Really great workout! I enjoy it a lot, only one pretty big problem: the girl puts together too long exercices. I mean I can’t memorize so many moves for one exercise. I would prefere short moves that we can make many times and then do another exercise and so on. But yeah, I love the trainer

not giving people a chance to know when the moves are about to change and changing them that often music is way too quiet to enjoy dancing to. Also think those warm up moves are way too fast to be safe considering people are trying to keep up with you.

I just started the workout and I was like omg can someone help me I can not breathe anymore but I will continue to do this while we have summer holidays because to see the results after the holidays in my new school

Watching her IG videos of her fitness classes. It’s watching someone know the dance moves ahead and barely explains the moves. Most of the class is trying to catch up and looking a bit lost. To Amanda, she’s like an energizer bunny with being a professional Rockette, a trained dancer with a cheerleader attitude. Makes everything look like it’s easy for her but that’s with yearssss of professional experience.
I really love this workout video! I do it everyday and I’m slowly improving on the arms and starting to get through it without dropping them! The routines are so fun, sassy and high energy which I love! I’ve tried A lot of dance cardio work outs on YouTube and they all seem too easy and slow and I end up not sweating as much as I would like, but this one does the job. I don’t think it’s very beginner friendly and more on the advanced side as you need to pick up the movements fairly quickly in order to get the full intensity of the workout but that’s fine for me as it’s right up my street. I have a better work out. Burn more calories than you eat. Jog 500 cal every day. Then eat salads for breakfast a tuna sandwich for lunch for dinner another tuna sandwich. Everyday for 14 days. I guarantee weight loss.
Maybe it’s a dumb question, but: If I exercise a lot and the workouts get easier for me, my heart rate isn’t as high anymore, isn’t it? Do I burn less calories then, too although I do the same workout?

As an instructor its way too fast for the lay person, she doesn’t cue opposite left and rights, and moves to quickly to the next move. You want your student to be inspired, not defeated.
U better do 2-3hours of cycling at 100+ rpm and burn 2500-3000calories Or 1,5-2h running and burn 2000-2500cals And u will have increased metabolism for the next 48hours.

This workout was really difficult for me to follow. I’m pretty advanced and I normally have no trouble completing a workout, but I could barely keep up. And the instructions were really vague so it took me a few rounds to grasp what I was supposed to do and by that time she moved on. Also, I felt like this workout was really unbalanced. She favored the right side and some moves didn’t even do the left side so I had to switch sides myself and that got me even more confused. Lastly, it annoyed me on the arm part that she kept saying it was the last move and then just kept adding new moves
theory: the worst punishment in hell is actually just this arm workout, except it lasts forever and satan (who is leading the workout) won’t stop saying ‘just a little bit longer!’ with an encouraging smile
My muscles are crying I done all the dances and I was able to keep up with them but I think I put to much energy and strength into it and now I’m exhausted I’m going to do this everyday with some other dance workout videos on this channel

I love her dance workout videos! I track my calories too and what I realised was that since this is a dance workout, you sometimes don’t know the steps and so I too would burn 150 odd calories. But once i did the video 3-4 times, i got a better grasp of the steps allowing me to do them in a better manner and then i was burning about 200 calories. I think its a great cardio workout, its just 15 minutes, its fun and supplements my workouts realllllyyyyyy well

I like the workout but I don’t like the way she gives instructions. She forgets that there are people who are watching the video for the first time! I stopped midway because the way she gave instructions was so bad. It was frustrating. It’s a pity, cause the workout is fun
I think I’m going to stick to Mike Peele’s workouts. I feel completely lost throughout this whole thing there’s no breaking it down or anything. Also side note if you have a bigger bust than normal this much jumping all the time is horrible.. no thank you

Popsugar, you’ve been in the game long enough to know that a video instructor gives “mirror” cues. That is the instructor cues right leg, but she’s technically using the left leg. I’ve been avoiding Pop for a long time, and I finally relent only to be disappointed!
A lot people commenting its too fast, but it can be great that it moves relatively quickly… since it’s a video, you can pause and workshop the moves while you’re learning and when you revist the workout, you can have a powerful 30min workout without sitting through the instructions. The right/left issue is a bit of a pain, but if you have the access/ability, I just put my computer facing a full length mirror so I don’t have to mentally reverse it, and we’re still on the same side.

Too fast, I couldn’t follow her well and I do workouts a lot. I m sorry to say that I couldn’t wait for it to finish! The moves felt quite dated and I just felt as though I was jumping around a lot. Compare this to workouts by Tanju Zumba. It’s good to try new things though and I appreciate her energy, she obviously has very strong arms
Too hard and the instructor is too fast and hard to follow. Really frustrating. I don’t know your fricking moves bc I haven’t rehearsed like 20 times like y’all have. I can’t work out if I don’t know the moves. Stupid.
If I use apps like Lifesum and log my excersise what would I type in for the workouts? Like is it Zumba or would I just type dance? And what would I type for the ab workouts because it usually says specific ab excersises?
I gave up about 9 minutes in. Very confusing and the direction is very vague. Normally an instructor mirrors a person and wouldn’t say right leg when it would be our left. So hard to follow.
I’m pretty dang sure that this is too fast for a beginner without pausing the video. Also, stop talking damnit! If you want to dance, just get urself some awesome music and start, u don’t need a way too fast routune for that!

Is it normal for my left rib to hurt when I dance? I don’t have any health problems. I think it might be bc I’m overweight and I don’t work out much but I’m not sure.
This morning I ran 12kms in 1 hour and 37 minutes at an average heart rate of 135 929 calories burned. Slow and steady wins the race injury free. Fast and vigorous may crash and burnout or may finish however not very maintainable long term.
I really doubt it burns 260-360 calories. A HIIT workout burns 400 in about an hour So this being half the time and possibly half the actual work It would sadly prob only burn at most 150-200 calories Edit: and that would be if you’re on the bigger side, sadly smaller people tend to burn less calories when working out
Even though I know I won’t be able to do everything that fast like them and I’m terrible at dancing this is still such a brilliant idea. Dance cardio is the best cardio ever because it’s fun but if burns a lot of calories.
Ok, honestly I appreciate the free workout but there are a few problems here. 1. MIRROR the video. Please. 2. You’re going way too fast. I’m not stupid or unsporty I just don’t know your sets yet. 3. Tell us what you will do before you do it. The counting isn’t as important. “Fore, kick, back, right” 4. Count right please! It’s not 1, 1, 2, 1. It’s 1, 2, 3, 4. 5. We need more breaks. There’s no way we can stay hydrated like this. A water break of a minute in the middle and maybe 2 more breaks that are 30 s. 6. The arms set is dangerous. Stop telling people to keep their arms up even though they hurt badly. You have to listen to your body, especially beginners. You can get torn muscle tissue if you do it anyway. 7. Some movements are a little old school. You should stretch your legs before you kick, you shouldn’t rotate your head 360°. People can get injured if you don’t prepare them properly. In modern sports lessons they go about these “dangerous” or fast/stretchy movements a little more careful. So thanks again but please consider improving these videos a bit. And stay safe everyone out there, make breaks when you need them, TAKE YOUR ARMS DOWN. It’s ok, you’re doing great.

How misleading..this workout does NOT burn 100 calories. After 1min it clams to burn 20cals. Yes, Zumba is a great way to burn calories, but please don’t be informed by the title.

This is my favourite dance cardio workout!! After trying this two/three times I managed to get a hold of the routine, the instructor is full of positive energy and now during quarantine I’ve got plenty of time to do this workout several times a week. Loving all of POPSUGAR’s workout videos, keep em coming!!
Really great workout! I enjoy it a lot, only one pretty big problem: the girl puts together too long exercices. I mean I can’t memorize so many moves for one exercise. I would prefere short moves that we can make many times and then do another exercise and so on. But yeah, I love the trainer

not giving people a chance to know when the moves are about to change and changing them that often music is way too quiet to enjoy dancing to. Also think those warm up moves are way too fast to be safe considering people are trying to keep up with you.

I literally did Madfits dance work outs today! I did 18 songs back to back and burnt just over 500 calories! I love her work outs!!

I just started the workout and I was like omg can someone help me I can not breathe anymore but I will continue to do this while we have summer holidays because to see the results after the holidays in my new school
After 3 weeks of not training I started with this. Before I could do this without any pain or sweat, I even started thinking that it is too easy to do so much. But I had amazing results. Now… Well… Trust me I FEEL that it is working.

Watching her IG videos of her fitness classes. It’s watching someone know the dance moves ahead and barely explains the moves. Most of the class is trying to catch up and looking a bit lost. To Amanda, she’s like an energizer bunny with being a professional Rockette, a trained dancer with a cheerleader attitude. Makes everything look like it’s easy for her but that’s with yearssss of professional experience.
It’s like my PTSD of being lost in Zumba.
I really love this workout video! I do it everyday and I’m slowly improving on the arms and starting to get through it without dropping them! The routines are so fun, sassy and high energy which I love! I’ve tried A lot of dance cardio work outs on YouTube and they all seem too easy and slow and I end up not sweating as much as I would like, but this one does the job. I don’t think it’s very beginner friendly and more on the advanced side as you need to pick up the movements fairly quickly in order to get the full intensity of the workout but that’s fine for me as it’s right up my street. Thank you for this!

I have a better work out. Burn more calories than you eat. Jog 500 cal every day. Then eat salads for breakfast a tuna sandwich for lunch for dinner another tuna sandwich. Everyday for 14 days. I guarantee weight loss.

If I exercise a lot and the workouts get easier for me, my heart rate isn’t as high anymore, isn’t it? Do I burn less calories then, too although I do the same workout?

Also the heavier a pdrson is than u wjen they workout they get stronhrer because they have to work harder and because of that they get stringer than most people

As an instructor its way too fast for the lay person, she doesn’t cue opposite left and rights, and moves to quickly to the next move. You want your student to be inspired, not defeated.
U better do 2-3hours of cycling at 100+ rpm and burn 2500-3000calories
Or 1,5-2h running and burn 2000-2500cals
And u will have increased metabolism for the next 48hours.

This workout was really difficult for me to follow. I’m pretty advanced and I normally have no trouble completing a workout, but I could barely keep up. And the instructions were really vague so it took me a few rounds to grasp what I was supposed to do and by that time she moved on. Also, I felt like this workout was really unbalanced. She favored the right side and some moves didn’t even do the left side so I had to switch sides myself and that got me even more confused. Lastly, it annoyed me on the arm part that she kept saying it was the last move and then just kept adding new moves
theory: the worst punishment in hell is actually just this arm workout, except it lasts forever and satan (who is leading the workout) won’t stop saying ‘just a little bit longer!’ with an encouraging smile
Oh my! For the first few seconds I thought I turned on the 1.5 playback speed but I found I didn’t!! LOL What an advanced workout for me!!!
My muscles are crying I done all the dances and I was able to keep up with them but I think I put to much energy and strength into it and now I’m exhausted I’m going to do this everyday with some other dance workout videos on this channel

I love her dance workout videos! I track my calories too and what I realised was that since this is a dance workout, you sometimes don’t know the steps and so I too would burn 150 odd calories. But once i did the video 3-4 times, i got a better grasp of the steps allowing me to do them in a better manner and then i was burning about 200 calories. I think its a great cardio workout, its just 15 minutes, its fun and supplements my workouts realllllyyyyyy well
I did this routine for the first time and felt deep, agonizing pain in muscles I didn’t even know existed. I feel alive and dead at the same time.
i felt really good while doing it but i felt that im 50 years old while in reality im only 16 years old but i had some difficulty doing some moves

I have never done any type of dance based workout, and sadly had to give up after a couple of minutes because I’m just not coordinated enough to be able to follow what she is doing!:(
I like the workout but I don’t like the way she gives instructions. She forgets that there are people who are watching the video for the first time! I stopped midway because the way she gave instructions was so bad. It was frustrating. It’s a pity, cause the workout is fun
I think I’m going to stick to Mike Peele’s workouts. I feel completely lost throughout this whole thing there’s no breaking it down or anything. Also side note if you have a bigger bust than normal this much jumping all the time is horrible.. no thank you
MadFit’s workouts are great. So many videos, I would love it if she would either put them together into programs like Chloe Ting or put them on a calendar like Blogilates.

Popsugar, you’ve been in the game long enough to know that a video instructor gives “mirror” cues. That is the instructor cues right leg, but she’s technically using the left leg. I’ve been avoiding Pop for a long time, and I finally relent only to be disappointed!
A lot people commenting its too fast, but it can be great that it moves relatively quickly… since it’s a video, you can pause and workshop the moves while you’re learning and when you revist the workout, you can have a powerful 30min workout without sitting through the instructions. The right/left issue is a bit of a pain, but if you have the access/ability, I just put my computer facing a full length mirror so I don’t have to mentally reverse it, and we’re still on the same side.

Update:hi guys i haven’t weighed myself yet but i can clearly see my belly is not as big as it used to be even my family is amazed how my body changed in a few weeks before i couldn’t stand looking at myself in a mirror but now I’m so proud of myself that I’m no longer ashamed or afraid to see myself in a mirror. Too fast, I couldn’t follow her well and I do workouts a lot. I m sorry to say that I couldn’t wait for it to finish! The moves felt quite dated and I just felt as though I was jumping around a lot. Compare this to workouts by Tanju Zumba. It’s good to try new things though and I appreciate her energy, she obviously has very strong arms
BIG NO NO. Hard to follow. Moves change too fast and frequently. Even the assistant trainers can’t follow. Wish I had read the comments first.
Too hard and the instructor is too fast and hard to follow. Really frustrating. I don’t know your fricking moves bc I haven’t rehearsed like 20 times like y’all have. I can’t work out if I don’t know the moves. Stupid.
If I use apps like Lifesum and log my excersise what would I type in for the workouts? Like is it Zumba or would I just type dance? And what would I type for the ab workouts because it usually says specific ab excersises?

I gave up about 9 minutes in. Very confusing and the direction is very vague. Normally an instructor mirrors a person and wouldn’t say right leg when it would be our left. So hard to follow.
I’m pretty dang sure that this is too fast for a beginner without pausing the video. Also, stop talking damnit! If you want to dance, just get urself some awesome music and start, u don’t need a way too fast routune for that!

I have a dancer-background but these moves were too many too fast. Didnt enjoy the feeling of being left behind. would not do this work out again.
Is it normal for my left rib to hurt when I dance? I don’t have any health problems. I think it might be bc I’m overweight and I don’t work out much but I’m not sure.

Fast and vigorous may crash and burnout or may finish however not very maintainable long term.
wait just the chorus burns that many calories or the whole dance? and yes ik how much power you use changes the amount of cals burnt
I really doubt it burns 260-360 calories. A HIIT workout burns 400 in about an hour So this being half the time and possibly half the actual work It would sadly prob only burn at most 150-200 calories
Edit: and that would be if you’re on the bigger side, sadly smaller people tend to burn less calories when working out

Even though I know I won’t be able to do everything that fast like them and I’m terrible at dancing this is still such a brilliant idea. Dance cardio is the best cardio ever because it’s fun but if burns a lot of calories.
Ok, honestly I appreciate the free workout but there are a few problems here. 1. MIRROR the video. Please. 2. You’re going way too fast. I’m not stupid or unsporty I just don’t know your sets yet. 3. Tell us what you will do before you do it. The counting isn’t as important. “Fore, kick, back, right” 4. Count right please! It’s not 1, 1, 2, 1. It’s 1, 2, 3, 4. 5. We need more breaks. There’s no way we can stay hydrated like this. A water break of a minute in the middle and maybe 2 more breaks that are 30 s. 6. The arms set is dangerous. Stop telling people to keep their arms up even though they hurt badly. You have to listen to your body, especially beginners. You can get torn muscle tissue if you do it anyway. 7. Some movements are a little old school. You should stretch your legs before you kick, you shouldn’t rotate your head 360°. People can get injured if you don’t prepare them properly. In modern sports lessons they go about these “dangerous” or fast/stretchy movements a little more careful. So thanks again but please consider improving these videos a bit. And stay safe everyone out there, make breaks when you need them, TAKE YOUR ARMS DOWN. It’s ok, you’re doing great.

Si son muy rápidos y aprenden rápido se los recomiendo si son nuevos ni lo piensen.
Sometimes I do admire those professional dancers, not because they look absolutely fit, but because whatever movements they do, they look pretty and elegant:)
This works great with the Weight loss green store tea im drinking. I can feel my weight loss doubly faster. I was losing 2 pounds a week with it alone but when I added this to my diet, I started losing 3-4 pounds a week.
