    And you’re just another one working for them and advertising this, I tried keto for a year and lost weight, I also tried low fat, guess what still lost weight, it’s the quality, it’s so stupid to say Carbs or Fats are bad, both are essential. just know what type of Carbs or Fats are you consuming, if your carbs are coming from fruits and veggies then good luck putting on weight.

    Eat real food, and workout, you will gain muscles and lose FAT not weight, Keto makes you lose tones of water weight and muscles, of course, the scale will go down.

  • I like my keto coffee with 15 grams of coconut oil, 10 grams of butter, 1 tablespoon of coconut milk, couple sprinkles of ground cinnamon and turmeric, pink Himalayan salt, and stevia. I have lost 25 pounds in 2 months! I’ve never felt better. Keto is the best!

  • My OBGYN said one cup of coffee is safe during pregnancy. It’s pretty simple to just avoid too much coffee and completely avoid alcohol. If anything you need to be careful with what herbal tea you drink and research the tea before drinking.

  • Many people can’t handle a high energy person at all. I have to play dumb at work and try to talk football to many of the sugar eating, bottle sucking, older kids that still like ball. I rather teach my son how to hunt meat or fish!

  • My mom went to a Mexican restaurant and ate cheese that was poison we have 50/50 chance of not living I had this my mom had listeria I was born prematurely 7 something months I had a hole in my heart and I came out the blue baby �� how’s the only case where I was born in the hospital. I was born October 27th 1991 I was supposed to be born on December. Don’t forget cinnamon tea it’s bad to intake Cinnamon when your pregnant. I didn’t know I had a baby family members thought I was but I didn’t really know and I was drinking cinnamon supposedly they told me don’t drink cinnamon.

  • I don’t know how you can do the Keto diet especially if you want to lift heavy weights. I mean long term. Each one to their own I supposebut for me it became impossible to be full of energy without good, healthy carbs as a fuel source. Going to the gym became impossible! Though short term, like a couple of weeks or so I noticed how it burned off fat. But then I started to feel very weak. But it was not only that, I also just felt so sick having to consume so much fat! 70%!! Having rich food like eggs and avocado, butter, cheese or cream or bacon or fatty meats is like a treat, when you go out for dinner to a good restaurant or something but everyday, day in day out, and for breakfast! And hardly any fruit? You try living in a hot country like me in Kenya….. you live on bananas and mangoes! In fact the millions of people living on the breadline in Africa just do not have the money to live on a Keto diet they can only afford the local cornmeal and beans that’s the only thing they have. But that is just my perspective. I am sure different diets work for different people! Thanks anyway for your videos: )

  • Hi Jason! I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I did good on WW for a long time but I always felt deprived and then the program got so complicated and restrictive. I have been on keto for about 4 months and I have lost 22 lbs and more importantly I feel great and all my littlest clothes fit! I stay under 15-20 net carbs a day and always under 50 carbs total. I have worked out for years but did not see muscle definition until I started keto. I am about where I want to be with weight and wonder if you have any maintenance tips? Also, I have read over and over that it is bad to do keto for more than 6 months. Can you speak to that? Love your videos!

  • Dear Jason, we want to reduce our carbs in order to be in cal defficit in order to give the body a chance to use its storage fat as energy and eventually lose weight (energy balance). If we replace the carbs with fats we will not be in cal defficit and will not lose weight!!! It is normal to feel a little hungry when we are in cal defficit because the body doesn’t want to use its storage and all cares about is survival.

  • I am 53 and have dieted and trained since I was about 18. The diet was always an issue as I followed the low fat high protein model. Although like you have said I would look lean and muscular it wasn’t sustainable as I felt lousy. A friend told me to try bullet proof coffee. I went on YouTube to see how to make it and loved it from the first cup about 2 years ago now. While going on YouTube I tripped over your vlogs. It is now two years later and have found peace with my diet and no longer struggle to maintain a healthy attitude. You have been a major influence and inspiration in my life.
