I Just didnt Went to PE and the next day the teacher Met me in the Halls and asked me where i was and the only Thing i Said was:”it was pretty warm” and left.

Next time i Had chemistry i finished my Task very fast and good and my teacher was Like:” damn guess it isnt to warm for Chem”, and laughed.

I found Out that i was a meme for the teachers.

  • one time i went to my language arts class like an hour late, when my teacher asked why i said “my bus broke down” which is what happened. this lady deadass had the nerve to say “that isnt an excuse” bITCH WHAT?!

So thank you so much elliot for inspiring me to have a better and a productive life

  • Not related to the thread but something my teacher said “if 40% of the class is acting up then the whole class gets punished” that’s the equivalent to saying, if 40% of the world is acting up, then the whole world shall be nuked. Well maybe that’s a little exaggerated but still

  • It’s the same for me. I moved from a not very competitive school to a highly competitive high school. I mean these people don’t even show class ranking because of how competitive the school is( school is Frisco High School). When I moved to frisco I was so unmotivated. I just felt like NOTHING would EVER make me on par with my school mates. I was never really talkative but it got worse at frisco. I’ve been here almost 2 years and I STILL don’t talk to people. I gave up on trying to get into my dream college because of how competitive frisco is, and on top of that my parents were and still are going through a hard time in their marriage. I felt like I wasn’t good enough and I got so dead inside. During this summer, about a week ago to be exact I got a call from my cousin in Nigeria and she told me that she was applying for HARVARD. Something hit me and I realized that I had been wasting time doing nothing. My mum talked to me and told me to give it all I’ve got this year and get into my dream college. I’m currently a junior in high school with a 3.5/5.0 gpa trying to get into Princeton University. I’ve got my motivation back and am going into this new year with HIGH HOPES. What I’m trying to say is please give it your best in everything that you do and know that there is still hope. Anyway wish ya girl some luck, cus ima need it .

  • funny story:

my school does this thing called muffins with mom. the teachers run it. After the muffins with mom, the kids go to class and a few teachers stay to clean up. in 3rd grade, we all got to our classroom and no one was there. we have these peppers that we work on threw out the week and on Friday we correct them. it was Friday and the papers were on a stool like every Friday and the answers were on the board. we all grabbed a paper and started correcting them like every Friday. the teacher came and said that the reason no one was there was because the teacher and the aid both thought the other went to the classroom. I’m just surprised we actually did work.

  • The biggest factor to change a mindset is to get to the root of the problem

How to find the root of the problem❓

    1) Look at the mindset that YOU currently have (write down all the details).

    2) Think about the mindset that YOU want to have (write down all the details).

    3) Compare the differences (write down all the details).

Now, when YOU get to the root of the problem, YOU will see that the mindset that YOU want requires YOU to have a different Self-Image

    How to change Self-Image❓

To change Self-Image, YOU need to take a look at:

1 YOUR unique Hierarchy of Values

    2 YOUR Paradigms (Programs Beliefs)

*Based on the study of axiology, the unique Hierarchy of Human Values determines how a person will perceive and act upon the world.

*Paradigms support YOUR Value System. It’s a multitude of habits that were programmed to YOUR subconscious mind that control YOUR behavior.

    Now, take the following steps:

Identify YOUR current Hierarchy of Values (write down all the details).

Identify YOUR current Paradigms Programs Beliefs (write down all the details).

Think about the Hierarchy of Values that YOU must have to change the mindset (write down all the details).

Think about the Paradigms Programs Beliefs that YOU must have to change the mindset (write down all the details).

Compare the differences (write down all the details).

Congratulations now YOU know and see what really needs to be changed!!

    Final steps:

Adjust YOUR Hierarchy of Values (if needed).

Change YOUR Paradigms Programs Beliefs that YOU have identified as the ones that are limiting YOU.

    RESULTS:

YOU value what’s really important to YOUR life.

YOU have different beliefs that help YOU achieve what YOU want.

YOU have different thoughts (because of those different beliefs).

YOUR daily actions are different (because of those different thoughts).

YOU achieve better results (because of those different actions that YOU take).

     NEW MINDSET = NEW YOU

  • Saw the thing with the wild turkeys, and I have something similar. Where I live we have wild peacocks, and those fuckers really don’t like to move. I’ve never actually been late somewhere because of them, but I once was riding my bike to school and saw like seven cars stuck because a peacock was in the middle of the road and wouldn’t move. The longest I’ve gotten stuck because of one is like 10 minutes. They’re common around my neighborhood in general, but they’re especially common around my gf’s house, and they’ve told me some really whack stories about them.

  • If I start now will my results change this is the only question that comes in my mind…. Its easy to say that ask prof but we all know that level of discrimination between toppers doubt and avg doubt… I think I am so afraid to fall that I don’t even want to start..

  • I really need this during these time of pandemic. Studying is hard and i keep blaming the system. Thank you for making me open my eyes.

  • Damn i love your channel man, I have taken most of your advises and it keeps me motivated. And to teach what I have learnt in my journey as a Medical Student I’ve jumped out of my comfort zone and created a Channel, I would love some support and feedback, so please hit the subscribe button and check it out. And hey you might learn something New as well . Peace ✌

  • In high school my entire bus was late for school because it got into a crash. Other driver was drunk and smashed into the bus engine causing some pieces to fly. Mine was the last stop waiting to be picked up so I got to watch the whole thing happen. No one was hurt though someone did git hit in the stomach with some flying metal.

  • My dog died and my Friend thought I was joking. I broke down in the middle of the class. Yeah a lot of the bullying stopped from there.

  • Iam successful student who gets A grade in every exams but I feel soo bad for my dead best friend he had committed suicide because of less grades and stress on himself sometimes the grades and study is not the only thing every teenager needs to focus know what you are and what you like the most whether that’s study or something else.never give up on your self and yeah iam an indian.

  • Ok so I had gym 3rd period (we have 9 periods in a day) and I majorly sprained my ankle, couldn’t walk had to be wheelchaired to the nurse’s office essentially screaming and parent pickup because it was my right ankle so no driving for me! Emailed teachers whose classes I was missing asking for them to just email what they could my way. Snarky teacher emailed back asking why I was missing if I was there 1st to 3rd period. I don’t reply and watch their face as I crutched into class the next day, ankle in a splint, friend carrying my backpack and bag of ice. I also had a note that I needed my ankle raised, iced, the whole nine yards. I then, from my seat, said “sorry for missing yesterday. I was busy in the immediate care seeing as my ankle swelled up to the size of a tennis ball. I have pictures on my phone, if you want to see!” and proceeded to start to pull out my phone.

  • When I was in 6th, my cat would throw up on my homework sometimes. She preferred paper to puke on, and I was a lazy kid and never picked up my bag off the floor. My science teacher refused to believe that my cat liked to throw up on my homework and thought I wasn’t doing it.
The next time it happened, I put my puke-covered homework in a Ziploc bag and brought it it.
She never doubted me after that.

  • Sometimes we as humans tend to have excuses for life but we got to overcome this.
This is a great topic for us as young people

  • 4:43 I thought the funniest excuse note would’ve been “Because you expect kids to go to school; on a bloody SATURDAY (not even a weekday)!!”… that’s what I might have written for one of my nieces or nephews in such a situation! LOL.

  • I’ve not been in school for a month because of a worldwide killer virus, I think that’s excuse enough, along with the fact that all schools are closed

  • On march 3 quarentine in my country started, I thought I’d use this time better than anyone else, but just then my exams ended due to which I freaking wasted 20 dayss and on nearly 20th March I started grinding 12 hours a day, but that motivation ended till like only 16-17th April,… And now from after 20th April I havent even studied a page….

I think now I have wasted such a big amt of time….. I am really crying rn..

  • I’m in 10th grade and it’s the end of first semester and I have three F’s, because I procrastinate harder than anyone I know and I’m really scared because doing the 10th grade over again could separate me from my friends who would have moved on to 11th.

  • How did I not find this video sooner? The way you described your life in high school perfectly explains what I’m going through right now, AND I HAVE STARTED MY BAD HABITS MORE EARLIER THAN YOU! I’ve become an intermediate in elementary school and I’ve been procrastinating more than ever. I know that I haven’t been living the life that I want, but it’s getting harder now with more students that are more knowledgeable than me. But watching your videos, especially this one makes me grateful that even someone, even if they’re miles away can understand the frustration of not putting 100 percent of your effort into your work. You motivate me and inspire me so much to get my life together before I even enter in high school. Keep up with your amazing content Elliot!

  • I live in the middle of farms and one time all the chickens from the chicken farm got out and chased young me down the road the wrong way from the school

  • I know someone who is a murderer. Every time they miss an assignment for being lazy, they said that a family member died
Next thing you know they are alive on back to school nights. XD

  • Depression, Hopelessness, Suicidal Thoughts, Emotional Scars and Mental Illnesses. Thats what school gave me. Fuck the school system.

  • Teacher: “TIMMY WHY HAVE YOU NOT SHOWED UP TO SCHOOL UNTIL THE LAST DAY???!!”

Timmy: “cuz I told everyone if I go to school they’re gay unless it’s the last day”

  • I watched this video in eighth grade and didn’t think much of it as I couldn’t truly relate to the struggle. After the least productive month of my life, I have come back to it. This video may be all the inspiration I need to step it up. Thanks, Elliot.

  • 10 hours of studying is pointless too. I’ve tried it few times and I got myself extremely mind burnt forgetting everything I read which came down to overworking myself. Productive studying routine, if followed with 20 mins of breaks on each hour with aditional studying techinques, fluctuates between 4 to 6 hours.
Last but not least, procrastination is good, it’s a human need, although there are 2 kinds of it; productive procrastination and pointless procrastination.

Now, after many hours staring at book, back onto my outdoor routine for some socializing and sports.

  • SWAT. My entire street was on lockdown while they negotiated with my neighbor who had a gun and maybe a hostage? I think? Never did get the full story. Mom went out to take us to school and got stopped by the cops. He told her we could leave, but we wouldn’t be allowed back to our house until it was over if we did. Mom decided not to deal with that and we went back inside.

  • Now me, I was diagnosed with a condition that makes people pass out at the sight of blood at 5. I still have it. Anyhow my doctors didn’t know at the time and I had cut myself with a pizza cutter without knowing it was sharp. I passed out for 30 secs, my mom saw me and called 911. There was ambulance, and police. I looked at my finger and passed out again. I woke up at the hospital. Had a lot of tests done on me, etc. I missed school for 3 days. I got back and my teacher started screaming at me. The doctors told me not to do any sudden movements with my finger or it would bleed again, she grabbed my hand and I pulled back. Started bleeding, passed out. I woke up she was standing there not looking happy with me, must have thought I was faking it. The principal came in to tell her about my condition, he saw me on the ground really pale and blood almost all over my hand. Looked at my teacher and called the school nurse. He went to his office with my teacher apparently and told her. She came back in balling her eyes out and hugged me apologizing a lot. Afterwards she made sure I was alright everyday and comforted me if I was going to.

  • I’m a Final Grade preparing for the Final Exam from KURDISTAN(Iraq’s neighbor), because of Corona-Virus just 74% of the books will be included for the final exam, I’ve to achieve more than 95% to get to Information Technology College(My dream since I was 7 y.o.)
I’m sure I can do it with the help of Allah ♥

  • I was late for school in last year in 6th grade because of a drive by up the street from my house. Cops blocked the road (shitty projects, coldasack at my end). It was right across from my friends house too. We were 2 hours late to class and the teacher didn’t believe a word we said, even though we both saw it cause we were waiting at the bus stop.

  • This video motivated to never give up even it’s a little bit late but i still can do.. i have a bac exam in July (wish me luck)
Thank u sir for ur advice ❣

  • 20:13 I’ve been in a car accident last year going to school but I still got to my first class and the teacher didnt really care that it was in a car accident and just told my it was ok

  • I was late to middle school once because we had to stop when I noticed an older lady had fallen in her doorway and need first aid. She ended up having several broken ribs and needing a hip replacement, as well as having a large cut on her head and one one her leg. My teacher believed me, but I don’t think my classmates did.
I also had a classmate have a seizure in fifth period once and he had to leave. My seventh period teacher asked where he was when taking attendance and didn’t believe us when we told her.

  • Thanks Elliot, this really helps, I have had a really hard time studying and trying to achieve my goal and this video helps, Thanks

  • Could you please just show the answers too if you show the questions? It’s so annoying. Either don’t put follow up questions in there or answer them like what’s the point

  • I had a teacher not show up for the entire class during 6th grade. It turned out he fell through the top floor of his house and broke his leg. Another in 7th grade, where a teacher missed the entire period. I think it was an earthquake, but a tree fell down in front of her driveway and she was stuck at home the whole day. She showed pictures. It was a giant tree.

  • I was Very depressed these days
I wanted to study but I didn’t have motivation I was daydreaming too much
But then I realized this is not going to work I realized that I my wasting my Time nothing else No excuse can deny my future I have to work hard
So I deleted insta and other social media app and started to study
It is my 2nd day I am only studying following time table

    Please wish me luck

  • If you find yourself not motivated to get started. Emotionally connect with your goals. If you visualize the feeling of reaching your goal and see it before you, it WILL motivate you to push further and make it MUCH easier to do so. Get real specific, the joy inside of you when it happens, the people congratulating you, the things you can give back to your family. Be imaginative! That’s how I stay motivated to reach my goals. I’ve just started my Youtube Channel and even though I go practically unseen I know WHY I’m putting in all the work. Cause my goal is a part of me, it drives me.

  • In 7th grade I failed a high-school credit class, it was a extracurricular. I’m gonna try my hardest in highschool to make up for it and try to get into a Ivy League. I don’t really know if it will affect me when I try to apply for colleges but if it does that’s a huge bummer.

  • After 3 months of quarantine I’m going to start studying because I can’t take this guilty feeling of not studying when you should be studying since you have free time and exams coming. Thank you for this video.

  • Me looking for motivation since im so lazy to make notes and to finish my homework..
I feel tired all the times,i dont even want to touch anything…i just wanna stay quiet and doing nothing…
I know these are just excuses that keeping me away from what i have to do.
That’s why im looking for this kind of video

  • Im a junior and i started school early it isn’t a excuse I did not take my freshman or sophomore year serious at all I had a 1.0 freshman year and a 1.5 sophomore year now I’m a junior and I’m worrying about graduating now I’m watching this video for moral support thank you and if any one has any tips I really want to make it in hs but it’s mest up how this all works if you don’t get something you are a failure by not getting it the way they want to teach it but if any one has anything to help with motivation

  • In 4th grade I was 2 hours late to school because my bus hit a dog and we all had to talk to the cops before we could get on the bus again.

  • From watching this video I’ve understood that you should work hard! Work hard… but be productive and stay healthy cause bot only will they improve your grades and keep you healthy, it will build good habits for the future. So, work hard…. but don’t overwork yourself to the point of sacrificing your health and relationships. Have a good day everyone! Good bless you! ☺️

  • I had came in late once because I was in a rollover accident where my mom and older brother ended up not making it and my teacher said he didn’t care

  • I am already doing the best I can but I am still not improving in my grades.. sometimes its actually the teacher’s fault cause their grading is unfair but no one can really say something bout that so no matter how much effort I put in I am still as “bad” as I was before.. I don’t know what to do and I am really desperate because of that. Also I made decisions that I really regret for example, taking math as a major class or choosing arts over acting/theater classes even though I’d love to become an actress… I don’t even have a plan for my future so I don’t know what I should study or which university I should go to uurrgh this is so frustrating…

  • HA. TWICE. yes TWICE my substitute teacher didn’t even SHOW UP. we were known to be the worst class in the school. (I sat and read books while other kids screamed and threw things.) not once. But twice.

  • I’m so mad about the first 2 with their dads dying. I lost my dad when I was 12 and all the teachers were really understanding about it and didn’t get mad that I hadn’t done the homework.

  • I lowered my GPA slacking off in the first two semesters. I can bring it back up to a maximum of 3.6 if I give it my all now. We’ll see how this goes.

  • If u need the world’s attention towards u…don’t worry…just work hard….The HARDER u WORK for something..The GREATER you’ll FEEL when u ACHIEVE It..!

  • Honestly l’m an A B student but l’m in the boat of having bad time management skills especially with sports/ extra curriculars. I am going into sophmore year after this summer and know l need to change my habits but wouldn’t know where to start. Please send recommendations!

  • Could you guys help me, I failed 8th grade and now i failed 9th grade do im 2 years behind and irk what to do. Should I do homeschool for the rest of hishschool or what?

  • There could be a question as simple as “Teachers, what was your favorite day teaching at school?”
And then the posts be like
    “Not a teacher but-“

  • I have two bus stories.

    1st:
I would go to a babysitter in the mornings and summer so I would get on the bus there. There was like 7 of us that went to the babysitters and got on the bus there. One time the bus just never came. The babysitter had to drive all 7 of us to the school. Don’t know what happened to the bus and the other kids but we were allowed to take time out of the morning before classes to eat breakfast if we wanted it (our school provided break fast)

    2nd:
(This story takes place at a different school)
Where I live you know everyone on your bus and can pretty much walk to any of their houses in under half an hour. 5 of us (including me) could walk to each other’s houses in, at most, 10 minutes. The bus was beginning to break down as it was going up the hill to my house. There is a church right down the road so the bus pulled into the parking lot. The three of us that were left asked if we could just walk home (you could literally see each of our houses from where the bus was parked so the bus driver could have watched us) but the bus driver said no. It was annoying since my house just just up the hill. It would have taken like 2 minutes to reach it. I’m pretty sure ever since then that bus driver has had it out for me (different bus driver from the one from my babysitter since it’s in a different bus zone or whatever)

I have a lot of interesting stories involving school buses but I think those are probably two of the most interesting, at least that I can remember.

  • That hope that you have to change just one persons life just happened, thank you so much this video really helped especially because you used such relatable examples, felt like you really understand how it is.

  • If you require a service of a professional hackers who can help you in boosting up your bad grades I suggest you contact GARYSROOM102 on Instagram, I was able to get grade boosted through their excellent service,I suggest you contact them if you need help too!

  • Once I decided to skip one lesson and went to the park nearby.
That was my first time that I went to that park and when it was time to go back because the second lesson was about to start,
I realized that I got lost in the park. It was much bigger than I expected it to be.
Finally I found a way out the park and got back to the third lesson.
When the teacher asked where I was I said “I got lost in the park”… he didn´t believed me and I had to take some extra lessons.
Edit: That was a funny experience

  • You have really helped me. Especially when you applied the analogy of pleasure only being short term and not really beneficial afterwards. I am a junior in highschool considered “smart” but failing classes because of laziness and procrastination, and I now take full responsibility for it. My guidance counselor actually screen shot all of my grades to my parents and I ended up getting my car taken away, my job taken away, and your girl even has a bed time of 12 o”clock now…And honestly I’m not mad about it. If it weren’t for my guidance counselor(who so happens to be my godmother), stepping in and informing my parents, I probably would have kept going with my bad habits, failed the year, and disappointed my parents even more by not telling them. For anybody out there who feels stuck, or like they don’t know where to start, just begin with the little things, such as admitting you have a problem and then working on them by contacting your teachers, or simply doing your work. Never be afraid to ask for help if you feel stuck or like your not grasping the subject. Don’t wait around and hope the answer will magically come to you, Look it up, ask a teacher, do something. Thank you Elliot for helping me realize what I need to do to get on track.
    Pebbles

  • i feel so adressed right now omg when you mentioned feeling less motivated because people around you were more clever and you thought you could never get on their level. this is basically me right now like i am close to failing 3 of my classes and i’m not putting much effort into all of my classed tbh. thank you elliot. this really opened my eyes.

  • If I fail 1 project & get satisfactory for most other assignments, and i am about to enter high school, will I be most likely to fail and will me being bad a History effect my future and or career?

  • This video is stupid. The point of life is enjoy it, feel it. Not stopping to do work while you feel sleepy, no! Everyone reading this comment, I want to tell you do what you love. Study what you love. Become rich and smart, I’m not saying stop being successful. Chase that dream! Chase you passion! Earn that money! But…… does that mean we should stop self care for that? You may get the money, yes, but don’t let the money get you. For example, a woman named Natalie wanted to be a biochemist. She enjoyed her life until she started University. From that point, she studied so hard and listened to motivational speakers that told her to sacrifice her health for money, fame, and wealth. She did just that and a year later, she died. Now that was made up, but your passion, your profession, and your smartness is AS important as you HEALTH. Give yourself daily “self time”. And enjoy your life.:)

  • Well unlist now I don’t fell alone as a failure cus I failed my final exams in middle school and right now I don’t know what to do

  • I am going to change my life. I am not happy with the way I live my life right now. Procrastinating for hours, terrible work and study habits, constantly stressed. Thank you for inspiring me. I will use this comment right now to set a turning point in my life. I am done with this shit that keeps me down.
    Thank you.

  • I thought I was alone and I feel great to finally relate with someone. I’ve wasted almost three quarters of my freshman year procrastinating, partying, just getting distracted in general. I study in a school that is overly competitive all my friends score straight A’s and have received >1500 in their SATs, and that made me lose all the motivation I had. My grades have dropped from an A to a D in almost every subject. My final exams are approaching and I seem to have given up because I know I won’t be able to compete with my friends when college applications begin. I realised I was failing when my school had a parent-teacher meeting and every teacher was ready to bombard my parents with their metre-long list of complains. However, I’m glad I watched this video because your advice has brought back my motivation to perform better. I will, most certainly, study for these exams and try to push up my grades regardless of the performance of my friends. Your advice was gold. Thank you Elliot for bringing back my motivation and the belief I had in myself.

  • My school had half of their busses freeze one day when it was like -7°. All the diesel busses were screwed and they decided to hold a normal day with only half the busses. My bus specifically was packed with over 100 kids from 3 communities. 4 high school kids packed in a seat and kids sitting in the bus aisle too. We ended up being 20+ minutes late for school and a handful of teachers tried to give us shit when an entire crowd of us flooded the halls coming in late. Like do y’all really think 100+ of us just hid in the parking lot and decided to claim we were late because the superintendent made a shit decision when only half of the busses were running.

  • This was a very nice story. It’s kind of a long story for me but i wasn’t get bored, really. because i usually read a story that takes for only about an hour coz i easily get tired. So, thumbs up for this one. I really enjoyed it and even the voice of narrator is really nice to listen to. Thank you for uploading..

  • please don’t do what i did. I used to watch these video everyday when i was at school, i would work all the way through the night get a couple hour sleep, wake up then work again all day. at first it went great. I was getting good grades and reaching all my goals. but then i reach a stage of burn out, i wasn’t sleep well enough, i felt grumpy all the time, and i slowly began to lose my friendships with people as i felt i never had enough time to talk, text, or just hang out with them. Yes these videos will help you reach your goals, but your goals should never get in the way of your happiness and well-being. success is not always the route to happiness. i am not say you shouldn’t be determined or work hard to reach goals, but think it throw. in the long term will this really make you happy? if the answers is truly yes then go for it but please be careful! most of you reading this are still teenagers or young adults however old you feel or try and be. Enjoy your time while your still young. Enjoy your time in school/collage /uni it is a totally unique time in your life, don’t waste it working all day

I’m am not writing this comment to have a dig at this channel, i have no doubt that they are generally want to help you, just sometimes advice can be taken to far or interpreted wrong

  • Everything youve said defined my life for these past few years. So I just wanna say that Im glad I discovered your channel, because youre really inspiring me to do better in my life. Keep inspiring people:)

  • i know nowadays being lectured to is seen as an affront to most young people. but, i think it depends on the person receiving the lecture and his or her maturity, and the content or substance of the lecture. the number one thing i’m getting from this lecture, if you can call it that, is his honesty and humble introspection on his past. and the lessons taught are worth more than gold.

  • Thank You So Much.. I’ve Absolutely Changed My Life And Getting Results

This Is So Amazing And I’m Going To Keep It Up #Persistancy

  • When I was in 8th grade, my school bus driver forgot to pick me and some other kids up (they were at other bus stops). But the driver eventually came back around and got us and we were thirty minutes late to school. I walked into my math class and my teacher asked why I was late, and I said in a defensive tone, “my bus forgot me.”

  • I had a teacher who thought I was just skipping her class my 12th year of high school. She ended up passing me for her class after she found out I missed her class for medical treatments so I could walk. She found out by looking through my school records instead of asking me why I missed her class once a week.

  • Thank you. I really needed this today; I was struggling to move and motivate myself; I’ve watched the whole video and I’m making history revision and doing it. Thank you.

  • The goat thing was cute as hell. Also the one time I was staying with my old lady at her live-in job taking care of an old man at his house, through a window to the backyard I saw a family of wild turkeys. So awing and cool.

  • This is actually the best motivation. Those “never give up motivation videos” dosen’t work. I just wanted to see someone in the same shit as me:)

  • With the first one, I had something sorta similar happen when my Grandpa died. I told my teacher I didn’t do my homework because my grandpa died and he straight up said I was lying. I was pissed. My parents were pissed. My special ed teacher was pissed. He lied to the principal that “that’s not what I said” and I’m not sure if he really got in trouble. That was two years ago but I still have to see that @$$hole in the hallway. I’m still pissed.

  • I am a Bangladeshi and my college admission is knocking at the door. Please pray for me so that i can admit myself in the best college.

  • Victor Hugo with great imagination had displayed, the emotions from all walks of life the people who lived in our chaotic and very selfish world. It is a very romantic fiction. The great French literature has produced many writers who have left in me a deep imprint. Particularly ;Emile Zola, Stendhal, Balzac, even Sartre.I love to listen in English L’ Assommoir, Thank you for the great service that you give to English learners!

  • I was sort of a failure in high school, too. I had to work extra hard my junior and senior year, and barely got into Yale. Then I struggled my first year in college, too. I had a much easier time engaging in the upper level courses, because I found the content genuinely interesting.

  • My bio teacher freshman year said that when she was driving to school one morning, some little prick of a turkey blocked the road. She was blocking the woman in front of her, and she said she saw the woman get out of her car and try to shoe the turkey away. Then, when she started going back to the car, the turkey attacked her. She said the woman managed to close her car door before that happened so she didn’t get hurt. I think she said she drove around her or something, but I don’t remember.

  • I man Indian and I want to become the best international lawyer ever, but today I am not a extraordinary student I got failed last sem in 2 subjects, but I have committed to myself that I will be the best international lawyer, I can do it and I will do it…
    Please wish me luck
And best of luck to everyone I know you guys can do it you will achieve your goals for sure

  • You weren’t a failure, I am a failure.
I am 99% sure I’m going to fail a subject and will have to take it next year (I won’t be able to graduate until one more semester)
It’s 3 am and I can’t sleep because I feel so so damn guilty because I took it as an easy subject but now I’m about to beg my teacher to help me out. I hate myself so so much
If I could go back in time I would have done so many things different

  • Honestly i know how you feel. I just moved to a really big school where everyone is competitive and i didnt realize i had a problem till i went there. Im still learning on how to fix my problem.

  • I know what youre talking about when you say you had a competitive environment, 5 of my friends have a group, and 3 of them scored 1600 on the SAT

  • Thankyou Project Elon!! I get a video every monday which reminds me to work. I am trying to quit the zone of procrastination!! Currently I don’t have any friends, but that’s not I worry about. The only thing I am worried about is my dreams. Please don’t stop making this!! Finally:: Thankyou

  • Usually I get home from school before mymother does, yet one time she was actually waiting for me at the bus stop because I wasn’t there yet. What happened is that the bus window(one of those that opens and closes) had shattered, lightly injuring the two people standing below it. Guess what, it’s unsafe to have broken glass in a moving vehicle, so I decided to walk what little of the way home was left

  • I go to the same high school you went to. There are some really mean people here… People get into fights and stuff (all the time)… I don’t get why it’s considered one of the best public high schools in the country.

  • Literally everything you’ve said is exactly me I’m in Grade 11 this year and I can’t take my school life seriously, as much as people say stuff like this year is really important and you gotta pull up you’re socks or else you won’t be able to go to the institution you want to go to. Probably since maybe start of high school I haven’t been able to take things seriously and I’m always constantly seeing like my cousins get good grades you know and doing really well, and then you get me drowning myself in stuff like Netflix, showmax, TV, YouTube videos etc. and as you said for those few minutes you feel amazing. And I just keeping saying I want this and that and my life will be like this and that you know stuff like that. But in then end it would all go down to my school. Since day one I’ve been trying to take things seriously trying to be consistent but nothing really changes and then I just slack off again and it’s like whatever. I constantly procrastinate, sleep late wake up absolutely tired but it’s not like I’m Changing it even if I tried (something I guess is just wrong with me) idk.

  • In 7th grade I had a teacher yell at me “Get out of my class!” Because I was late or missing half the week. I cried and she told me to go to the office. When the school Counselor asked why I’m always late I said I have to walk 1.8 miles (not enough for a bus) because my dad would be too hungover to drive me to school that day. The counselor talked to the teacher but she was still mad at me so I asked to change classes (cause it was just an elective).

  • I made a survey and gave it to only the top kids in all my classes and told them I gave it to everyone and that it was for my research project when in reality I just wanted to know how the best do what they do and adapt aspects from all of them into my own studying to beat the best.
I’m now at a flat A in every class.
‘It’s easy to be the best among average people’

  • This is an homage to my philosophy teacher Monsieur Bernardo. This took me back to my school days and remember this piece reminds me to persevere through the tough times.

  • This video its really inspiring but i gotta a problem. Nowadays i get discouraged by my grades and i feel like giving up, i have really tried everything and i can’t seem to know where my problem is

  • If you require a service of a professional hackers who can help you in boosting up your bad grades I suggest you contact GARYSROOM102 on Instagram, I was able to get grade boosted through their excellent service,I suggest you contact them if you need help too!

  • I am from India…. it always creates a burning desire to study..I have to make unbreakable self discipline to build up my career…. please keep motivating

  • @ProjectElon I would like to be in a video one day cause I regard my self as a hard working person so I wish to send you a great clip of me studying and working out so you can edit it..

  • This isn’t really an excuse just something my teacher did last year.
So basically last year when I was in wood tech we were making wooden range rovers right, and then this on guy in my class wasn’t at school for an entire week so I asked about him. Turns out his father past away. From that day on the teacher gave brief explanations and spent the rest of class time working on a range rover even though he had already made one. Turns out it was because the kid wouldn’t be able to finish the project so the teacher made one for him. This teacher is the real MVP and so much better than any of those other teachers who said that it didn’t matter if your parent died you still had to do it and hand it in on time. He is literally the polar opposite, did the assignment for him and gave the car to him.

  • I am huge failer i always have been since 2015 cause i dont do home work and i failed 1st grade i am 16 i am not in 10th grade i am freshmam of course in my school i hear ton of people saying freshman suck

  • I was on a school bus on my way to a summer camp and while we were picking up kids the bus starts making a weird noise. We pull over and realize the engine was smoking so we had to wait for another bus to come get us and were literally 2 hrs late and never got breakfast

  • I had an excused student that was ironically true. The next day we were turning in homework when my teacher called on ‘Derek’ asking him why he didn’t turn in his homework, he said his dog threw up on his homework. He pulled out his E.L.A. binder and showed us. It was covered in stained dog puke. We all started laughing at this coincident and moved on with our lesson, giving him and A.

  • 3:15 while in seventh grade my bus driver would on average be 1/2-1 hours late in the morning, and after school he’d be 2-5 hours late

  • Can you upload a video about maths….only the thing please cuz I need alot motivation in it ithink not only me but alot of do need it please consider about it….sir..

What’s the point I’m just gonna fail
