  • I love how interchangeable this particular workout is.
    The two 30s stretches in the middle can be lunges or glutes, 30s each leg. Or, side plank reach under, 30s each.
    I listen to my shoulders the first time through and alternate 1lb and 1/4lb. Second time through gotta make it hurt.

  • I haven’t stepped out more than two twice in the last two months and that too because I had to buy some of the basic necessities. Honestly even if I don’t win I just wanted to let you guys know that I’m grateful for your videos and how intestinal y’all are and through jump roping, I found a new love for physical activity, which sounds wild but true.     200 Regular Jump rope
    200 Spint in place
    200 Butt kick
    200 Boxer skip
    100 High knee.
    I do this for FOUR round. Rest one minute in between. Can you say how many calories do I burnt? approximately.

    1. Create a base by building middle while eating in a caloric surplus and hittng macros

  • YOOOO!!! I did this not once, twice but 3 times today. Now a few caveats. I did off the knee push ups and a few times i did march in place instead of skipping rope. But when I tell you I’m a sweaty, stinky mess, and I’m loving every moment of it, I’m not lyin’!
