  • Great video! 3 questions. On the 1st exercise are you supposed to set the knee pads all the way over because it has different areas to make your starting point? 2nd question what does the 2nd and 3rd machine work differently? Its sad but I have never been able to use the 2nd machine. I can never move it �� last question. I do 10 reps 6 sets on machine 1 and 3 is that not good? I do not expect a 6 pack but more lose fat and tone. Sorry for all the questions.

    HGH does not show up on drug tests.
    he got cought out though, when 1 of those esters didn’t clear out fully.
    3 weeks is total clearance time for short esters.

  • Moderation is perhaps the governing concept for a Christian view of bodybuilding/weightlifting. Bodybuilding can definitely be a part of a Christian’s physical fitness program.

    At the same time, as with many things in this life, bodybuilding, if taken to the extreme, can become an idol. Eventually, a point is reached where there is no true value in adding more muscle. Bodybuilding/weightlifting can become an addiction and/or obsession. While this is much more often an issue with men, it can be an issue for women as well. Striving for bigger and stronger muscles, taken to the extreme, is nothing but vanity (1 Samuel 16:7; Ecclesiastes 1:2; 1 Peter 3:4). Once we allow our physical appearance to become more important than our relationship with God, it has become an idol (1 John 5:21).

    “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). The key question is does bodybuilding/weightlifting glorify God? If it is done to increase fitness, strength, and tone, and thereby health, yes, it can be done for God’s glory. If it is done out of vanity and pride, or from an unhealthy obsession with getting bigger and stronger, no, it does not glorify God. How should a Christian view bodybuilding? “‘Everything is permissible for me’—but not everything is beneficial. “‘Everything is permissible for me’—but I will not be mastered by anything…. ‘Everything is permissible’—but not everything is constructive” (1 Corinthians 6:12; 10:23).

I was surprised when I heard that Zyzz juiced considering his lack of size. He also had an incredible physique, but when I think of steroids I think of people like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman: huge and defined.

  • My very first gym USFitness had all 3 machines and then some… the machine at 1:54 and some cardio on the elliptical machines were the machines responsible for my extreme snapback after I had my son. This machine was a god sent. My tummy wasn’t just flat but it caved in that machine was a god sent I used it everyday 5 sets of 20 I went back to that same gym and that machine is gone replaced with something else I laughed and told them no thank you.

  • You can do weight training. it does not stunt your growth, as long as you are eating enough and rest, you will be fine. Cardio training makes your muscle growth slower thought, so i recommend you to do it only for warming up.

  • For the torso rotation I do 50 on both sides for 50lbs and I use the alternate ab crunch machine and do the same thing but I don’t have abs yet and I weigh like 122lbs to 123lbs I’m 13 how long do I have to do them for I did the 50 pounds for 2 days but earlier I did 30lbs for like 5 days (not in 1 week it was like 1 time every weekend and then 3 times in one week and the last two weeks but two days for the last two weeks is what I mean)?
