  • Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tested every weight loss program that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to lose and maintain the weight off.   • If you are as old and beat-up as I am, try modifying these exercises so that you almost always keep one foot on the floor. By doing that, I could do the workout (more or less, lol).

  • doing the may 2020 calendar along with the 7 day arm challenge. i wasnt going to do the pilates side of the calendar after the arm cardio, but here I am, 11 at night doing it before bed! i found it a lot easier after doing the beginners calendar and the april 2020 calendar. progress!! thank you cassey for pushing me and telling me off for cheating haha! getting that quarantine body amirite?

  • My mum has been doing this for 3 weeks… she has lost 10lbs She is being careful of her diet throughout the week, but is still enjoying treats… It works, but you need to do it 5 times a day, not straight after one another (makes it easier)… She is very very happy…. and I am so proud of her….

  • I LOVE this workout! It’s really a challenge, and feels great on all of the different muscle groups. (And the instructor is using 10lb weights!!! WHAT!? I used 5lb and was burning!)

  • Omg…I used to do his workouts in HS with my volleyball team and lost 40lbs doing a low carb diet and his workouts 3days a week during conditioning before season started…I’ve been telling myself that I wanted to start tar I again and I’ve been well just too lazy to even search but finally did and I’m glad I did I’m starting tomorrow morning back with Billy. I know I’m going to feel it but nothing like the feeling of knowing you worked your muscles in a good way. Time to get to work!!!

  • I first found this video 7 years ago, and I did this about three times every day in the summer. I lost 9 kgs + got much stronger in my legs and my butt looked really good as well. For some reason I stopped doing this, and my body slowly started getting worse because of unhealthy habits and other personal issues. But now I’m starting this again. I did this first time yesterday, and I recommend within the first week to build up to doing this at least 4 times a day. My diet 7 years ago when I did this workout ONLY, consisted of grapefruit in the morning, hummus+celery+yoghurt for lunch and broccoli, chicken and rice for dinner. Good luck everyone!

  • I have been doing this everyday for 2 months now. I feel great although most of the time I am sore (but worth it) ��. Before Tae Bo, I wear size large shirt and now I can wear my medium size shirt. I don’t know how much weight I lost but my husband said he can tell the difference before and after.   • I love that this workout doesn’t repeat moves (except on the other side of the body). I wish there was just a touch more cardio, but that’s Okay. Overall, I like this workout a lot!

  • Is this workout extremely hard for any other athletes? I run sprints for track and even though we’ve been out for a couple of weeks due to corona, I couldn’t even complete this workout!������

    I did this by accident.
    I quit my office job and became a tour guide which pays low but it was fun. I was 6 ft 260lbs and became 6ft 198lbs in one year.
    So worth it!!!

    Advice is:

  • Not only I lost fat and gained muscle, but I feel more energized and productive throughout the day. My sleep has also improved drastically. Website called Next Level Diet really changed my life for the better.

  • In case anyone was wondering if it gets better…it does!

    In June of 2019 I started running as a sport which with it comes exercise and better food choices. It seemed easy, until those days came where I didn’t want to run at all. (the exercises included running, weight training, circuit training, lots of stretching, and etc.)

    Around Winter of 2019 and beginning of 2020, I wanted to workout my thighs and glutes, to have more power going up hill. (and also for a thigh gap because it was bothering me a lot. I think I’m over it now.) And in this journey of focusing on these two parts of my body, I found Cassey. I would do her thigh and butt workouts, of course. I kept hearing about a calendar in her videos but never did one.

    I stopped working out when quarantine was initiated here in my state. Due to no gym and no one being around to motivate me. Running outside with a mask on was simply…not the vibe. And I remembered Cassey’s calendars. Once April 1st hit, I began to workout with her (and my boyfriend) and have been doing so everyday I can, since.

    This video, for it being a beginner’s one, AND I used to workout before all this, I couldn’t do without taking a few breaks in between. Today, I finally did it without stopping, along with the two other videos that were for today on the calendar.

    When this video, I was kinda like, “Wait, that was it? It’s over?”

    SO. LONG STORY SHORT, IT TOOK ME ABOUT 3 MONTHS OF PILATES WITH CASSEY. I used to not practice Pilates as a form of exercise, so maybe that’s why, but if you are just starting or have been doing this for a while and it’s still difficult, let me just tell you to not give up, no matter how hard it gets. Our body gets stronger every second we do an odd uncomfortable move. Trust me.

  • I’ve been doing this almost every day for the past month, and it’s already so much easier! I had to stop for a break so many times at the beginning, and now I can do the full ten minutes (except for the dead lift one, which my puppy has decided is a fun game, so I repeat another exercise instead). Sometimes I add wrist weights, and then it’s good for my arms, too. I’ve got to get stronger so I can keep carrying my pup around like a baby when he’s full grown.:)

Her tights make her lower part of the body so sexy and when she exercises her private part as well as her legs, thighs, inner thighs, and her outer thighs look so sexy, cute and beautiful.   • Just finished this workout at 11:13 pm. I try to do these in the morning before work, but it didn’t happen this morning. I absolutely did NOT want to do this workout tonight. It’s been a long day but I made a commitment to complete the beginner’s pilates without missing a single day in the 28 day period. After finishing two workouts tonight, I am so proud of myself right now. Okay, time for bed!

  • Hello (; I normally follow your videos and I’m a beginner, and so I was wondering, is there a reason why one arm/shoulder of mine is burning more than the other? Maybe it’s my posture or something but I was just wondering if you knew something about this.

  • I enjoyed this but wouldn’t call it a fat blasting workout. My FitBit said that it burned under 100 calories (84 to be exact). Regardless, I hope she posts more videos like this.

  • I still remember the first time I did this. It was around two years ago. I still remember the pain during the first five minutes in this video, and how I just want it to finish. I almost gave up half way through the video, but how glad I am now that I didn’t.

    Now that I tried this again, I barely felt anything until the last five minutes of the video. I had to say, it was the best feeling ever.

  • I’m not so much out of shape, but I have an ankle injury/surgery that inhibits from working out fully. But I am going to try this one except for the push up and the other thing that requires you to go down really fast. I see there are 2 ladies in the video that are modifying and it still looks like they are working out.

  • I started 1.5 years ago doing this sometimes. I couldn’t even reach half of the exercise without having a break. Then, during this year, I started running, going to the gym and most importanteating well! Yesterday I tried this exercise again, and I completed it twice without a single break ��

  • just tried this for my firstime. I have to confess, i end up really “fat-melting” look even though i do workout regularly. This is really Fat-Blasting workout. AWESOME!

  • This looked beginner/intermediate but boy am I wrong! I did just get back into working out a couple weeks ago-after like a year of not doing much exerciseand man I will be sore tomorrow! I currently have it paused at like the 16 minute mark to rest for about 5 minutes before powering through to the end:) Soon I hope to flow through it without a couple five minute breaks!

  • That was an amazing workout!!! I was sweating like crazy and it was easy to follow. You feel some of the burn while working out, but I’m paying for it now (the day after). It’s a struggle for me to even walk

  • I did this exercise for at least 2 months. From 57.5 kg, I am now 51.3 kg. What and when you eat also helps a lot. I am asian so I eat rice every but only 1 cup a day. The dishes I prepare also has a lot of veggies (mostly green leafy) with meat or tofu. I always have desserts after meal though. I also do intermittent fasting.

  • I just did this workout. It was a bit hard but I am going to stick to it. I love Taebo and Billy Blanks is so positive. Right now I am 203 lbs. I will check back in one week.   • I tried this workout about a year ago in the early phases of recovering from a chest lumpectomy, after my doctor warned me my shoulder might freeze if I don’t move it enough, even though it was obviously quite difficult and painful. Trying this video was so painful and frustrating at the time because my body had become so incredibly weak. About 8 months later and being able to do the whole thing without breaks feels like a blessing and even though I’m just now properly going through your beginners calendar 2.0, knowing how incredibly weak I was back then gives me hope moving forward now.

  • Suddenly there are commercials? An almost 4 year old exercise video, that I have been doing for over a year without a single commercial, and suddenly, there are commercial interruptions? On an exercise video??? UGH.:(

  • i’ve been doing a rutine now for 4 months, i was 158kg, and now im 120,3kg and still a long way to go, my goal is 90kg. Do only 3-4 of these 2-3 times a week and the other days go for a long walk 5-15km, (this is very hard in the beginning)so pick a spot with lots of resting places but, will get much easier after just 1 or 2 weeks. Saturday is my offday to relax and recover. The real hard part for most is the food but its easy for me. Chicken/Fish (i use salmon mostly) without skin is delicious when cooked right and not too long and, lots of vegies like cooked broccolli and haricots verts/green beans. i use REAL greek yougurt 2%fat with all kinds of spices i like, as some kind of sauce for the meal.

  • Is this workout good for the core and the abs? It seems great for an all round workout, but like most workouts trimming the abs always seems to be the hard bit.

  • I stumbled over this video of yours a couple weeks ago and I’ve been doing it for 22 days �� At first I could only do 15 sec out of 30 sec of each workout but now I can do full 30 sec and it’s such an amazing feeling to be stronger.   • I’ve been doing Chloe’s work out for 9 months. Sometimes I zone out during the exercise due to the mental pain lol I know I’m supposed to focus on the muscle I’m using. Thank you for reminding us to squeeze abs every time!

  • OMG, my arms were killing me throughout this workout! I didn’t know that my arm muscles were so weak, they are like wet noodles. I will have to work on that in the future. Thank you Cassey, and the completion of this video means I just finished Day 3 of the Beginners Calendar. I’m looking forward to working on my booty tomorrow.
    Edit: Day 20 of the Beginner’s Calendar and I have repeated this video. Wow, this video is a great arm workout and I really felt it. I did notice I was able to keep my form stronger and for much longer which meant that I didn’t have to keep correcting my shoulders. Also, my arms have become stronger because I found my wet noodle feeling occurred much later in the video in comparison to when I did the video on day 3. I wonder if one day I can do this video with weights.

  • I really love al your workouts. I have just started, probably for the past 5 days. I have a doubt though. Do these exercises have to be repeated 3 times. I do them once in combinations of abs,arms and full body. Kindly let me know. But after I have started I really fell so good and confident. I’m really going to change the way I look.
