Returning to workouts after a break 4 Week FBBurn results This is the difference in my body after a forced 2 month rest period, versus 1 month back into physical activity. I followed 4 Week FBburn for my workout program. Related: Returning to workouts after a break 4 Week FBBurn results. No one is immune from sidelining events. There are innumerable reasons why one might be forced to take an extended rest period from exercise, and each of us will more than likely face this scenario on at least one occasion.

Injury, illness, and LIFE happens. A weight that’s about 60% of your maximum works well. Plan on gradually increasing the load over a 4 week period until you’re back to what you were lifting before your break.

If you experience significant soreness, don’t increase the weight again for another few workouts. The 4-Week Back to Business Plan. If it’s been six months or more since performing any regular exercise, the following plan isn’t for you. Use a more “beginner” style workout like Starting Strength and slowly work your way back into it.

This is also NOT the workout to follow immediately after surgery. Step 4 Plan Ahead. Finally, one of the most important things for you to consider when you’re getting back into your training is to plan ahead. Getting used to putting time aside for your fitness can be really challenging after a long time off as you often have other things that will be filling up your time. Meghan Callaway, a strength coach based in Vancouver, Canada, recommends starting with three full-body strength workouts per week, taking at least one day to recover in between.

Each workout should include exercises that focus on the main movement patterns: squat, hinge (e.g., banded pull-through), lunge, vertical push (e.g., shoulder press), horizontal push (e.g., pushup), vertical pull. “After a break, look back at your training data to identify what you can and can’t handle in terms of volume and intensity.” If you’ve had a slightly shorter off-season break you should return to. Week Four: 4×3, rest 120 seconds. Week Five: 5×5,4,3,2 rest 120 seconds.

Don’t get me wrong: strength is still important. But after a layoff, you’re better off playing it conservative and giving your body time to adapt instead of doing what you used to do. 2. Living by the Body Part Split. Body part splits are great for the 10% of.

Even the most dedicated gym-goers have off periods from time-to-time. Whether you’ve taken a break after an illness or injury, a vacation or laziness, it’s still totally possible to get back. Furthermore, he offers a few sage points for returning after a workout “layoff” (whether your break was for injury or non-injury reasons): Train like you would as a beginner, although rest.

  • im so happy that u mention about gaining weight bcoz i havent seen so many people telling things bout gaining weight…been watching ur workout videos every morning especially the abs and butt workout. my goal is to gain weight and get fit also…love you from philippines..

  • I love this. I need to put on weight but after a difficult relationship with food my whole life, it can be difficult. Can I ask, once you get up to the weight you’re aiming for, what kind of thing would you suggest to not lose it again, or also not to just keep gaining past the point you want? Thanks so much for everything you do the workouts, recipes, vlogs and proper honest advice are so helpful.

  • I love how simple and health focused you are with fitness. It’s always real food for you. I find I’m a good weight maintainer (I’m usually between 135-140), but when funds are low, I start to lose weight from less eating and I can start looking pretty skinny. I’m inspired to splurge on healthy meals next pay day. Healthy, fit, and strongno fads. Thank you for that!

  • Is Custokebon Secrets useful to lost tons of weight? I’ve learn a lot of good stuff about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • Will you do a video about average daily caloric intake and output? More nutrition based info would be helpful. Thanks for all y’all do!!

  • For a problem that I have with my skin I had to start a diet that has made me lose weight and now I would like to have my thick body back. All the food I eat is gluten and dairy free, no grains, sugar, bread, flour, and it’s actually a little bit annoying.

  • I was screeching, clenching my teeth, and making weird faces the same time kelli does hahaha it’s comforting to know we were both dying in this workout

  • I recently had a baby and I would love some suggestions on working out post partem or more videos working out with children like a video you did a few years ago eith your sister.

  • Aw thank you so much for making this video, Kelly ☺️ I felt like the minority in this community with trying to gain weight LOL. Good tips ☺️

  • Hi I’m 14 girl I realy would want to get toned and I’m not fat (even tho I haven’t accepted that just yet) becuse all my family freinds are saying I look and am going to be anorexic. But I realy want to get toned! Will getting toned make me look bigger? I would like to get abs but I also have a flat butt. Can I have toned body with a big but? Please ancer this quistion thank you ❤️and sorry if I don’t make sense…

  • New subbie here. Thanx much for this vid!! Coz i am starting to do my workout routine at home in order to gain weight. I am only 39kg and my IBW is 45-52kg and it is really hard for me to gain weight. But i am putting all my effort on this! I juz had my 1st workout yesterday and God knows how much i am in muscle pain today haha wish me luck!!!

  • Loved this workout. I especially love your comprehensive cool downs, I have a really tight back so this felt sooooo good after working hard

  • Love the water tankard at the end of the video there! I thought I was the only one who used a water tankard! They’re very useful…

  • I can relate to this. Prior to January of this year I was stressing a ton about work, not eating right. Sometimes it was 5 in the afternoon and I hadn’t ate yet. I slowly lost weight over the next two or three years. I was 109lbs and 5’6 in January. Starting to get worried about my weight, I decided it was time to do something about it.

I began eating a big bowl of oatmeal in the morning sometimes with fruit with soy milk and a bit of brown sugar for sweetener. Two sandwiches for lunch with a lean meat cheese and Mayo, usually with tomatoes sometimes spinach depending on my taste along with some sort of healthy dry snack with it. Potato chips, etc. Filling in time between meals with trail mix or other fruits. Eating more veggies at dinner and carbs and always eating an hour before bed. Also started to drink more soy milk in the day. I can happily say I’m now 122lbs 6 months later and it’s not entirely muscle gain. I feel a lot better. You don’t need weight gainer or powders. Just lots of nutrients dense food.

  • I luv ur workout videos and I’ve been doin them since 2013. I just wanted to ask you how I can narrow down my shoulders.. I have broad shoulders genetically. but frm past few months, because of deltoid muscle or fat..idk..they’ve become more broader. I’m very insecure because of that. can u pls tell me how I can decrease the weight from the shoulders and reduce the size of deltoid muscles?? pls help me!!

  • It’s always worth going over yours & Dan’s workouts because of your constant reminders of not to hold your breath, how to breathe & when to pull your tumtum in. I’m getting better at it but it’s reassuring to listen to your good instructions. As always, thanks.

  • You suggested carbs, but carbs turn to sugars, and then leads to unhealthy weight gain (by weight gain, I mean fat not muscle).

Please correct me if I’m wrong.

  • Thank you so much for this vlog! I went paleo and lost a lot of weight and I’m trying to build back up. Too skinny is ugly I want to look healthy and BE healthy!

  • I am so happy you posted a video about gaining weight the healthy way. There is so much negativity out there today about body image and what we should all look like.

Personally, I have a more muscular body type with fat spread over my body evenly. I started doing HIIT exercises and eating 6 times a day like you mention here and I have been able to reduce my body fat and increase my muscle mass. I do use a beef protein powder after workouts. I don’t run. I don’t bike. I do HIITs and I swear by them. I monitor body fat and muscle mass with a coach and in 3 months I dropped 6% body fat and gained 3% muscle.

The biggest shocker was that eating more, as long as it’s healthy food, can result in the results you want. I always thought eating less would result in weight loss but that never happened. Exercise and give your body the fuel it needs to function at its best!

  • What is the best product or brand to lost a ton of weight? I read loads of superb opinions on the internet about how exactly Custokebon Secrets can assist you lost a ton of fat. Has any one tried using this popular weight loss methods?

  • Is Custokebon Secrets useful to lost a ton of weight? I’ve learn numerous good things about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • why is everyone fixated on Vince.. Maybe for the reason, I’m here seeing your video for the first time.. Vince brings you the coins

  • I’ve done this workout like a dozen times it never gets old. I always feel so much tension leave my body and the small pangs us worth it

  • Thank you so much for exposing that (YouTube restrictions). I knew when he said cardio isn’t helping a person lose weight, he’s a joke.

  • i can totally relate to you guys. i don’t know why ppl think its ok to approach a skinny person and tell them about their weightits so rude. I’ve been struggling with weight gain and now that all these curves are trending its my worst nightmare. anyways good luck to all those trying to gain weight.
just some person tips bc i eat more or less healthy and i actually enjoy green smoothies etc its always been hard for me to gain, but snacking on nuts really get those calories in. and stocking your kitchen is really key. also, sometimes its easy as the day goes by to just not eat until you’re really hungry (which is my biggest problem as I’m so busy) but try walking around with healthy stuff to snack on or pick up something. the key is to always munch on something every 2-3 hours in addition to your meals.

  • (weight gainer) I workout at night, do my correct amount eating and intake of water during the day, but during my workout once i start hitting the heavy weight area i become exhausted/little light headed. Any recommendations? should i be taking a protein shake/said supplement DURING my work out instead of just water? any feedback welcomed

  • hey kelly i dont know if your gonna respond to this but i just wanna thank you for the years of hard work and for always helping me be fit.

but i suffered a knee injury 2 years ago and i cant do hiit because the impact is way to hard just like lower body strength training lunges are my enemy sometimes I stop because the pain is to much.. can you makr a vlog about how to get the best of tbe videos even though the person might have an injury or make a video of low impact lower body for people with weak knees.

thank you for everything have a great week.

  • This is the first time I am doing a FB workout that is focusing on a particular muscle group. It seems so easy to me! Especially when I am always short on time and end up doing full body workouts by FB that make me breathless (with the sneaky cardio that you involve) and makes each muscle sore the next day. I was even able to lift higher weights than Kelli, and I’m honestly shocked by own strength levels! Thank you FB! You’ve changed my life!

  • Sean, question…I believe this video would more effective if you actually showed your viewers the imperial data you have that actually debunks VShreds claims. When a person is challenging anothers claims as being fraudulent and/or misleading you have got to prove it with data to debunk or else it make you look jealous and stupid. Also, the aerobic fitness guy you should was solid, so I’m not quite sure why you jabbed him. Please explain!

  • I had an annoying debate with my dad about how vshred is not necessarily giving good advice like putting peanut butter on your fruits. My dad used the example of putting peanut butter in our protein shakes but the point of the shake is to GET PROTEIN after the work out to help muscle repair and muscle building. I am still a novice to working out and info and nutrition but i am trying to research to help myself and maybe one day help others. Great video

  • Love this workout cause I’ve been lifting weights for 30 years. I am older now so it’s wonderful that you always show modifications. I also was an aerobic instructer in my 20’s, and Kelly you’ve become and excellent instructor!

  • This was an excellent workout really enjoyed the increasing weight with decreasing reps and the challenge of upping weights. Loved the warm up, cool down and stretch being included, and that you hold a stretch for at least 20 seconds so that it’s effective. I’m definitely going to feel that tomorrow.

  • Thank you SO much for that!! I struggled my whole life with gaining weight! I ate 3000+ and 6 meals for over 1 year and always ate a lot! I began to count macros and bulk and i gained muscles which is amazing! I am still not where i want to be but yea.. thanks so much for those tip (:

  • for real is slow/fast metabolism even a thing? if so, can you make it even fast?
and also the goblet squat with db shoulder press, isn’t he just copying athlean-x again cuz I swear I saw this in one of his old dumbbell vids

  • This is very educational! Thank you for the time and effort you put into making this content that provides very clear and digestible guidance to help us reach a healthier lifestyle.

  • How do you know what’s good “for your body type”? How do you know what your body type is? I know there are endomorphs, ectomorphs and mesomorphs, but how does one go about determining which they are and thus what they should do for their personal health?

  • It’s so weird seeing u in ur normal cloths talking to us (a 1st for me at least) when I’ve been looking at u DAILY (except on Sundays) while following ur workouts (don’t tell ur other half but I almost exclusively chose YOUR ones as I think our bodies/stature are pretty similar (minus the extra muscle mass/fitness & über cool sportswear of urs but I’ll be getting there soon. I hope) & the way u talk (even the tone of ur voice) just keeps me focused & on track, dunno.. I used to follow 2-3 Swedish fitness channels/workouts + a German one for the ”Fussball Legs” I was after, none of them I stuck to.. so yes: I LOVE U and I owe u so much! U well and truly changed my life but I’d better stop before this becomes too emotional (u must get them a lot) ♥️

  • This is the reason why I absolutely love your channel and have become more comfortable with working out. I am very thin and quite timid. I have been called so many heartless things by family and friends about my weight not realizing that words really hurt. We don’t go around saying, “you’re so fat, you should eat a salad” so then why do people go around and say “you’re so scrawny, go eat a burger?” This video gave me more confidence and assurance that I am not working out and eating better to look good (though that’s a plus) but I am working hard to be healthy. Just like you mentioned, these fads come and go so why strive for the next look at the cost of unhealthy means to get there? Thank you, truly!

  • Day 48. Did this one again cause I had the printable, and my internet wasn’t working. Sometime I get impatient when I don’t see results, but the face that I can lift heavy again makes me very proud and happy.
Not to self: I can go heavier on the 10 rep round of chest press, if I want. Also, try going a little slower.
Thanks for a great workout Kelly!

  • I really have trouble gaining weight. I eat a lot like people are wondering where this whole food go:D When i try strength training my joints hurt when i try to add little more weight.

  • Thank you because I find it extremely hard to gain weight, especially now that I don’t eat sugar which make me eat more but also have acne

  • you are amazing and one of the rare people here on youtube to promote healthy living through fitness without making us buy anything saying the things as they are, sharing so much of helpful info on workouts and food and to be honest everyone can acsess to that info but only you guys are the ones that say truly that we dont need suplements or powders in general to gain a certain healthy body or a lifestyle which I appreciate so much. I am new to fitness and workouts I was going to buy some sort of proteins but you changed my mind. Anyways I dont ever comment on videos but I had to share my compliments for you.

  • maybe do a cirque of the conjugate method? every time i see someone promoting it it feels like a cult, jason blaha recently got into it for example.

  • Being “too skinny” my entire life was the subject of so much abuse for me growing up and still as an adult. People so easily called me bony, a stick, anorexic, etc. It made me feel worthless. I didn’t begin to love myself until my late 20’s. Words are just words but they can cut like knives.
    Thanks for this helpful video.

  • Omg i wanted that video for sooo long thank you so much! I’m 1,70 cm and 50 kg and last year I was 43 kg and still I’m struggling to gain weight in order not to be underweight. I also do kickboxing so I need to gain “good” weight and build muscle!

  • I have a question: im a 140 pound male my age is 13 and i want to lose a little weight, i know that i will grow taller and the energy and weight will be gone but there will be a little fat i don’t have access to the gym and i want to ask you if you can make a cardio video and explain what you did at a younger age and how you did it.

  • Thank you, thank you, thank youuuuuu! I have ever been waiting for this video forever! I have ever the hardest time gaining weight!

  • I’m getting sick and tired of seeing him too. It seems to be every single fitness channel that I come across to watch I know there’s add that played therein the video. But this guy’s particular video keeps popping up about for special foods to raise your testosterone and yes I was curious and I wanted to hear what kind of BS he was going to say this time. And if you do click on the link it’s literally 4 minutes of him just repeating the same thing and never talks about the four foods and you have to buy some kind of test booster supplement it’s a fraud video. I’m really glad that you’re talking about it cuz your channel is real quality content. Anyway bro thanks for talking about this guy you’re not annoying your channel is badass

  • My elbows & wrists were sore after that workout & I only used relatively light weights but enjoyed the workout. Thanks for showing the way.

  • Thanks for this video guys! As someone who has suffered from anorexia, I’ve been stuck at a weight a few kilos of my ideal healthy weight for a while. I’ve been trying to build muscle but progress has been slow. Thank you so much for these tips, and all your other videos, i’ll try to put them to good use:D

  • Please share the links of all workout videos related to weight gain.. As am under weight. I have started with 5 minutes workout for butt lift video. Please help. Thank you in advance

  • I appreciate a video like this so much. I’ve been struggling with weight gain and I don’t see nearly enough attention placed on this as losing weight, even though gaining is a bit harder for most people (think of the difference between going up the stairs versus going down.)

  • Bro plzz plzz explain how to loose thigh fat… i had commented several time the same.. so plzzz take this in consideration..
i have fat accumulated around my thighs and hips plzzz tell how to cut that fat.

  • Dude lay off V-Shreds. I mean thanks to him i always go for a pizza instead of my usual apple and salad. So far I lost 30 pounds. Well, I gained 90, and my gf left due to my astonishing new girth. She was 120.

  • (Youtube assistant manager): -Sir, there is an increase of B.S. fitness youtubers on our platform lately, it’s getting bad
(Youtube crazy director): -You know what, enough of this, send them a Sean Nalewanyj
(Youtube assistant manager): -but sir, they have families and they are still young, maybe we can first send a warnin..
(Youtube crazy director): -I said, drop a Sean Nalewanij on their head, you hear me?

  • could anyone recommend a protein powder that is gluten free? tried some before and this is what made me realise I’m intolerant to gluten so I’m trying to find a powder theat works for me. Anu suggestions?

  • I love you guys, you literally changed my life! I used to be 45kg (i’m 173cm) and i was always on a diet, i had body issues i would exercise 7 days a week until i was too exhausted to move which lead to knee problems and all sorts of issues.About four years ago i started following your workout plans and my health turned around. I’m a healthy weight i fixed my relationship with food and i feel stronger than ever! Keep doing what you’re doing because you have such a huge impact on people’s lives!

  • Tricep kickbacks are garbage no matter how you do them. All you need for triceps is any sort of bench but especially close grip, weighted dips, skull crushers or dumbell extensions and push dows for volume can be a nice finisher. Vshred is a moron and I’m convinced that the only reason he even looks as good as he does is because he has good genetics.

  • Hi FB! Longtime fan, but first time commenting. First, thank you for your honest approach to fitness-it helped me overcome my eating disorder. Second, I was wondering which model of PowerBlocks you’re using in this video. I invested in a set a few years ago, but I think I need a little bit more weight now. Thanks!

  • This is one of my favorite of your arm workouts. It kicks butt and I was sweating! I am in my 60’s and trying to keep my bones healthy and my arms toned (in addition to my cardio workouts cycling and rowing) and you are helping me do that smartly and safely. Thank you for your great workouts Kelly!

  • Day 63. Man I seem to love this workout. I had to drag myself to the gym, but my day and my health are a whole lot better for it. This is why I workout. Thanks Kelli!

  • omg totally needed this!!
most of the time it’s always videos of losing weight..i’m naturally very thin so I’ve always struggled to gain weight but in the healthy way of course
thank you very much it was very helpful:D

  • Love the workout. I try to do it every single day and it feels amazing! It provide everything you need in the video, cool down and warm up to start which is amazing, plus its only take 30 mins. Bonuses to that we got an amazing coach who struggle with us through out, and not a full fitness athlete who makes everything looks so easy

  • Love Fitness Blender. I tend to gravitate to outdoor cardio (cycling and running) and Fitness Blender is my go-to strength workout and my rainy day cardio. Exceptional YouTube channel.

  • Just come across your channel bro you have come along way on your journey what a awsome job you have done keep up the grest work ok mate cheers from Sydney australia

  • Your right lol people will look at these workouts and see oh it looks new I never really saw those workouts and take it seriously like he must know. Secondly he says the right things that strikes a chord with people regarding getting shredded effortlessly by eating stuff like pizza and fat burning pills. It gets people stoked I fell for it at first glance

  • Hi! I am grateful for your workout videos! Thank you! One suggestion; if you would vary the warm up and cool down sequences, it would make it less boring.

  • Hey Sean, I have a quick question. I have a lot of loose skin around my abdomen after a 130lb weight loss, but am currently quite skinny and would like to do a strictly controlled lean bulk to gain muscle. I’ve been told that in order to bulk you should have visible abs, but after nearly 2 years of light training I still cannot see my abs well under the loose skin even though I think they’re fairly well developed. Is it unreasonable for me to begin lean bulking if I can’t see my abs under the loose skin? I’m 165lbs, 6’1, and 20 y/o.

  • V Shred is actually smart, he accumulates the audience of beginners who don’t know what they’re doing and just want to get in shape, and then he gets all the actual experts who have small audiences to debunk his videos and gets all the rest of the fitness audience. Either way, he gets all the attention and more money

  • Thank you guys for watching the video. Be sure to check out the brand new comeback plan on my website! The first 20 people can use the code “COMEBACK” at checkout for 25% off any order!

  • thank you for this video because people don’t understand is so difficult to gain weight as to lose it. can you guys do another 5 days workout under 30 minutes to gain weight that will be great. keep going guys you’re very handsome

  • For strength training/ muscle building, would you guys say it was better to alternate your focus each day (so one day just do upper body, next day lower body), or is it better to do upper & lower body in each work out? I only really have time to work out 3 or 4 days a week.

  • I recommend reverse dieting to gain weight. This gives the bodies metabolism time to keep up with the caloric surplus and minimize fat gain.

  • Question in regards to low repitition of exercises (sorry my english bad ) like i heard swimming burns alot of calories but im really small like skinny so i was wondering, like say i swim instead of like 10 laps i cut it to only 4 but in those 4 i push really hard and go all out then call it a day does dat work as a substitiute to like strength training exercises. Im trying to gain but hard really hard for me:(. Thank you

  • He may be stupid but u ohoooohoho. I think u talk too much just like those guys in gym. Not a fan of vshred nor u. U guys do too much criticism on other but can handle by ur self. Stay healthy

  • I only use the same weight for most of those exercises and do an extra couple each set. Only cuz I don’t have your interchangeable weights.
After doing this workout it was my elbow joints that were sore but I have a touch of arthritis so I suppose that is to be expected. Shoulders are nicely warmed up.
Definitely not a sweaty workout, which I didn’t want anyway. Good job Kel, say hi to Dan.

  • I would love an upper body workout, that wortks the other way around: High weight in the beginning until failure, then lower weights until you can just manage bodyweight. Thank you so much for the videos!:)

  • Thank you for this! I was underweight and my parents would force feed me TONS of food and I felt uncomfortable. I am now at a healthy weight and I wish I had appropriate information about this in the past.

  • thank you so much for sharing what you’ve been going through. I have just recently discovered you on YouTube and have said some pretty high goals for myself but your workouts best I’m getting fantastic results. And FYI…. I will be 70 in January…… thanks for the help you guys rock ❤️

  • Really thought provoking video! When I first started I did alot of circuit style workouts. It wasn’t until I started a program based around compound exercises ie bench press, deadlift, pullups that I saw any real muscle growth. A lot of the issues you mentioned today I think were the cause of that. Great video

  • Can we please request more 5 day challenges? There so empowering and great relief when we complete them!!:) Thank you for all that you do!

  • Thanks for this video! I can’t believe this topic is so avoided by everyone. Ever since I stopped gaining height I’ve never got a pound of weight. I’m 6 ft and 150 lbs. I’m really athletic and get quick results in weight training in terms of strength but my own weight stays fixed no matter what I try. If anything, my morning weight is usually a couple pounds or more lighter after long periods of massive eating like Christmas. Sure I am quite active but I also eat more than anyone I know. It’s kinda troublesome at times but I guess I can’t really complain. I enjoy food so I’ll gladly be stuck like this if the alternative is to keep a strict diet.

  • hi there sean,,,i cant believe your out of stock on your pure form pre workout,,,,when will you be able to send some out???peace…

  • Lol I followed the printout version of this workout and thought 3 rounds meant this whole routine 3 times…. so I literally did this whole video 3 times.. I was wondering why I was struggling so much

  • I agree with everyone else that says these guys are amazing, they make getting in shape less intimidating which lead to me making excercising at home a simpler part of my routine. I dreaded getting ready just to drive to the gym to go work out. When I started feeling more energy I then had the urge to get out and do more activities like hiking and camping which has been amazing. Thank you guys!

  • I’ve been doing your videos exactly like you suggested in this video. I used to never do strength training but as I started, my body is gaining a lot of muscle and I’m gaining weight and I know it is making me healthier. For once I am not afraid to gain weight, I embrace it and I owe that a lot to you guys <3 As a vegetarian, I highly suggest to any other vegetarian / vegan looking to gain weight: NUT BUTTERS! Literally peanut butter makes a huuuge difference for me. And a great meal is peanut butter with banana on whole grain bread/english muffin. It is healthy and has a good amount of calories.

  • You make some good points in here. I do want to say that I don’t watch Greg Doucette because when I first started looking on the internet for current practices, all his videos looked to be just him tearing down other people, so I’d advise against doing too much of this type of thing. Now I don’t do compound exercises like this guy is talking about, but I will alternate between doing say, a squat, and then a set of abs while resting my legs, in order to move my workout along. I also think it helps to keep your heart rate up, though I’ve seen other people talking about resting being essential for improving cardio fitness (shrug).

  • hey so glad you covered this topic. i cant really name any health expert i follow who would really talk on this topic its like they never think of something like this as if its alien to them.
and i have gained 2 pounds just added natural cane sugar with ghee to my diet. ( look up the internet how to make ghee it has numerous health benefits)
also i have been eating ground flax seed for the past 2 months. 3 teaspoons ( agains its a healthy diet to add into your life)
Women do SLOW vinyasa or hatha yoga if your looking to built muscle and gain healthy weight. fast workouts or fast yoga classes are not your path i have been there. We the weight gainers are gonna loose weight wayyy quickly with fast paced exercises. Listen and allow your body to really tell you how its feeling after a particular workout
and if your vegan like me eats lots of brocaly, lentils, chick peas and dry fruits it all help in a healthy way to put on weight
    Thanks fitnessblender:)

  • Sean, really enjoy the content! So you mentioned commenting on certain workout programs that you would possibly review. So my question (in terms of strength training) is have you seen/heard of the Body Beast Program that comes from the Beachbody world? Is that something that a novice/intermediate individual would have success with? Thanks for your time!

  • I know I’ve done this workout before but my forearms are really sore. I think I’ll reduce the weight of my dumbbells next time.
    Nice one FB.

  • Sean, can u make video about barbell/DB complex for fat loss?
And is it efficient for also building strength & muscle?
Is it any good for any type of people?
What kind of complex combo pattern is all inclusive & smart? Weight used?
Just all other factors u understand about it..
1 more question, cant find chest related barbell complex..
Cherish your opinions over others in YT.. Thx in advance..

  • If you are as obsessed as I am with getting your ‘Workout Complete’ logo, make sure you subscribe to their programs.:D #FBAbsRound2

  • And… How much time should I spend exercising? At the moment I exercise approximately 3h a week, sometimes more, like 3h40-4h, depending on how busy I am and how I feel.

  • Even first starting off months ago, a lot of things that clown said had me going “uhhh that doesn’t sound right at all” or “hmm…probably gonna look into that” glad to see my skepticism was deserved and even more glad I never retained or practiced anything I’ve heard him say

  • Thank you! I’ve been waiting for a weight gain video! That’s interesting about HIIT. I learned a few new things. Please make more vids on gaining weight.:)

  • Greg doucette ripped V shred to shreds before and this guy doesn’t seem to have learned his lesson. Glad your channel exits to debunk his BS

  • Its funny im waiting for this vshred ad to finish so I can get to your video lol. Its also funny that some of the worst foods/content/products continue to get marketed while actual healthy foods/great content and useful products fly under the radar.

    Thats life I guess

  • why does everyone in the fitness industry always have to sh #T on each other? let’s all lift each other up and I bet our industry will get better!

  • Have you guys ever thought about making a workout/meal plan for people trying to gain weight and muscle? That would be super helpful!

  • Hey guys! Please can you do a Vlog on foam rolling? I personally find it an awesome (well, perhaps not so much whilst I’m doing it haha) way of preventing sore muscles. Just wanted to know what you about think of it and whether you recommend incorporating it as part of a healthy lifestyle!

  • Should there be a ratio like iifym? I’m going to stop watching any other fitness you tubers, you don’t push products and everything makes sense! I need a nap!

  • You truly understand that not everyone can jump around do high impact, your workouts are well put together, short & get results but more importantly sustainable.
Iam very surprised you haven’t got more subscribers tbh.
I will recommend you to my friends in need. Thank you you are awesome #workout #motivation #fitness #music #goodluck

  • And how does it work for vegetarians? I am 15 and I have been severely underweight due to mental health issues. I have gained back (some of) the weight I lost, but now I feel like gaining those extra 3-4kg would help me be more confident. And my only protein sources, as a veggie, are: beans, pulses (lentil, chickpeas etc), eggs, low-fat cheese, nut butters (not too much), oats and protein bars everyday after I’ve finished exercising.

  • Hey Guys, thanks for these free workouts. I always feel like like having a personal trainer with some advices, where the questions are crossing my mind,
Its great to have such a diversity of diffrent workouts so I always get the chance, to choose by my mood.
    Thank you a lot!

  • Hey I love your videos but that was a low blow mocking that black gay guy. I forget his name but he was on UK daytime TV as a bit of fun and he’s dead now. He died very young from HIV, there’s no need to mess with him
