  • This is a very good workout. It’s very difficult to get through all the the way without rests. I’ve been on this for some months and I still haven’t gotten to that point haha without at least a 15 second rest between the three sets. But eventually… Nevertheless it’s effective and will kick your butt. I add a plank after this and I’m finished whew!

  • Can you please do how to fix scoliosis please ��. Its only my left shoulder but the right one is fine except it’s lower. Please do a video about scoliosis. I feel like its weighing me down on my dream body. My whole left side of my torso looks different than my right side like my left pec, left side of my abs, and my bicep on my left arm. For my left bicep, to me it looks bigger than my right bicep even though I train the’er m equally. I had scoliosis when 2 girls were fighting over me in preschool(I had a gf at that time….don’t judge) one of the girls pulled my left arm diagonal causing it to pop out of its socket and then it got a bit worse over time.   • He says “I’ll see you in 24 hours” so every day I have to do this exercise 8 minutes later than the day before. It has now gotten so far that I have to do them at work. I fear that it may cost me my job.

  • This is by far the best ab workout on youtube, and not only for it’s ab toning ability. Just having someone coach you and encourage you throughout the workout is irreplaceable, and makes it a lot easier to get through. Supplement this workout with some ab strength workouts (resistance) and a solid diet, and you’ll be golden. I do this every other day and it’s a1.

  • THIS WORKS YOU GUYS!!! I started doing these back in my freshman year of high school. I’m 26 now. This and the 8 min Buns are my FAVE. If you do these daily even weekly, you WILL see a difference! ESPECIALLY if you’re eating healthy! I’m telling you, when I use to do this daily omg my body was toned and I saw results within a month.   • Neck pain isn’t something that should be ignored, and it’s entirely because of bad technique the exercises chosen in this video are just unreasonable, it would make way more sense to add in a plank, or something where we are facing downwards, to reduce strain on our neck.

    So far the other videos have gotten a good chunk of my pudge to go away. And my sides are slimmer. I’m down to 168 from 175. Not big weightloss but I take it muscle has to have taken it’s place.
    My advice for this is to do it every morning before starting your daily routine.

    Alternating Crunch 30 reps.
    Rest 30 secs.
    Crunch with Pushing Hand 30 reps.
    Legs Elevation in 4 Strokes 30 reps.
    Rest 30 sec.
    Crunch with Hands Resting 30 reps.
    Crunch with Vertical Legs and Touching of th Ankles 30 reps.
    Rest 30 secs.
    Crunch with Crossed Arms 30 reps.
    Crunch with Knees to the chest 30 reps.
    Rest Rest In Peace. ��

  • That second to last exercise what’s the goal of it? Should I just put my legs up and down and that’s all? I can’t feel burning at all.

  • Wanna make it even more challenging? Throughout the whole exercise do not let your feet touch the ground and keep them elevated unless it is for the exercise. You are welcome.

  • I have been doing it for last 3 months regularly. No 6 pack. Even belly fat is not removed. A little fat is removed only. But still belly is there.

  • Replace reverse crunch with arms extended out leg raises and replace the curl at the end with a crunch… good luck on the isometric!

  • Well, it wasn’t easy. It took some time, patience, hard work, self discipline, trial and error, but I finally have a six pack. Thank you. I can’t count how many times I quit working out for anywhere from a week to months but I always found a way to get myself back in track. Even if it was working out just one day in a couple weeks or working out every day of the week before getting off track again. There were a few times I grew some small abs and then lost them. But I’ve been keeping myself on track for 2 and a half months in a row now and I finally have a six pack. Don’t give up guys.

  • Man ive been doing these for 3 weeks now, and since im light weight at 65kg i dont have problem doing them. but the third excercise with the crunch elbow towards knee with holding both legs up same time. What devil made that? i cant hold up my legs for shit while doing this:D

  • The difference between level 2 and 3 is just massive, you have to have some serious legs to do what he is doing the last exercise me right leg goes all numb and I cant move it

  • Even thou you look like u do, you move extremely slow. These exercises and type of workout lacks challenge. I suppose its ok for a “beginner” but definitely not for the more advanced. Did nothing for me, sorry. Also you shouldn’t really pull on your neck when performing sit ups.

  • If your neck hurts well doing this then you should try to focus on engaging your abs more in every movement and make sure you’re not trying to pull yourself up using your neck. A lot of people also have really weak necks now because we’re constantly looking down at our phones. Building the muscles in your neck is a good thing and having a strong neck can save you from serious injury and even save your life in some situations. If the pain is unbearable then consider doing some neck workouts and move to an easier ab workout until your abs and neck are both stronger. The key to abs like anything else is staying with it and you won’t be able to stay with it if you’re doing a workout that’s above your level. Good luck to everybody and keep grinding, no matter where you are on your journey to your dream body if you’re willing to get down on the floor and do this workout then I believe in you and you got this.   • I did this workout with my boyfriend for about 4 months every morning. I went to my annual gyn appt and she was feeling around on my stomach and said hell fire girl! you have some abs! she couldn’t get over it. Now I’m 60 years old. Back at it. Wish I had never stopped!!!!

  • The neck is an accessory muscle to doing crunches (stabilizes your head from falling backwards). So stop whining about how this video trains your neck — it’s SUPPOSED to anytime you do crunches. All it means is you have a weak neck. Or it could be that you aren’t lifting your shoulders off the ground at all.

  • I see a lot of comments about the workout working legs or neck more than abs. I’ve done this workout for 2 years and used to have that issue, to try to fix it I would recommend thinking about the exercise centering where your legs and torso meet and considering your legs, arms, chest, and head to be parts being moved by he abs. Think about the abs as pulling up your chest when you do a crunch, rather than just moving your body. This simple thinking exercise can help you do the physical exercise. As for legs try to pull your whole hips up with your abs rather than pull up your legs with your hips, this is how you’re supposed to feel it in the abs. For neck pain try to think of your head and shoulders being as once solid piece, so your neck doesn’t move independently from your shoulders and upper torso. I hope this helps.

  • I did this workout every day for a month before leaving for basic training. I was maxing out my situps on the first pt test. I also struggled way less than most of my peers whenever we got smoked with ab exercises. My boy Jamie had me set.
