  • Hey Coach Justin, I was wondering if you could make a video about how to run an efficient practice. You can describe it for the different levels, but I’m looking for drills to run with 12-15 year-olds with a team of 12 players. I like circuit practices, but I’m curious what you think would work.

  • Coach, great movements
Slow twitch muscles, reaction timing, focus on movement not speed at first, then reaction speed with strength, core
    Awesome job sir,
    And athletes

  • Cheers for this, I have been researching “best baseball hitting drills” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Penonnor Baseball Babaco (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.

  • This was great, I’ve been looking for “baseball baserunning drills” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Penonnor Baseball Babaco (do a search on google )? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got cool results with it.

  • Great videos!! My coaches and I enjoy watching and implementing them into our practices for our 9-10 year olds. I would love to see some trick plays for little league if you have a few.:)

  • Just wanted to say that I love your channel! I utilize a lot of your workouts and am much more educated because of watching your videos. I’m a college baseball player and I love these videos I can’t wait to try out this workout! (P.s. HBD Dante)

  • Hey coach another great vid! Never seem to have a bad video! Keep up the great work!! Also can u make a vid on second baseman drills.

Please subscribe to all of your superfans (me). Thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!

  • Do u think I need to play travel ball in high school to get looked at by colleges I live in northern Illinois if that effects anything

  • When in PHX go work out with the legendary Mack Newton. He’ll show you the proper way to do similar drills, particularly the right technique for frog leaps. Warning, be ready for the hardest work out you’ve ever had in his 110 degree temperature studio.

  • In addition to strengthening core and legs, it looks like a great HIIT workout to increase cardiovascular health and metabolic rate.

  • Hey, Coach Justin here! Be sure to hit that SUBSCRIBE button so you never miss a new video! Let me know what else you’d like to see on the channel in the comments section.

  • Happy Birthday Dante. Yo Chris, great video, really helps seeing how you periodize or integrate the training goals into the overall programme.

  • I watch a lot of your videos great content and detail, they really help me with training and also offer options and ideas also. as I’m currently training to be a p.t thanks. chris

  • Cheers for this, been searching for “increase running speed baseball” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Penonnor Baseball Babaco (do a search on google )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got cool success with it.

  • Chris.. man your videos are awesome and wanted to know do you progress the guys on a weekly basis and how many times a week do they come in to train??

  • This is just superb, I have been researching “sprint drills for baseball” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Penonnor Baseball Babaco (just google it )? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my m8 got excellent success with it.

  • How old are you? Could you talk more about starting your own gym/training young athletes as this is what I want to do in the future.

  • Hey Justin this might sound stupid but I need your help. So at practice the other day I could catch the grounders, the pop flys, and the back hands. But for some reason most of the ones coming from my chest and natural side of my glove hand (so no backhand) kept hitting me in the palm and not landing In the pocket of my glove. Any tips on how to fix that?

  • Just put my team through this workout and let me tell you, the boys were gased! Great workout video! Definitely subscribed to.your channel now! Need a few more workouts for my team’s off-season workout practices.. Any help would be appreciated!

  • Great drill, and no doubt will help young players.  Just one thing, Justin, and this is meant with all respect.  Sometimes baseball coaches go on a bit long.  I’ve had a mentor tell me I should get to the point much quicker; as should you, sir.

  • Dont you feel that all of your workouts could benefit a baseball player/athlete maybe some more specialization than others but all catered to explosive athlete. Best on internet!

  • The difference between your football athletes vs baseball athletes is insane. Just their cardio alone speaks volumes. I think many baseball players would benefit tremendously if they dedicated more time to strength and conditioning. Working out with you must be an eye opener for these young cats! Good shit as always.

  • Is there any chance you can put up some more infield drills that will help I’m playing shortstop and 3rd base. also can you do some more batting videos to show proper form?

  • Love OTA, but for real, what kind of agility do baseball players need? You do so little in that sport that players have to “warm up” every half inning.

  • Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about “softball to baseball speed conversion” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Penonnor Baseball Babaco (do a google search )? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got great success with it.

  • Hey Coach Justin, um so i have a problem in batting, I am a Sophomore Baseball player in High School, I play RF and I basically got the fielding down already, BUT im not so good at batting in general, so when I go to the plate, I strike out every time either going down not swinging or going down swinging, but I mostly never (or afraid I guess) to swing the bat because Idk if I wanna swing or not and I cant tell too good if the pitch is a ball or a strike, but yesterday we had a game and I swung but still struck out but i feel good at least I swung, because i usualy dont swing, and my coach always takes me out after i play once in the field and one at bat, but I think its cuz I strike out every time, so I’m trying to change that, so I can play the whole game, every game, but the coaching here isnt good at all, they coach horribly, but my goal is to make it to the MLB and hopefully the Houston Astros but I don’t feel like I can with this hitting problem I have, do u have anything for me that can help me swing and recignize pitches get hits in a game, I would REALLY appreciate it
    Thanks

  • I have a doubt in one exercise in the soccer program, fartlek run 10yards jog 10yards sprinting to 100 yards. In meters how much is it? Is this exercise like 10m running soft after that more 10m sprinting this threw out the 100m?

  • Bro your channel has been legit ever since you started doing baseball workouts. It gives me so many stability and athletic movements to incorporate in my routine!
