazing job my friend!!!!

    I love your recipes.

    Greetings from Spain!

  • I’m always amazed when cooks throw a ton of ingredients into a bowl just big enough to hold it all. Then expect to mix/toss it thoroughly. That bowl should have been bigger. Tossed completely. Then poured into a serving bowl.

  • Looks delicious but definitely not enough dressing for pasta salads! If you left those in the fridge overnight, the pasta would soak up all the dressing and you’d be lift with pretty dry salad.

  • For the full Pasta Salad recipe with ingredient amounts and instructions, please visit our recipe page on Inspired Taste:

  • Ever since I’ve been on keto, I’ve had to scroll past the carb filled videosbut that dressing will be fantastic and super keto friendly if served on chicken or veggies.

  • The italian pasta salad is legit one of the best I’ve ever had. The dresing is on point. After that you put what ever you want in your salad. I like to meal prep with this recipe since it stays really good all week long. 10/10 would recommand.

  • Omg I just made the tuna salad and it is literally the best thing I have ever had!!!!! Thank you so much for the healthy dressing as well! I am definitely gonna make it a million more times!!!! Love from BC:)

  • Peanut butter can be used as an ingredient in dressing for pasta salad and it’s fine, but this last salad had SO MUCH peanut butter. Blechhh!

  • I bet that crunchy noodle salad would be so good with some shrimp. Btw, the dressing/marinade you used is a favorite. I got it from your sesame ginger salmon recipe video and have been using it ever since.

  • Laura, the process of straining the water out of microwaved cauliflower seems quite cumbersome. I saw another video that used stove cooking at low-medium heat to do the same thing. What are your thoughts on that?

  • I love this channel and Laura is amazing but she needs to take a page out of Chef John’s ! Her recipes are not easy to access.

  • Oh my, these are super easy to make, looks delicious, I am so sure that today since I have guests coming by to eat Carribean food, I am going to make the BLT salad!!!

  • Is there something you can put into the tuna salad dressing besides the horseradish? Maybe fresh garlic or something a little milder? I would like to make it for my boyfriend but he’s not a fan of horseradish at all.

  • These pasta salads are not healthy. For this of you that aren’t familiar with label reading and macros. I just wanted to add because I know some people rely on titles with the world “healthy” in it for help and this video didn’t have healthy recipes. They could be modified, and of course serving sizes are always a big part! I’m bummed I really wanted a new pasta salad recipe.

  • I feel offended if anybody says the last one is like Indonesian Gado-gado..

Well, not exactly offended, just pitying them for never tasting anything much better than peanut butter. The real gado-gado is heaven compared to this weird not-really-peanut mixture

  • I tried many different ways to try and find the recipe, please share the recipe. As excited as you were about the dressing, I really want to try it.

  • Has anyone ever made you so excited to make their recipe as Laura!!! She is so hype and now I’m hype! Green goddess goodness coming up!

  • You always present excellent videos. I love the food, naturally, but I seek you out because of your personality. I look for your recipes before I look for anything else. If I want to make something with shrimp I plug in shrimp with Laura in the kitchen. If I want to make meat loaf I plug in the word meat loaf with Laura in the kitchen etc. You are my go to chef. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into the videos that make them so enjoyable for us to watch. The bonus, naturally, is good food.

  • two hours of shooting down to 2 minutes, jeez

I always thought working for tasty or buzz-feed was gonna be the best job in the world

  • Hey guys

Preparing the best pasta can be really difficult at first. It was almost impossible for us to master how to do it without proper step-by-step tutorial from the professional chefs.

I’ve watched hundreds of tutorials online, but nothing beat this simple, clear to the cut video here:

Click the link above and you’ll land on the intermediate page, just click “I’m not a robot” to continue and you’ll land on the best YouTube tutorial video on pasta cooking where it shows step-by-step on how to prepare al-dente pasta even if you’re a complete beginner.

I hope that someone shows me this first when I was learning how to prepare my first pasta dish. That could save me hours and hours of banging my head on the wall, trying different methods out.

Again you can watch the tutorial here:

  • Thank you so much. I’m starting a new job working odd hours and will be using every one of these for the weeks coming in my meal prep. God send video at the right time.

  • This is a good post. There’s a recipe, some advice, no grandstanding and that’s all you need. I’d like to know what green herb to add. Basil coriander parsley?

  • Omg love all of these pasta dishes. just shared this video to my mom so that we could get all these ingredients the next time we go grocery shopping together. Honestly can’t wait to make them all❤️

  • Does anyone know if I can substitute the anchovies with something? I have no problem with anchovies but my boyfriend is allergic to fish:( (he’s not allergic to shellfish or shrimp though)

  • please put a video of how you organise your refrigerator… I made few dishes from your meal prep but my refrigerator got overcrowd… yours look so sexy… please please please…

  • Probably gonna make the first dressing, but then just use pasta (of course), red onion, green pepper, tomato, spinach, and basil. Like my food simple.

  • I meal prepped some pasta salad this week, but I need to try these! a good summer pasta salad is fresh parsley, grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, feta and Italian dressing and I like rotini or penne with it

  • I legit want to try every single one. The only thing is I’m trying not to eat any white wheat so I usually buy whole wheat when eating pasta. Are there any particular brands you recommend? The ones I buy are limited to spaghetti and Ziti only

  • Hey! The BLT Pasta Salad made my mouth water. When I went on Vacation I saw something similar (Caeser) Pasta Salad. When I came back I made a few videos on how to make them. It would make my day (even week) if you watched those videos and commented. They are called “How to Make Caeser Pasta Salad.” Thanks! <3

  • asian peanut pasta salad? wtf????? peanut butter with pasta??? I’m offended as an asian!
nothing in here looked good at all… maybe the 2nd one but the amount of raw pepper just feel so wrong

  • This is a very stupid question and I appologize for that but at what temperature do you eat this pasta salads?
Like, is the pasta suppossed to be heated or do you let it get cold? Is everything the same?

  • So… I don’t know if anyone knows this, but you DO NOT want to eat uncooked ramen noodles. Even if you want to eat them in their crispy form, you should still toast them a little bit. Raman is a processed food that has been semi-precooked and dehydrated to be cooked again. I would say more about this, it’s like 3am in the morning here. Anyways… Don’t eat ramen right from the bag. Please cook it somehow either boiling, toasting or pan-frying. Thank you and be kind to your body.

  • I love the rice noodles recipe, I’m gonna definitely try it.:) I’m super picky person, so I always need to adjust recipes a little, so I’ll leave out the ginger…but I’m still looking forward to try it.

  • After looking at the caprese pasta a gazillion times I finally made it. I’ve never eaten pesto, tortellini, nor fresh basil. But I’m eating it now and it came our fantastic, thank you so much for introducing me to something new

  • Theses are the best pasta salads.
I ‘ve made a big bowl of this so my family and I wouldn’t have to eat at greasy spoon joints when traveling. Quick, healthy and filling.
People would ask. ” where did you get that”? LOL.

  • I love your presentation. The video itself shows the ideas and what they look like. The exact recipe and proportions are in the description. No need to pause, play, pause play.

  • about boiling water… most Europeans I know (me included) actually own an electric kettle for boiling water. not only is it useful for tea and coffee, but also for cooking pasta! warming up a liter or more of cold water on the stove alone uses up A LOT of energy.
