Experiment with the 15 minutes of jump rope intervals. There isn’t an exact work and recovery period that you must follow to get results. Studies show HIIT is effective for fat loss, but a lot of different length intervals work well. The idea is to push hard during the work portion.

Jump rope, in general, is great for burning calories, but heavy-duty ropes can help you torch them even faster. This RopeFit pick is made from rugged poly dacron rope and weighs up to 8 pounds, depending on which version you choose. The best jump rope workout comes down to the jump rope workout you’re willing to sustain over a long period of time. In fact, one study found jump roping had a significant effect on the reduction of body fat in children over a 10 week period, and the same can be said for adults.

High-intensity bursts of exercise like jumping rope, research has shown, is essential for melting away fat, too. Plus, your jump rope can be taken virtually anywhere you go — whether that’s across the country on a work trip, to the local park, or to your gym — which eliminates any excuses for skipping a workout when traveling. Rope Skipping: The Best Workout for weight loss, skipping, work from home, weight loss, technique, skipping rope, health benefits, jump, body, fitness. Here are four HIIT workouts that use a jump rope and body weight moves that will push your cardio to the next level. Skip as many times.

The benefits of jump rope go beyond the playground and boxing ring. Here are some of the best to use, whether you’re a beginner or CrossFit double-under master. No workout is effective on its own — without dieting — to get rid of belly fat. But HIIT exercise like jump rope has been linked to faster fat loss.

Gaoykai Jump Rope has a length of 9.8 feet, weight 1lb and the grip has a length of 6 inches. The jump rope is perfect for boxing, interval training, cross-fit and workout to enlarge weight loss. Jump rope is one of the best workouts you can do.

You’ll burn fat, lose weight, and improve your cardio, all while gaining lean muscle mass. The biggest obstacles to working out are time, knowledge, and boredom.

I recently bought a 1 pound rope to start exercising at home because of the current situation. since then I’ve been watching your beginner videos to help me figure out some good workouts. I believe owning my own set will help me take my exercises to the next level and live a healthier life. hope this is enough to win. thanks!

  • Why do I deserve to win?.. Honestly even if I don’t win I just wanted to let you guys know that I’m grateful for your videos and how intestinal y’all are and through jump roping, I found a new love for physical activity, which sounds wild but true. I struggled with being over weight majority of my life trying multiple different things to lose weight or just to be active. Currently I’m using this plastic rope that I got years ago it’s not their not the best but I am still grateful, because due to COVID19 I lost my job, and really can’t afford to get the ropes at the moment, but I’m super excited for the day comes so I can get them and really dive in to my jump roping journey! But thank you for anyone taking the time out to read this, and thank you guys for just being awesome!

  • Hi JRD. I hope i can have a chance to win those jumping rope. I’m a stay at home mom with 2 kids to take care of and jumping rope is my only way of exercise. I do have a cheap one here but i do believe your jumping rope will be more beneficial for my weight loss journey. ♥ @kristine_romen

  • I deserve to win because I just started jump roping a couple weeks ago and I’m getting pretty good results with a cheap rope but I need a cross rope to really start losing weight and gaining muscle

    Instagram: @roman_taylor7

  • I really appreciate the opportunity you are giving to people to become more active and healthy. I would love to join the other commenters on here for the chance to win a Crossrope set. I personally have set a three month goal to learn how to boxer jump during the Coronavirus shutdown. I know a lot of people are coming up with creative ways to stay active. I carve out time each day to practice, I also watch a lot of the videos on techniques which have helped me improve over the last couple of weeks. @jab_z87

  • It would mean the world to me to win this giveaway, since I’m using a worn out old rope with broken handles so I have to hold it from the rope itself, and I keep tripping and it’s so frustrating, I’ve been using it for a month now, my family is seeing results but not as big as I hoped, so winning these ropes would just help me carry on my journey to having 10% body fat, my instagram is @heyitsmemido. thank you

  • I need to loose 75 lbs @tongelaclark I need those ropes and will do my journey on YouTube and share results I am starting my journey

  • Thank you so much for your workouts, guys. You are saving my quarentine. I love very much to keep up with you. Hugs from Brazil #KeepSafe

  • I don’t think that I need to justify why I deserve to win the ropes, the most important thing is to find a way to make you know that I’m really grateful with your help! For the first time I’m seeing results in my body shape. I’m from Brazil and I don’t have money to buy these amazing jump ropes, I’m unemployed and the dollar is five time the local money, if I win the price for sure I’ll record all my development!

  • I’m gonna be honest I’m 14 and I play football. I want to lose weight but I don’t have a jump rope or equipment. This quarantine has limited my access to everything. We recently started weightlifting for highschool ball, and I need to be in shape so I don’t get an Athsma attack or anything. I’m not saying I deserve this over anyone else. But these jump ropes will be at good use and benefit me very well

  • Hi JRD! How’s it going? I’m Amira. Just a lil bit of intro of myself, I’ve started my weight loss journey since June last year. By joining a group workout locally here in my country, Malaysia which incorporates HIIT and jump rope workouts with an instructor as well as many hours of watching JRD videos, never have I imagined I could say this; I’m 46.3 lbs lighter! Most importantly, I managed to regain back my self confidence. It would be a great addition to my lonely basic speed rope that I currently have and I know I definitely deserve to win so I can continue this journey and keep inspiring others too! ✌ IG: @mira_rami

  • I like it more when you do the whole work out. Probably I won’t win a jump rope with this comment but when I have follow your other work outs. (and have jump a lot of times with them) and when you just do the whole thing it is cooler!

  • My indoor child, who has is the runt among his peers has expressed a recent interest in activities that can make him stronger. As a mother I want to encourage him in this desire by actively partnering with him in this pursuit. I want him to actualize a new truth, that health and stature does not have to be limited to a medical report.

  • I discovered your channel like a week ago and watched all your videos! I want to win bc I already started practicing and it feels so good and refreshing. Its one of the rate activities i do jist because i feel like it!! I’m usually active so i decided to replace the cardio with your workouts!:)

  • Why do I deserve to win?: I deserve to win because for most of my life I was expected to lose but never gave in. I’m the first person in my family to graduate from college and I came up in one of the toughest neighborhoods in Baltimore. I’m on the cusp of completing my 2nd master’s degree. My existence defies the odds. Now, I am a therapist and I get to encourage people to win every day. I still struggle to make ends meet and I desperately want a form of exercise that I can enjoy. Working out is not something I have ever done consistently but this would be a huge help. We all deserve success. Congrats to whoever gets the ropes. IG: @o_thagadfly

  • I deserve to win because I’m the only butcher in our shop that doesn’t have a cross rope! I’m still using a bright green rinky-dink rope to get my workout in! The rest of my team is getting buff and I’m jumping with the same rope used for elementary school jump rope challenges. Help me up my game!

  • hey Danni
I just feel like I really need to tell you something. You are absolutely loved beyond any human capacity. Jesus Christ loves YOU and wants to know you. I care about your eternity and He wants you to repent. A lot of people have been deceived by the devil to think that sin is no longer serious and that all we need is to believe in God but even the demons believe in Jesus but yet they’re not saved… It is written that a friend of the world is an enemy of God. ” Let God be true and every man a liar”, most preachers are not preaching the truth that sin leads to eternal torment in a very real place called hell. There are too many people deceived into thinking that once you’ve said a prayer, you’re saved even if you continue living the same sinful life. God hates sin and it’s never stopped being serious. Sin leads to hell and I’d never want you to be deceived thinking that your good works of being a ‘good person’ will save you. We need Jesus, without Him, our good works are as Filthy rags according to the Bible.
Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart and is waiting on you to open to Him and believe that He is the only begotten Son of God. God is not willing that any should perish but all come to repentance. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the Father but by Him. May God bless you and may you seek Him and truly repent and sin no more to become true children of God. Have a beautiful day ☺️

  • This is my day 3. 1st day I did 300 skips, 2nd day 500, and today I did 1000 divided in 2 parts. Already lost 3 pounds…. I know..
But I did other exercises too.

  • Hey dudes great workout, just did it and it was hardcore! I know it’s different for everyone but roughly how many calories does this burn?

  • I wish I could post a picture. I had a little bit of belly fat and I was told to jump rope instead of crunching. Literally that shit is gone!!!

  • Hi, I’m on day 3 of the 7 day challenge. Completed this workout once and tried doing it again for the second time but was only able to do half of it. I want to increase my strength and stamina, any tips? Also I’m pretty bad at push ups and did trip in between, trying my best but kinda disappointed with my speed. Thank you though, because of you guys I can actually see a difference in myself (even my friends/fam can). I LOVE IT! SO grateful xxx

  • 2 months of jumping rope, always JRD workouts from 15 to 25 minutes a day every other day. This is my go to. Eating better, jumping rope, getting the body I want. Thank you guys!

  • Thanks! went for 2 x 15 mins. But in the second set, instead of 10 push ups I did 5. and instead of squats, I did lunges and kick throughs. I hope it’s okay.

  • Not sure if this competition is still going but this video deffo got me interesting in trying it out and winning these to do it right away would be amazing

  • Best workout ever. Thank you guys for inspiring us. Stay safe and healthy. I’m a beginner and I enjoy doing skipping rope. God bless.

  • I bought a jump rope a few months ago and I love watching the jump rope dudes. I love watching and enjoying their testimony on how they got started.
It really bless me, and I am going to try and keep trying to be a better and healthier person because I really want to get off all my diabetes. I really pray that this helps me. Thank u Jump ropes dudes.

  • I just did this workout and it KICKED MY BUTT! The great thing is that I didn’t hate it! Most at home workouts I do don’t make me sweat this much. Loved it and subscribed!!

  • Oh my God guys!! You helped me a lot. I make my 5day routine with you and in one month I lost 5 inches. I cut sweets of course and I think YOU ARE THE BEST. Thanks a lot!

  • YOOOO!!! I did this not once, twice but 3 times today. Now a few caveats. I did off the knee push ups and a few times i did march in place instead of skipping rope. But when I tell you I’m a sweaty, stinky mess, and I’m loving every moment of it, I’m not lyin’!

I’m new jumper. I’m jumping rope the last 3 weeks.
I did this program for three days and I feel pain to my knees and ankles. (3 sets)
    Are the sets too many?
    Is it normal?

  • Hi guys, can someone tell me what should be the breathing technique while doing the jump rope. I subconsciously keep holding my breath. How to overcome that.

  • @fitfulfocus20 oh my good afternoon and still going through your channel thus far. Since March I’ve become my mom’s caregiver and I must say caring for an dementia mom is one of the toughest jobs I’ve ever encountered. I recently started jumping with an old rope I had on hand and quickly found out that not only it helps with weight lost but it definitely helps with the stressful moments. Just taking the time out jumping/working out about 30min is helping with my in house anxiety. I’ve recently ordered the beginner set of ropes and still waiting on the arrival. I deserve to have a whole set to not only to just jump but help with me with my endurance, strength and the weight that’s starting to creep up on me. As I’m viewing your w/o now I’m like “dang I can’t wait to finally begin working on my jump skills” Thank you JRD for all that you do!

  • This workout is the most favorite one in your videos! I do this workout three times a week and do another your workout three times another day after my workout. 10 min. times 3sets makes me so tired but I’m going to keep this routine for 6 months. I’m loosing my weight and getting stronger Thank you Dude!

  • Dan I love you dan I always busy in my college but when I see your videos 12 minutes 10 minutes workout now I can do it very easily and great results making the base of body

  • How much calories does this workout burn, please tell me, this is the only workout I can do properly, I tried doing the 700 calories workout but I don’t know how to do double unders

  • hey zen dudes, this is unlikely but say you travelled and forgot to pack your jump rope (which is my case rn), what kind of workout would you do instead??

  • Been working out for the last 1 month now and I have lost 6kgs already… Jump rope works wonders.. I don’t regret having started.. Thank you guys

  • I do every day 5 minutes of normal jump and 1 minute rest, all of this for 1 h. 60 minutes of jumping rope and 12 minutes of rest. Is it good? Im tall 1.80 mt and my weight is 77 kg, i have a little fat on belly. I need to improve my cardio and loose fat.

  • Hi dudes, I am in love with jump rope and you guys helped me to get into right direction. I lost around 25 kgs in last 3 months. Of course, I included lifting weights in my routine. But the priority is jump rope. Thanks for being there. see you playaaaarrrrrs.

  • It’s not why I deserve but I actually need the ropes, I am just now starting up my at home gym so I can stay on track. @avila_vasti on Instagram.

  • what about stubborn thigh fat in women?? can jump rope target that? (i know there is no such thing as target training but can it help reduce stubborn thigh fat?)

  • Great workouts! Smashed that subscribe button!
Can you please make a few low or moderate intensity cardio trainings? Just for change because all are HIIT:)

  • Hey zdf….just what do u guys think bout tabata?..i mean like using the 20sec work 10 sec rest or just like u guys do hiit 30 sec work 10 rest?

  • This was tough but I did it. #dothething I deserve to win because I got a long way to go and need good tools for my journey @simpli-one

  • Hey guys, im new on Youtube and i’m making fitness contents every week. I hope you can support and maybe give a little feedback on my videos! Hope that you can find my videos informative for everybody who is interested to build a better body!

  • Hi everyone!
I’m a portugese doctor fresh out of a year of working at the hospital and currently studying for the exam that will determine my area of specialty. Hopping to enter a specialty residency and get back to work.
I just started jumping last month.. I bought a really cheap rope and started skipping because I didn’t realy have that much time to spare to workout and I needed to blowout some stress. I found you channel and started watching your videos for tips how to jump. You guys are amazing!! And your workouts are a great help for those of us who weren’t quite sure what to do with the rope!
Hope to get a chase to win one of those.. if not it’s ok.. the important thing right now is to everyone stay safe and healthy
    My insta handle is @marianarsf

  • How do you countdown the minutes during workout? Do you count to each other or using some special kind of timer/watch?
I found in hard to set up my watch by myself, it’s getting me out of the workout routine

  • Thanks once again for an awesome video, Dudes! Could you guys do a video on how to increase your double unders for those of us who can already do them? I’m stuck at about 50 right now. Thanks!

  • I don’t want to put anyone off but I did get hit by Duty and Tax after receiving my ropes but Im not hating on Zed Dudes, its not their fault, just bullshit from FedEx. I didn’t wanna get cheap ropes, even pre ordered the LE handles too:). If you can afford them, go for it.

  • I’m TERRIBLE at jumping rope…always trips over it..any ideas how I can get better at it?.I’m not a fan of running..too much strain on the knees..

  • does it truly help with the belly fat or is it body fat in general? Cause i don’t only want to lose a lot of calories i wanted to see a physical difference around my waist especially the lower area.

  • I switch it up a bit and it had me sweating far more than I could even think I could okay so I jump rope for basically for my Max each round like a min or 2 each round and did the burpee in the same order the first 25 was sloppy the 20 was a bit weak after 15 and the rest was hard but I did better form

  • I am new with weighted jump ropes but not with workouts. So far I lost 7 kilos this lockdown but I can’t seem to lose the belly fat. I bought my weighted jump ropes and will start using it for workout time.

  • Hey Zen dudes,
To start with I lost my jump rope, made a dyi shit out of some old ropes doubled it in order to put some weight on it.
Now, I am loving your workout. After the 3rd day workout I am sweating like a pig and I love it. Best time of these quarantine days when I follow your daily workouts.
    Love from India.

  • Hello dudes! I need an advice please. I have been doing this excersice for about 2 weeks (resting 2 days per week). Now that I am starting the week number 3 I feel my feet demolished. Not injured but I cant finish as usual (I am also using ointment for muscle pain with the stretching guide you guys provided).
I am doing this stubborn belly fat excercise only to get faster results, but I am too tired and I dont want to lose the momentum that I lost before. What should I do? Change the routine and get the results later or keeping up the pase? Thank you in advance dudes! You Rock!
By the way, I will receive my 1/2 and 2 Lbs. ropes on Thursday to keep using it with this video, but it seems that I will follow your Burn Series or I will lose my feet.
    Peace Out!

  • Jrd what can I do if I have to gain weight because I slim but at the same time I have to reduce belly fat? I have not much belly fat but slightly. I should be calorie deficit or surplus.

  • After sixty days and over 17lb lost, I was finally able to complete the “advanced” workout. What an amazing find this has been for me. Thank you Jump Rope Dudes. Thank you.

  • i would recommend starting off lightly though because i went for half an hour straight and then got shin splints for the next 5 months, and those aren’t fun, so build yourself up to it

  • I did this with the normal PVC rope, and didn’t feel much. I ordered the get lean crossrope set, and did the circuit twice with the half lb rope, also added weights for squats. So sore the next day, but I know it’s working!:)

  • While doing jump rope for a long time my hands is getting pained like anything. At that moment I am stopping it abruptly. Is this any remedy to avoid this.

  • Body i am gonna have it soon i can do this i already lost 22 kgs and I been doing skipping in quarantine i wanna master it and hope it helps me in further weight loss

  • i have been doing it for 3 months and even kearned few tricks. still trying to get double under which not very hard but i need to work more on it. thank for motivating and yeah u guys a look fit and amazing

  • out of all your routines, this one is my favourite one. i made only a slight variation where i switched the shuffle to a fast paced regular jump. i wasn’t out of shape before i started, but i had a slight belly developing. i’ve been doing it for around 3 months now, usually 3x a week (sometimes i add an extra one), not adhering to a strict diet, and the results have been pretty good. there’s a slight definition with my abs now, but no where near being chiselled. just want to say thanks for this routine!

  • Just got a jump rope and tried your workout. Dang that kicked my butt and I’m a half marathon runner! Haha x) thank you for your workout!

  • A comic I was reading gave me the idea that jump rope can make me lose fat. I came here to yt and saw it is true. I think this is the perfect channel to guide me through jump rope exercise.

  • before the whole corona virus i was in a car accident and had injured my knee pretty bad. in December i finished physical therapy and getting the shots on my knee. after two years of therapy and and not being able to work ive gained a lot of weight due to depression. im finally able to go back to work and work out but then the corona virus hit and all the gyms are closed and i dont have many ways to work out and id love to start doing jump rope again. it was one of my favorite things to do at the gym before i got hurt and to be able to have a set to work out with would be amazing and finally be able to move forward and get back to a normal life i had would be great @Nemphis_Kuma

  • Need to get fit even at 54. I’m lazy but I have seen the light now having stumbled to you guys on utube. I’m willing to bite the bullet and dedicate myself jumping as you fellas, after see your desire on this. Instagram, @alexkren. Oh and subscribed.

  • Hi, how is this jump rope?

  • Jump rope helped me cure depression.I weighed a whopping 220 pounds and it helped me loose close to 40 pounds.I did It despite being super anemic and have inspired others as well.My insta handle is @dellodiva

  • These workouts doesnt really seem an easy task, i mean the guy started exhaling deeply as f*** after the 7th set ^^ are these good for beginners?

  • I cannot do these tricks, so please recommend me any of your video to lose belly fat for beginners.
(I asked this question before and you told me about this video but I am a beginner I cannot do these right now.
So suggest me any of your videos for beginners to lose belly fat.

  • I had got word how carbs were connected to weight gain as well as generally to avoid carbs, on the contrary had actually never contemplated using them to slim down. The main idea behind the four cycle weight-loss method is to train your system to burn fat for fuel as opposed to carbohydrate. It’s built around scientific inquiry into the elevated carb dietary habits of the Japanese and additionally their astounding long life expectancy. The investigation suggest that it’s their higher than average carb-cycling eating habits practice that can help to continue to be healthier into old age with a lower than average body mass index (lower incidence of overweight).Read much more here

  • I can’t do except the regular one i dunno how to do the others like jumping with one legs or high knees☹️ can i do it fake jumping rope like without the jumping rope?? Does it work the same?

  • I’m coming from a powerlifting background, but now I’m 30 and I want to get leaner and healthier. I’m not concerned with strength gains so much anymore. I’m 5ft 7in 260lb should I start jumping rope?

  • Hi zen dude. I was wondering, I lost almost 20lbs in a month using your program. After a month I stopped losing weight doing the same workout and diet. Is this normal? Does it become harder to lose weight after losing so much weight already? Your answer would be appreciated. Thanks!

  • This is a late comment, so I’m not so sure you’ll see this. If you somehow do, it’s meant to be. I’ve always had a love and hate relationship with exercising. I love the way it makes me feel but can’t seem to get a consistent routine going. I’ve been working solidly since lockdown started, but I’m starting to lose hope and am scrambling to find a workout which will maintain my love for moving my body but give me something to work for other than building a better body. Winning this would do just that, as it will allow and motivate me to strive to get great at a skill and grow my body and soul. Just recently discovered you guys and your unique approach to jumping rope. I am so thankful to have run in to your YouTube channel and Instagram account, and so excited to be using movement/exercise to be my best self. @nadzo2000

  • Dudes
Is/are double unders or any other kind of moves which requires to put up your foots higher bad for body/joints?
What is the best kind of move to burn maximum amount of calories overall or best for your body?✊️

  • This will be very helpful on the heavy rope days, where I really struggle (just started yesterday). The intensity rope makes a big difference.

  • I have heard jump rope is great for belly fat. I am a Physician for the Military, my pts are always training. I’m going to start your workouts and share my experience with the soldiers and Marines. I guess I need a jump rope first!

  • Hey, I weigh 300 lbs and I haven’t started jumping rope yet. Is it fine if I do the exact set without the rope? Kinda like mimicking the actions?

  • i love it when Dan jokes around, but come on in your next vid just once say, WHATS UP PLAYERS! Love your content guys and your channel. Keep it up:P

  • I wouldn’t say that I deserve this anymore than the next person. So many people work hard to better themselves and I admire that. It would be awesome to win though. During this quarantine time, my siblings, step dad, and I have started following the jump rope workouts posted on this channel. We have pretty cheap jump ropes, so it would be nice to have better ones. Regardless of whether or not I win, jump roping even with cheaper jump ropes and following these workouts really does help out a lot, so thank you Jump Rope Dudes @ally_rogers1

  • Yall should collab with Rope Rage. He’s a dope jump rope enthusiast based in the UK. I know you guys like travelling and I think it would be dope.

  • People been calling me fat and bullying me I was 250 pounds when I started watching your videos I’m November of last year I eat almonds as a snack and eat salmon and salad and every green food and I do your work outs I’m now at 147 thank you so much I’m 14

  • I believe I deserve to win. I have been over weight and now obese my whole life. And I want to make a change. During this time. it is hard to get a workout in. So I just want to be able to have a jump rope to get me to the place I want to be. Insta: @max_maj_91

  • I started jumping rope to get fit and in January 2020 I got a chest surgery that changed my life. I had to stop for a couple months but as soon as I could I started jumping again and I’m looking forward to enjoy my first summer (if this quarantine ends soon ) without a t-shirt on and look (at least a bit) fit!

  • What is the name of this music in the background? Found your videos today and within an hour I ordered a rope with your 10% discount so THANK YOU!!!! You guys are unreal on a rope! I did boxing and martial arts for 5 years and always loved ropes, ive always had different types and i have a horribly thin rope atm which is why I’m desperate for my Lean rope kit to come. Thanks again from the U.K also Subscribed after the first video I watched

  • 2:51… Oh really? Lol I’m still flat on my face in my workout area at this point. A few more seconds rest ya say? I’m down lol literally

  • This is amazing!!!! I just did 4 of this sets just like you said at the end of the video ❤️❤️❤️❤️ by the way when u said that sometimes we said “ohhh I’m getting tired I don’t wanna workout….. KNOCK IT OFF!!!! “. Really motivates me

  • I do like the idea of starting with specific numbers and going down 5 each set though, instead of having a timer……. Never done that for a HIIT workout <3

  • I feel like every teen who’s trying to get fit should join an Instagram group so we could give each other tips and talk about what we do

(Reply with your Instagram if interested)

  • Bro I am a beginner i tried this workout at home, To be honest am not able to do all this workout.plz tell me how to do this workout for a beginner…..pls reply

  • I was dead halfway through it…man that was intense but funny thing is that it’s really interesting… Doesn’t really feel like I’m working but playing. . I’m Glad I found you both

  • When this video showed up in my recommendations, I was like cool, a jump rope workout! Then you said “burpees” and my face went from to . I think I’ll do squats instead

  • Great body dude. Superbly defined muscles. Sadly this does not translate to true fitness; much less HIIT workout. 50 jump ropes and 25 burpees, then drop set by 10 and 5 respectively got you grasping for O2??!!! Dude, I train in an amateur muaythai gym. A commercial type. We do 30 minutes jump rope. We steal a few seconds here and there. We never count. Maybe 100 to 120 per min on average. That takes us 3000 reps in 30 mins. Then immediately 50 push ups. 50 sit ups. 50 squats. 50 burpees. These are the warm up conditioning routine. Sweet office/college babes complete these. So do the 50 year-old dads.. but they probably cheat about 15%. Young men high-five one another after giving 120%.
    That’s what I call HIIT.
And by the way, you had to flex those biceps towards the end of the video.

  • I don’t think I’m any more deserving than anyone else entering in this giveaway, but I would love to win the set. I just bought myself a jump rope as a starter and I’m so excited to begin the journey. I was already on a weightloss journey before I found this channel and I lost 50lbs. I still have anywhere from 50-80lbs to go (I’m not sure what weight is healthy on my adult body). My cat recently died and I’ve been laid off twice now for reasons that none of us need to be reminded of and I have had such a lack of motivation to do anything. This week I’m finally starting to regain some motivation and the will to get up and do something about my situation. Regardless if I win this or not, I am so excited to get started with this journey and use jump roping as a fun, engaging workout to really keep me moving in the right direction. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win, and all of the amazing information you provide for people like me, in need of guidance on their journey to pure and simple health.

  • I started jump roping in 2016 as a recommendation from my netball coach in high school as a 30 day challenge. It was really difficult for me and I never actually completed the challenge. From August 2016 to June 2017 I lost a total of 40 lbs while being in the US for a study abroad program. I feel like I’ve hit a plateau in my fitness journey because its difficult to find something to enjoy. I feel that jumping rope is an amazing activity to keep anyone active and fit and I feel that the CrossRope jump ropes would be a great addition to my daily routine. Congratulations to the entire JRD nation for being so remarkable and suitable for literally everyone. Hope I get the chance to join in! @

  • J R D nation!!! Just did finished this workout and it kicked my butt!!! Hopefully I continue “doing the thing” and changing my eating habits. Thanks guys this is an awesome workout.

  • Hey guys, great inspirational videos. Only just starting to get into jump rope and trying to find a better quality rope (and maybe heavier for the full body workout) to really get into it. I know better quality can help sometimes with the experience so keen to see what is out there! This lockdown is helping me do more skipping too! @mylz_h

  • You took my breath away, and nothing related to jumping…congrats for being so wonderful and so inspirational…love from Rio, Brazil.

  • i really enjoy jumping rope and i am doing that since start a week ago. Every day. When it’s come to advanced which i should continue for another 15 minutes after a break of one minute. is the effect will be close or the same if i divided like 15 minutes in the morning and in the end of the day another 15 minutes. your thought please

  • Started doing this. It’s an amazing workout. The only things I alternated were the single leg hops as they put too much pressure on my hip bone. Replaced them with high knees.

  • Dannibelle are you using heavy handle rope or which is best rope to lose weight n tummy? Again what do you do with your breasts for them to be that firm n full in the chest??

  • I did 1 set today as today is day1 and I couldn’t do more
I’m really looking forward to do this for 2 Tweeks and see results
I really hope I lose that stubborn fat
