I was in the kitchen About to cook, and scrolling through YouTube, with my chicken on fire, when i saw this workout, i low-key did it on my kitchen floor lol, even though I did it I don’t feel like it worked my body enough so I will do it again after cooking, and eating, along with the thigh work out and other bright side video I’ve been doing for the past three days, i feel more energy and toned doing this and my stomach is the flattest they have been in a long time and my stomach doesn’t even get big when I eat anymore, it was hard for me to actually start buy once you do and start seeing progress it becomes easier and more like a hobby , also drink lots of water.

It’s impossible to use only one end of a muscle; you cannot work the lower abs without equally involving the upper abs – as per “the All-or-None” Principle. An entire fascicle either contracts 100% (end-to-end) or 0%. There’s NO in-between. Other than that quibble, it’s an excellent video (as usual).

I have worked out to this video for about 2 months. Sometimes I have done 3xper week, sometimes 5xperweek. I took a week off off when I was sick. It is transforming my body and I have never felt stronger. My legs look great! Definelty the best workout I have tried and so short. I throw in a few more leg excerises that learned a while back but they probably don’t matter much. I am 35 And use to be a runner but that’s was a long time ago and I haven’t worked out for a long time. Easy transition. Was hard at first but I did less reps and worked up to it. I still am unable to finish the sit-ups with the arms above the head. I Can only get to 15. Someday soon. Great video. Thank you.

I had a THR March 15that same day there was a personal injury to my hipa double spiral fracture that resulted when the walker the Physio was using caused an imbalance to a side tilt that broke my femurat this time, 6 months going on 7 monthsI am being sent back to the surgeonthe Physio at the Providence Care hospital believes my inability to bear weight to that leg is a result of a muscle or TORN Muscles…would really like to know HOW I KEEP atrophy away in the meantimeand HOPE I WILL WALK AGAIN NORMALLY. In the interimany videos you have provided has been WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!!!

If i want to train 5 Times a week and get all muscles of the body within the week, i wonder which trainings of roberta i should do?
I have worked out to this video for about 2 months. Sometimes I have done 3xper week, sometimes 5xperweek. I took a week off off when I was sick. It is transforming my body and I have never felt stronger. My legs look great! Definelty the best workout I have tried and so short. I throw in a few more leg excerises that learned a while back but they probably don’t matter much. I am 35
And use to be a runner but that’s was a long time ago and I haven’t worked out for a long time. Easy transition. Was hard at first but I did less reps and worked up to it. I still am unable to finish the sit-ups with the arms above the head. I Can only get to 15. Someday soon. Great video. Thank you.
Be careful of the first one Brad did. I had to have back surgery as a result of doing that on. the “mild” scoliosis part of my spine.

I had a THR March 15that same day there was a personal injury to my hipa double spiral fracture that resulted when the walker the Physio was using caused an imbalance to a side tilt that broke my femurat this time, 6 months going on 7 monthsI am being sent back to the surgeonthe Physio at the Providence Care hospital believes my inability to bear weight to that leg is a result of a muscle or TORN Muscles…would really like to know HOW I KEEP atrophy away in the meantimeand HOPE I WILL WALK AGAIN NORMALLY.
