  • Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tested every weight loss program that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to lose and maintain the weight off. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritionary intake.   • If you are as old and beat-up as I am, try modifying these exercises so that you almost always keep one foot on the floor. By doing that, I could do the workout (more or less, lol).

  • doing the may 2020 calendar along with the 7 day arm challenge. i wasnt going to do the pilates side of the calendar after the arm cardio, but here I am, 11 at night doing it before bed! i found it a lot easier after doing the beginners calendar and the april 2020 calendar. progress!! thank you cassey for pushing me and telling me off for cheating haha! getting that quarantine body amirite?

  • My mum has been doing this for 3 weeks… she has lost 10lbs She is being careful of her diet throughout the week, but is still enjoying treats… It works, but you need to do it 5 times a day, not straight after one another (makes it easier)… She is very very happy…. and I am so proud of her….
