  • For most of the Indians in general this is the usual Dinacharya i.e. daily routine. They follow most of the things mentioned in the video and so many other practises as well. Unfortunately, Due to western impact now a days, some people have adopted wrong practises and hence suffer as a consequence..!

  • I’ve read that we have to drink water before tongue scrapping. The toxins on tongue apparently have medicinal benefits as they are digestive byproducts. Could you please confirm

  • Did this and was doing ok (even w/my bad knee) until the crunches started I was able to do some but then my stomach muscles started cramping (can literally feel the knots in my stomach) and that took me out!!! Lol… left me on the floor grabbing my stomach about to cry… took me about 3minutes for the tension to ease up!! I don’t know why this happens every time I try to do crunches ‍♀️ overall this was pretty good I worked up a nice little burn/sweat!

  • What I like about Pam:

1: she starts the workout with no intro, and the music helps me to concentrate.
2: Even though there is no talking, the routine is always easy to understand and do.
3: She tries to make videos suitable for all types of audience, and her channel has a lot of variety.

  • From the title, I just thought it was a relaxing stretch for morning exercise. But when I clicked the video and followed her, I found it was soooo hard.

Day 1: I thought I was more in shape than I was…I was dying! Got through the whole thing but my form was nowhere close to right, and reverse plank? Forget it. I can’t do a pushup to save my life and side planks were done on my knees. Let’s see if this gets easier!

  • Drinking water early morning on an empty stomach is called “ushapaan” in ayurveda. It is not suggested anywhere to add any thing else.I guess people outside India are not comfortable with drinking just plain water( tasteless but only essential liquid to humankind). It is expected to drink it slowly sip by sip. Drink at least 1-2 glasses. Depending on your Kaphpitta-vaat, different temperature of water has also been suggested to aid in digestion. Also, sit with legs crossed. Try drinking it out of a copper vessel, if you can’t then a normal glass would do just as fine.

  • Swear to god this is harder than it looks especially on a Quarantine morning when you don’t remember the last time you exercised…

  • Just found you and loved this 9-min workout. Perfect for my morning. Now I am UP! Not sure if this is something you’ve thought to consider, but I would love to hear your voice-over throughout the workout instead of your pop-up notes. Though they are cool (I like the techy-modern-feel), it’s hard for me to read them while I’m mid-workout. The times I tried, I had to stop and lean in close to my iPad. After a few times, I just stopped trying and just focused on imitating your form. I hope you can consider this for future videos. In any case, I’m subscribed. Loved my first workout with you. Thanks!

  • I really love your video. It isn’t very easy to find workouts that are both challenging and also that I can physically handle doing coordination-wise, especially since I would like to avoid jumping and high impact. Your videos are great because they’re not old lady workouts but they are still quite accessible regardless of fitness level. Great job!

  • It’s kind of bizarre watching this video, like a parallel world. I was poised to enter a career in either scientific research or communications, probably in or near a major urban area, until I chose to raise and educate my kids at home in rural Wisconsin.

  • Lots of comment about how refreshing it is to see a morning routine by someone who has a 9-5 job but what i realized was that I’ve never seen a morning routine or YouTube video in general tbh where the youtuber was wearing an actual coat and scarf and not just some cute little coat that’s probably not gonna keep them warm at all lmao

This has been so helpful I just can’t thank you enough. I have been doing your morning workout twice a day ( in the morning and at night) and wow the difference in my ability to do minor task has improved as well. Thank you for helping with the quality of my life.

Instead, I use the alarm app that plays a gradually increasing alarm, and I’m usually out of bed in 2 seconds.
