  • Oh gosh… I was doing this after one of your cardio workout and now my muscles are mocking my fats my fats are crying….thank you guys…

  • You probably could’ve added a demonstration in there. You explained it quite well but seeing the actual product would be more effective to educate us about it.

  • I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since this video was posted, girl we are getting up there!! One of my favorite moves is what keeps me coming back to this; the “step up + knee + curl + overhead press”!! Maybe you could add it to a newer video, it’s so gooood?!?! Thanks again for your service <3 ya'll ROCK!

  • I just subscribed, I believe this will be helpful I’m beginning to use weight, thanks for the advise these videos will be just what I need!

  • Thanks SO much for this! You described me to a T going heavier because that’s what I thought I should be doing. After seeing this, I’ve been doing your upper body weight workout but going slower, and paying strict attention to form. The amount of weight was cut in half, but boy can my arms feel it. THANK YOU!

  • TRUE, form is very important, but if you don’t go moderately heavy, you ain’t doin’ shit. So I agree with the last two reps being hard

  • On their site put your mouse over “Workouts” at the top of their page and then click “Printable Workout Routines.” there you will see their 8-week workouts click “Continue Reading” for whichever one you want, and finally click the blue link which says “8 week fat loss or boot camp” depends on which you chose.

  • I also tell my friends the same things, namely:
    1) For building muscle, go heavy and keep the reps low. You don’t do 20+ reps of a light weight if you want large biceps, etc.
    2) Some muscles need more exercises to grow. Biceps are small, and people tend to focus on them, that’s why you see some guys with huge biceps and flat chest. Remember, balance and proportions are key to looking great.
    3) Keep the form strict. Champions and pros will cheat a bit ONLY to get one or two last reps!!!

  • To any Canadians out there. They’re sold at Canadian Tire for like $70. Don’t bother getting online unless you want a heavier weight

  • That was a really good workout but I am so glad you don’t do videos like that anymore because it’s sucks having deposit and rewind it every time before each time you switch to a new workout and it felt like you rushed through the stretches but I love all your videos you guys are doing great keep up the good work.

  • Hi guys, what do you think of CLA supplements? Does it work? I already aks this but you never reply, i hope you can this time, btw i love your videos, and definately seeing some results =)

  • you guys are way too cute! so funny haha. I think I’ve found the right weight for me but when I do tricep extensions, my right elbow seems to feel a bit funny, and the feeling wont go away until I drop the weight completely. Do you guys have any idea what could be the cause of this? It’s fine during other exercises?

  • Loving the outtakes! This was a very informative video. I look forward to starting your workouts and hating you through them, but feeling great afterwards. 😉

  • These workouts with fitness blender are just what I need during this lockdown. Thank you so much for providing so many different workouts!

  • You know, I love every fitness blender video to workout with. But plain strength workout videos…are just so boring. I listen to music, I try to watch other things, but I cannot make it through a whole workout without stopping from pure boredom. I know strength training is important, but It’s a struggle to get through because I’m so bored x.x It’s nothing again Daniel and Kelly. I’ve been working out with FitnessBlender for 6 years. It’s strength training!!!! =(

  • Awesome advice guys!! ^_^ You had me nervous for a second… I was like… Ooo no! Don’t let me down with this answer! 😉 hahahaha Thumbs up!

  • What about crossfit? As a girl, I don’t know if I should lift heavy (as everyone else) in order to have the best results (which for me is lose weight and tone).

  • Ugh I hate the narrated videos. They never clarify from the beginning if we’re focusing on only one side first or alternating through the whole set. The constant talking also always throws off my own counting.

  • I use 3kg\6kg dumbbells and 12kg\16kg kettlebells. I’m 185cm tall and weigh 86 kg.
12kg kettlebell is starting to be too easy for me. Thanks to you guys!
    1kg is roughly 2.2 pounds.

  • I moved into a new house last Friday and ever since I’ve had some back pain. I did some yoga workouts throughout the week but they didn’t completely relieve the pain but after doing the deadlifts I feel relieved. Wow!

    Workout complete 9.06.2018 5.57am #FB30

  • I recommend your videos to customers all the time, I love that I can do these workouts at home without the hassle of going to the gym.

  • Hi guys after using a lot of other YouTubers and their workouts, I can totally say that you guys are the best. I just wanted to know how should I get rid of skinny fat?

  • Excellent workout!!!! I absolutely love the workouts for people who get bored easily, because it makes the workout more fun!!! Please continue to do more of them ❤️

  • I’ve worked out nearly every day of the quarantine because of fitness blender! I don’t even look at other videos anymore. Thank you guys for really challenging me and showing me that I can do this little by little everyday and actually reach my goal!! I love it!!

  • So this is by FAR my favorite workout from start to finish. It is perfect. Do you all have another one like it? I want to do this one 2X/week for 2 months. And then alternate it with another for 2 months

  • I LOVE my powerblock dumbbells.  I have the U-33 Stage I, thinking I would never need more than the basic set, but as I followed the fitness blender vids (I feel like a cheesy commercial but it’s TRUE) I got stronger and outgrew them got the powerblock expansion kit for heavier weight for the U-33, might even need the U-70 along with their curling bar.  Best investment I’ve made aside from my car, lol.

  • I’m responsible for at least 500,000 views of this workout video lol! As this is my favorite Total Body Strength workout! THANK YOU KELLI, YOUR THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!

  • I’ve found my new favorite “virtual” exercise routine. Awesome full body work out that leaves me feeling like I’ve really worked hard. Also love the fact that Kelli doesn’t have the fake chipper super cheery demeanor that some online trainers have. She’s real!

  • I would like to give this workout a thumbs up every time I do it. And I do it a lot Thank you for sharing all these amazing stuff

  • Honestly this workout wasn’t hard, I think it’s because it’s my first time doing it and I chose light weights so I wouldn’t hurt myself if my form was wrong. Next time I need to choose more challenging weights (if I ever do this again) and research my form

  • PBs are hands down, the best. I’m still using mine after almost 18 years. Mine are the 85s and it makes a tight spaced home gym viable. All you need is an adjustable bench, the PBs, and some plastic bins to set them on when exercising. The bins are strong and can be placed on either side of the bench as a weight holder between sets. The square PB will not roll off. Bought mine in 2 phases to distribute the cost over time. They may not look like much but don’t let that fool you. They are fantastic…

  • I really love your guidance in workouts! Seriously better than any exercise class or trainer I’ve tried. I have some trouble with a standing fly (and oddly also Russian twists). My back starts hurting for both of them. I think I must have bad form, and would love some more guidance in how to position our body when doing those types of exercises that require a straight back.

  • If you don’t have a bench can you give tips on an alternative for the push-ups? Should I just make them wall push-ups? Thanks in advance!

  • Are deadlifts safe with Diastasis Recti? I found this workout on a channel of Diastasis Recti safe workouts but did not think that deadlifts were safe?

  • Oh brother, my shoulders were a bit stiff from the other day. It was a good workout though, hadn’t tried this particular program (because you’ve got so many!) Thanks TCFN

  • Here cuz of lockdown doing FB workouts three times a week. Love them all first time with this one. Top notch. Thank you, Kelli

  • This is so hard I’m sweating as hell and I wanna cry.. but I don’t regret it at all. I also trying so hard to make sure that my body posture is right.. You guys probably the only one who has warm up and cool down in one video. So thankful for that.

  • Just finished this one! I loved when he said ” workout complete ”. I thought we where only halfway, although I sweated my ass off! I liked that there is no process bar like in the newer vids. I hope I can work tomorrow

  • Im here because of Corona Virus lockdown. Love love this routine and it never gets boring since it transitions from one exercise to the next so quickly. With this and yoga I’m managing my weight in lockdown. Thank you Kelly!!

  • A perfect workout. Love the fact they both had to modify their workout. I am hear dying and when he had to drop to his knees. It really motivated me. Keep up the great work. Please keep the human in these workout. Don’t change a thing. Thanks for a great workout!!!

  • thank you for the workout loved it and will be continuing! What is the name of the weights you are using? I noticed that you adjusted the weight throughout the workout I like and want to purchase!

  • I loved this workout I like that it works everything. Love your cool downs too. I have been doing your workouts since the pandemic started and honestly I don’t know if I want to go back to a gym now. Thanks to you and Daniel.

  • This is the most EPIC #quarantineworkouts 2020, fast efficient and dynamic which feels like it has not repetitions yet, hits multiple parts more than once!

  • If you’re doing this exercise for the first time in a while, don’t go full energy on it, cause you won’t be able to walk a week after like me lmao.
    Awesome workout!!

  • if I mainly focus on strength training with maybe 1-2 cardio/HIIT sessions a week, will I.. not lose weight but slim down? I’ve been trying for ages cardio doesn’t seem to do it

  • Kelli: “Start off with some jump squats. I hope you still like me after this.”
-complete 45 seconds of jump squats
Kelli: “Next burnout round is the reverse fly-“
    Me, wheezing: I hate you…

Jk jk but seriously, this is one of my favorite FB videos. I always come back to it. Thank you Kelli!

  • Critique: pretty leg heavy to be called total body, especially when you consider the weight Kelli is using for those tossed in curls and shoulder presses. This was pretty rough to do after even one of your (very leg-centric) 10-minute HIIT work outs.

Also, could you guys try some actual kicking in your kickboxing work out. I feel like you trick me every time.

  • This is my favorite workout! I love it, it’s my mood booster and makes me fall in love with working out all over again, and every time. It’s the perfect pick me up when you miss 2-3 days❤️ thank you K

  • This by far my favorite FB video.. I use this one probably once a week at least. Its quick and effective! At the end I’m sweating like I did all cardio!

  • Nice set of exercises. Thanks and nice to let your viewers see that it was challenging to be off the knees when the push up row extension set came up. Thanks again

  • Please add some more burn fat workouts and some more strength workouts love it thanks!!!!!! probably feeling it tomorrow wow

  • Thank you so much I love it and that feeling at the end is so lovely thank you so so so so so much I love burn fat workout or strength workout like this one it was amazing!!!!!‍♀️

  • Your workout videos are the best and most clear instruction on YouTube!!! Please keep them coming and thank you for the work you put into them:)

  • If you have a stiff, tight or painful hip then Unflexal will unlock your hip flexors and restore movement the way it should be. Unlocking your hip flexors instantly breathes new life, energy, and strength into your body! I experienced immediate results. I’ve been able to loosen up my hips, decrease back tightness, and even workout harder. With so many people suffering with hip pain out there, this program is a great tool for anybody that wants to reduce pain while improving strength, performance, and overall health. Hip flexibility, mobility and strength is one of the most important things you can do to keep your overall body healthy. The video presentation and visuals in the exercise program give me confidence that I am doing the exercises correctly which for me is key with no personal trainer. The website is very complete in listing the possible causes of tight hip flexors and other factors that can lead to the issue. It has detailed, descriptive information regarding the anatomy of the hip, causes of such injuries, and a very progressive and well explained exercise and stretching schedule that will assist to re-balance the hip and pelvic region, safely stretch and strengthen the muscle group. Best of luck to you!:)

  • This was KILLER! Came back to this workout after 6 months of working out with FB it was one of the first strength training workouts I attempted when I was starting out and I couldn’t even get past the squat pulses! Just finished the whole thing this morning with no breaks, feeling like a beast:D Entire body feels thoroughly worked, the pushups nearly toasted me haha. Workout Complete, and thanks FB!!

  • Can this work for a beginner guys? I mean I’ve been working out with you guys for about 2 years but on & off. Most recently more consistently but I injured my lower back(strain) and I want to take it easy when I am able to workout again.

  • Anybody else cringe when seeing him swing the kettle ball right at her face? The thought of it slipping from his hand was just so distracting lol.

  • Workout complete! Great, challenging routine!:) The end, when you both plopped down after pushups was so funny! You’re so real! Thanks guys!

  • Day 1 of FB 30. I hope I can do this. I will try and update here, maybe every week.
    ————

About this workout: I used 2.5kg dumbbells. It wasn’t too bad but I did this one a couple days ago but I’m only starting now with this program.
I have to admit, I could hardly do the wall sit so I didn’t use the dumbbell.

Also, I could only use one dumbbell with both hands for the side lunge ventral raises. I really am weak

Edit: So… I just decided to do FB Burn instead, since I think that’s more the kind of a program that I want to do. So tomorrow (August 15th, 2018) I’m gonna start with FB Burn Round 2

  • I truly love when yo create workouts together! This was a great weight training. Thanks for keeping this 50 something chick in shape!

  • Love this workout, I’ve gotten stronger and health. Now I added a 2min cycling in between each pair of strength exercise and I’m adding 3-6 lbs more weights than Kelli suggest. Thanks Fitness Blender crew, keep up the excellent work. God Bless

  • Question for Kelli! I was wondering what workout gear you would recommend? You always look super stylish in your videos and I need some new sporty pieces!:) x

  • wow. For the first time in a long time I can’t finish one of the workouts. It’s harder for me than the 36 minute strength training one.

  • Only 14 minutes through and had to take a big rest! I love challenging workouts like this. It’ll definitely be a favorite that I can do over and over again because I know it works!

  • I’d love a video on breathing properly during a workout because I’m struggling with that a lot. I even found myself yawning at a certain point and I guess it’s because of lack of air? Otherwise this is one of my favourite workouts with weights because it’s total body and not just legs or arms and it’s also quite short which is always a plus ^^

  • I did the first set of pushups, and was feeling so proud… The round humbled me quick. My arms were like “nope, we’re done”, lol, that last round was totally ugly!

  • I too have purchased these dumbbells, and along with a few miscellaneous kitchen appliances, these are by far the investment I’m most happy with/proud of.

The space saved, the ease of use, and the adjustability have actually improved the quality of my workouts.

Like they said in the video (and 100% correct), you will SAVE money buying these dumbbells over a costly gym membership. The dumbbells have already paid themselves off and I’ve had them for only about 9 months.

Cut back on other unneeded expenses and you will have enough saved in no time! It’s a tough one, but my own example is cutting back on morning coffee stops and switching to homemade coffee. Those single, daily purchases add up so fast. Remember, your saving’s account has the ability to grow just as fast as it depletes. CONSIDER IT, PEOPLE!

  • I once wanted to buy them, however I don’t live in the US and bringing them into my country was really expensive, we are talking like $1000 more or less. I really wanted to buy them because well, they are really good! Instead, I bought a set of 20 kg adjustable dumbells:)

  • I love watching the dynamic you two have together. It makes working out so much more fun. And I love that you two don’t hide the fact that you’re hurting, too!

  • I don’t know what went wrong with me during this workout. I kept laughing like a maniac when I was struggling to do the exercises. I was like “You can do this… HAHAHA THIS SUCKS SO BAD HAHAHA”.But great workout, you guys are the best!

  • I have a very weak left shoulder and have a constant muscle problem on the same side. doc asked me to not put stress on left side so if I just use my right side for weights, is that going to cause too much of imbalance?? I really want to lift

  • I am writing this from beyond the grave. The burnout rounds are what put me in the ground. What a hard superset! Thank you, Kelli!

  • I normally do the 35 mins body strength training workout, but today I tried this one and had to stop at 18mins I can’t wait to conquer this routine. Day 14 of working out.

  • As I was doing the last set of bridge+chest presses a spider came down from one of my dumbells towards my face! Guess it was trying to cheer me on! Great workout!:)

  • This one ticks me off everytime for the pace and work but omg I love the feeling afterwards. The amount of burn in this timeframe… one of the best high quality workouts from Fitnessblender.

  • I needed this couldn’t go to the gym but honestly this is always painfully satisfying to my body ♥️♥️♥️♥️FitnessBlenders are always the best thank you guys for being so awesome as always!!!!! Saved my day♥️

  • This is one of my favorite full body workout when not in the gym. Good workout and the instructions and visuals work really well together. Thanks!

  • My classmates laughed when I told them I would burn up fat with “Lean Body Maximizer”, but then I showed them the results. Do a search on google for “Lean Body Maximizer” to see their reaction. (You should see their faces!)

  • when I want a new workout, I search for fitness blender in youtube..that’s it… I get what I am looking for! this was another good one, thank you guys

  • I bought the sport 2.4 for my birthday last year because of you guys. I like that they are adjustable and you can store them away nicely. For anyone interested in these, shop around to see if you can find them cheaper. I bought mine on Amazon for about $150 with free Prime shipping.

  • Skipped the last round cause I already did an intensive upper body session the other day.

    Workout complete 14.10.2018 5.18 PM #FBFit

  • Love this one. Especially when you don’t feel like jumping about it’s a great all over body workout. Still gets the heart rate up!

  • Love, love, love this workout!! Not only because of the exercises, but I love any time the two of you are in the vid together!! thank you!!

  • I noticed the timer bar and calorie counter aren’t working. Other than that I love you guys so much!! 5 years of working out with y’all and I’m still finding new challenges

  • it is safe to do workout during period? what is kind of workout bad and good to do it during period?
also i want to think guys, your workout is effecting me

  • can you guy tell me how long would it take for me to gain or show more abs I’m kinda skinny I just have a little fat in my stomach. Or Could you tell me how to do it.

  • i like these kind of workouts they are slow and controlled some vids you get on yt are just way to quick for dumbell workouts thank you

  • one of my favorites. love the pace and variety (no repeats) Need to mark this and have a workout sheet handy so I can ensure I use the correct weight each time

  • I’ve been working out for 6 months 5 times a week fitnessblender + yoga

    I eat VERY healthy
My weight is very suitable for my hight
    (164 cm 52 kilos)

I checked my body fat percentage, it was 25%!

    how come?:'( I’m upset now
should I go into a more strict diet?

coz as far as working out I’m doing my very best!

  • Love this workout and like to hear what’s going on and what exercise etc but god he just keeps talking I got so annoyed.Think it’s one of the older videos tho it’s been improved:D have to finish it now tho

  • As a woman that hasn’t had to worry about my weight until last year, due to antidepressants and inactivity, this has been my go-to daily workout and I feel amazing. I haven’t lost much yet since I’ve only been going for about two weeks, but I feel like this is gonna get me through quarantine, and put me back out in the world as a healthy woman. I’m looking forward to summer hikes and camping trips, this virus better not spoil it for me!

  • You said they are an investment and “not cheap.” However, just like Kelly said, compared to the cost of a gym for 3-5 years, or even compared to the cost of other dumbbell options they are hundreds of dollars of savings. I wish I had my eye on them before I invested in a 5LB 50LB complete dumbbell set. Now I’ve purchased a couple of power blocks to have for work. Also, compared to powerblock’s adjustable weight competitors, I’ve also found them to be very competitively priced.

  • Oof! This is a no-nonsense, fast paced machine of a workout! Even the water break was over in a blink of an eye 😉

That said, I had great fun doing the interesting combos of moves. Even with 4kg weights, I got a great burn and am sweating buckets. Looking forward to the soreness tmrw:D

    Workout Complete

  • Certainly not an easy working but just enough of a challenge that it isn’t overdoing it either. Was a bit frustrated today and this was the perfect thing to wear me out and ease out the frustration. Thank you!

  • Workout complete monday 13/4/2020:)) missed a couple of days but im back, i used heavier weights this time around and i barely made it

  • I, stupidly, walked to the gym in my complex this morning to do this workout routine. Definitely overestimated my ability to walk home afterward. My body is a giant noodle, Thanks Kelly and Daniel

  • Contemplated doing this vs. one of their hiit workouts and after completing this I’ve sweated more than when I do their hiit routines, whew!!

  • what is importance of cool down and streching?
after a tough workout, i never like to do streaching.
i do streaching beacuse just you say so!!!!!

  • Kelly you are definitely one of my best friends:)) You are ready to work with me any time I can:) This workout is complete and so well organized. I have started to see changes in my body since I have started to workout with you again. I had to do a break during my pregnancy and I am so happy to be able to come back to my routine. I do this workout often, I usually start my week with a total body workout. So…THANK YOU for all you do to make fitness possible all over the world!:*

  • Keep up the good work team! I start tomorrow. Wish me luck! Quick questionDo you recommend the above work out every day for a beginner?

  • I am so energized for the rest of the day! I used three-pound weights at first, then switched to five-pound weights. I kept pace for all but the single leg raises. My arms aren’t strong enough for that yet, at least not with five pounds. I think I could use heavier weights for all but that move next time.

  • This was perfect for me. Got my heart pumping without making me feel like it was a traditional cardio workout (where I usually rationalize quitting). Thank you.

  • Wow; when you choose the right weights, you really feel tired after the first round of intervals. Can’t believe that 2 years ago I did this thinking I was a beast at the gym, but as soon as I upgraded the weights, FUCK, this video killed me around minute 11:12

  • Hi Kelly………..I absolutely love your most of the workouts………….but noticed most of your workouts have approximate calories burn………………this one is not having it…………may I please ask how many calories wil it burn approximae for a 125pound person……………thanks

  • I loved this workout! I love that no exercises were repeated. Sometimes when exercises are repeated it is discouraging because you know how much you are getting ready to hurt again lol.

  • i’ve been a fan for yrs & rec you guys to everyone i know! i love this w/o! i have it saved as a favorite:-) its always one of my go to’s when i want a quick, effective & intense w/o! thanks FB!

  • Completed 10/14/2018 I am surprised I haven’t done this one, as it is a strength video. I usually don’t do full body strength because I like to focus on either doing lower or upper body, but this was a nice mix!

  • Girls should definitely lift heavy! But what you lift is still always specific to your own body and your own strength. The advice in the video still applies.

  • #Lockdown 2020. You guys are so awesome, time flies with your workouts. Even when I don’t feel like working out, my body be like: “nah we doin this”! Kelly I love you all the way from South Africa!

  • Speed isn’t always bad. Power (defined as force x velocity) can be trained by doing the concentric (lifting phase) quickly, and the eccentric (lowering) phase slowly. The slow lowering phase is important however, so you don’t start cheating with momentum, as they stated.

  • I love “fitness blender.” I’ve used other sites, but this is the best yet. It is engaging and literally you walk away feeling as though you have worked with a personal trainer. Whats’ crazy I never thought I could workout w/o music lol and get “pumped.” Thanks!!

  • Fantastic video! Thank you for this info it will really help!!! I have 2 questions for you…1: Do I need to wear my sneakers for all of your workouts? and 2: If I am running 5K when I run how often should I run mixed with how often should I do fitness blender (ex run 2 days, fitness blender 4 days or what ratio do you recommend)? I LOVE LOVE LOVE your videos! I am brand new to them and you have saved me! I lost my gym membership when my hubby lost his job and I was in an absolute panic about what to do but I found  you and I am so grateful for what you are doing here THANK YOU!

    Noelle

  • My 3rd FB workout. Compound moves make my heart rate soar! I was so grateful there were only 10 reps which made it feel more manageable. I think I am going to feel this tomorrow. I only wish I would have watched this first to see the moves because I was fumbling between weights trying to figure out which to use. I also would have set my mat out before starting if I had known I needed it, technically could do it without but I just got a new mat and wanted to use it. I really felt worked out and strong after! Thank you!

  • I ended up going with the Core Fitness adjustable dumbells and I bought them at Dicks Sporting Goods for $350. You get two of them and they adjust from 5 to 50 pounds per hand, in 5 pound increments. I choose them over the power blocks just because you don’t have to pull out and put in a slide to adjust the weight, you simply turn the handle of the dumbell. I also like the feel of a tradition dumbell as opposed to how the power blocks feel in my hand. This is just a personal preference. I almost went with the bow flex adjustable dumbells because they move up in 2.5 pound increments. I didn’t go with the bow flex because you and to click a lever on both sides of the dumbell to adjust your weight. I went with simplicity and speed for changing the weight. Overall, I’ve been happy with my purchase and so far they have held up well. I’ve been able to use them on all of Daniel’s mass building workouts.

  • I have always liked your workout, but the transition from one work out to the other on this one is too fast. There is not enough time for changing weights. I know I can pause it if I have too, but i did not need to pause with the other exercises.

  • Love this workout! Just when you think you have to give up, it’s break time or time to switch. It just keeps you going-and before you know it, you did it! Thank you!

  • Hi Daniel and Kelly I love your workouts that you guys put on youtube they rock!! I see quite a number of videos about the squat challenge. I wanted to know your take on it, and if you could you do a workout involving the squat challenge? I would also like like to know if you guys will be featuring more Tabata AABB workouts in the future? Thanks you two!!:)

  • I’m so glad you guys don’t move along this quickly anymore. The amount of times I have to rewind makes this a much longer “quick” workout

  • Just finished this one. This might be part of my nightly routine, I loved it! Thank you for your workouts, hope you have a great weekend.

  • Going back to these old videos, I really like them just as much as the new. But I also enjoy that Kelli seems to have made strength progress ( #GAINZ). It’s very motivating! Thanks!

  • I‘ve been doing this workout 6-7 times a week since November. I also try to walk at least 7,000 steps every day and I eat healthy heALTHY. The past two weeks I feel like I’ve gained some weight (like 1,5 kg) and I’ve kinda freaked out.. Is it possible a significant part of that weight is muscle gain? And how can I figure that out? I’ve dealt with some eating disorders in the recent past and I really don’t wanna get back to eating tiny portions of certain food. But I’ve freaked out and I need somehow to calm myself down.
I don’t even know why I’m posting this

  • In the first exercise I fear that when I am trying to switch hands, the kettlebell might go flying across the room instead of going into my other hand

  • Wow such an all encompasing 35 min workout!! Sweating and happy for it! Really appreciate the warm up and cool down. I used 8 and 4kg dumbells.

  • That is true but getting a run down on the product up close wouldn’t hurt. The main topic for this video is the dumbbell, I want to see it without clicking to another video that isn’t focused on the product!

  • I want to ask you something. My name is Bogdan and I’m from Romania.I want powerblock dumbells too but where can i get them from my country.

  • I wish Powerblock had a 5-40lb option. or even if their lightest version went up to 30lbs. 24lbs is too light for heavy leg workouts.

  • I can attest to the quality and the convenience. Found these by mistake after my bowflex ones broke very easily and awkwardly very long. have a 24 hour fitness pass, still use it but I enjoy using the powerblocks over the inconvenience of a dumbell rack at the gym which is always packed. Another good one is the ironmaster dumbbells which I also have but doesn’t beat the speedy convenience of powerblock dumbbells.

  • Hello Daniel and Kelli! You guys have been such an inspiration in my journey. I’ve never been so motivated. Now, I would really like to invest in some powerblocks. Can you share exactly which type or model? Are there any discounts to be had if referred by you to PowerBlocks for purchase (crossing fingers)?

  • Can’t get these in NZ. Does any one know any adjustable dumbbell options available in NZ? I can’t seem to find anything online. The price really doesn’t bother me much, as smaller sets are only cost about 5-6 months gym membership for me.

  • I had to stop my home workouts from moving around too much last year and leaving my weights behind. I remembered this video and looked it up. I’m confused as to which ones to get though. dumbbells are a must have for home workouts, which I prefer over a gym. I’ll figure it out with more reading though. Just thought I’d share that I looked them up just because I remembered this video lol.

  • @FitnessBlender i wanted to mention this tip for someone who may not know where to store a bench or is worried they wouldn’t need it, i bought an ottoman to store blankets in for our den and i use that for my bench on arm day as well. Thank you for all that you do, Daniel and Kelly.

  • I’d LOVE these but they’re only sold for a ridiculous price where I live (Germany) because they have to be imported. I wouldn’t mind spending about 300 bucks for a good piece if equipment, but here they charge around 700€ (which is about 800$) for a basic set. Sucks.:/

  • Wow, that was a super upper body workout! It is nice to have a no-repeater workout sometimes, and I loved all the exercises . I recently got some heavier dumbbells, and it is feeling awesome to feel challenged again!

  • IDEA SUGGESTION:
Would you do a video on how to workout when you’ve overdone it and part of you is still recovering but you don’t want to stop working out altogether until that one body part heals?

(e.g. I did too much walking on hard surfaces like concrete and my foot started giving me trouble and I had to lay off doing that activity for a couple of weeks, but there were still other things I could do in the meantime, and then that was also a signal to me for how to change my habits and equipment so I didn’t get injured in the same way again…)

I imagine a lot of people deal with this and it can totally derail your exercise goals, especially if you’re new to working out.

  • Okay. This is a short workout compared to the hour and a half I normally spend in the gym. But this is intense. Probably because of the way it is structured. I increase the weight by a good deal, since I have been weightlifting and strength training for quite awhile now. Even so I am dead by the time I’m through with this. One of my faves. Workout complete!

  • Well, i have a problem that is every time i do any kind of sport that has jumping i really get tired till i vomit all the food *eew p.s i don’t workout directly after eating. Hope you answer me i really wanna fix this problem

  • Anyone else that feels just absolutely amazing after their done or is it just me… Like this must one of my favorite workouts out there

  • I love your vids! I am planning to do 3 different videos of 1000 calories this Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Let see how well I handle that!

  • Kelli included all my favorite exercises in this routine which happened to be very effective at the same time so I ended up getting a great workout and having fun for 24 minutes! Thanks a lot, Kelli!

  • Just this weekend my husband and I went to look at some dumbbells/lifting equipment.  And you’re right, it’s soooo much equipment especially for the range of weight would need.  We would need a whole room just for our home gym equipment which is all fine and dandy because we have the space right now, but we’re military and constantly moving so there’s no telling how much space we’ll have in the future.  The compact adjustable weights just seem so much more practical!  I still want to test them out.  The hubs isn’t sold yet.  He thinks they’ll be too hard to switch out even though he’s seen you guys use them.  He’s still not convinced that they’re THAT easy! ha.   He’s such a nerd!  I’m also curious if you (or anyone) has tried the Bowflex adjustable weights??

  • I just did that last superset with my baby on my back and sitting on my hips during those chest presses. Oh my gosh. That hurt. #momlife I am drenched!

  • is it ok to use less weight if I start swinging and fell like I can’t do more?for example: if I did 2 sets of dumbbell curles with 5kg,is it ok to do the third one with 4kg?

  • Hi guys. i want to say that I really love your videos and thanks for sharing them. I tried to purchase your 8 week programme, but it said it was out of my geographical region. I live in Jamaica. I’m wondering if you could do a videoson cardio for losing upper body fat. I do some of your videos and I walk up a steep hill near my home for an hour each day.I don’t like that I’m not losing the weight in my arms and back. i know u cant spot reduce fat, but I don’t want 2 lose any more lower body.

  • This is one of my favorite workout videos of fitnessBlender. I love it. I am enjoying their 8weeks program very much.. Thanks Daniel and Kelly for inspiring me to excercise.:)

  • This is a very misleading workout. Its basically one big warm up and cool down. She starts warming down with 11 minutes left in the workout!! Not a 35 minute workout = more like 15 minutes of actively doing something. Lots of water breaks too….

  • I saved up for about 4 months so I can get my own PowerBlock dumbbells since I am taking my home workouts seriously. I know it will be a long while before I have to purchase heavier weights cause I’m not that strong yet. It’s an investment. I’m very happy with them.:)

  • I would be lost without you guys. I’ve lost 14 pounds in less than two months by restricting my calories and doing these workouts 3+ times a week. Thank you so much for all that you do!!!!!

  • Hi Kelli and Daniel, hope you guys can see my post. I have a few questions for you guys, for your information, I have been following your videos for almost two years. I workout up to four times a week, sometimes five. Recently, I just started out using some light weights. But I have also experienced minor knee pain, which I had never encountered in the past. Did the jumping squats or lunges finally taken a toll on my legs? I do HIIT almost every time for my workout sessions. Or maybe is because i never wear any shoes for my workouts? Does missing a proper cool down and stretching makes a difference? (missed a few times during this two weeks, missed it for my workout yesterday and woke up with minor knee pain today). Really appreciate if you guys can give me some good advice!:D

  • What are your thoughts on other diet/exercise companies such as WW or BeachBody? Or if you don’t want to go into specifics, how do you feel about calorie counting?

  • I am honestly obsessed with fitnes blender workouts. I do a FB workout 5 days a week and eat clean…I just found out I lost 20lbs in 5 weeks. Sooooo excited. My clothes are baggy?!! Hahah
Can’t wait to ‘Hiit’ my goal weight 😉

  • I’m old school and prefer my regular DB’s.  I can buy the weight as needed as I go.  That helps with costs over time.  Great video.

  • Hey Kelli and Daniel, thank you for all that you do! I have a question for you… I’ve been cleaning up my diet, my boyfriend on the other hand doesn’t eat all that healthy. I’ve tried encouraging him to eat better (I don’t want to nag him) and he’ll say to me, “yeah I will, I’ll start next monday”. Unfortunately that doesn’t happen, I find it tough sometimes for me to eat healthy when I am with him. Anything you can suggest?

  • Just did this workout for the first time. I am not overweight, but am looking to get stronger and tone my whole body. The moves were challenging, but did not make me feel extreme fatigue, so I finished having energy and feeling great. I LOVE that it includes a perfect cardio warmup and excellent post-stretch routine. Looking forward to continuing this workout and seeing results. Thank you!!!!

  • hi i have a question!:) i absolutely love coffee i usually go for a flat white or latte, without cream.. just milk and 1 sugar. If i am on a diet, do you think i should stop drinking it? other than that, i eat really clean.

  • For a healthy snack do you guys think dry roasted peanuts and other nuts are a good choice? Thank you!And is it healthy to have one cheat day per week? Every Friday I eat a cup of white chocolate covered chex mix and I was wondering if this treat once a week will make me gain weight or belly fat? Thanks!

  • Kelli, you should do a video of your favorite workout clothes for the different exercises you do (yoga, weightlifting, running, cross training etc)!:) OR the appropriate shoes to wear for the different exercises haha

  • their link says they have international dealer in Manila, Philippines but do not have the specific address or any contact information. can you help me with it?

  • I wish yall would have put this video last week so I could have order them through the fitnessblender link. I order my power block through Sears not sure if you can still get a profit from it or not

  • I keep getting knee pain after HIIT inspite taking care to land softly on knees during jumps etc. Can you advice in terms of food and exercise, what to do to prevent weak joints?

  • Question for Kelli! As a female who has long hair, how do you keep it looking nice and fresh all the time? I only wash my hair twice a week but it’s kind of annoying when I sweat hard like the day after I wash it haha! Any tips or products you use?! You always look fabulous!:) -Natalie

  • Amazing workout. Really enjoyed it. Just couldn’t coordinate well in the forward lunge exercise, next time I think I’ll club that with a bicep curl.

  • Yay I loved this! I think having done blogilates a lot I was prepared for those pulses:D the arm exercises with weights were a bit more of a challenge.

  • So glad for this video and your honesty. I checked them out just yesterday. As a broke med student, I probably won’t be able to afford them now but hoping to either get it in the near future by saving or get it as a birthday present since I think my body is used to the weights I currently have. Thank you FB! #30poundsdown #yearsgained

  • I purchased Powerblock dumbbells (Sport 2.4) a year ago because what I had seen in Fitnessblender workouts. It was an investment, for sure, but probably the best one I have made. I wouldn’t imagine using any other type of dumbbells. So convenient, so quick, so nice to handle. I’d definitely recommend making the plunge or saving up for them if you’re an avid home exerciser! I ordered mine from UK Amazon:)

  • Completed w/Neil 12/12/18. Neil really likes this one, he says he would do it again. This is the work out with the weird rotator cuff exercise.
Also, why doesn’t the calorie counter and time line bar thingy work on this one?

  • My body tends to gain and lose weight so fast.2 weeks ago I noticed am overweight and decided to try out your workouts.I feel so strong and full of energy.I work out five times a week then rest for two days.Usually, i do strength training 3 times a week and 2 HIIT exercises. I also eat clean. have already lost 6 lbs.More than motivated to continue with my fitness journey of making my body stronger.

  • Hi guys! I was wondering if Kelli could let us know what the max weight she uses is? There’s multiple options for these, and if we were just talking about FB workouts, what’s the highest weight a woman would need just to basically tone and burn fat? Nothing too crazy

  • People can embed our videos directly from YouTube, from our channel, but it’s illegal to download or reupload them in any other way. Thanks for sharing!

  • I’ve done this workout for the first time right now, I really feal the Chest and my Arms, but I dont think it will train my shoulders or my back, can smbody tell me what I did wrong?

Edit: It’s the next day, nvm everything hurts xD

  • Fantastic workout! The rotator cuff exercises were similar to the ones my physical therapist recommended for my shoulder pain. Definitely you can do these without weights, too!

  • I followed every second of this workout and I feel a lot energised now. It was so intense that I couldn’t feel any burn while doing the last boat workout. thank you!

  • Of course Daniel’s pull-overs and lateral raises are so different than Kelli’s! This workout made the bicep curls in the final group so HARD!

  • I love this video and do it often. I realize it’s a bit older and you’re super busy, but I would love to see the time bar and calorie count fixed if you ever get to it. Thanks though for all you do. I do your workouts nearly 6 days a week!

  • I’ve done this workout several times during the last weeks and reeeeally enjoy it! For me it’s definitely a 4 on the difficulty scale though, although I am still a couple of pounds behind what Daniel is lifting in most exercises. The short breaks really keep the heart rate up and my arms and shoulders are always jelly when I am done with it:)

  • I did really enjoy this workout, & I think I’ll benefit from it quite a bit. One thing I do differently tho’: Since I use my hands a lot for my job, I know I’m at risk for carpal tunnel syndrome; so when I come to the wrist stretch, I plant my hands as high on on a wall as I can with my fingers still pointing down, & I stretch them there.
There’s also the added benefit of stretching them twice, as I follow you.

    Thanks for the great workout!!

  • Me, with my soup cans for weight, working on my rotator cuffs lol. Over all, and really great upper body workout that left me just the right amount of ‘tired’.

  • Nice. I just had to keep switching back and forth between exercises so as to do all the light weight, medium weight and heavier weight ones together, being as I only have one set of dumbbells with plates that have to be screwed on and off. It’d be nice to have some like yours, but not sure if you’d be interested in doing a vid with those weight groups together. Thank you. Your work is appreciated.

  • OMG! the end of the video, hilarious! Great info! Now how should I use weights to lose weigh? I need to lose 10 more pounds, partly in mid section too. What weight training should I use? I watch your vids and go to the gym. Thanks you guys are awesome!

  • I bought the PowerBlock weights because it was simply easier to use these rather than trying to catch up with Daniel when he changed from one weight to another using my plate style dumbbells. They are a great product and worth the price. Thank you Daniel and Kelli.

  • Kelli said she did it yesterday so here I am!!! Such a good one!! loved it so much. New fav. this is totally gonna hurt tomorrow.
