On the 1st exercise are you supposed to set the knee pads all the way over because it has different areas to make your starting point? 2nd question what does the 2nd and 3rd machine work differently? Its sad but I have never been able to use the 2nd machine. I can never move it �� last question. I do 10 reps 6 sets on machine 1 and 3 is that not good?
