The answer is of course yes, Zumba can help you lose weight but the important thing to realize is that the dance sessions are no magic fix for dropping pounds, it just happens to come in a package that most people don’t detest; instead of slaving away on a treadmill, you get to spend an hour or so dancing with friends and strangers to loud music. However after my mate follow it, and finally lost crazy amounts of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Don’t take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

  • I go to KKardio or LiveLoveParty’s channel for some cardio and do some strength training every MWF. I also watch Greg Doucette’s videos for useful and real information about building muscles and weight loss. I just take his advice on what are the best workouts for specific body parts and make my own routine. I also watch Fitness Blender’s videos for stretching exercises. I can only recommend Chloe Ting’s workouts for beginners coz she is motivating and helps you get into fitness, but you may get injured because she doesn’t teach the proper form when working out, even she doesn’t have a proper form. I also recommend MadFit:D

  • Kristen, I’m so proud of you! This quarantine is such a challenge. I’m a hiker and LOVE hiking with my group. We were generally hiking together twice a month. Quarantine came and that ended for now.:( It seems like my whole time has been spent teaching and in the kitchen. I’ve gained weight and can’t believe my daughter is getting married in 3 weeks and I didn’t get back on track sooner. The good news is that the dress that I’m wearing still fits, but I feel so out of shape. Thanks for the inspiration. I think I still have time to get back to it. The challenge for me is that what motivates me to exercise is as much the social interaction with friends as the exercise part. But… thanks to your video, I feel motivated to get back on track with healthy eating and exercise.

  • I did this for 10 minutes to begin with and the next day my lower back (waist area) was a bit sore as well as my arms, nothing major surprisingly since I expected worse. BUT THEN. I had spent the day babysitting my brothers kids for like 6 hours right so I was sitting most of the time….I dunno wtf happened but once I got out of the car after arriving home at around 5pm my flippin back was on FIRE. Like this was the worst back pain I had ever had. OMG I couldn’t stand it. Don’t get me started on when I had to bend down to pick something up…..Ya know why it hurt like a motha f*cker??? Because I was following the purple woman on the right like I was a damn pro when I should have been like the chick in the purple shirt waayyyyy in the back. T_T

I like the video but dont misguide people by saying one can lose 10 KG like this for a clickbait. If that was the case why did it take u 6 months to lose 18 KGs? why not just do it in 2 months.
    I hope someone reads this comment and know that you shouldn’t lose more then 1.25 kgs in a week as its not healthy at all. Try doing workouts, cut sweet things and practice calorie deficit (google about this) you will see results in few months. Good Luck

    8-17 DAY 1: so its a little time consuming ur first time doing it, it feels like it will never stop tbh. in the morning i do lilly sabri’s workout and then this. i ate a fruit bowl this morning and now ill be drinking much water and having pizza rolls..then i had pizza for dinner and drank LOTS of water:D

    8-18 DAY 2 im in the middle of this workout and its super hard for me, like idk if im doing it exactly right. i drink tons of water a day and i already feel SO much better. I lost 2-3 pounds im pretty sure!:D

    8-19 DAY 3 i was super sore today i couldnt even move so i ended up not doing this day. although drank tons of water. and dropped down a few pounds!!

  • I’m considering between this and just dance. But it seems to me that ZBIT is a more affordable option. You pay for all the available songs even if limited whereas Just Dance is a subscription based game. I’ve tried it and it was fun but it’s just too costly for a student.   • Hi Kristen back when this all started for me I would go for a walk in the morning. I started January 17th just walking 2k when I woke up, about 5:30. I’ve been off since then. As of today I set my alarm for 3:20am to get up. Now I’m walking 10km every morning and stopping to do 30 push-ups every lap around my block. At the end I do some stretching and toning exercises. After 3-months I stepped on a scale and found out I lost NOTHING. Disappointed to say the least. I guess maybe I should try on my work pants to see how they fit now since I haven’t worn those since the 16th of January. Hoping it’s muscle gain. By the way our kids started going back to school yesterday, May 8th, and I’m supposed to go back on May 18th.

  • I have mixed feelings about this workout. I definitely worked up a sweat but I often felt lost and it looked like Anna and the other person were too. The transitions weren’t smooth enough. I’ll do this again and hopefully I’ll eventually master the moves

  • Them are professional dancer and we aren’t so the major parts of these kind of videos are full of dance moves very hard to do. Maybe the dancer from these videos should first explain to us how to do the move before the session starts.This would really help us.

  • Started a week ago.. Was at 36 inch around tummy. Tried to complete it at first go.. I try to do it twice a day. However skipped in morning twice or thrice. Measured today and tummy is 35 inches. Lost an inch.. M. Happy abt it. Now will check after two weeks maybe on 31st Aug. If anyone wana knw the results Lemmi knw ��. I dint go on any specific diet.. Just try to reduce sugar consumption.. Had lots of lemonade.. And had early dinner

  • This title is so misleading first of its not even possible to lose 10kgs in 1 month. And even is you do it’s not healthy!! Most doctors say it’s best to lose 500-1kgs per week so to have a good sustainable weightloss were your weightloss is not fluctuating. 4kgs a week should be maximum weightloss you’re going through.

  • There is no way you can burn 600 calories by following 20-30 minutes of this workout. An average person can burn only 100 calories by doing 500 jumping jacks a day (which mind you, is quite tough and highly exhausting). I think by this, you can estimate what it takes to burn 600 calories. Please dont fool your own subscribers. Stop giving them false hopes!

  • Ok, i have been doing the full 30 minute work out for the past 30 days. The fat on my postpartum belly is literally falling off. Day 1 was hard, but i saw a difference the following day. The whole day i had no bloating. Day 2 and 3 and my belly is flat, my muffins have reduced dramatically!!! I did a 2 hour walk for 2 months prior to starting this exercise and i am telling you i didn’t loose as much fat from my belly from walking as i did from 3 days of this!

  • After viewing your success on Zumba, I researched Zumba classes and went with Amazon Prime. They have a variety of different classes at 1 hour, 50 minutes, 20 minutes etc. I went with Roku, then combined a personal and business account for a duo cheaper rate per year. I’ll try it out for a month everyday and see what happens. There are free Zumba classes on YouTube. However I didn’t see anything longer than 20 minutes.

  • Haven’t done the workout yet, and I do appreciate that these are free but I agree with some comments that there needs to be more transition between the different moves. There needs to be a breakdown of moves, step by step, and then perform the moves faster. A build up of a routine, one move at a time. And I don’t find the music very motivating. Music should make you want to move, no, it should be that you can’t help but move, the music should take over your body. Again, haven’t done the workout, I am sure it is good but watching it did not really draw me in to want to do it. Again, I appreciate that it is free so I guess you get what you pay for.

  • Yes! Congrats ���� such an accomplishment! I do cardio / weights / yoga / rest / cardio / mix it up / rest each week for my workout routine! It’s worked well and feels nice to switch it up!

  • I like the instructor. There is a little glitch in the music, the tempo isn’t matching up it’s off so you have to count out loud to keep your rhythm. I like the leg movement exercises too but it didn’t start until minute 37 in the middle of workout would be super nice for at least 4-6 minutes. I have the 22 min memorized and wow, love the results and I’ll keep following. Thanks to all the participants too! Gym is closed but YouTube is up and running!!!
