  • I found this video getting some inspiration for my own channel, and so I went through the whole thing. I really enjoyed the beeps which notify i can stop moving or rest ending. Great workout!
    Questions for the viewers out there.. do you prefer no music or do you like videos with music. Do you like getting right into the workout or do you like the person to go through a warm up and cool down?

  • For someone who’s been working out regularly for over a month, this was pretty easy. It did give a sweat but not a burn. This is a great workout for beginners. If you are not new to abs and general hiit and home workouts, this isnt for you, it’ll just feel like a warmup.

  • I have been working out regularly at home now for 10 weeks (3 to 4 times per week). I’ve been switching between a couple of cardio lessons as this one and a yoga lesson, all from youtube, no equipment needed. I have dropped weight and have never looked more toned.   • I recommend doing a quick warmup before this work out. Maybe jump rope for 45 seconds and do some neck and shoulder rolls. Going straight into abs without a lot of blood flowing felt a little odd.

I’m definitely suffering but got through it (with a couple of breaks) took a long holiday from exercise and recently started doing HIIT workouts by Joe Wicks but was struggling with them, though this is still hard, I really like the demonstrations during the rest and no talking!   • This is my second time reaching day 2 after the first 29 day completion.. even though I did complete it the first time I still felt I could’ve done much more put in more reps more focus less rest time and more determination in my first time.. so after completing the 29 th day i was told to start from day 1 again which I felt was a great advice to really focus on more of improving the body movements and formation and pose more.. this time I’ll really put it in maximum effort and minimum procrastination the… thr goal isn’t to complete the 29th day as quickly as you can it’s to complete each day with most passion and positivity that the benefits of the exercise welcome you instead of you reaping them. This was a great 2nd day and looking forward to a great month ahead full of mental and physical stimulation and all in all a great learning exercise for myself.

  • I was advised and its common senseto exercise not to exhaustionpush oneself a bit but not too muchpush a little every time, not in one go. I went from sedentary to Day 1 workout, and Day 2 was impossible right awaybut over time. Its an amazing structure this providesi love it and am making progress. Got up to day 17, and now back to Day 2 all over again

  • I did my first machine HIIT cardio workout. 40 seconds off 40 seconds full spread. Goal was 15 minutes. I got to 9 and basically fell off the machine. Had to go to stair stepper for last 6 minutes.. Talk about wow

  • the first couple of exercises were pretty easy until i started feeling it. it got pretty hard for me near the end. i expected this as i am a lazy slob. im average weight but still wanna get in shape you know. i chose a really bad timing to work out, as i am currently fasting and cannot drink water. i felt that maybe when fasting the workout is gonna show better results. idk

  • Great workout however, ad placement is extremely poor. Having to stop in the middle of a move to skip an ad is a huge motivation killer.

  • 6 days non-stop doing this. My first time was only until 10 mins of this vid. Day by day im advancing and now only 3 minutes left i can finally finish the 27minutes routine. I feel great everyday.

  • so i start doing this work out and i need to go to the bathroom and when i come back my cat is sitting on my mat then i move her then a couple min more then again i need to go to the bathroom guess what my cat was on it again. haha silly cat move her comes back AGAIN AND OVER AND OVER!

  • Oh God! I couldn’t finish the last rep, the final 8 mins �� But I loved it, it was crazy for me. Thank you ❤️ I made some modifications on the jumping excercises, but still crazy ��. I hope one day it will be a piece of cake��

  • I love that this focuses on all the right areas but I also really struggle with these kind of exercises because I have very weak wrists.

    Has anyone got any tips or exercises they know that takes weight off wrists but still effective?

  • Massy is SO encouraging and I love doing this workout because she pushes you to try your hardest but doesn’t make you feel bad when you can’t do a move.

  • This is a good 200-250 cal burn for me. In order to hit my 500 cal goal I do this workout and her Other low impact hiit with dumbbells, and her 15 min situp vid. That is about 75 mins of workout and it is awesome since it isn’t too hard on my joints!

  • I feel like I’m doing something wrong! When I do the side plank thing, all I feel is pain/weakness in my arm, not really in my abs. Then my elbow joint started hurting. Maybe I lack the upper arm strength to do that? Thoughts or ideas for an alternative?
