  • Good beginning workout. I have to build up my tolerance due to asthma. I had to rest a little longer at the 5 min mark due to wheezing.

  • Sorry, im a little bit confused about those 6 rounds you said ; 6 piramidal set, so 6,5,4,3,2,1 and then repeat again for a total of 6 rounds? I really hope to misunderstanding because after 3 round i actually tried i was like hate everybody around me. Anyway i used to do this workout in my cardio days (3 cardio days and 4 strenght) and results are amazing

  • I was skeptic about Next Level Diet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.

  • I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn’t know how much. Diet plan I got from NextLevelDiet contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantastic!

  • Heather I’ve been doing your workouts for the past 3 weeks and I am so obsessed! I think it’s safe to say that I no longer need a gym membership. I really like that you get straight to the point and that you don’t talk (no offense it’s just that that distracts me). Thank you for showing up on my feed!!!

  • Wow nice body.
    Healthy and brave.atrong.
Tjanks for sharing..new friens here from philiphines..sending a love gift. Hope you do the same that i do

  • For those interested, the name of the soundtrack is “Giving Way to Numbness” by Deathkite. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BCTg5dD0t8
    Great choice of music, Jeff!

  • Ok. I tried this.
First day I stopped half way and said I couldn’t do it. Then after my pity party I did the second half. This plus my normal 30 miles on my stationary bike left me barely able to walk for about 3 days.
When I was able to walk I did it again. This time I didn’t give up half way/take a break. Now I try to do it every few days…. at least until I’m not crazy sore the day after…

  • This just whooped my ass cany for the crab move I had to improvise and switch that move up. Thank you for helping me burn my fat away

  • Aww heather I miscounted and thought I had 2 more sets to go. Never shrieked so loud in joy when I reached the end unexpectedly. That was brutal lol!

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn diet plan.

  • Should I rest after every exercise in each round or rest only after one full round of all exercise is complete. And also tell the rest period in between the exercise and round.

  • The exercise part is the fun part. The not so fun part is the extreme soreness, recovery, discomfort and exhaustion that follows in the days after

  • is anyone doing this twice?? i feel like its too easy to do just once and i might go for another round. the only part i hate is the burpee roll ups so i substitute them with regular burpess.

  • Hi coach I’m a really your avid fanatic on your workouts I really really love it so so much its help me a lot I much more watch all your workout videos than to women’s workout I much feel it

  • This one was ok. Not one of my favorites. I added more strength workout to make it a complete total body workout. Notes to myself (easy for me ) workout done ✅ thanks heather. Calories 210 HR 141. CTC be back tomorrow. Member since March 2020. Customer satisfied Rating this workout 3 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Overall Heathers workouts are 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She’s amazing.

  • I am doing this strength circuit woukout on Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays and on Tuesdays I put weights to reduce chest fat and Thursdays I do back workout. Is this routine fine?

  • Will this workout be good for boxing? I’m 45 years old 285 lbs. I started boxing one in half years ago. I’m looking for an alternative training regiment for my conditioning. I have plantar fasciitis so it’s hard for me to jog/sprint. I did this routine twice already and it comes close to the way I feel (breathing wise) when I spar. So what’s your professional opinion?

  • I want to ask this because the video and description do not explicitly answer it. I know that this works the muscles which will burn the fat. But will my muscles increase in mass the more I do this or will it just tighten my muscles without increasing mass? Some context: I am skinny-fat so barely any muscle.

  • I am a teen and I am 6.2 and way about 190. The only thing o can afford is dumbbells. If I do all these workouts with dumbbells at home. And eat healthy. Can I get lean?

  • Probably stupid question but how many times is the (6,5,4,3,2,1) intended to be done?
Just once?? Or maybe 3x (6,5,4,3,2,1) or 6x (6,5,4,3,2,1)? Or until you are “empty” and have reached total fatigue?

Did this fun, or better funnest, routine today with 3x (6,5,4,3,2,1) and it took me a little less than 30 minutes.

Jeff, says it is a fast routine and spending too much time on cardio doesn’t make sense / has no additional benefit but I wouldn’t mind doing this, or try doing this for 6x (6,5,4,3,2,1).

  • FINALLY, Ima hit this tomorrow. Have done all of these. Often 3 in a row, after that I was dead no cap. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to become an athlete for free

  • Awesome workout it out idea Steve. I just spent 20 minutes on the bike doing Hills and burn 164 calories. I was watching this video when I did it. I’ve been switched over to the treadmill put it on an incline setting of 10 and 10 cycles of your HIIT workout. I burnt 294 calories. Sweating like a pig

  • Is it just me or did Steve put on an extra baggie shirt today? He’s smaller than normal. Like he has been skipping the gym. C’mon, Steve. You’re supposed to be a role model. Ah, who am I kidding? I can’t be mad at you. Look at those cute dimples. Love you, bro!

  • Steve you make great videos but the information regarding the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems was a mess. Did you go to school for this? If so I’d say you’re a little rusty and need to freshen up haha. Shouldn’t be teaching people info if you’re not well versed in the topic. Just my 2 cents anyways.

  • Excellent workout! Just did it for the first time, and felt it working everything! Really appreciated that you built in a great warm up and cool down. Will definitely be doing this on a regular basis! Thanks!

  • hey Heather this was totally awesome workout love training to this would like more of these longer ones please.

  • It doesn’t matter what cardio you choose if you want to lose weight, it is 100% what you eat, drink a sugary drink or have a tonne of oats before hit liss or any other it won’t matter

  • Um dos melhores vídeos, estou fazendo o mesmo a semana toda, e já estou conseguindo fazer 3 rodadas dos exercícios! Muito bom, parabéns!!

  • how many ‘reps’ (15s run, 1 min walk)
of the incline sprints would you suggest? I mean, do you just go until you can’t do any more, or…?

  • I use to be a dedicated runner and got up to workout most every morning by 4:45am. Now I have Mortons Neuroma in both feet. It’s very painful. It’s been about 4 years since I’ve been in that kind of shape. Had a baby in there too. Needless to say, working out doesn’t come easy to me anymore. Heather’s Low Impact workouts have given me hope. These workouts are exactly what I needed to jumpstart my body to hopefully get back to where I use to be! THANK YOU!

  • In quarantine so all I have access to are 20 lb dumbbells. Been doing this every other day (jogging 3 miles on non-lift days). I added bicep curls and pushups and I definitely feel stronger. Should I do this every day?

  • Holy Smokes! I am doing the May Workout Plan….so far so good. I am sticking to it. Driven. This was an amazing Fat Burning HIIT with Weights workout. I definitely need to work on my core. The Core Workout challenged me. I am going to WIN this! Amazing Workout.

  • I used to have to stop many times through these workouts but after completing the 12-week program I smashed this workout. I definitely have improved my endurance and just overall strength.

  • I did 2 rounds of this after having a 5a side with my mates and I have to say I feel completely exhausted. Nice and eficient workout, keep up the quiality

  • Beginner here, made it through although the burpees were hard to stand back up from a back position when flexibility isn’t conditioned. Great workout!

  • Steve please do a vlog about your motorcycle that you bought, travel with courtney on a cross country trip, that would be a great vlog, thanks and more power bro

  • Hi Heather, I love your workouts but this was weak. Usually I’m drenched in sweat from your workouts but not this one. It’s not really a hiit but more of a toning workout. I’m sure I’ll find another one that I like.

  • Ooh Heather you’ve been keeping me fit through this lockdown.. Thanks.. I think lol… That was a hard one.. My glasses are even steamed up. X

  • Ohhh.. the second round of cardio at the end for me was a circle of hell. You had to see my burpee burpee of a dying swan))).. This is not a training, this is a masterpiece!!! The best I’ve ever done!!!

  • Thank you sooo much I felt better after doing this unlike doing other HIIT it was so difficult but this it’s so easy and effective at the same time. Please make more I love you

  • What are some ways to lost a lot of weight? I read loads of good opinions on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets can help you lost tons of fat. Has anybody tested out this popular weight loss secrets?

  • Hi. any chance you could do more of the long workouts 60 min with weights? You onky have 1 posted and I need a little change. Your videos are great! thank you

  • Today’s combinations were great! This is the first workout I’ve done after finishing the 12 wk program and I like that you can tell the difference between the two.

  • I just completed this workout and I am definitely a beginner. The roll up burpee was hard for me so I just substituted it for a regular burpee. But thank you so much for this great video. I’m a little sore but I feel great!

  • I know you have things going on in your life, but on behalf of all your subscribers I’d like to tell you it’s good to have you back!

  • This was amazing workout today but feeling really disheartened as was rubbish today, I had to keep stopping which really made me sad as I been doing all of your workouts since the beginning of the 1w,weeks challenge then Aprils and now May and my fitness levels have increased brilliantky but today I struggled so I’m feeling really fed up but I made it to the end

  • I really like this one! Great music, includes some abs, and a warm-up. Finally seeing some growth in my endurance and strength. Sweating is a good thing. Thank you!!

  • Awesome. I kinda do the same with my lower body workout. I use dumbbells and start off with 12 reps of squats and then Go right into 24 reps of dumbbell lunges. Then 12 reps of dead lifts followed by 12 box jumps. Then repeat All exercises for 6 to 8 rounds.

  • Thank you Heather for all your great workouts, I like how these videos are quiet and organized!!!! Thank you so much I love you

  • Legs cried each time the next exercise preview showed something leg related, haha!:) Burned 340 calories and felt great afterwards!

  • Love your workouts, Heather. I love that you get to the point, no constant talking throughout the workout, and I get a great workout.

  • I am FEELING this today! LOL!!! The workouts are fun and don’t “kill me” in the moment but whoooooo the next day watch out! BAHHAHHA! <3 Thank you Heather!!

  • That was exactly what I needed!! I’ve had to take a few days off from running and this one gave me the opportunity to workout without the stress on my Achilles. Plus the warm-up and cool-down were amazing!! Thank you!!!

  • love these no repeat workouts! i had to modify a few of the exercises bc of my back but overall really liked this one. thanks heather:)

  • Most of workout videos doesn’t include warm up and cool down because of that I can’t do those… But thank you so much for including these execises in main workout …. Keep going on and rock it

  • okay but I lasted 30 minutes, and this a 10 minute video. I’m not even over weight but im trying to get healthy. im keep doing this video till I have the stamina again. I feel my energy boost up after this tho even if I was about to die lol

  • Yes, I love this! Love your workouts Heather! Thank you!…… Focused, calm/upbeat workout music!..I just did this workout this evening!:)

  • So damn I work out 3-5 times a week. I do cardio, HIIT and strength training mixed. I’m never sore the next day no matter if I’m struggling through the workout or not. This one somehow got my glutes sore! Thank u!

  • is it okay to use 2lb dumbbells for this workout? unfortunately thats all i have. I’m pretty small and getting used to working out with anything though (my arms are limpy lol) so I feel better starting with lighter ones and making my way up.

  • Actually Heather, I love your workouts but I do not like this workout very much. it didn’t make me feel like I was doing a full body workout. There were just different squat moves. You could say “Leg workout”, but I love you:))

  • Back from the 7day beach trip, beach bum status done. Wow! I really love this workoutintensity an all. So far my favorite .keep them coming.,

  • You are awesome! Thanks for posting Heather, I do a lot of hiit at home during covid and I love your video’s to switch it up. Thanks for the inspiration!

  • How many calories would I burn in this workout? Does anyone know how to calculate it? I am a female, 5’6″, 180lbs, who exercises regularly 4-5 times a week with a daily 2 hour walk. I also power lift. I just wanted to make sure my info was out their for an accurate calculation. I know some of my friends on here are great nutritionists who are good at that sort of thing.

  • I got this ad, not tied to this lady, about losing weight for people who just can’t seem to lose weight. Idk why but I clicked on it, took a quiz, a then watched the probably hour long presentation. He talked about a process known as metabolic confusion and using that combined with doing HIIT to activate my metabolism to accomplish my weight loss goals. I did want to buy it at the end of the presentation, so I guess it was a good presentation, but I don’t have a job and my money is limited, although he did offer his program to me quite cheap(around $60 I think )to be fair. I can’t afford a trainer, obviously, and the gyms in my area are closed thanks to the Coronavirus but I do want to try what he suggested. He said it would be a better for people who do have trouble losing weight. Now, I’ve never been the most active person, and I’ve never tried to actively lose weight, and stick to it,(mostly cause of self consciousness) to be honest. In the last two years, I have actually gained around 55 lbs as well. Most likely because I graduated high school and don’t move around as much and just in general have gotten lazy and unmotivated on top of having stress from mental struggles. Don’t worry, I’m not gonna hurt myself of anything like that. I’m here at an exercise video after all, I’m trying to better my body, not break it. Anyways, I do have PCOS so I figure it might be harder for me to lose weight regardless. So I think I’m going to try this exercise. I realize if I bought the program, it would be a much easier journey and it says exactly what I have to do, and I wish I could purchase it, but I’ll just have to try it myself until I find work at least. It’s better than just sitting around my house all day playing games, although I like playing games. I’m 20, I weigh around 235 lbs and I’ll come back to this comment in a while/if anyone comments positivity to say thanks. If anyone has tried this type of weight loss method, please tell me. I’m open to all kinds of constructive criticism from anyone even if you haven’t done this method I said. In general, what else can I try to achieve my fitness goals? I would love to be able to put on muscle afterwards but that seems so far away that it’s actually a dream that will probably never happen. Unless it does,I’m trying be positive here lol

  • Nice workout! I really wish you’d talk during the exercises so we can hear corrections and hear how may second we have till the end of each section. Please consider. Thanks very much:)

  • So helpful!!! The individual moves don’t take too much coordination or strength (which is good cause I don’t have much of either yet lol), but I was so sweaty and out of breath by the end! Exactly what I needed. Thank you Stephi!!

  • I did this but the weight was too light. 35lb bells. It’s all I had. I guess I coulda started from 10 down to 1. Anyway cool exercise.

  • I loved this workout and will do it again and again while mixing in your other workouts. You are by far my favorite workout session. Thank you for helping me get fit and strong during coronavirus and will be sure to keep this up for months and years to come!!

  • Thanks a lot, I am pushing through it almost dying.
I return to your workouts again in again, trying those ones I couldn’t dare to start first.

  • i promise do this cardio everyday for a week, now three days left.
Thank you so much, its not easy at first but it will easier if you do this everyday. ❤️ keet ip up

  • Love your workout playlist dude.
Well I did, and now I’m giving you a different for all of the pain and grief it caused.

    j/k of course

  • I love this work out video. You don’t talk. You get straight to it. It has a times, and it tells what exercise we’re doing. The moves are easy. I can’t keep up with you quite yet, but I’m going to keep doing this until I can.

  • Those Burpee Roll-Ups tho if you think that’s “Beginner Friendly” you’ve never weighed more then 80 pounds in your whole life…. Honestly, I about had a stoke looking at you do them.

  • I count even make it past the first set…and i’m SWEATING!!! This is a good workout for beginners for sure. I’m going to do this or something similar every morning THX:)

  • I am gonna try to do this for a week (PS. I already started 3 days ago)
Day 1: very challenging, but I pushed myself and was very excited to get through it.
Day 2: was more challenging as my legs were really sore. Did some stretching afterwards.
Day x: I took a day off, but i did a lot of walking.
Day 3: It somehow got easier, witch I am excited about. I also did some arm exercises and stretching afterwards.
Day 4: was really good and much easier. I did warm up before the workout.
Day xx: took 2 days off, because I didn’t have time to workout.
Day 5: it made me sweat so much today, but it is still easier then the first time I did it.
Day 6: At this point it’s quite easy. I still do sweat a lot, but it’s nice to see just how much I have improved. Tomorrow is the last day of this “challenge” and I am more than ready to finish it and to try another workout.
Day 7: Aaaaand this is the last one!
I am so glad that I was able to do this workout 7 Times. During the last one i was reflecting and remembering the first time i did it and it’s crazy how much I improved. I am so proud of myself. At the beginning i hated this workout soooo much but now i surprisingly enjoy it. Keep going guys and always belive in yourself. ❤️

  • Love your channel, Heather! I started working out to your channel when COVID hit, my HIIT GYM closed and I was worried about keeping my muscle tone. Your workouts are amazing and I am currently working through your 12 week program. Thank you for giving us so much variety and the music is great too.

  • I did bicycles, high knees and knee push ups half way through the video and lort I’m done. Little by little though I know I can get to the point where I’m doing it the entire way through. Tired of being fat and tired. I can do this. And whoever is reading this, YOU CAN DO IT! <3

    Day 1: 62kgs

  • all. time. favorite. Perfect for those of aging and wanting functional movements but don’t be fooled by what seems easy at the beginning. You will be a steady but sweaty mess at the end. Heather, do you have a playlist with similar workouts to this one?

  • This looks like a workout we did in my bootcamp fitness class. This looks great!! Ive been looking for something challenging! Can’t wait to do it tomorrow morning! I will be doing this a couple days a week. Thanks for posting!

  • Hey Gravitt Transformation,

I am 15 years old boy who just started taking my weight training serious. I have been working out for over a year now (not serious). I am currently skinny fat. Should i be in a calorie deficit to lose that fat i have around my belly while training so my abs show more or should i try to bulk up and put on as much muscle regardless of fat?

    Best regards Mathew.

  • Congrats Heather. I love these workouts. There is something unique about this channel. I love how your audience does not target only females, that you have actual full and long workouts, and the background music. The only thing that would be nice to see is an estimate of the calories burned in the workouts. But thank you for all that you do. Keep it up. God bless

  • Brotha thank you
I been smashing marathons and hitting gym almost everyday I thought I was in great shape. Lmao. You just showed me I got a ton more work to do…
Thank you for doing what you do keepem coming.

  • Heather is amazing. I used to try different peoples workouts but she has surpassed my expectations on all levels. Best workouts ever. Challenging and never boring. I also love that she doesn’t have to talk during the workout. She’s also extremely easy on the eyes. Some instructors are in full makeup which I just can’t take seriously. Thanks heather for being the best!

  • I’ve been working out for two months straight with Heather Robertson’s workout routine.
I must say I feel more active and I definitely feel more agility in my body.
Her workout sessions are quite intense yet effective and adaptable at the same time. Easy to do at home or gym. Great job!

  • I’m a couch potato but I wanna be more healthy and lose some fat so I’m going to try doing this for atleast 14 days!:

Day 1: was really good! Challenged myself and I was sweaty.

Day 2: day two was amazing! Challenged myself and I did extra excerise afterwards. I’m really starting to love fitness and pushing myself!

Day 3: not sweating as much, getting easier tho! Or maybe I should put more intensity in. Great workout!

Day 4: I put more intensity, more challenging! Amazing!

Day 5: great workout! Also did about 10 minutes of toning

Day 6: I can’t believe im almost to a week! I also changed up some things to make it more challenging! Instead of toe touches I did burpees and I did jumping squats. I’m feeling to good about myself.

Day 7: the last day of posting my workout records. It was a great last day! I felt the burn and it’s just a great way to end off. I’ll still try to do this daily but I won’t record it anymore. I hope this encourages you to do it! Jesus loves you god bless you

  • Love this workout. I fell great. Thank you. Please continue posting low impact/fat-burning routines. Belly fat-burning routines. Thank you!

  • Amazing workout! She has a perfect body, her playlist is great and the “no talking” during the workout is really good, because we can really focus on what we are doing! Just perfect

  • I just wanna say Thank you. There are a lot of workouts out there and I’ve tried them all. I’ve had 2 ACL surgeries, multiple sprained ankles (some severe), part of my meniscus in both knees have been removed and this is the first time I was able to do a workout without struggling from my past injuries. I recently developed peroneal fasciitis and this is the best low impact workout I’ve ever done. My fiancé even got me a workout plan but I couldn’t do it. Thank you so much for this

  • I’m glad we have these workouts as I have an ankle injury from all the jumping it’s very painful but I was still sweating doing this, better than nothing I always say.

  • This is my favourite workout love doing this any time, any mood…so enjoyable but Please, does anybody know how is called song played at 22:53? I can’t get it out from my had

  • I really enjoy your low-impact workouts! Sometimes I just can’t do too much jumping and I am still dripping in sweat afterwards. Low-impact definitely doesn’t mean no-impact. I burned 200 calories in 30 minutes!

  • Of all the workouts ive tried…. i think im gonna stick to Heathers… idk what about her that keeps me glued… AND IM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT EVERY NIGHT. my schedules been awry cause im 8 weeks postpartum. And i think Heather is just wonderful. Something about her workouts keeps me pushing myseld to continue.

  • Easy and surprisingly super efficient workout for people like my Mom who has a hard time keeping up with other routines due to difficulty. Definitely sharing with her. Thanks!

  • I absolutely love love love love Heathers workouts! Great music, great workout routines, NO talking and the bell alerts are perfectly in tune with the reps and workouts! Had a great “sweat sesh” with this one! Now I’m pumped and ready to take on the rest of my day!

  • Was passionately doing the classes with jumping. Great for awhile then ouch, foot tendonitis strikes!! So I searched for non jumping classes and tried a few. Along with the dumb bells, her exercises are just right for me. I prefer her classes. As another user said, she didn’t gab at all. A few just try to motivate with cheer leading and it gets old. I like this class and glad i found it. Hope my foot appreciates it too without the jumping jacks etc.

  • Wow. A day late but it’s done. Had to rest for a couple of secs sometimes but I got it done. The cardio hiit at the end is killer!! Thank you Heather!

  • THUMBS UP!!!
    then watch!!!

hairy-faced dude is WRONG!!! “funnest” IS a word!!! i’m a writer. i know words!!

hairy dude should be quiet and nibble on his face hair and let yummy looking professional guy do all the talking!!!

  • Love these workouts! Low impact but burning calories is the perfect combo. 30 minutes later Apple Watch says I burned 259 calories—I’ll take it!

  • Love this workout! Low impact doesn’t mean no calorie burn—33 minutes, watch says 250 calories burned! I’ll take it. Do more Heather!

  • As all of Heather’s low impact workouts, this one had me sweating as well. Its very hard to workout while during that “lady” time but I pushed through.

  • Every time I work out,I feel amazing even though I feel so tired before I start working out. Her no jumping workout videos are just awesome!!!

  • To many cuts steve! Its annoying stay natural you are allowed to make mistakes i rather hear to stuttering over a word then to see a cut every 2 sec

  • Well it did not cool down 93F, high humidity, so I completed this Low impact Fat Burning HIIT, soaked to the bones, hotter then Hades while doing this HIIT 4 bottles of agua later, feeling excellente,

  • At first i tried Chloe Ting’s workout but since anemic i always find it hard and sometimes i feel like passing out since I’m too tired and out of breath. Then I came to this workout video and this is a bit easier for me.

  • I recently sprained my ankle and her low impact weights workouts are an absolute killer! Im converted to heather. amazing trainer xxoo

  • Hey Jeff, just wanted to ask you if I can incorporate this workout in the two rest days in a week of your 3 times per week (Workout A and B) Full Body Workout?

  • This is one of favorite workouts to do when I need a light day. Please do more of the low impact. Thank you so much for keeping us all going!

  • Hi. I love your workouts and you have change my mind completely about HIIT! Thank you for that! You’ve also made the stay-at-home more tolerable as I lost access to my gym.

Can you tell me when you will be producing more low impact HIITs? Jumping really hurts my back and knees, so doing the high impact workouts do not work.

    Much appreciated.

  • I have been doing Hiit 3 times a week for 3 years now since I started modern physique program. I love sprint on treadmill and cycling. keep me in shape and keep off the fat. thank you so much Steve for doing physique 2.0

  • Love this workout. My heart was pounding. I don’t have dumbbells so I used kettlebells. Had to modify in some places but still got a great workout.

  • I am a new subscriber and totally hooked! Heather your workouts are like the perfect smoothie, good for me with all the right ingredients and I feel amazing afterwards. Unlike any other on Youtube. Thank you!!

  • Whats up guys! Could you do me a HUGE favore and watch my new ATHLETIC TRAINING vid ON MY CHANNEL! CHECK IT OUT andf let me know what you think! THANKS!!! https://youtu.be/64Ddo9kybF8

  • Gonna do this one later, temp right now is 93, 2nd day in a row. I wish it was snowing, gotta cool off, not heat up with HIIT and cardio.

  • Love this low impact HIIT! And it’s awesome that it’s just solid music just with a timer, really helps folks doing it to focus and get our mental space on! Thank you and more of these pls!

  • One of my favorite videos I do it at least once a week love the sets the way they break up muscle groups and that cardio at the end is BOMB!!

  • I LOVE ❤️ the videos, I came across them this week. I decided to try one and they’re absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!!!

I have two injuries on my feet and one is new. I got it during quarantine following a HITT workout. jumping is my trigger it seems. I tried your videos and they’re great!

The music too I have the worst attention span for workout videos and after the first video I kept on doing them every day! I’m going to try doing two of the low impact videos tomorrow.

I’ve gained 10lbs! Since being quarantine and feel uncomfortable since I sit all day working from home. I miss the gym / these have been saviours!!!

  • Don’t have dumbbells at home, but I still did it and just did more reps in the time given and I’m sweating! Time to move on to the next one! Thank you!
