It would be great if you give me specific your plan and schedule in order for me to make a plan with you.     I think you need to have some information about sightseeing or some activities to do in my town. First of all, I recommend to go to the Park baseball stadium as one of your favorite hobbies is baseball. Luckily, we can watch the game Busan vs Seoul on the following day of your visit. Other activities you can do is we can go camping to Jangan nationtional park where camping is legally allowed along with drinking and a barbecue. Do not worry about camping equipment as I have almost all them in my car trunk all the time.      I searched some great restaurants online. I found some whose rating is excellent about service, flavor and price. A notable thing that I found is one restaurant called Happy Dinner serves unlimited house made beers if you visit on the happy hour from 6pm to 8pm, so I strongly recommend this restaurant.     Truly, I expect you visit me.   • I don’t think the jump squat contains a squat. The jump is there, but there should be a squat at the end of the jump. At least that is how my certified trainer does it.

    What is your plan for staying here? If you are planning to spend some time about a week then we can go near by places where the natural beauty exists. A place named “zarwani falls” is only half an hour away from here which is a beautiful waterfall with adventures spot. You will be delightful visiting it.

    Moreover you can also try the famous “gotala dosa”: a dosa with full of vegetables having crushed cheese and panner comes with mint sauce. As you are fond of cheese, you will definitely try it. By the way, let preserve some chitchat when we meet.

My routine at the gym is kind of the sameas yours (circuits), a nice one I just did this morning and I think you would love as well isjumprope for warming up plus a bit of dynamic stretching, then 3 trisets of (10 reps each) db shoulder presses, db bicep curls (alternating, works your core!), medball slams (or weighted crunches) then 3 trisets of chinups (assisted with elastic band), dumbbell bench press and side planks with knee to elbow crunch, finish with 3 supersets of 10 reps pushups ordumbbell renegade rows with 24 oblique or straight mountain climbers. Sweaty but really satisfying!

    It was nice to hear about your plans to visit our lovely city of Riga. I am excited to share the details about the places worth visiting in the city and its vicinity. If you have haven’t booked the accommodation you are welcome to stay with me while you are here. That way we would be able to cherish our memories as well. Also, you may want to relish varied cuisines that city has to offer.

    As far as tourist attractions are concerned Riga has many places in its proximity. To share a few, we have Jurmala, a coastal city located at a distance of 20 km from the city center. Then we have the city of Sigulda which offers different types of rides. Also, the Riga city center itself has too many places that you can visit, for instance, you may want to visit the Freedom monument.Being a foody and connoisseur you can relish different types of cuisines that the city has to offer.     In topics like causes and solutions, is writing 2 double idea body paragraphs better than 4 single idea body paragraphs? Why, or why not?

    Note: I have no issues with speed. I can write 350 words essay with 4 body paragraphs of 70 words each easily, but I want to aim for the maximum score like 8.5 or 9.

    It’s been so long since we last met. I got your letter and I am happy to know that you would be here in Chandigarh next month. I am so glad that you finally paid heed to what I said and you are finally going to be here.

    In your letter the details of your visit were not quite clear, so could you please provide some more details of your visit, so that I can plan accordingly. You did not mention where you are planning to stay, and in case you haven’t decided that yet, me and my parents would be more than happy if you would stay with us.

    I imagine that you would like to visit the tourist spots around the city. Chandigarh is not a big city, but a quiet and peaceful one. There are some places like Rock Garden and Sukhna Lake that you must see. They represent the cultural heritage of the city. Chandigarh is also a few hours away from some of the best hill stations in North India, and visiting any one of them also would make your trip more fun.

    While Visiting Chandigarh, you should try out some Punjabi food too. I bet you’d love it.

    Its good to hear that finally you are visiting Dubai.
    So, what plans you have.? and have you booked a place yet for your stay, if not you are always welcome to stay back in my room.
    On your visit we can explore all beach side locations which can save a lot of unnecessary expense. I do have extra NOL tram/ Bus passes which will also help us to commute. However, i have a friend who has discounts on Burj Khalifa tickets and certainly he can get us 2 passes on your visit. Perhaps, we can also visit the national capital Abu Dhabi which is famous for Grand Mosque, Ferrari world etc and do not worry these expenses are on me.
    And I am sure your eating habits have not changed. So, don’t worry we have the best cuisine in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This time you will get an opportunity to taste Arabic sweets and Lamb Biryani made in Arabic tradition. On the side you can also taste some Kaava its basically arabic tea but definitely not sweet.

  • Okay….I have a Bsc degree and failed IELTS writing (band 6), I’m mystified. I did a carbon copy of this letter, just a little less casual.
    The last piece I wrote a university style argument covering all points. I’m genuinely confused how I got a 6. I now have to pay and take it again…
    Also…..who the hell uses “Dear Andrew” in an informal letting writing style that contains English slang.
    It would simply be “Hey Andrew” Andrew, “……..Dear is always used in formal letters, job applications, cover letters etc.

    Dear Daniel, It is have been awhile since you came to Sao Paulo for my birthday so many things has changed since them. I am writing to you in order to understand better what is your plans for the trip in São Paulo, I like to know if you want to go to some restaurants or other place such as dance clubs or a bar.
    I know we will have more time than before so that you can go to a new place called Futebol Museum it is located below the Pacaembu stadium and it is an amazing place for futebol lovers which I know you do, however you should avoid go there when games are happening. I know you enjoy country music, therefore Vila Country is a perfect place to dance with amazing girls. There is a new restaurant called Mambo which you will enjoy the best piece of meat you ever imagined. Although you do not drink so much the Jumbo bar has the best caipirinha in São Paulo you must drink at least one glass with snacks.

    I’m deliriously happy when you told me that you’re planning to visit my city. We finally have chance to catch up with each other after 4 years apart. Now, tell me your ticket schedule so that I can go to pick you up. Moreover, do you have any place to stay during your vocation yet? If not, you can stay with me, there is an extra room in my home if you don’t mind that it ‘s a little bit messy and I suppose that we will have a great time together, we will shoot the breeze, drink and laugh through the nights.
    I don’t know whether you have made the visiting list. There are some places of interest that you can’t pass up such as China Town in district 5, stunningly commercial buildings in district 1 and full of yummy foods with an affordable price in district 11. I’m sure that your friends will be jealous when they see your photos on IG with these foods and glorious places and your every single post will have over thousands like.
    Besides, I’m so excited to share with you our local foods. Trust me, you will be like staying in the heaven when you come here. Foods here are extremely delicious and the key is the price is affordable. You can’t pass up Banh mi, one of popular snacks in our country. You can easy to find it on the street. It is wrapped with jambon, pork and some vegetable like tomato and cucumber. Besides Banh mi, pho is one of the must try food list for tourists. I’m sure that you can’t forget the taste of pho after returning home.

  • At my house in JUST A VERY SMALL PART OF our yard, (we own about 97 acres, no joke) we have a jungle gym with a tower, a ladder to climb up to it, a fire pole to slide down from it, high monkey bars, a gymnastics bar, a teeter-totter, a swing set, a balance beam-like-thing, a tree house, a rope to climb, a 12 foot slide, those wooden rings where you do pull ups on and front supports and go upside down on, and a sand box, and a wobbly bridge to get to the other side of the jungle gym. That’s our jungle gym. And those are cool work out moves on the monkey bars.

  • They put monkey bars at my planet fitness, happy because I pay 10 dollars a month and they started adding more stuff. I love doing the monkey bars, it’s fun and challenging. Reminds me when I was younger.

  • OMG this is the best exercise ever! I do other exercises and they don’t work as well as this one.. after doing this exercise I felt soo much pain in my stomach and in my legs which means that I’m losing weight. I am really happy with this exercise����

  • Ok I don’t mean to sound weak or anything but on the upside down situp, I do it basically the exact same way as in the video (the very last exercise shown) but I feel there’s a lot of pressure just under the leg/under the knee where the bar is and it kinda hurts after a short while.
    Is this normal? The exercise itself doesn’t hurt but just hanging there feels very uncomfortable.

  • Pretty impressive, what about bat pull ups with leg hooks (if that is what they are called). I can do 3 sets of 10, though the 3rd set is tough.
