5 Signs Your Knee Pain Is A Meniscus Tear Self-Tests (Cartilage)

Video taken from the channel: Bob & Brad

One of the biggest challenges for knee pain sufferers is hyperextension. When you stand with your legs and feet very close together, it teaches you to lock your knees, causing unnecessary strain on the knees that can cause discomfort. If you stand with your feet hip-width apart, you’ll start standing without hyperextending your knees. You feel no pain in your knee when you bend or straighten it. You feel no pain in your knee when you walk, jog, sprint, or jump.

Your injured knee feels as strong as the other knee. Your knees and hips are the largest joints in your body. They are responsible for supporting your weight as you stand and walk.

If you are experiencing chronic pain in your hips, knees, or even in your lower back, shoulders and neck, there may be a connection between the pain and the way your feet function. Walking is good for you, right?Overuse injuries of the knee are caused by repetitive use, such as stair climbing, jogging or jumping. As the ankle joint and muscles between knee and ankle are used in repetitive motion these.

Sounds like you have osteoarthritis in the joint and need a new knee. The cartilage has worn away, so you have rough bone rubbing on rough bone. You could try taking supplements or have steroid shot in the joint but these just delay the inevitable.

Overuse knee pain can also be caused by a muscular imbalance in the quadriceps muscles, according to the AAOS. When the knee bends, it relies on the quad muscles and quadriceps tendon to keep the kneecap within the trochlear groove (think of. In fact, the opposite of running will get you there just as quick.

Patellofemoral pain syndrome (a.k.a. runner’s knee/a.k.a. knee pain) is felt on the underside and outer edges of the kneecap and. All the pressure now is forced into your knees, your meniscus must pick up the slack, and as this begins to wear and tear it causes KNEE PAIN So yes your back and knee pain can be. This is the most common cause of chronic knee pain. Chondromalacia Patellae is caused by your patella being pulled to the outer side of your femur, rather than in a straight line. This will cause discomfort when you stand up from sitting in a chair for a long period of time.

One of the indicators that the cause is muscular is when the pain seems to result from performing activities—but you have no pain when sitting or lying down. Sit to stand, negotiating stairs, kneeling, walking and prolonged standing are all activities that might bring on knee pain.

List of related literature:

Additional research suggests that knee pain can be affected by alignment of the lower extremity (the amount of ankle motion, the presence of knee varus, or bowing, and the functional position of the forefoot?5 Specific knee injuries that can occur in running are discussed in the following paragraphs.

  • Bob you should try a side part in your hair! That’s my tip of the day for you Bob‼️‼️‼️ Unless you are going for the Wolfgang Amadeus look lolYou guys are great!

  • Thanks for the Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered Parlandealey Forever Young Process (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning what to eat to slow down your ageing process without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my BF got astronomical results with it.

  • Today I went to see my doctor because of my knee pain, I think I have a locked knee but my doctor didn’t do anything again and I keep getting this pain from time to time. It completely stops me from standing and walking because it feels like my knee is about to break!! ‘ve had this problem for more than 5 years and it troubles me so much.

  • Hey sir, I was wondering if you have heard of this joint health program before? https://nplink.net/yjsuzsyz It looks like a great program to help you guys joint health. I was just looking for some options before i made my decision. By the way, i love the content you have been posting lately.

  • Those high cadence out-takes really needed some Benny Hill music!!!  Good tips so much common sense really but still overlooked by so many!

  • I remember when I was a kid an adult telling me I was going to have knee problems if I didn’t quit standing like that. I didn’t understand, and I didn’t listen. They were right.
    Good advice, guys.

  • I see people at the gym on the leg press with knees so hyperextended that they are bending backwards, usually women. I have to look away…

  • I have had knee pain for a year and i am at an extremely young age to have it and i had xrays they were positive and now we are going for ultrasound to see the joints etc better and if i need a better scan i would have a mri. When ever i do sport and i do alot of sport because im athletic it hurts so bad.

  • Thank you. Once I kicked a spider really hard against the floor and since then I have been developing a pain in my knee, it’s located in the internal part of my knee. When I stand up and lean my body weight on my knee putting it back as possible an inflammation pops out and it pains. It’s been going on for 2 years. I can still walk, cycle but I am scared I may get a tendon rupture. It seems something is misplaced because this inflammation doesn’t not appear in my left knee.

  • Quick advice..if you can pin point any sharp pain doing any of this tests..go to the doctor most likely it’s a tear..I had surgery last yr and due for a other this yr..just go to doctor..heal and rest properly I didnt and now I need a 2nd surgery within a yr..shit a bummer.

  • I was passed by a group of riders last week & one said your seats too low, I have since raised it by 40mm & MY GOD, no knee pain or severe saddle pressure, the bike now feels part of me & I can put far more power through the pedals, however 5mm more & it has an adverse effect, the height has to be just right, do NOT underestimate the importance this little tweak can make, I was very surprised, I feel far more in control & as one with the bike, it’s mind-blowing, you van tell i’m relatively new to cycling.

  • Penis skin chafing and irritation is a big problem for cyclists too. But all you need is a top-notch moisturizer and you will be protected. I use one called Man1 Man Oil.. it is made just for the penis skin and contains lots of natural moisturizers like Vitamin E and shea butter. It works really well.

  • I have pain on my lateral anterior and posterior of my knee with a little numbness and swelling in the lateral posterior portion of my L knee. The only test that gave me significant pain was the duck walk test. I also have trouble going up stairs at times, having pain in the knee. Could this just be arthritis or aging? I am overweight, 47 yr old. Thank you for any advice.

  • Thank you so much for this video! I want to share a quick story: I live in Illinois and I played college basketball back in 2015-2016. I ended up having a injury in practice, where I felt my knee pop but continued to play because the pain wasn’t fully there so I didn’t think much of it! After practice, up until this very day, my knee would lock up and I would feel something rolling around the front of my knee cap. I’ve had 2 mri’s, nothing found but fluid around my knee. I’ve made multiple doctors appointments and I keep getting the same result, going home with a knee that would lock-up after the smallest activities or no activity at all! This video is the exact same way that I need to explain to my doctor whenever I make an appointment lol! Could I’ve been possibly causing more damage for not having been treating it for this long? Thanks for the video!

  • Good day! The back of my knees hurts.. everytime i bent it while sitting. I mean i like indian sit position. That’s the only time it will hurt. I don’t know what’s the cause of this.. can you please tell me.

  • i get knee pain when i use high gear and trying to sprint, is that ok? i stop immediately and switch to lower gear, should i try to sprint further and see if my knees can handle that?

  • I did my own test, I couldn’t barely move, my left knee, when it was in the water. My left knee, has always been the worst, I had two surgeries, in 1999. They went in the beginning of the year, and at the end of the year,.! It was always, always, double jointed, then it stopped and went into the left position. It hyper extended, in either 1990, or 1991. When, I started going back to ASU. It did it, on a ramp, the Hyperextention, and I wasn’t able to get up, so I was taken by ambulance to a Hospital. That s when they said, I had to have my surgery. I don’t know, why I had it, 8 years later, but I did. So now the last visit, to the latest of my orthopedic doctors, said, that there was no cartilage and arthritis, in the middle. The only thing, I do know is, you do not get pain, for no reason, at all! Tuesday, I have an appointment, to the orthopedic doctor, to see what happens, my worst fear, is that it s a tear, some place,..in addition to all of this,..!

  • My left knee hurts if I squat down. It has been almost months. I do some knee exercises but I still have the pain, stiffness, swelling. I’m not sure what kind of knee pain I have. I already took Methylprednisolone and still have it.

  • good video… for the average physical therapist i think. all truth behind it but there are definitely better ways to prevent and treat a meniscus tear. do your own research on instagram, there are many accounts

  • ….

The reason why lifters get their knees and elbows injured is mostly due to poor posture. If your posture were messed up, your body would lose tendon a lot. That means your joints, muscles, and bones need to work in order to create performance.

To fix poor posture, you can try many mobility drills and get rid of inhibitions. If you exercised with poor posture. Acl tear, elbow problems could happen consistently because you don’t have nice coordination to absorb force.

That’s why elite athletes practice mobility a lot and go to licensed specialists to fix their problems. If you had rounded shoulders, and flat feet, those should be fixed.

  • I had surgery for later meniscus and shaved tear meniscus. but again I am getting pain as like before surgery. I got shot to my knee 1 week back also. Can you please give a suggestion, is it common until couple months?

  • I fell and can’t remember if it pop. However, I really can’t straighten it nor put weight on it so I can’t walk. It’s been one day and I can bend my knee slowly but it hurts a little. It’s also a little swollen but not a lot. I’m going to wait and see if it gets better

  • I was told I needed
A knee clean out about 12 years ago now, I’ve made it until now but with some level of pain daily.. is this arthritis? And will knee exercise and therapy help and restore without surgery? I feel I’m being held back from things I want to do in life.

  • What is this liquid that they’re talking about injecting into my right knee? Will it hurt? How long will it last? My knee slips, pops and locks. The MRI showed that its a major meniscus tear. The cat scan wouldn’t reveal it. The doctor is over 60 yro so we have to wait for COVID-19 to evaporate before he’ll come back to the doctor’s office to see his patients. In the meantime, I’m in pain. It hurts the most when I sit down or stand up. It’s simply awful.

  • You save me, due to Covid I cannot go back to my country or going to a hospital, I’m a vet so I understand the principles of this and I’m able to treat myself for the moment

  • You make PT exercises fun for watch Im subscribed to ur channel from the beginning. I also have a Channel for physical therapy kindly subscribe for more info ♥️

  • It would be AWESOME if they’re reply to simple questions. Not acting as doctors but some sort of insight. Include a disclaimer…………

  • Thank you! I didn’t realize how bad my posture was, in just 2 days of correcting the duck foot and slouching I had, the pain in my feet and back have decreased significantly.

  • Hi,

i suffered from patella disorder or one can say knee cap popping i keep on doing some exercises but with my experience the benefit of two things i found amazing and it is more than doing exercise but it do not means that anyone quit doing exercise and that first thing is

“Eating 1 or 2 cloves daily after meal not more than 2 because i experience cloves are hot in their nature so if you eat more may be you will experience pimples on your face but guys experience that those who has patella tracking disorder they must try this you will be amazed to eat it.”

“Second it take 25 gram of fenugreek seeds and 25 gram of flax seeds than grind them altogether now it converts into powder so in every morning before breakfast put one table spoon of this powder in a cup and fill this half cup with luke warm water or milk which is easily available after that when it cools down after 5-10 min drink it and after this do your breakfast.”

guys atleast try this those who suffer it will save you from lots of stress and unnecessary expense and also go and search for cloves, fenugreek seeds, flax seeds they immense health benefits.

    Be blessed

  • Thank u I will do those exercises to help my knee. I already have had meniscus tear surgery seven years ago. It didn’t ever get better. It’s swollen and wakes me up hurting. So again thank you for the exercise ideas.

  • I hurt my knee about 2 months ago, I could not walk for a few days and then it hurt for weeks but it got a lot better since.
I want to be able to fully bend it and I hope these tips will help, thank you so much!

  • Mine pops whenever I squat down and then once it does it hurts and makes me have to straighten my leg out. It hurts and I hate having it

  • jointstrong.best has helped my friend so much with his pain in the knees. He also follows a lean diet. I have never seen him so happy and confident.

  • Thank you for such information about Knee pain I also used to affect by this but I got relief after using Ayurvedic medicines of Planet Ayurveda. And I always recommend every one.

  • Does masterbating results into knee pain? I did it periodically over 5 6 years and now my knees and tissues near bones down the knee to paws started hurting.
One of hip(right) also hurts when I swim, specifically when i do breaststroke.
I used to run during graduation, not daily but in winter.
My right knee is particularly on bad condition. My paws also hurts when i sit quietly doing nothing.
    What should I do?!

  • You forgot one: Cold temperature can cause knee pain, at least that is my experience. I need to have warm legs. In wintertime I‘m wearing a baselayer, kneewarmers and a good thick bibtight to prevent knee pain.

  • These 2 guy’s have no place to give anybody advice look at the state of them skinny runts never been on a bike for more than
5 minutes at a time. No muscle definition in there legs. They would be more convincing knitting socks.
Just adverts on there lycra what a embarrassment for cycling.

  • Very nice to see you but important episode of the world series knee painful every time, every day 2 years please medicine madam

  • when u up your rpm, your gonna pay on your asshole the longer the rides get. I know as i was the strongest rider in a 200 mile hood to coast ride but my rpm compared to the larger dudes had my ass burning over 12 hrs do to the friction.

  • “Ok now bob you dont want to give out any information that might put us out of a job, we didn’t spend 300,000 dollars and 8 years so we can give away valuable information for free on a youtube channel” “if they feel pain doing these excersizes and we tell them what the cause is how can we charge their insurance companies bob? Don’t you want to pay off that yacht bob?!”

It is indicative to me that most doctor’s and specialist are about as clueless as anyone else. But they do have many colleagues, consultants, and resources that allow them to preform their job to the bare minimum.

  • I had pain on one knee while standing gking uphills, 2 different bikes, same exact professional fitting. I switched to Q-Rings, no more pain for 5 years.

  • Appreciate Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one of a kind guide for learning how to fix chronic knee pain minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got cool success with it.

  • My bike is super fast and some moment i fell in my bike and get injured, it did not felt good on 1 week, and it still have a lot on pain on it, pray for me pls, ilysm guys:)

  • I’m fourteen and about last summer I was experiencing severe pain in my knee. Although, I shrugged it off for about a week rested it and iced it, the pain eventually receded but never left completely. Now I couldn’t do all of the stretches but one which was the second to last one. My pain doesn’t normally show until I bend my knee at about a 110 degree angle and below, or is touched or pushed on. Should I maybe see a doctor or think about using a brace? (I know this was three years ago but i’m desperate.)

  • I think I have runners knee I don’t know my leg is hurting from my knee to my leg and I showed my mom where it was hurting and she said it feels like your muscle is tightened

  • My knee hurt when I bend but it won’t hurt if straight and I can walk normally except I bend my knee while walking how can I fix it pls help.

  • Good evening everyone!!!! Excellent information depicted in this video

These disorders can be fatal no doubt… this disease can be treated without surgery or allopathy. i would like to recommend you to take diabetes care pack from planet Ayurveda which will treat this disease without any side effects.

  • I am 16 and have had knee pain for 3 years. I always have my knees locked when I stand up. Mabye that’s why I have knee pain?! I’ve try to stop but I can’t! But I hope the tape method works and helps me to not lock my knees! I like your videos! They are very helpful!

  • interesting points,if anyone else wants to learn about natural ways to cure sarcoidosis try Wiltapar  Sarcoid Cure Secrets ( search on google )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my colleague got great results with it.

  • Guys I just opened YouTube for this exact reason! Thanks! I was at a concert last night and remember feeling my knees locked a few times! Great timing!

  • I went to my gp recently and was told that my knee cap was rubbing against my femur on my left leg and was wondering if anything on the bike could prevent that or have caused it, I don’t use clipless or anything and have only moved the bars up, any advice?

  • Manufacturers really should stop making zero float cleats because the knee isn’t a pure hinge joint.  The tibia has to rotate slightly throughout knee flexion and extension.  As far as crank length goes, there are a lot of studies showing that there’s no correlation between height, leg length or inseam and optimal crank length.  I developed a biomechanical test which can determine crank length accurately.  All you have to do is evaluate your flexibility limitations at full hip flexion and hip extension.  The optimal length is the distance of your feet between these two limits.

  • I run Speedplay Zero pedals on all my bikes. They might not be for everyone due to the ‘floating on ice’ feeling. But i have not had a single problem with my knees since i swapped from Look Keos. I love how they don’t center and force your feet to a certain position. The cleats are a bit expensive but if you get Keep-On-Covers they last much longer and also add some traction when walking. If you have issues with your knees i really recommend them. Sorry for sounding like a fanboy but they’re great.

  • I’ve had IT band pain recently but a foam roller is a good solution & treatment for such pains. I got a question that came on my mind today as I was riding uphill and out of the saddle, is it recommendable to change gears while riding out of the saddle? because I felt my chain were wearing out every time I did so.

  • dear dan and simon,
i am curious about the scott vanish evo helmet. how is he? wich size do you guys wearing, do you wear M with big pads or S with small pads?
i find it really hard to find the right helmet. would it make sense with a head size of 57 cm to wear a S with smaller pads?
    cheers

  • Every time I go in a squatting position and then stand up my knee hurts so bad it’s like a burning feeling (I don’t know how to describe the pain) and I have to bend my knees again or it will hurt bad! I feel like my foots are swollen and knees feel like they have too much pressure! Also my back has started hurting a bit too. Any suggestions?

  • Dan: Where those the insoles you got when you were riding with the Cervelo Test Team? You missed the plug. Was that the Mistake of the Week?

  • Was experiencing knee pain on mtb with 175mm cranks and 168mm q-factor but okay on road with 175mm cranks and 145mm q. Getting an mtb crankset with 175mm cranks and 156mm q-factor helped a bit but still in pain on longer rides. 170mm cranks with 156mm q was feeling unnatural. Ultimately, only getting 172.5mm cranks with 165mm q-factor helped.

There are few options for 172.5mm mtb cranks. Lucky enough to be riding Cannondale, the Hollowgram 2 crank arms can be used 172.5mm mtb  or road. Most manufacturers go 170mm or 175mm only and the q-factor on MTBs is always wider due to tire clearance. Q-156mm crank sets by SRAM for top-end (XX, XX1) only and not working with all frames…

Thanks for this video and pointing out that knee pain needs to be taken serious as you might end up having serious cartilage damage grinding through your knee is not an option, I heard riding your bicycle with an artificial one is a lot less fun.

  • Bob & Brad… none of these test apply to me. It’s when I sit down & get up, my knee to hurts all the way to the top of my leg. What is that?

  • Nice one, Can you do a video on how to stop ear ache pain from my girlfriend when I decide to go for a ride at the weekend, instead of going into Leeds town centre shopping and spending silly amounts of money on lunch with her???? Cheers

  • Im a guard and am expected to stand in one spot for 10 hours at a time, i looked up help on youtube and found this video, im pleasantly surprised

  • I used to get knee pain alot thats until I had a cleat/shoe fitting. My feet were straight or parallel with the frame and after my fit they now slightly point outwards. Hever had knee problems since.

  • I got runners knee when I was playing rounders and bolting towards the last post to get a rounder and i stopped quick while my leg was in a diagnol posision and heard a click and was in agonizing pain and it hurt so much when i walked then when I sat down I couldnt get back up again without help or support and its been months now and I still cant It still hasnt gone away I cant even run as fast as i used to because of it clicking again so now im gonna tell me my seriously now and go to a doctor I hope it gets better:(

  • Can you do a “How to take a natural, while riding”?
Clearly for males only… but are bibshorts too constrictive? In longer races and sportive rides, should we avoid them to make the process easier?

  • my sister hurt her knees running because she was a hardcore runner and got out of the habit. When she went back to running she tried to run as fast and long as before and her kneecap slid off to the side and her muscles tore. I also used to run pretty hard core and I want to get back into it. Do you have any videos on knee physical therapy that doesn’t have to do with knee replacement, but actually with the quad and hip muscles?

  • I already know Ihave a torn meniscus but amwondering if that can be repaired with a same day procedure or will I need a knee replacement?

  • Does anyone possibly know or have something similar to me, when I stand without too much movement for too long my butt down aches badly and my legs get splotches of red all over. It slowly goes away once I sit down again

  • My mate LIKES this knee pain treatment “Yοyοkοn Vxy” (Google it) I introduced to him. He said to me that his knee soreness has disappeared for good in most of the days. He has proposed this extraordinary treatment to others and also all are dedicated customers now. Thanks a lot for really helping him appreciate life again..

  • Uhm my knee cap hurts in a weird pattern like sometime for like a month no pain just sometime when I play football and then sometimes it just randomly hurts really bad especially when I put pressure on it so if I bend down no pain but then when I stand the pain suddenly releases what could this be. Someone tell me

  • Hey guys I’m 23 and I just took a walk through the mall will my sister… by the end I had a slight limp in my leg, my hip was hurting me and just general leg pain also was doing some work too.. I feel like I’m 50 years old… what is going on!?

  • I’ve been standing and walking with my knees locked, all the time. I have bad posture, and a bulging disc at L5/S1 (plus piriformis syndrome), and I do all the exercises for my abs, glutes and lats, I also stretch, yet my pelvis keeps getting twisted (right side to the front and up). Changing the way I stand changed how I feel. I was not able to stand for too long, now I can. It’s so simple, yet no doctor, chiropractor or PT had ever noticed it. Thank you for mentioning it.

  • I’m stumped with my knee pain. I don’t cycle far (50 miles a week, only wish I could do more), I have been using flats, my saddle seemed ok to me but can’t be 100%, my bike is the right size, I never ever mash gears, yet I now need physio and it’s purely bike related! I have raised the saddle now as much as I dare,a furthur 2 cm up to 82 cm and also bought clipless (with 6 degree float), but dare not get back in the saddle to even test it out.

  • Hi, I was wondering if there’s any recommendation on knee and elbow protection for road bikes as I always see you guys without any, shouldn’t it be part of the protection gear?

  • Hello, I am interested in becoming a physical threpaist. How long did it take you guys to get your Degree. Why choose physical therapy over being a chiropractor?

  • I followed the three exercises you gave for neck and arm pain. The centralized pain is also gone. But the problem now is stiffness. And it is not going away. I even tried scalene muscle streches. Please help me again

  • I love your channel..I bought the Purewave you recommended on a video 3 years ago and its done wonders for my plantar fasciitis and other aches and pains. My knee is now giving me problems so I’m hoping this will help. Thanks!

  • I like your videos to help with pain. I hope you don’t mind one small thing: one person’s voice is coming through somewhat muffled and loud, whereas the other person’s is low. Could you adjust it so that both voices are coming through about equal in volume. Thank you:).

  • A good vid, I came a cross knee pain after years of riding and found the float of SPDs wasn’t enough, I then moved on to Speedplay and started with massive amounts of float, I reduced this over months and it is all good now, not knee pain at all, since moving over to Speed play. Oh and their so easy to clip ‘on’ to, maybe Matt should look into them.

  • This pops up the morning with sore knees and an ankle after a run yesterday. Good timing! I am hypermobile so my knees overextend all the time. Love the tape idea! Would it be a good idea to wear supports on ankles and knees for running to keep the joints more stable if you are hypermobile?
    Thanks for being so FAMOUS
The UK’s NHS is so hyperextended lol, i would have to wait MONTHS to get your advice!

  • I am a Powerlifter who trains heavy back squats with a barbell and weight plates. I just started a new training program for personal and competition use. I recently started getting knee pain, specifically in the front of the kneecap when I barely bend my knee. I have started icing it for 10-15 minutes, I’m going to stop my squats for at least a week or until I stop feeling pain, and during everyday life I am avoiding as much knee bending as possible. Me and others have considered this an overuse injury, is this correct? Also, is there anything else I should be doing?

  • I’m so glad I found this video! I’m a baker and sometimes I can barely walk after I get off! Thank y’all! Was starting to feel left out with all the advice I saw for folks that sit at a desk. Thanks again and please make more videos for people who stand for work!

  • Thank you for this Ms Richards. I really think this is very helpful. Would you consider doing a video on some posture improving exercises?

  • My Absolute Recovery From Rheumatoid arthritis With Traditional Herbal Medication.

Hello. I’m James. It was a sad experience for me after I had found out I had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. At first at the realization of the news, I was taken aback because I had never wanted to be in a position that would be difficult to handle. It was of some sad oddity to even realize that the pharmaceutical medication that was recommended was not favorable to me at all. My finger outlines were deformed and as I was hurt every single moment, the pain was unbearable and I was desperately in search of a permanent remedy to get rid of this dreadful disease called arthritis. I was soon to deviate another alternative in improving my condition naturally.

It was during my ceaseless search for a definite remedy that I stumbled across the professional works of Dr. Harry Obiego an African herbal practitioner and natural healer whose works had surrounded natural herbs and their benefits from mostly Dr. Sebi’s theory and who had completely saved me from Rheumatoid arthritis. An information was passed online of his professional experience in healing most incurable ailments via a naturopathic process. The content of the information had elaborated that the process of his healing was traditionally and naturally oriented and that the aforementioned herbalist had successfully cured a number of victims from most viral ailments such as Arthritis, Asthma-related problems, erectile dysfunction, paralysis, hepatitis B, lupus, and many other medical conditions via traditional methods of healing.

For proper understanding and guidelines, I had contacted this African herbalist with whose professional directions and his recommendations I was able to receive my healing naturally without any side effects at all and under only a little period of time.

I wish to use this opportunity to reach out to any person who by faith may stumble across this piece of information and who may be facing any health challenges currently, to hopefully reach out to this natural herbal healer for assistance in battling their health problems. I would highly recommend this African doctor’s herbal medication to anyone battling any viral disease for proper medication in improving their conditions.

You can reach this herbal doctor via his email: [email protected] gmail.com

  • I was bending down almost with my bottom touching the floor and I spent about 20min in tha position and it’s been 3 months since then and the inside of my right knee hurts when i walk.:(

  • It makes me feel sick when I do squats on my damaged knee from skiing. I think I got an LCL tear and meniscus damage as it catches when I rotate to the right and back. Just feels unstable but my strength is fine

  • …………..

A knee has four ligaments and two tendons. Anterior cruciate ligament and posterior cruciate ligament are located between tibia and femur. They function stabilizing knee joints.

Quadriceps tendon and patellar tendon both attach to patella. With quadriceps muscles, they extend the knees.

Most knee pain is not caused by knee. Pain can happen from feet, hip flexion, and posture problems. Or, You can tear ACL from unexpected damage from outside.

  • We can’t do that shit at work fellas. We aren’t privileged like y’all. They will fire my ass!!!! Then who’s gonna pay the house taxes and feed the dogs??

  • Guys, unfortunately i pulled my knee tendons on a cycle back in sept, and I’m still getting the odd pain any chance you could do maybe an aftercare video for people who’ve already got injured and how to stop it from happening again?!

  • Two points to reduce pain that apply to other articulations and other sports as well:
    1. post exercise stretching (good video on this channel)
    2. exercise while fasting (cycle in the morning, before breakfast or search 16/8 and 5:2 fast for more information)

  • Its surprising how people have not heard of naturekindness .com Many of my friends have had a good result using them. Also, they used to do cardio 3 times a week + a good diet.

  • i walked like lady did then! But it was a huge habit because of marching band. We were taught to march from heal to toe with toes up…. I’ve tried pretty hard to stop doing it but i’ll catch myself doing it on the tredmill just cause i listen to music and i’ll just go into “march mode”

Can you guys do a video about Gout? My mom just got diagnosed with it and I’d love to show her your videos to help her out. I know majority of it is diet based but she also had knee replacement surgery as well a long time ago along with breaking a femur afterwards. Would love to show her some things to help her out.

  • My mom told me to use jointstrong.best and its the best thing my mom recommended. She’s always into natural herbs and always reading about it. My pain and sleep too has improved so much. Take care of yourself.

  • I have to laugh, I’m having trouble walking and all of those tests are positive plus another 5 motions I could describe!
QUESTION: Are these the only motions/tests that a torn meniscus will present?
QUESTION: Do any of the MCL/A,PCL/LCL present in these tests?

  • jointstrong.best has helped my friend so much with his pain in the knees. He also follows a lean diet. I have never seen him so happy and confident.

  • For decades already; I have been suffering from osteoarthritis and knee pain. In addition, I suffered with partial labral tears in both hips…just before 37 years of age. • Appreciate Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (probably on Google)? It is a great one off product for learning how to fix chronic knee pain without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my close friend Aubrey got amazing results with it.

  • Nice Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you thought about Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (just google it)? It is a good exclusive guide for learning how to fix chronic knee pain minus the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker after many years got cool results with it.

  • I’ve always had knee issues, since I was a child. I’m 6’2″ now, and I had less knee issues with 165mm cranks than the 175mm crankset I found in the garage. I’ve been riding on 165mm cranks for a half a year now, and I feel like what’s happening is an effect similar to moving the saddle up and forward to transfer the stress from the front of the leg to the back of the leg. You simply don’t have to kick forward as far with shorter cranks, alleviating some potential strain from the front of the joint. Just my 2cents.

  • Does anyone have any suggestions??
(I have a torn lateral meniscus in my right knee, i was running and it happened a year ago… i had really strong quads but now, after a year exactly my quads are gone and my knee pains me all the day… im 16 years old the doctor said i should wait the tear isnt so big for so its not an urgent situation that i need to do the surgery)
If anyone has any suggestions on what i can do I’ll be very thankful. Thank you

  • Personally with my road single speed bike I use flat pedals which allow me to move sometimes my foot and no problems anymore since I swap from spd to flat pedals

I hope I can keep my whole meniscus hell..shit frustrating..shit already shave and cut..tf they gonna do now take the mf out..I might say fuck surgery and deal with it as long as I can

  • I’ve never even reflected on putting too much stress on my knees when riding my bicycle. Might have something to do with my doing it regularly lifting packages of brake discs for lorries and buses at work.

  • Great advice here as usual. I’ve suffered with knee pain in the past and everything mentioned in this video should definitely be looked at. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t have all this information at the time though because this really sums it all up nicely in one place.

One thing to note about the float in the cleat though, is sometimes the less float the better for knee pain (depending what the cause is). For example, my knee was dropping in whilst riding Looks 4.5° cleats so I got used to riding the outside of them. As soon as I went to see an expert to get fitted I switched to Speedplay and use (roughly) 1.5° float now. It helped to stop my heels drifting out and pushing my knee in, as well as using custom insoles.

  • I will be starting a standing up job, I haven’t had a standing up job in over 15 years. I will try these tips, thank you. Pray for my back!

  • I always wondered why my knees would crack so much every time I would bend them thank you!!

I also have a request for a video, I would love to know what you both think about the barefoot shoes like Vibram, and other shoes like it’s thanks!!

  • I’d have to agree and there is another intriguing aspect.

The other day I saw a YouTube video where a lady physio was talking about exactly this and that walking or running with too straight a leg is very inefficient and strenuous. She recommended a slight forward lean from the hip line and looser knees so that one almost falls forward.

I tried it (I walk and run a lot) and my minutes/mile walking time reduced by 1:45 minutes! And, what’s more, it felt so much more efficient and less strenuous. It actually feels more natural rather than the marching that most of us do.

So, I can imagine that constantly locked knees cannot be a good thing.

  • I have this I.T.B pain since a year and half. Thanks to you guys for the video today I’ve learnt the name of the pain so I can search more on this and see a doctor..I want to recover ASAP because we do hiking on every weekend
