  • He was the greatest physique champion the world has ever seen, but he has succumbed to that which befalls most bodybuilders; they cease to care enough to do what it takes to keep their bodies at the best possible peak. That is understandable, because when age creeps up on us all, it is extremely difficult to drum up the will power to go through the self-denial necessary on a continual basis to maximize one’s physique. When there aren’t many years left, would you rather enjoy a banana split or eat a piece of cardboard after doing an intense cardio and abs routine? It would be especially hard when you’ve already achieved near immortality in bodybuilding lore. What else is there to achieve? Arnold is still a great entertainer and I would love to see him figure out how to (a) train without pain, and (2) summon up the unceasing willpower to follow the strict diet plans he used to follow to show us all just what is possible for an old man to do!

  • Hi, I’ve greatly appreciated the help I got through TST prep and want to say thank you! I got a 29 on the listening part. I like to mention, that I did not take notes but used a different technique. I would repeat in my head a word or two of what was just said throughout the listening section. I continued to do this about everything that was said and then answered the questions quickly. I found, that in the listening section the questions and answers were straight forward and relatively easy. I was amazed at how great it worked for me. If you like to take notes, that’s fine, however, for me, it felt that it took away from active listening. So I would recommend, if you are prepping for this test right now, try it once and see how you do. Thanks again to Josh MacPherson!

  • Thank you Leslie, first time I’ve done any of your workouts -that was enjoyable and the music tempo matched the speed of the walk.! Burnt about 100 calories and was 24% in fat burning zone as av Herat rate was 129 with a max of HR of 153.So I was more in cardio zone as heart rate was in that range but overall doing any workouts will result in fat burn especially endurance workouts at lower Hr. Thank you Walking is a lovely exercise! P.S. If anyo=ne is reading this -does Leslie have any continuous walking workouts as there is a lot of edits and cuts in this -like 2 videos combined with a active cool down and no stretches? Or is this how all the videos end seems a bit abrupt..but loved the walk itself the music tempo matched the walk, Thanks

In the real test do the questions automatically jump to next after few seconds passes, as in this video where q2 -q3 jump automatically in some seconds Or like we listen to recording 1 and have a fixed like 2-3 min overall to complete he 5-6 ques. so the timer runs per question basis or for a whole set of recording. i hope you are getting my point
