  • I love how you let your workouts speak for themselves and don’t throw out names for views. You could’ve easily said the professionals name in this video for views and you didn’t. You also have Bo Bichette in many of your videos. He’s a top 10 MLB prospect and probably a future all star and you just treat him like a normal guy. It’s just something you gotta respect

  • Yo chris quick question. How you think top speed mechanics and acceleration mechanics should be implemented in basketball, you know sometimes you cant be at a 45 angle cause you going to stop for a pull up or you cant tuck your chin up, and also you really never get into a proper top speed cycle. Thougths on this?

  • The inflections in your voice is incredible. At parts you speak like an uneducated street thug, and then at other parts you sound like a medical doctor.
    Great info, though.

  • I am a dad. have a 14 year old son and we are starting to work out. How often can this workout be done and what rep and sets should be done.

  • What’s great about these drills is they are truly old school tactics. Nice to see the young kids still using traditional calisthenic methods.

  • Honestly baseball players are huge, it is just a shame that they wear such loose clothing so you can not really see how insanely big they are

  • Chris, I have had a few of my athletes come back from football combines saying they cannot stagger their stance for 5/10/5. They have to be lined up. Have your athletes down there mentioned it?

  • Bro, this is one of your best videos. It gives an inside look on how you actually run a training session. Showing how to communicate corrections to the client, then encouraging them once they make it, is very important. It helps that you’ve shown a lot of these drills and techniques in previous videos, because you were able to go through a lot of different stuff in one video. Also, showing how one little adjustment in form or technique can instantly make you better and/or more efficient is very important. When we make it clear to the client that we can help them improve it gives them more trust in us. Good stuff, man. Keep more of these coming, maybe including football and basketball sessions, too.

  • What are you thinking you are accomplishing with that drill throwing againstnthe wall…thats horible you dont know wtf you are doing. You are not coiling the hip…this is shit

  • @ Mr. MichaelThat’s why the segment is called Agility and Conditioning Drills. Believe me, these simple drills will help out in so many way’s. Power, Speed and Stamina.
