  • Just did this for the first time. Had to take a couple of pauses during some of the workouts. I can’t tell if my stomach feels stronger, just hurts, or maybe both lol.

  • For people who are just getting into fitness, you can’t get abs from doing ab workouts. Ab workouts are only to strengthen your abs, you get visible abs by burning fat. To burn fat you either do a shit ton of cardio and eat healthy to lean down or you diet super hard while working out regularly. In my opinion, cardio is the better option but whatever you prefer. Once you get to a low enough body fat percentage, you’ll have visible abs. Doing core workouts will make your abs more noticeable if you have a low enough body fat percentage to see your abs already but if your body fat percentage is too high, you’ll never be able to see your abs no matter how much core work you do.

  • It’s 2020 and I’m still doing this. I started on 2016 and still going strong. I can say this workout is absolutely intense and gives impressive results. Consistency is a key tho. I’m super happy with what I’ve achieved

  • Hi, thanks for the video. I am three months postpartum and still have a huge belly. I have 3 fingers wide seperation and when i do these excercises I really can’t say whether am able to hold the lower ab muscles throughout the moves or not.

  • In case anyone is wondering if this works, it does!! I’ve been doing this for about 4 months now along with athleneX 7 minute home abs workout, this along with maintaining a slight caloric deficit, went from being skinny fat to now having a noticeable 6pack.   • I’m 14 and i’m doing those workouts for whole quarantine isolation (like 2 and half month). Everyday, no day loss.
    All i can say is that if you are determined to get your sexy abs, you actually get them from those workouts, it’s easy, short and works 200% percent.
    As for me, 1st month was pretty challenging and i really saw the big difference from my old body. Next days, it becomes easier and easier and i reccomend to do 2reps of them (if u can). So, good luck guys, hope beaches will open this year.

    I use a stability ball and then after the video I finish it off with a 2 minute plank.

  • Robots are good! No waffling host you can just get on with the routine for a change. Wish there were no recovery or fewer recovery breaks though. I fast through the recoveries, but it’s a wee bit of a faff. The last exercise shows the robot more recumbent, but it’s natural to have to sit up more when doing doubles in order to balance the weight of your lower half. I’m going to line up a set of these no nonsense videos for my partner in the hope that he will be attracted by their simplicity.

I just wanted to say it’s rather rude because this is what Rebecca enjoys doing and i quite enjoyed this workout myself. I want all the people who post “boo, you suck,” and “she has bad push up form,” that no one is perfect and that when you post something so rude it really does a number to their spirits.

  • Push-ups are wrong…arms should not be so wide apart they should be close to your body and your back is also changing it’s posture…

  • Omg this is terrible. Real marines have to shoot themselves in both knees then do 100 squats, then cut off their arms and do 50 pushups, then run 10 miles. This is nothing, boooooo you suck.

  • No; abs are just like any other muscle, they need time to heal. Especially if ab muscles are sore from a previous workout, give them a break. Every other day would be good if you are doing really challenging ab workouts.

  • @delleoo1 A 6 pack takes far more than just situps; a healthy diet and very low body fat percentage also play a role. I would tell your sister to focus more on being toned and strong than necessarily obsessing about a 6 pack, especially if she’s only 12.

  • Good video but this should be at least 30minutes because if your expecting to go into the military, football, basketball or anything strenuos its about not giving up and pushing through. Run, push sled, use battle ropes, do push ups/pull ups, planks, ect.

  • I had my daughter almost 3 years ago. Once I found this video and did the check, I had about a 2 finger gap, and I’ve done these workouts almost every morning for about 3-4 ish weeks and I’m happy to say my gap is gone! I realized it started working after 2 weeks when I was down to a 1 finger gap. But all in all great workout! Thank you

  • Do you have any plans for men? All I see when I look up for recti is programs for post pregnancy. A lot of stuff geared towards women. I use to be very active and always exercising but stopped when I realized I had recti diastasis. Dr diagnosed me but I rarely saw any workouts or suggestions on what I could do back then. I want to get back in shape and I know everything revolves around having a good core.

    (1) Is it too late for me to get my pre-pregnancy abs back? It has literally been 7 years since I gave birth. I’m actually at my pre-pregnancy weight, but I don’t think I was doing the right exercises for DR over the years.

    (2) My doctor doesn’t want me to have any caffeine. Is there something else I could do during phase 1 to boost my metabolism instead of coffee? I noticed there were “Coffee with your Core” days.

    (3) My child doesn’t use a stroller anymore. Should I do something different for the “Stroller Fit” days?

  • Great advanced workout for diastasis recti. I would have liked to see more TA cues for moms who aren’t sure how to heal DRA, but definitely some good exercises I’ll be trying with my advanced clients.

  • I am a guy who unfortunately has DR. I believe it’s from weight gain. I boxed and worked out for 12 years. The past 3 years I quit all working out and ate like a total slob. Anyways, got back into working out and I noticed when I do exercises like bench press my stomach protrudes down the middle like a shark fin. Dr told me I have a ventral hernia, got a second opinion and was told DR just like I thought. I’ll give these exercises a try and see if they work but right now I’m pretty helpless. Was told there is no repairing the tissue that pulls your abs together.

  • It’s been 10 years since I’ve had my twins. I never knew about DR until recently and learned that all the ab exercises I typically do (planks, crunches, twists) could have made my DR worse. Is it too late for me to correct my DR with exercise only or should I consider a tummy tuck?

  • Hi! I love this video because I feel the burn in my core. As im doing the workouts, my tummy kind of domes outwards. Could I possibly be making my DR worse? Will it help if I wore shapewear to apply pressure and keep my core tight? Or can i still do the exercises as long as I try to hold my core in.

  • Hi, have you considered MUSCLEADER” (look on Google)? On their website you will find a nice free video showing the right way to develop noteworthy muscle mass really fast whilst reducing fat as well. James or many other guys like him had good success applying this approach. It might help you out also.

  • Alright there! Have you considered fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got ripped 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
