  • Well most people want to be thin and that’s what they think is healthy

You bring up financial which definitely limits people’s mindset,me for instance works 60 hours a week with four kids that go to different schools and sports and i work nights which screws with my 5 hours of sleep yet i still find an hour and a half each day i workout

I was working out 6 days with one day off which was literally eating my lunch i can barely afford which led me to 3/2

Point I’m trying to get at is do it anyways, regardless of what someone would suggest as the 5-23 things you should be doing

Ok so someone isn’t eating right but they can still learn the movements while they figure it out

You are just one of the many i follow in the fitness industry

I just noticed you are wearing Jean shorts ,holly hell you got Daisy Duke beat girl

  • I’ve watched a thousand bodybuilding videos and explanation on YouTube, this one really hits home! Well done mate! Love from Australia

  • I loved this bc I am getting back into training hard and the supplements issue keeps coming up. I decided to not do any except a multivitamin

  • Tip two is speaking to me right now, I lost 50 pounds recently, and I’ve lost motivation these couple of months to workout. Which has been bumming me out, because I was someone who worked out 4/5 times a week. I’ve been so busy with work and school, when I get home I’m super tired. I just want a healthy balance again.

  • Awesome advice bro incorporated alot of your workouts in my routine, just hard as a natty to see real growth and not out in fat on a surplus keep up the good work

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO. I have been following you for little under 6 months (when I very slowly started my fitness journey). I have been off for a like two months but you make me feel so good and whole to push me to start and feel good again! Thank you for this! I know this is an old vid but still so important! Good luck in Canada this weekend wish I could be there!

  • Yes part 2 please… ive just started my weight loss journey in november and you’ve helped so much with your input on what excercises work and tips. I appreciate you ❤

  • Really needed this today. Been at free weights and hiit and body weight calisthenics for almost years and while I’ve seen some progress im not getting as toned as i wanted to be at this point. Little bummed and frustrated and just have to remind myself to be patient

  • I would say for a man your size a double overhand grip for a 315 deadlift is a must. Grip is a must. I can do it and I’m half your size. #gripisnumber1

  • by the before picture it lioks like ur genetics are pretty shitty, how can u look the way u do is beyond me. i guess hard work pays off, i could never force myself to build muscles for more than 6 months.

  • My 3 year old just looked at this video and told me she wants muscles like you. She then showed me her calves that are getting bigger. Thanks for being an inspiration that it’s ok to be more and not less, stronger and not smaller. ❤

  • I had no idea you were a health teacher, that explains why you’re so good at explaining things!! I love your inspiration and energy, you’re the best!

  • Maybe it´s a silly question but when you do these acrobatic-like moves isn´t it more about technique than raw strength? I ask because when I see people who are good it looks like they´re not using much strength.

  • I actually do thinck that the scale is a helpern if all dipens on how u use it
If u try to loos way it is the way to see u are headingbin the right direction ‍♀️

  • Sir you look a lot…..a lot better than Dwayne the steroids rock Johnson
.I was his big fan too…until I came to know about his steroids cycles and

    Illuminate LOL

  • Great video. However you mentioned genetics play a key role and said your own calfs are not usually expected in someone with your appearance. You only share 50% of your genetic code from your parents, or share 50% with a full sibling. So your father for example could be a ectomorph and you be endomorph and your brother a mesomorph. You could all have different heights, hair colour, skin tone and store body fats, and grow muscle mass in different ways. But saying your genetics and appearance on average is tied to possibly smaller calfs than most, is misinformation.

  • 1) Before Vs After Thumb on video = Good Clickbait.
    2) In USA its illegal to consume steroids = All Blogers MUST say they are natural.
    3) The end justifies the means = Everybody will benefit from saying you are natural. Great for motivating masses. Holy mission.
    4) Training naturally requires conceptually different approach.
    5) Lookup unbiased medical studies and experiments on muscle growth. Learn the topic in and out.
    6) Every idiot can train 3 hours a day and achieve good results but not everybody can achieve same results in a quarter of the time = Train smart
    7) Slap yourself for being naive up to now.

  • woohoo a new video! I binge watched all your other ones after discovering you and haven’t had anything to watch Your making it so much easier for me to cut calories etc, Thankyou for your realistic advice on food etc

  • I love you!! Thanks for helping me keep motivated. My bf is a bodybuilder and he always gets so mad when I skip gym. I feel ya. There are days you just don’t wanna go, but we all know we feel better after.

  • She is good looking, looks too rigid, too much orderliness not sure that idlike to know her in person but ofc maybe that does not extend everywhere tho I kindadoubt it, um, anyways

  • Thanks Dana. I really enjoyed listening to you. I started my fitness journey a while ago and I’ve done all of the things that you talked about in this video. It’s so important to have a support system in place while you’re trying to reach what ever goals you have set forth for yourself. My husband and our adult children are mine and it makes me feel good knowing I have there love and support. As for every one else, I could give a shit! If they don’t like it to damn bad. I’m in my 50’s which isn’t always easy but I’m happy to say despite my age I’m gaining strength and endurance and I’m loving every minute of it!
I look forward to more of these video’s. Keep them coming.
Also your a big motivating factor for me. I so admire you and what you have accomplished with your body. You look amazing!

  • 1. not everybody is going to support you.. and it’s okay because you’re doing it for yourself:)
    2. you will not always be motivated but you just have to keep going
    3. find your own type of fitness activity
    4. you are going to mess up….a lot.. and it’s totally okay. don’t beat yourself up for it XD
    5. it’s okay to miss a workout. the world is not going to end

  • he first one was the main one for me… I started for looks, but now I like getting better at stuff. I like being able to do push-ups (not on my knees!). My next goal is to be able to do a pull-up. Natacha, you became my role model NOT for your looks (yes, you’re gorgeous too… but there are more gorgeous fitness vloggers…), but because of the Navy Seals, US army and US marine fitness tests. It showed what a badass you are, and I want to be able to do that. Looks are nice, but it’s not my main goal anymore…

  • Loved this video! I don’t usually comment on videos but I need some advice please? I’m in a calorie defecit 6/7 days. I did an online macro calculator and my carbs for the day should be 186g but most days I eat 230g according to fitness pal. How am I suppose to cut down the carbs without reducing my calories? If I don’t eat carbs I don’t stay full. Any advice would be great, thank you x

  • I loved this video! So many good tips! A video suggestion Can you please do a video on how to calculate your macros for a weight loss or bulking phase?

  • Hey Whit Whit.. lol. A quick question for ya. I’m sure you have one if I looked through ALL your vids… but what is the vid you have for a beginner to start building muscle? Lost 30 lbs on Keto and really want a work out / weight lifting plan. Can you help me? Thanks a bunch!! <3 Love your videos!!

  • I 100% agree to the fact that people around you will never understand why eating healthy is important to you. I live in hostel and all my friends eat whatever and whenever they want. I like to eat healthy. It’s something that makes me happy but they persuade me sometimes to have a drink or eat pizza. But the more they persuade me, the more I’m motivated to say no. So it’s good but i wish they’d sometimes understand that I need support from my peer.

  • I love this video. Great advice and tips. These are must know tips to help anyone on their fitness journey. A few ive already experienced myself. Thank you love your attitude.:)

  • I personally believe GENETIC is key, I started gym 1 and a half year before my African friend and we trained together, exact same training and same diet we were neighbors and after a year of training together my friend become bigger and way leaner than me, however I a was slightly stronger…Black people are Blessed with Excellent GENETICs

  • You’re such an inspiration to me because I have been struggling with eating and restricting and just not enjoying life to its fullest and just looking up to you seeing you happy with training and enjoying life’s pleasures really helps me understand balance and listening to your bodies needs

  • Yesss, great advice, I went through a lot of these steps myself, it’s a journey and we rarely get it right straight away, I’ve been working out for 18 yrs and still learn or find new things, I love that rewarding feeling when you do:)

  • These day you are my everyday person I watch you almost 3 times at least I’m not Crazy, its just ur videos r so entertaining and useful, so I guess you are my best friend these days ‍♀️

  • I wish people would’ve told me about supplements specifically BCAAs. I didn’t learn about them until like two years ago, and I use to wonder to myself “how do people workout multiple days in a row when I feel like my arms are going to fall off and/or I can’t sit on the toilet??” Then I finally heard about BCAAs, and I wonder why people let me suffer for so long? Lol.

  • Thank you for the great video. I started the whole fitness journey 4 years ago. It helped me to get out of an abusive relationship and build up my confidence and life goals from a scratch. I feel so much better today and for a tiny person I am finally a little bit shredded and muscular (my friends would say I’m too critical about me again hahaha). But I still don’t stick to a goal plan and your video reminded me of a book that inspired me those 4 years ago from a navy seal who uses the same SMART technique.
Tracking progress is a little bit difficult because I always have to change locations because of my German police training and they closed all their academy gyms thanks to covid.
But I’m still determined to reach my goals and your video was a good lecture about what’s important. (And hell….I have to take meal prep serious!)

  • I’m only on tip 1 but it is so inspiring… I only think that lifting heavy with deadlift and squats will keep my physique how I want it! I’ve been training like this but I am losing the love for it! I am working so hard mentally to be kind to myself and not do the squats and deadlifts and instead I am loving spinning classes. But I am scared of losing my body shape! Hopefully I will be assured that this is not the case. You have helped to reassure me too!

  • I eat 1000-1200 calories a day and i just can’t seem to lose weight. I don’t want to eat more calories because then i’ll gain. Right now i’ve stayed the same weight and i’m so tired of it. I just don’t know what to do anymore

  • Ty about the muscle weighing more than fat!!i weighed myself yesterday at the gym and just bawled and broke down on Tik Tok…wasn’t pretty!

  • thank you very much dana your the best and mai be the reason for my body transformation agen thank you your the best dana and my favoret youtuber stay safe

  • I have a question and idk if you’ll be able to answer but just maybe from what you’ve learned, do you think its still possible to lose weight whilst being more sedentary during quarantine cus we are at home so we are sitting a loooot more like literally all day except for workout time, and I wanted to know if you can still lose weight when sometimes eating carbs for both lunch and dinner. I am trying to shift my family to brown rice but as a staple its always going to be rice for lunch and sometimes at dinner we do avacado toasts, soups, salads, but at the same time we also do many days pasta and other carbs like that. I just wanted to know your take on if it is still possible to lose weight if I portion control with the same foods. I am seeing small changes (i started doing the chloe ting workouts and making changes to how i eat again) but i cant really tell if i am or not sigh. all my love <3

  • for number five i don’t think that is necessarily true. The fact of the matter is you really shouldn’t be working out 24/7 which means you would have breaks. So really you need to stick to that workout so that you don’t miss results. Missing one workout can effect your body. I’m sorry if some disagree but I think you should stick to your weekly routine of whatever you do and get it over with don’t sell yourself short and miss a day. You will be missing a day of results. It’s kind of like excusing yourself from becoming a better you. I know you might be thinking im overreacting over one workout but its not just that you might excuse yourself more often when you start doing it. Strong self discipline is really crucial to losing weight as well.

  • I hope people listen to all these tips! I made all these mistakes and have thankfully learnt from them and moved forward now! The workouts I have done just to try and see my abs

  • When I started my healthy lifestyle two and a half months ago, my husband was so negative and not supportive. It hurt my feelings so bad. Now, I’m 17 lbs lighter and feeling great, and he compliments me every single day. ❤️ He just bought me a food scale and a weight scale today, along with some new shoes .

  • Just wearing a gymshark long sleeve and looking good in it, was enough motivation for me to keep me going lol. But compound exercises like deadlifts and bench presses were my core motivation. Love them.

  • Thank you for yet another great video, Dana. I really resonated with the last tip. A support system is so important! I have been lifting weights for over 40 years and I still lift. 40 years ago people were malicious with their comments and often were downright cruel. So I became a closet lifter. At the time I found it easier to hide my muscle than to put up with all the negativity from others. I still lift, but now I say F them, and show my muscles because I have earned them and I am proud of them.. They are a part of who I am. Lynda Jager, Timeless Fitness.

  • I have been really sick for almost a year and in the meantime my body has changed completely. I have been really digging into my self discipline to get my life back together but sometimes it is just so hard and dissheartening to not recognise your body in the mirror. This helped so thank you so much.

  • Really want gymshark stuff adding up to my fitness routine lol!! Went through your videos almost every single one of them last night, couldn’t stop! You’re a beautiful sunshine!

  • ** you should still watch the full video, this is just a quick summary:)
    1. don’t compare someone else’s body to your own ( 1:07)
    2. learn the science behind weight loss and muscle gain ( 2:42)
    3. don’t worry about people in the gym, everyone starts somewhere ( 3:32)
    4. proper form is more important than the weight you’re lifting ( 4:08)
    5. you can’t spot reduce fats ( 4:52)
    6. you can’t get ‘big and bulky’ by accident when lifting weights ( 6:19)
    7. make sure your goals are for YOU ( 7:04)
    8. undereating can hinder progression ( 8:29)
    9. using a scale as an indicator ( 9:33)
    10. you’ll most likely see a bigger change in the first few weeks ( 10:06)

  • Hey, love your videos so much! Regarding the educate yourself tip, I find this so hard as there’s so much conflicting info out there. Eg you just said about cutting and bulking but I’ve just watched a video that advises against these phases and links studies. I feel most information is so conflicting, how do you know what to believe!? Hope this makes sense. Lots of love

  • Girl i couldn’t workout on Monday soooo sore then Tuesday there was a thunder storm today is Wednesday i think i should listen to my mind and do a light workout in the gym

  • Hey such a useful video!! Could u do a video on how to start cutting/bulking in the future? I don’t know much about this topic but would love to know more and how to start/tips etc. xxx

  • I very like the way you filmed all you video, you are not just sitting in front of your camera, you take us with you all around London and all places

  • You’re so beautiful… and I know your friends won’t tell you this and I’m not trying to be a bitch but your lips look like.. that one Kylie Jenner challenge. You’ll look back one day and say yikes how did no one tell me??? I’m telling you. Sorry if it sounds rude.

  • pls girl idk who told you to do the lip and nose but i think you look greater without those. you are naturally pretty and i know you are a cancer. my mom is a gemini/libra and she tried very hard to tell her cancer friend to do surgery to destroy her cute feature. she did the nose job and looked so much older as my mom wanted. i confronted her and she told me to shut up never tell her just let her do it. so if u have someone beside that told u to do the surgery shit pls stop. u will just lose your natural beauty because of jealous people.

  • I needed this!!!! I’m starting back and getting so frustrated and I just forget it’s about the journey and that I’m growing everyday. You are awesome! Seriously such a ray of sunshine!!

  • Girl you’re so on point! My daughter 23 and I 54 have followed you and hubs for years…. we are ripped bc of you guys…. amazing authentic content. If you ever need a mom daughter duo… call us

  • Any advice or summary explanation on number 2? I always get so lost when researching and get confused and nothing sinks in cause there’s so much out there.

  • Watching your videos I’ve learnt so much, you genuinely have helped me a lot when learning on my fitness journey ❤️thank you lovely x

  • A year on and this video is still completely relevant, sometime this sort of thing I just what you need to hear. Thank you my man. You smash it.

  • I starts body building 3years ago and sure with good amount of cardio i have what i want and now i want to start Calisthenics but the really qustion can igo to gym like every week to take dead lift or train my legs or do some treaning..!

  • Hey Obi love your videos I need to sort out what I’m eating as I feel this is where I’m failing, is there any good Material that I could read or what that makes it simple for me to follow for food preparation?

  • You have long out grown the Rock, my friend…
And watch your shoulders when training your chest people! Inflamed bursa is one of the most painful experiences I’ve had and can hurt both your recovery and mobility on the long term. Keep back and front trained equally and stretch god damn it! 😉

  • Thank you so much for sharing!! Its so important to share these kind of learnings because there’s a lot of people (including myself) starting their fitness journey!!! Its so so important to find the right influencers

  • Everything I knew bc I’ve been massively researching but EVERYTHING I needed to hear in a video like this. Thank you for making great content

  • Truth professionally taking steroids in conjunction with diet nutrition Genetics can be modified and changed most these fitness industry wankers will never admit they use the gear

  • This is the video I’ve truly been needing….I’m trying to build back my physics after a long period of being sick and I feel like I’m suck at it now and I’m not capable of doing it so I would commit anything to see a little progress even if it’s harmful. I really needed this “clear talk” thank you so much❤️

  • Question:
mixing up training methods, eg. cross fit / bodybuilding

how many weeks of each, see the problem comes when you shift from bodybuilding to cross-fit,
whereby cross fit for 12 weeks may effect you gains negatively, thats my problem, i dont want to lose all my progress by doing crossfit.

  • Awesome video!! Thank you for sharing:)) Keep up the great content, I just subscribed to your channel! I recently made my own youtube channel and would love if we could support each other xx

  • I’m going through my own fitness journey right now, and your videos have really helped me. I love your recipes and your so pretty!! Thank you so much xx

  • Most people go on to say they don’t need to track anymore and guess it but I’m so used to tracking I actually like doing it. I prefer this attitude.

  • Hey olivia, thank you so much for the time and effort you put into your videos + your top looks so smooth and soft, where is it from?

  • Had to stop watching after a minute because of the constant camera angle changes every 2-3 seconds. Yes, I have autism, so this was a big deal for me.

  • Yas the number one not everybody will support you. I agree with it. When my muscles started growing, all my girls were like ‘hey dont be too muscular, no guy’s gonna like you, you’ll look ugly’. I wish ppl who dont live the life we life would just stfu and let respect each other. But at the end of the day, it’s all about you. You and your body are the only thing you have control over, that’s your power. The only person you have to impress and make happy is your badass self!

  • Hello Obi, first, I’m a FAN!! I Incorporated your workout and it really helped me (especially during this pandemic). Nutrition is key, like you said. I’m Intermittent fasting. Is it right I eat after every workout (during my fasting period)? I don’t take supplements but I try to eat healthy fibre, protein, carbs, fats. I’m an endomorph and I’m body building. Thanks so much!

  • I feel like you are the only fitness guru that talks about failure allll the time…..and it’s wonderful!!!! I fail at maintaining a healthy lifestyle in some way just about every single day, and it seems like no one else experiences that. But you are not afraid to explain your own failures and temptations and it is honestly really motivating to know that someone so fit experiences the same struggles as I do. Bad habits won’t break overnight, and it is so important to have reasonable expectations for yourself, and I love how you push that.

  • I never like these videos normally but I loved this one! So so true about macros and physiques. I loved this video!! You’re very genuine and I appreciate that so much.

  • i wished i had arms like her:(
shes right on the last one. people would tell me “you don’t need to be on a diet! you’re not fat. you’re too skinny. building muscles isn’t a girl thing! what are you a man???” like shut the fug up people! lol

  • Please do a video about advice on bulking I feel like I have no idea where to begin. Love your videos thank you for all your advice ❤️

  • This was so helpful Olivia, Thank you!! you look beautiful as always:) could you mention what app or website you use to work out your macros and maintaince calories please?

  • Could you talk about how to bulk, then cut and then finally maintain?how do I find my maintenance level after a cut? And also, how much of a deficit should you be in?

  • Thank you for reminding me that progress takes a significant amount of time. I get discouraged sometimes bc I think I’m not working hard enough or right enough but I know I just gotta stick to it!

  • Thank you:) Do you have some recommendations for learning about the science behind weight loss and muscle building? (sorry for my bad english:P)

  • You’re so right, when I stopped caring about aesthetics and just focused on my fitness goals, like lifting heavier or doing more reps, I started to love going to the gym because the results of being able to do it is so rewarding. And before I knew it, I got better aesthetically because I trained harder and more passionately

  • Hey Natacha, this video is really helpful and most of the tipps are some that I constantly fail on….:/
2016 I got motivated and my relationship to food completely changed (I grew up with loads of veggies, salad and no sugary drinks and I still eat quiet healthy compared to a lot of people I know  I am also not a JunkFood-Fan at all). So I changed the sizes of my meals more or less without really noticing and my stomach got smaller. I lost these extra 10kg (22pounds) I always hated without exercising and really started to enjoyed myself and my body.
2017 then I went abroad for 4 months, working physically 6 day/week but had a really stressful week and also wanted to try new things and also had the feeling to really fuel my body. I did it a bit too much….I came home and had these pounds back on me…..now I am trying to get to this mindset back, where food is not the first thing in my head and where I start to feel the way I did back in 2016. But this time I also want include sport and when I tried a few sport classes I started to see changes in my arms and my legs. No I also started to focus on my diet again and I came out to have a need of 1800kcal a day (as a women)….so around 1200kcal when I want to loose weight…..isn’t this a really small number? How should I count it, when I cant count every meal I have?..thanks for your help guys <3

  • I want to see a video on this haircut because it really seems like most women that get into fitness seem to cut their hair super short very similar to this. It looks cute and all but I am genuinely curious.

  • Your videos are so entertaining, i love it!! New subscriber right here btw, I am moving to arizona in 3 weeks. Watching your video about moving to arizona got me all excited!

  • Steroids…..or no steroids…workout need it to be don but natural its better way for our health…at list if you testasteron low to much…

  • I would love to have you as my personal coach, you explain everything so well and you’re such an inspirational person. Keep teaching us! ❤️️

  • You are a really wise man. Thank you for your words of wisdom and for the time and effort you put into sharing this amazing video. God bless you!

  • no5 isnt wierd at all it is just world as it is being overwight is safe and you dont stick out, so everbody feels nice around you;=)))))))

  • I love DLB daily! I’m finally motivated after a year hiatus from the gym thanks to DLB daily and your YouTube videos. Thanks so much for getting this 51 yo butt in gear to kill it again.❤️

  • Your videos are a lot more comprehensive and clear than many others on youtube (i don’t want to insult other youtubers, it’s just a trend I’ve noticed). A lot of people say “Just do it. Just make it a habit.” without going into detail about what that really means. I’m also surprised by how mentally healthy your habits are. Most women on youtube give tips to young girls that can lead to obsessive thinking. They are often too strict on other women, or aren’t aware that other people have a dissimilar life style from themselves (different access to food/stores, access to fitness equipment, different values, etc.) which can make it really confusing and overwhelming to beginners. Thanks for the tips!

  • Ohhhh yaas! Gonna visit London in the end of next month, and def gonna try Crosstown Doughnuts! I love you videos, seriously I cant wait for them to be uploaded! Thanks for sharing these with us! Kisses from Hungary!

  • Omg, the messing and beating yourself up thing is so hard….I feel like I have destroyed the whole progress or the whole day if I eat a cookie on a perfect day. I am afraid to become a crazy obsessive person with it.:( I love weight lifting too! because f how the skin and muscle tone gets better. By the way, how do you track your progress? measurements? weight or clothing sizes? I have been stuck for a while on the same weight but I can see my self, getting smaller and fitter. thanks!:)

  • You are so stinking cute! I found ur insta and got SO excited when I saw you also have a YouTube ❤️ I wish I could give you a megaphone to share these tips with the rest of the world…it’s crazy how many fitness myths are still lingering out there!

  • Number five hits close to home for me.. I can never miss a workout other than only my one rest day. I feel disgusting if I miss my workout though

  • I wish I would have found you when I started. But nice to be able to throw something new in my shake up. Keep working your magic.!!!!

  • I know this is way late (wish I found you earlier) but what did you say to yourself to coach and re-wire upstairs to get your tush to the gym? This is my biggest fallback. Would you do a vid with motivational sayings? I need a swift kick in the arse one way or another Thanks for being real luv ya girly

  • Great video. Just one observation: I feel motivated to do something every day because I know from experience how good I’ll feel after a run or a bike ride.

  • I absolutely LOVE how transparent and normal you are. There’s no fakeness with you, you talk to the camera like you’re talking to a friend. Keep it up with the great content! ❤️

  • Brilliant video!! All true!! Point 5 is the most important one!! My own parents don’t understand my journey…and that’s ok. This is about nobody other than myself. Thanks Dana

  • Eat but a lil many pple avoid foods thinking they’ll gain weight again no eat but just a lil for example pizza just a slice and veggies with it not 2 slices of pizza, if u control urself too much there’s a limit and if u cross that limit ull eat more than u should’ve and regret it the whole day

  • When I started my fitness journey, I had some sense of what I was doing. I started to develop muscles and felt bulky like is this even possible. Then I somehow started to see you in my new feed and suddenly you gave me confidence to not be ashamed of being built. So as time goal you have always been my inspiration and I thank you for that. ♥️

  • Love this, Olivia! Thank you so much. Do you have any recommendations for youtube videos about the science behind weight loss and gaining muscle?

    Thank you!

  • That’s right girl…not everyone will be supportive and happy for you, I know this first hand! If it makes you feel good mentally and physically, that’s what it’s about! You only have one life to live, do what you love and make every day the best it can be!✌

  • Thanks for all you and Rob do. I was so motivated when I had the chance to meet you two in Houston back in 2019. I’ve started my journey but I have to start with my doctors guidance right now. However, I do have a lot g goal and short goals up to that final goal….hope to share another side by side with you and Rob in the future. Your both so down to earth inspiring

  • Is it important to have a serious why i.e don’t do it because your trying to get the attention of the opposite sex? Or something similar

  • Hi Miss Jarvis.I love all your video content.I used to do workout at home as I’m too shy to go to the gym as I am abit oversize.I’m more comfortable to do it at home n just watch on my calorie intake. You are so beautiful and wish I had a body figure like yours.

  • yesss then everyone thinks its unhealthy for you to be ” on a diet” how is it unhealthy to eat vegetables and protein? yet no one said anythign when you were eating junk food all teh time weirdest thing that I get all the time…

  • Preparation is key! My housemates are onto this now they were like, wait, so you just cook everything you buy and then eat that all week instead of each meal one by one?… I didn’t realise this was revolutionary, I’m just lazy! It is true though no excuses to eat anything else, you cannot get caught out and if you cave at the cake cabinet getting coffee it’s on YOU!

  • Thanks you! Lately I keep trying to find a training partner or get positive criticism on how I train different and mix it up, but they always say its not correct, not what you “supposed” to do etc. Stay Different right!

  • All you guys on roids should stop bullshitting people that is starting training to avoid false expectations and disappointing results. 33 years under the iron here, seen one, seen you all.

  • I was curious because my friend had lost weight and I wished to know how. They will suggested that I google 4FatLossFast. Com. Once I listened to their advice, I lost 16 and a half pounds.?

  • How long did it take you to achieve your fitness journey goal? Did you end up having any loose skin? Do you believe in waist training?

  • How dows traffic work in london? Haha you were just standing in the middle of traffic and a woman just walked down the middle of the road XD

  • Oh my god number 7 about making sure your goals are for you really struck a chord with me! I’ve been going through that recently, constantly changing my mind about how I think my body should look and getting so down on myself. One minute I want to be toned and the next I want to be curvy. It’s to the point now where I’ve just stopped watching all the other fitness and model YouTube and instagrammers. You’re literally the only one I still watch religiously and I can’t even tell you how much your channel has helped me! I relate to your content so much and I love how genuine you seem and how you’re just being yourself! I really hope you keep posting videos and putting out such amazing content. You deserve so much success for the healthy and realistic message you put out

  • Natacha, you are such a bright light & an inspiration. Thank you for your wonderful videos:)

Thanks to you I stepped back into lifting and have some super fun power lifting goals. Trusting my body, eating all of the wonderful food mother nature has to offer, and some sweet treats too 😉

Love you, keep up the amazing work!

  • I have struggled with every single one of these and it’s depressed me more times than I can count. This video really helped me feel like I wasn’t alone in these struggles, and it definitely gave me hope for the rest of my weightloss/fitness journey. I love watching your videos. You are relatable, informative, and you bring something fresh to the fitness community. Keep up the good work, and thank you! ❤

  • I’m in a bit of limbo I want to loose weight an tone up, I was resitricting my calories an constantly stepping on the scales I’ve recently watch your video it’s really helped me know what I want from my weight loss/ tone up. Thanks for the tips It really helped

  • Thank you! I just started to work out (mid december) and your videos inspire me a lot! None of my friends care a lot about working out so these types of videos really help me:) You are doing such a good work on teaching joy and patience (not sure on spelling). I just did a few excercises in the free weight section and I feel so proud. Thanks again!

  • thanks for this video. Important question for me: I was able to do 200 pushups once but ruined my pose as my tight chest muscles pulled down my shoulders (forward). Made me stop doing pushups. Btw.: I stretched conscientious after every training session).
So what would be the adequate contrary movement to not let this heavy disbalance happen?
Thanks a lot (to anybody who can give me a hint, maybe an exercise with my trx?). Cheers from Germany

  • You’re a good looking guy but you’ve ruined your good looks with the neck tattoos. Looks like a snake on your neck. Go remove them.

  • Hey man, just found out I have tendinitis in my rotator cuff because of calisthenics/my job. My shoulder always hurt after doing pike pushups, I can do handstand wall push-ups with no pain, you know what I’m doing wrong?

  • Natacha, I have a question: is it okay to workout everyday? I just run like 20 minutes in the morning and then I start doing abs and booty workout (just 20 minutes or less). Usually I rest 1 day or at least 2 days

  • Chris a question, i have a weak point in my lower back. no matter what i do i have almost every day pain. for now seeying youre vids, it makes me wanna do this. what you do and have a good looking body i go to the gym a normal one, they help me alot. but after 4 years i see no improvements, so i really search on youtube for everything than i come across youre vids. But still whit my back i dont know where to start for a new beginning, do you have any hints/tips for me?
    Thank you in advance.

  • Honestly really needed this thankyou so much please do more sit down informational videos because they are great! I love the vlogs and all the others but sit down videos are so good as well! congrats on 100k on insta x

  • The guy seems like an extremely nice, humble guy trying to help people yet so many people talking shit. If calisthenics aren’t your thing or this is too advanced he has plenty of other videos for more beginner basics. I guess that’s the YouTube comments section for ya. Keep doing your thing Chris!

  • i challenge myself from now on to get a physique better than u…..and once i achieve that better than me myself……goal set……(if u read this or anyone who does….its a commitment )

  • I always like watching your videos but something always kept throwing me off from watching them fully, I just figured it out… It’s your neck tattoo!!!! It just made your head look separated from your body. I’ll still keep watching though and keep learning, so thank you‍♂️

  • I really needed to see this today. I am so unhappy with the way I look and feel thank you Dana you helped me make my first baby steps. Ps I think you are so beautiful you and Rob are a beautiful couple

  • Cool advice DLB I think I’m gonna subscribe to your channel..I get my inspiration from youtube I’ve been on a fitness journey since 2017 I was classed as morbidly obese with my BMI now 3years later exercising is my life..love the content DLB coolio

  • I don’t think these works…

…only for calisthenics, but it actually applies on almost everything
I could relate to it trying learn physics. Reps perfect form negatives (doing what challenges you most until you’ve done it) goals

Actually grip doesn’t make much sense in physics

  • Is it just me or is he doing some of the things really fast? I mean 50 fast push-ups are definitely easier than doing 50 proper and really slow push-ups…

  • Hey my friends!

All of these tips would have been a huge help for me once upon a time so hopefully they can help!

    Lots of love! xx

  • Hearing you provide a new perspective, training for performance…it has changed my life… I have a goal… I want to be able to do an Elbow lever and the splits… so my workouts are structured around getting stronger to be able to do these moves… I’m not obsessed with the scale and I don’t stand and obsess in front of the mirror. I know that I have a goal I’m trying to reach and that’s my bench mark, not the way I look! Merci Natacha! <3

  • Hey there, new subbie can u please mention what kind of injury u got from having bad form at the gym? Thank uuu, love ur channel ❤!

  • Great content as always Dana #5 is so true… support is important but believing in yourself is even more powerful when the support is lacking!

  • You are literally the first person to convince me to consider doing these points you mentioned here. I believe every video you make man because, evident results(yours lol). The genetics part and comparing myself to other people sunk in deep.

Thank you Obi… Big ups man.✊

  • I absolutly loved it Natacha, as always! Your editing is really awesome! It’s a great idea to walk through London and give tips while doing that, because the backgrounds are really pretty! I am so in love with the last tip. Having flexability in your training and eating is so important to keep the whole thing a lifestyle and not an obsession. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!!!

  • I’m gonna start working out on January 5th, and I found out a motivation that I think will work for me: pretend you’re a superhero and you need to beat a really strong villain!

This is the first video I’m watching and it’s great! I love the way you’re not afraid of eating, of being a bit lazy and all of that! You’re awesome! Keep up the good work!

  • You’re videos have been really helpful for me. I’m trying to go from horribly unfit coach potato to US Marine within the next 3 years. Considering I can only do 2 pull ups on a good day so far, I need all the help I can get

  • I’ve been told by many times that I’m way to muscular and I just said ” you just said that cause I have more muscle than you” don’t let anyone bring you done, only let it empower you

  • Your videos are so motivating.
I feel like at some point I’ve been more successful and working out was fun but now I’m not making progress anymore, I rather keep going back. I’ve realised that I’m losing muscle and feeling drained. Currently I work out almost everyday but most of the time I’m really frustrated because it doesn’t work out as planned. There’s a lack of energy and I didn’t know where it came from but my mum kept telling me that I ate too little and that I should rest. Of course I didn’t listen because I felt like it was the exact opposite, so eating too much, and that I’d lose muscle if I didn’t work out. You see, I’m always pressuring myself and pushing myself too hard. Now that I’ve realised what I’m doing wrong and I want to follow your advice.
Thank you so much for your tips. They make me feel so much better!

  • I am going to list the one thing I wish you had known before I started making videos…
    1. Proper use of the past perfect.

Lol. Appreciate all the videos Chris, they really motivate me.

  • Great video Brittany this helped me a lot and I learned a lot from this video girl . Your videos are wonderful and enjoyable to watch honestly girl .

  • quick summary for the other impatient people out there:D
5 mix it up in the gym
4 it’s normal to not always feel motivated (make it a habit, and work out even if you don’t feel like it unless you feel ill)
3 food is your friend (experiment to see what works for you and don’t restrict too much)
2 be patient (major changes in physic takes time took her 3 years)
1 it’s simpler than you think (train hard, eat well and stay consistent)

  • Hi this is my first time watching your videos but I want to start a fitness journey and I have no clue where to start, it’s hard for me to get to the gym because I don’t have money to pay for a membership and I’ve let that be an excuse on not to go… I’ve reached out to people who I’ve seen work out on their story’s and stuff that live near me but no one wants to help me and I’m really stuck. I’ve had trouble with body confidence and I’m 16 and I’m on birth control which makes it hard to lose and control my weight… if you could please email me at [email protected] gmail.com it would mean the world to me

  • How do you not feel guilty after eating like donuts or any junk food? I am deathly afraid of them when I’m eating good and working out but then I crave them more?? How do you not let it control your life?? Like I LOVE FOOD and I hate feeling deprived when eating good.

  • I really really love your videos! I‘ve been bingewatching them for like 2 hours but they’re a little bit like a therapy to me because sometimes I really struggle with food and feel guilty when I eat something that’s not healthy but your videos and positivity really help me ❤️

  • I don’t even want to do most of this stuff. I just don’t want to look pregnant. Bought my exercise pad and planning to start as soon as it comes in.

  • Number three is so true! I used to think I had to run or do a whole bunch of leg exercises cause that’s what most girls do, at least in my area. But I found out that I love weightlifting and exercising my arms it makes me feel so strong and accomplished I loveeee it

  • Love this video! The tips were all really helpful and definitely something I’ll keep in mind on my fitness journey. Also wherever you are filming is so beautiful! That place looks so cool and amazing. And OMG I’m not a big donut person but I am totally craving a donut right now! All the food in this video looked so good! Thank you for making this video!

  • I love watching your chatty videos, recipes & what you eat in a day! Hope you get more & more subs coz I love your content!

  • Man you’re great, just wanna ask about tracking, what exactly do u mean by that or can you help me out by letting me know about an App from which i can track my training.

  • I love that you showed the hefesto progression stage you were on then! It just shows people that even with all the amazing things you can already do so well, you can go beyond even that.

  • Aloooo! Thank you so much for your good vibes, keep going strong! Can you please start mentioning in the video where in London you are? There are some pretty cool places I would like to visit <3

  • If you are reading this, may you move daily towards your goals, and live each day with the energy and passion to pursue them whole-heartedly. They will naturally flow into your life when you are ready to receive. Hope our channel helps you on your journey

  • Thanks for this video, great tips! After a year of training I’ve made a difference but nowhere near as much as I wanted to! Patience and consistency are soooo important! ❤️

  • Hi! I had to ask, I emailed too but wasn’t sure if you reply there much.
When you talk about your calorie goals, do you mean net calories?
Like if you workout, burn 200 calories, would you include back that 200 calories in order to meet the calorie goal or????

  • Can you do a video on injuries that you have overcome and how? Your workouts are so intense! I have so many overuse injuries that exercising no longer feels enjoyable. Sadly. But I’m also 37 years old… maybe slowing down is natural.

  • Hay lovely… meal prep so love the voice… of people saying they have a busy life.. you so made me laugh.. think you should use that voice on your next video… would be so funny… I spot a challenge coming on… mmmmm… he he you are the best.. loves and hugs xxx

  • I’ve been bingewatching your videos like CRAZY over the last week! I love your personality and how dedicated and motivated you are. I haven’t started my fitness journey yet because its kind of overwhelming to just quit my current lifestyle where I eat whatever/whenever, and never exercise. But your videos make me really feel like I can do it and take my time and find out what works best for me. Thank you so much! You’re doing such great things with this channel!

  • Thanks! This is very helpful. 2 months in to a fitness journey. Started Muay Thai this week… and trying to do HITT running to supplement. Great tips, love your channel! I discovered it tonight and immediately subscribed!

  • I love your videos, I’ve been binge watching for the last couple weeks. I month ago I started eating better, and lifting weights and ive only lost a pound. Any advice?

  • After watching one of your videos from a while back, I went on the macronutrientcalculator to determine how I should be eating. I’m a person who is trying to stay the same size, but gain more muscle and reduce fat. The calculator said that I should be eating 2,000 calories so I downloaded an app to keep track of this and work towards 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. I’m doing well with the percentages, but I’m honestly struggling to eat this many calories. I always assumed I was eating 2,000 until actually calculating. Most days I usually have 500 calories left and I’m full. Since I’ve been weight training, I’ve been pushing myself to eat as close to 2,000 as possible, but it’s becoming miserable. Is anyone else struggling with this? Any advice?

  • Girrrllll you have transformed my workouts. I love gym now and it’s only been 2 days of doing your workouts . That’s how amazing they are.

  • Dear Natacha, I watch your video “How i build muscles and keep losing fat” over and over again, but I am a little bit insecure if I got your right.
    So, here another question.
I want to drop a dress size so I will eat in an calorie deficit until I dropped a dress size. Then, I still carry a bit of extra fat on my body (you cannot see my abs, no toned legs or arms), but now I start to feed my body properly (maintaince100 kcal surplus) and I will build more musles but still lose fat and transform my body so that I get abs and so on.
Is this the advice you would give me?
    Best regards,

  • i’ve had many days where i went to the gym knowing that i didnt feel into it. went anyway. got on the treadmill and instantly agreed that im going home lol

  • I suppose somebody already asked (sorry) but what kind of watch are you wearing? Btw this is so needed video, everyone should be aware of it, we are all individuals and everyone should find his own way to happines

  • Hye, i am currently really struggling with changing my body composition and building muscle mass. I think that it’s because i am in a professional dance school where i dance about 6hours a day, so i do a lot of cardio. Do you have some tips on building muscle mass while doing a lot of cardio? Thanks a lot for all your great videos, they always make me feel motivated:) xx

  • You looking jacked Dana forever my inspiration but anyway what do you think about bench squat and deadlift days? I’ve been doing them a couple times a week all in one day. Have you ever had good strength results doing those big three lift days like that?

  • I love the fact you ate that donut! Most fitspos on YT take a bite but surely spit it out after. Love that you actually enjoy your foods! Would be good to highlight that you do, do insane gym sessions that prob burn off 700 Cals.

  • The quality of your videos and editing has gone through the roof. Love watching your videos! Thanks for consistently giving great content

  • Thank you so much for this video. This video will make a huge difference on how I look on working out and my whole fitness journey. Love your videos, keep on the good work. You’re such an inspiration.
