  • When it comes to eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritionary intake. While they might induce quick weight loss, these kinds of diets will never be a long-term answer for your weight problem. It is best to look up Custokebon Secrets on google since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Excellent as an older bloke 55 yes starting to look at building, stamina, tone and strength without wishing to bulk up. Thank you for the advice. I hope to see many more of these videos. Hopefully you could do one on gym machines pros and cons, if you haven’t already

  • Thanks brother, heading to the gym for the first time tonight after work.

  • Hey, I’m 13 and i’ll start going to the GYM tomorrow, and my mom told me that if i left weights and in 1 year if i stop doing it that my skin is gonna look weird.. Is it true or is she lying to me cuz she thinks weight lifting is bad for me?

  • Hey, thanks for the video. I have some dusty weights downstairs and I want to see myself with some muscle mass. This’ll get me going.

  • I’ve been going to the gym for about 2 months, only problem is I’m not 100% what thing does what muscle so no idea on a workout plan. Any idea on what I should be doing? I just want to lose some weight, tone up and get better strength. Not looking to be world’s strongest Man.

  • Diet Plan called Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on many videos and I thought they were scams. However after my cousin follow it, and finally lost tons of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

  • Everyone tells me i have a bodybuilding body, but i see my belly its just bloated guys its not even fat its fresturating i tried all

  • I was shy at first but then I started thinking I AM paying monthly just like everybody in here and I will use anything I want. I WILL get my moneys worth. Thinking like this really helped me.

  • This video was great. Me and the wife just started 3 days ago, and have only done the treadmill and sot down bike. Looking forward to trying diff machines tomorrow. How long did it take u to get to this point?

  • I always think about how people say “no ones watching you!” but I know people watch other people because I do it BUT I gotta remember that it’s not ever in a judgmental way

  • I was on the bike today and I was people watching. I saw someone using an arm machine and thought “huh. that looks cool. I’m gonna use that tomorrow

  • for some reason I hate going to the gym because I feel like everybody watches me but this motivated me to go anyway, thanks love ❤️

  • Reese, my fat percentage is 19.6 and have muscle mass of 16.5. I weigh 40.7 kg. i’m 156-157 cm.

I want skinny ass legs. I will kill for skinny ass legs.

I joined the gym 5 days ago, and my legs are bulking.!!!!!!

I had relatively skinny legs I wanted a more skinny legs, AND THEY ARE BULKING AND GETTING BIGGER LIKE HOW THEY USED TO BE BEFORE I DIETED, I used to diet and exercise at home using my body weight.

i’m sssooooooo shook at how 5 days worth of workouts just made them look bigger!!! I hate it i’m absolutely mad and sad and panicking, but I see all those girls on youtube who lift heavy weights and train their legs, and they have very very skinny legs

  • My gym is at my school, it’s so small! I definitely think people are watching me.. but I’m going to start going because I need to stay in shape..

  • I wish my gym was that big, it’s just a room. It definitely adds on the “being watched” feeling, even if I don’t really care as much as I did before starting.

  • Our december weight loss challenge is to lose 15 lbs (7kg) and I am doing IF 18-6 and we are vlogging daily to document the progress

  • So i was 95 kg 10 months ago and decided to change. I get to the gym and get inside. What did i see?! Some big ass dudes big arms, legs and all. I imediately get out and go home. Said to myself thats it im done no more gym. But then i said why do i need gym? I dont want muscles. So the next day i started diet. I can eat whatever i want how much i want just one rule. After every bite i drink 2 sips of water. Thats it. And today im 70 kg. Maybe after some months MAYBE i will overcome my fear of gyms but for now this works for me.

  • I don’t know if this is a thing in other countries, but in Germany you can usually make an appointment for like a free Gym session with a trainer to get to know the gym and see how everything works. I found that very helpful when I went to a gym for the first time:)

  • Just a friendly heads-up to anyone who wants a big butt but not big thighs, take out the squats. Although squats are can help build the butt, it mainly targets your hamstrings.

  • I am about to hit the gym for the first time, today. I am a really shy person and I don’t know what to do and how to behave. I don’t know…

  • My gym has everything, it has free weights area, it has cardio area, the normal weight machines, it has kickbox/fight room, it has a room for grouplessons which looks like a dancestudio it has saunas, tanningbeds a pool, cycling class, everything EXCEPT for an open free area for you to do whatever you want. Its so annoying

  • So my dad got a member ship and wanted to bring me for my b day bc I’ve been asking today is my first day and I’m 13 so I’m so nervois

  • Well I have a problem, I’m 14 and I might start going to the gym but I’m scared people will judge me because I’m 14 and i look even younger because I’m 4’7” ;-;

  • What is women’s obsession with cardio? I don’t get it, when I go on gym dates sometimes. My girl just goes straight to cardio, and doesn’t lift with me Like cmon bae spot me

  • Here’s a tip for the beginner ladies. Don’t put all your shit on a bench to use it as a table while you work out next to it. This is literally only women who do this.

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just simply do a google search search. On there you will discover that a great tips about how exactly you can lost a ton of weight. Why not give it a chance? maybe it’ll work for you too.

  • Should I start a gym routine before the day starts or after the day is over? (Like for example I can wake up around 6 and go and then go to school or work and stuff or go after school/work like night time? And yes I know that eventually it will become a routine but what do y’all think?

  • I went to the gym today for the first time after working out at home and thinking about it for months.. I am pretty overweight for my age and i was always so scared to go bc of other ppl jugding me but i LOVED IT..as soon as i came the owner/trainer was do kind to show me around and give me a begginer workout while explaining how to use certain machines and the ppl at the gym were minding their own workouts and didn’t really care about what am i doing which suprised me if you are still debating on should you go or not remember this: those who want it will always find a way and those who don’t want it always find an exuse!!!

  • After years of putting off going to the gym because my social anxiety would hit the roof just thinking about it, I finally picked up my lady balls and went and oh my lord I dont know what I was scared of! At first when I walked in I was intimidated but 1 of my friends said to just take some headphones and a good playlist in my phone and block out the rest and so I did. Went alone, asked the trainers who work at the gym on how to use the machines, he gave me a run down and off I went with my headphones in.

First thoughts I had when I walked in was: “omg everyone in here is going to look and laugh at me, turn around and go home”

Last thoughts before I walked out the gym doors: “Wow everyone is in their own world and actually doesn’t give 2 flying F’s that Im here. Im going again!”

Honestly, I dont know why I took so long to go. People are there for the same reason, themselves! Their own personal goals! They dont care about you. Once I was in my own zone I found I didnt care what others were doing either.

Give it a try guys! U got this

  • im 14(15 in a few weeks) and i have been struggling with an eating disorder and body confidence since i was 12. im starting highschool this year and they have a weight room and track there thats open to the students before school. i want to make myself proud and start doing it at least 3 days a week. watching this has eased the stress of the thought of doing it. thank you!

  • I really want to go to the gym, like I’m really motivated to after this video, only problem is, the island I live on doesn’t have a single gym:’ (

  • As always beautiful. I love your videos and your tips but this video has me a little confused. You said on one of the tips to start with machines and then your entire workout had to do with free weights.
I want to start going to the gym and I was looking forward to a video with a machine workout routine that I could just focus into. Do you think you’ll be doing another welcome to the gym video? Or do you have any suggestions for a scared newbie on navigating through that area of the gym?

  • What are some ways to lost a ton of fat? I read plenty of good opinions on the internet about how exactly Custokebon Secrets can help you lost a ton of fat. Has any one tried using this popular lose weight method?

  • Something to keep in mind make sure to stretch before and after! Doing it before warms up your muscles and after is a way to cool down.

  • bro the first time I went to the gym I went with denim cause I was planning on swimming instead of exercise and even the staff at the gym where staring at me

  • I’m 38 years old and avoid the gym like the Black Plague because of intimidation. maybe I’ll try again tonight. Nice video man. Guys are awesome.

  • I definitely started out using the treadmills. Eventually I got bored. So I started switching days of cardio and weight machines. I definitely would try to watch “without watching” people use the machines. Thank God at the time I went 5:30am. The people were so friendly. I’d have people encouraged me when on the treadmill. The weight machines there was an employee who got use to seeing me and he would suggest different things for me. Either more reps less weight or more more weights less reps. He was very helpful. I was always too afraid of the free weights for sure. I never entered that room. Unfortunately time, life and family events got in the way. It’s been over 2 years definitely unfortunately gained all the weight back I worked so hard to lose. Thankfully i will be getting a treadmill from someone my mom knows since I just moved closer to her. It’s very intimidating at first but eventually you get to a point where you think I’m here for me and start to enjoy going

  • I’m about 2 months-ish into going to the gym and I’ve been forcing myself to wear skin-tight leggings because it’s the only thing I see others wear to the gym. I know the tip to dress like you want to seem pretty obvious but I genuinely thought there was no way I could wear good “gym” clothing that was baggy. Maybe I just have to do more research. Leggings for me just isn’t the right thing atm I think

  • Hi Chloe! I was wondering how tall you are? I want to order leggings from gymshark but I’m pretty short and are scared they’ll be too long. Love your videos!

  • cannot believe i stumbled upon you during the “social distancing” era. o how i wish i would’ve know about you months ago. such a motivator. like a virtual life coach. you guys are pretty dern awesome

  • Guys. lost a ton of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’m going to give you some advice now. Look for a popular diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). Thanks to it I have lost crazy amounts of weight. I shouldn’t even be talking about it cause I don’t want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I’m just in a excellent mood right now so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • I’ve never been to the gym, so I’m watching this video…and at 5:40 “you need to go and watch videos”…..wtf do you think I’m doing.

  • Guys, build muscle does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has changed my entire life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it because I don’t want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  • The thing is about my gym is it’s a apartment community gym so the whole thing is in one room and I hate working out around people that close

  • These videos are honestly so helpful! I’m 16 and going to the gym for the first time today. My doctor said I’m at risk for many medical issues and strongly recommended that I lose weight and I’m honestly super ready for a change! I hope I can come back to this in a year and proudly say I lost weight and can finally do a damn pull up LOL

  • Thanks a tonnnnnn!! I have been following your workout regimes since the last 6 months and today the results are awesome.. keep doing the good work.. cheers!
P.S.: I love your gym outfits

  • If you read the comments, I could use some pointers, which might seem dumb for what I am about to mention, but I could use some help.

So after over 13 years, I have decided to start working out. Currently I smoke like a chimney, drink pretty heavily, and do not eat a lot.

I know that I need to quit smoking and drinking, but my biggest problem is that I really do not like to eat. For me eating is a chore, not a pleasure, so what are some mental tricks I can use to help myself want to eat more, so that when I do work out I actually build muscle and not end up hurting myself due to lack of nutrition for muscle building?

    (Hope my question made sense.)

  • I am pretty fit but am thinking about hitting the gym twice/thrice a week is it worth it, and if i do go what should i do? I was looking and was thinking about doing a 5*5

  • Hey girl! I was just curious if you have gotten a nose job before? Don’t take this the wrong way! I just think your nose looks so much more defined and higher than before! Or is it just makeup?:)

  • 06.21.2020 im about to start my journey im 5’10 315 someone comment so i can keep coming back to see how far I’ve gotten. Thanks man u just motivated me

  • My girlfriend left me and I need help getting myself back in shape. This may sound obnoxious but I really need someones help. I am working out using a hone workout app and im doing it for at least a month now. I hitting a plateau.

  • I read many great reviews on the net about how exactly Custokebon Secrets will help you lost tons of weight. Has any one tried using this popular weight loss method?

  • I see a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). But I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you ever tried using this popular diet plan program?

  • Moderation is perhaps the governing concept for a Christian view of bodybuilding/weightlifting. First Timothy 4:8 teaches, “For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come” (emphasis added). Physical fitness is important, and as this verse states, it does have some value. We are physical and spiritual beings, and the condition of the physical body undeniably can impact the spirituality of a person. Surely part of “glorifying God in your body” (1 Corinthians 6:20) is keeping it in reasonably good physical condition. Bodybuilding can definitely be a part of a Christian’s physical fitness program.

At the same time, as with many things in this life, bodybuilding, if taken to the extreme, can become an idol. Eventually, a point is reached where there is no true value in adding more muscle. Bodybuilding/weightlifting can become an addiction and/or obsession. While this is much more often an issue with men, it can be an issue for women as well. Striving for bigger and stronger muscles, taken to the extreme, is nothing but vanity (1 Samuel 16:7; Ecclesiastes 1:2; 1 Peter 3:4). Once we allow our physical appearance to become more important than our relationship with God, it has become an idol (1 John 5:21).

“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). The key question is does bodybuilding/weightlifting glorify God? If it is done to increase fitness, strength, and tone, and thereby health, yes, it can be done for God’s glory. If it is done out of vanity and pride, or from an unhealthy obsession with getting bigger and stronger, no, it does not glorify God. How should a Christian view bodybuilding? “‘Everything is permissible for me’—but not everything is beneficial. “‘Everything is permissible for me’—but I will not be mastered by anything…. ‘Everything is permissible’—but not everything is constructive” (1 Corinthians 6:12; 10:23).

    Gian Giorgio Trissino
Both I and J were used interchangeably by scribes to express the sound of both the vowel and the consonant. It wasn’t until 1524 when Gian Giorgio Trissino, an Italian Renaissance grammarian known as the father of the letter J, made a clear distinction between the two sounds.

  • This video is definitely amazing! It helps me recall of the time when my sister used Custokebon Secrets to lose 19 lbs and enjoy being healthy again! Many people want to lose fat, however we also need to stay healthy and balanced, which is what Custokebon Secrets given.

  • Good video mate and I’ll subscribe. I’m going to joining a Gym this week. I’m extremely anxious about it but I need to do it. I’ve put on a lot of weight the last 10 years due to depression and not looking after myself as a result. I’m going for weight loss but mainly to make myself stronger on my disabled side in the hope it will make life a lot easier. If anyone has anymore tip then drop me a comment. Thanks again mate!

  • This video is actually so helpful!! Thankyou soooo so much!! I’m so freaking nervous to go to the gym in my hometown for the first time, but this video helped so much!!

  • Not to be a downer but really annoys me when people say no ones looking at you in the gym had to quit my gym because one of the people who works there would follow me about and try and talk to me and ask me out constantly, like everyday.

  • So simple, yet so effective. That’s how would I describe diet plan from NextLevelDiet. Now I belive that simplicity is the key to brilliance.

  • IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND STILL EAT FOOD YOU LIKE JUST CHECK NEXTLEVELDIET. They provide you with personalized meal that contains only food you have selected, personalized training plan and amazing tips that helped me lose 30lbs.

  • Does Custokebon Secrets really help to lost a ton of fat? I’ve read a lot of good things about this popular weight loss diet plan.

  • Im 24, 115lbs never got up to 120lbs.
Casual body exercise and biking only. I’ve been anxious to go gym
This vid aspires me. Let’s go!

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to search Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Bro please ye btao do ek baar i am 17 or m bhaut weak hu abhi to kya mere liye abhi gym join krna shi h my weight was around 51 kgs..please help me out

  • As soon as all this virus stuff tones down I’m going to the gym, all of mine around me are closed until the 31st. I just turned 22 in Jan and I’m 5”9’ weigh 288 pounds. I really really need to lose weight and get to a point in my journey where I’m more comfortable with my body and more healthy. I’m scared of later in life if I don’t do anything about it now. I used to do the keto diet and went from 305lbs to 240lbs in a year but idk if it’s a good idea to try that again. My goal weight is anywhere between 220 and 190 I feel it’s a logical and doable goal weight. Just need to plan out everything!

  • Please don’t forget that those people at the gym were once new comers like you!! they are not there to judge you but to work on themselves

  • I recently gave up drugs and alcohol… I need a life change and watching this has definitely given me more confidence to start with my health and fitness. I’m starting from ground zero and watching your journey definitely took me from frightened to excited to start my own journey to a new lease on life. Truly inspirational and I’ll definitely be following your channel as I begin my journey starting tomorrow. Keep up the great work.

  • I just started going to the gym to get rid of the dad bod, are you saying weights are more important than cardio for that? ive been doing 30-45 mins on the elliptical, but not lifting.

  • I started going to the gym 2/17/20 and have not missed a day since. Almost every single day I’ve worked out for over an hour and a half. I’m 305lbs, and go to Planet Fitness, since I’ve been going I feel better and actually crave going. It’s insane how when I’m not at the gym I think about going to the gym. I have not experienced gymtimidation, I actually love seeing others workout bc then I learn from them and how to fix my stance or posture. I just have a poor mindset when it comes to food and wish I could figure out how to not binge or eat crappy. Any tips would be awesome! Thanks guys!

  • This video was fantastic btw. I never saw myself in the gym and now it’s 2 months in I go 4x a week and love it… I start off with cardio, I get warmed up on the treadmill, then I move to the weight machines and I go round each machine doing at least 3 sets of 10-15 reps. With a high weight. Then I move back and finish with cardio… but what’s next? What should I aim for next? I’m ready to change my routine but I’m unsure what I should head into next?

  • I’m 13 and I feel really insecure about my body in fact I hate myself. I talked to my mom about it and she suggested going to the gym to produce “positive hormones” with physical activity but I’ve never flippin been to the gym before or seen anything besides the kiddies pool in the gym from when my mom took me and my brother once a week for fun… sooo yeah I’m scared and wondering what the hell it’s like or if I’d be the only child there and stuff…

  • Thanks for the wonderful explanation.. I have a question, can you suggest the types of protein and who should take what kind of protein and for how long.

  • Those bikes are actually really good for people with joint issues or recovering from severe heart issues. That’s the only thing I’m allowed to do according to my cardiologist. It is probably a much better option for the type of people this video is directed towards than the treadmill

  • Great video me and my wife just started last week said the hell with and just went now we love it so far just trying to get comfortable with it

  • Love thiss so much. Ty Chloe. Luckily most of use just dumbbells cause there is no gym nearby. Hope you will do more of these simple home weight exercises.
    Thanks again Chloe
Oh Happy birthday to u. Stay bright stay inspiring
    Xoxo

  • I notice lots of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine). But I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you ever tried this popular diet plan program?

  • Awsome bloke, thank you, if I can gain a few years of life through a gym I must, yet i have a food disorder, and need to eat more, i drink beer as water, and yet with out going personal can you advise what food is best for me. I dont meen weird food, but burgers to good. You are amazing and pride is yours. Owned.

  • This is a really awesome video. I see a lot of vanity lifting where the videos are made for no other purpose than to show off.
This is made purely to show how to workout properly. love it.

  • Bodybuilder: “Scapula retraction, The fiber gotta fire the right way, you gotta be solid in your hips, Oh looks like a horse”
    Beginner teen: Smiling completely clueless

  • Some says that if you starts working with your biceps just focus on that, don’t do triceps because your muscle get confused. Is that true??

  • Hello! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you tried using Custokebon Secrets? I have heard many great things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • The problem i have with the gym is that you always start with the biggest plans and idea. Fast forward several months and you dropped it. The thought of taking your gym bag, changing and than going to the gym is too much combine with your busy schedule. I do all of my exercises at home so there is no excuse for doing it. Yes it will take some effort and you need some amount of money to start it but it is way better than to pay for a subscription at gym which you eventually will drop.

  • my city/ village or whatever has a little gym. our school does a gym group you get to go there for free once a week for 7-9th graders. it teaches you very well about how to use the machines and stuff. also my dad goes to the gym with me and is kinda a personal trainer for me.

  • I am new to the gym and as a beginner i have enjoyed it a lot, my gym has an app that helps you create your own workout and it shows you how to use each machine Totally love it!

  • skeleton man. Bring this dude back to do videos with you guys going forward lol. Hes gonna be the new buff dude and buff duke will have competition with this beginner.

  • Actually I’ve planned to go to the gym this morning but I canceled bc I don’t know what to do and don’t wanna be silly girls there haha thank you so much ❤️for your tips that really help

  • I watched this exact video when I wanted to start Working out. That was 2 1/2 years ago! I just found this video again! Y’all really inspired me to start! Thanks BuffDudes!

  • I started today and I didn’t wait enough time after I ate. I was dizzy and nauseous. I had to stop and I only got 30 minutes in. I rather stop than pass out. I had a coffee and 1 hour later oatmeal. I didn’t even wait 30 minutes and I was at the gym already. Any advice?

  • Hey babe, could do a video with recommendations for someone that wants to start going to the gym but has really bad knees/surgery? Much love!!

  • On my first day at the gym i went straight to the treadmill to warm up ( I was already experienced) and there was a boy on a machine I wanted to use after. He wasn’t working out he was just sitting there for a half hour. I was constantly looking over to check if he left. I guess he thought I was checking him out because he started to stare at me. Let’s say it was a bit awkward

  • Hi cloe, I’m under pre Male to female transition, so I want to reduce my muscular body. I have a very good arms and forearm, I want my arms and forearms to look like a average female, can you help me how can I achieve it.

  • hi Chloe can u please make a video for like ppl who want to lose body fat. Like a schedule with weight training and cardio, like what we should do.

  • I just finished taking the time to watch and listen to this video. This video did help and I’m going to give it a better shot at the gym. Being depressed doesn’t help at all, so its a constant struggle for consistency. Thank you. I’ll give it a better try.

  • I just recently got my gym membership and I’m nervous as hell to go back since my health assessment (my coach wrecked me, nearly puked while doing the assessment. lol. I think it’s my fault too since I went while I’m on my fasting period since I’m on IF). All the tips you said inspired me more to go back and start again. Aiming for a leaner and stronger self this 2019. Looking forward to more videos from you. Love from Philippines <3

  • I will be going to the gym today FOR THE FIRST TIME, and I’m freaking out a bit. But somehow I’m just so motivated to go to vent the stress out and feel good about myself. Wish me luck!

  • In my gym the first time you start going they build you a program based on what is your goal (muscles growth, fat lost ect..) and the first time they follow you step by step in your entire workout. For newbies I think it’s no harm to ask before you sign in if they give this possibility

  • Hi Chloe! Just discovered you subscribed! Thank you for this video, it’s really helpful and it’s inspired me to actually work out/go to the gym! I’m skinny fat and want to get started with the whole fitness. Looking forward to watch more of your videos!

  • Your videos are getting better and better. Thank you for the two routines for the upper and lower body. Could you be so kind and give us a routine for starters for the Abs and HIIT cardio. What five exercizes would you recommend for the Abs and what five exercizes would you recommend for HIIT cardio?

Would you recommend a plank only routine?
Have you ever done Indoor cycling HIIT cardio?

  • When I married my wife, back in 2000, I weighed about 140 pounds. My goal was to increase my weight to around 160 pounds, as my height is 5’9″. Over the course of about 10 years, my weight shot up to about 216 pounds (what can I say… my wife is an amazing cook). That’s when I decided to start losing weight. By watching food portions, I dropped down to my stable weight of about 183 pounds. I wasn’t satisfied, so I started working out. Over the course of a few months, I dropped 16 pounds, just by doing a 45-minute routine on the weights. I’ve started to increase the weights, in my workout, and my weight is continuing to slowly drop… and I’m feeling better than I had ever felt. My goal is to reach my original target weight of 160 pounds, but to do so in a manner that promotes actually toning my body (I don’t care if I look totally bulked out, I just want to look like I take care of myself). The important thing, though, is that in the process, my blood pressure has gone from averaging around 150/90 to averaging around 117/78, while my resting pulse rate has gone from around 85 bpm to around 68 bpm. Those numbers, alone, are a victory, in my book!

  • Chloe, can u make a Pushups for Beginners video? Im sure a lot of us here are still struggling to do it. I wanna be strong like you chloe!

  • hey chloe can you please tell me when can i start doing kickboxing workout at the gym? Also, your videos have inspired and helped me a lot.Can you please share a kickboxing workout, i would be grateful to you.

  • Chloe ting may you please make a workout on how to lose thigh fat and a small waist one too please and thank you. Thanks a million already for making the other workouts❤️

  • Watched this video 7 months ago and now 7 months later im 40kgs lighter and am now at a very “healthy” weight. Thanks so much man.

  • I’ve started going to the gym last month, but idk how to use any of the equipment! I feel like I’m not getting the bang out of my buck on membership. please do a video about how to use gym equipment?

  • Im 16 in 1 month and i dont want to be skinny anymore. Ill start hitting the gym in a few weeks and this Video is perfect for me. Thanks so much

  • No one is watching you haha sike there’s tons of video of people recording people who don’t even know how to use the equipment lol

  • how do you time yourself in the gym? do you use a phone app to count for you or does everyone do reps so they can count themselves? love your videos gurl xx

  • Sorry Chloe, but this video was not very good. You didn’t talk about anything that might actually be helpful to new gym goers like how to pack a gym bag, gym etiquette, utilizing classes. You just gave really generic advice.

  • I use to go to the gym every single day except sundays, those were my only rest days…so here I am to start up again and go hard and not quit this time

  • Hey chloee, you’re so strong for making all these videos while going through a hard time! I really adore your workouts and I do them mostly 4-5 times a week and I can feel how effective they are. I would like it if you made another intense hiit workout because now I repeat the 30 min one so often. Anyways, I love your attitude and your honesty and keep up the good work!! Hope to hear from you soon

  • Ahhh I also have the skinny fat body type as well but I only have upper abbs and I havent really for lower abbs so I am not sure if i should not just being your 15 min intense ab workout or if I should be doing a full workout with a 10 min lower ab workout.
I would go to the gym but I dont have a job yet and i feel like it would be a waste of money to spend on a gym membership

  • Hey can anyone help? I’m new and just curious I’m not overweight but have a bit of fat on my stomach, just curious woukd working out normally gaining muscle get rid of it?

  • I’m just afraid of going to a gym. I would like it and feel more comfortable going for the first time if I had someone to go with me.

  • Thanks for this video. I’ve signed up for the gym again after doing home workouts all winter. This video was needed and I’ve made note of the routines and that’s great for beginner’s no one has ever made something this easy to understand someone who wants to start the gym.
