  • grass fed butter, MCT or brain octane oil, stevia, and cinnamon sometimes turmeric. thirty pounds down so far, Keto is my life now

  • Everything about the ketogenic philosophy is insane! But it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me, along with my daughter of course! Love your enthusiasm thanks for sharing.

  • My keto coffee:

    Two teaspoons of coffee
    Tablespoon of coconut oil
    5-10g of organic cacao powder

Trying to avoid using cream at the moment. Don’t want to rely on dairy too much

  • Amazing… the thinks in this video are only trye… 2 years ago i have done 4000 calories challing.. and the trye is that fat do not make fat

  • I have two variations of keto coffee, one that’s butter, coconut oil/MCT & cinnamon and the “lunch” version where I add in collagen protein after my first meal. If you haven’t tried the beef rib & Stiles Switch, you’re missing out. I think its better than their brisket!!

  • Your first keto video was how I discovered keto. I had tried every other crash/extreme diet possible and the treacherous calorie counting with 100% zero success. I tried keto, watched all of your videos and have lost a total of 50lbs so far.

  • The best diet may vary depending on business, industries 😉
And you’re just another one working for them and advertising this, I tried keto for a year and lost weight, I also tried low fat, guess what still lost weight, it’s the quality, it’s so stupid to say Carbs or Fats are bad, both are essential. just know what type of Carbs or Fats are you consuming, if your carbs are coming from fruits and veggies then good luck putting on weight.

Eat real food, and workout, you will gain muscles and lose FAT not weight, Keto makes you lose tones of water weight and muscles, of course, the scale will go down.

  • I like my keto coffee with 15 grams of coconut oil, 10 grams of butter, 1 tablespoon of coconut milk, couple sprinkles of ground cinnamon and turmeric, pink Himalayan salt, and stevia. I have lost 25 pounds in 2 months! I’ve never felt better. Keto is the best!

  • Hey Jason I would love to share my keto journey with you sometime. If you can hit me up in a private message. Great videos as usual. Keto on!!!!!

  • Hahaha, i was busy watching some of your old videos. You interrupted yourself, i needed motivation cause iv’e fallen off the wagon a’bit. Thanks so much for posting more videos. Keep it up and keep well bro.

  • Considering the fact that all plants are toxic and full of anti-nutrients, and that, Humans can thrive on a nose to tail carnivore diet that is abundant in all vitamins and nutrients without all the toxins, isnt a carnivore or zero carb diet, which also keeps you in ketosis, the obvious smarter choice?

  • My OBGYN said one cup of coffee is safe during pregnancy. It’s pretty simple to just avoid too much coffee and completely avoid alcohol. If anything you need to be careful with what herbal tea you drink and research the tea before drinking.

  • Many people can’t handle a high energy person at all. I have to play dumb at work and try to talk football to many of the sugar eating, bottle sucking, older kids that still like ball. I rather teach my son how to hunt meat or fish!

  • LETS SAY YOU’RE FAT. why does everyone say not eating enough protein will make you lose muscle mass? how can this be possible if you have fat reserves???? i even read book by dr. fung saying even pronolonged fasting will not make you lose muscle mass, so where the fuk do those people get idea that insufficient protein = muscle loss?????

by the way great video jason

  • When you #ketoking mentioned the food pyramid, it is so true?!?! I started thinking on all the things that people do because of what “news, tv, government, social media” says that you should do or not do! It is so important to do your own research, to listen to others point of view and perhaps consider to try something new or something different! Again, awesome video! #alwaysdoyourresearch

  • My mom went to a Mexican restaurant and ate cheese that was poison we have 50/50 chance of not living I had this my mom had listeria I was born prematurely 7 something months I had a hole in my heart and I came out the blue baby how’s the only case where I was born in the hospital. I was born October 27th 1991 I was supposed to be born on December. Don’t forget cinnamon tea it’s bad to intake Cinnamon when your pregnant. I didn’t know I had a baby family members thought I was but I didn’t really know and I was drinking cinnamon supposedly they told me don’t drink cinnamon.

  • Hasn’t anyone bothered to tell her so far that she already has enough natural “black” on her, and therefore those eyes (and also the whole face) would be much more beautiful if they remained simple and natural…!!??

  • Thank you very much for bringing so many interesting people with very insightful works! You are also very charming and a good interviewer.

  • 1 tbsp. Finlandia butter, 1 tbsp. MCT oil, 1 tbsp. Heavy cream, 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder, pinch of ground cinnamon. I call it “KETOMOCHARIFFIC!”

  • To do my first keto Coffe i use your recipe and I’m love it. So i want thanks you because thanks to you i learn a lot about keto, today past almost 2 year and I’m happy can keep this journey with you. Unfortunately in my country Poland, fitness and government and all this people try tell fat couse hart attack and we need carbs and all this craps to be healthy. The news about keto came to us but of course is published hating by fake media. People like you are necessary to tell people true and helps them live healthy and happy, I have hope you never stop doing that. At the end i want wish you mach love and health and happy for you and all your wonderfull family.

  • I don’t know how you can do the Keto diet especially if you want to lift heavy weights. I mean long term. Each one to their own I supposebut for me it became impossible to be full of energy without good, healthy carbs as a fuel source. Going to the gym became impossible! Though short term, like a couple of weeks or so I noticed how it burned off fat. But then I started to feel very weak. But it was not only that, I also just felt so sick having to consume so much fat! 70%!! Having rich food like eggs and avocado, butter, cheese or cream or bacon or fatty meats is like a treat, when you go out for dinner to a good restaurant or something but everyday, day in day out, and for breakfast! And hardly any fruit? You try living in a hot country like me in Kenya….. you live on bananas and mangoes! In fact the millions of people living on the breadline in Africa just do not have the money to live on a Keto diet they can only afford the local cornmeal and beans that’s the only thing they have. But that is just my perspective. I am sure different diets work for different people! Thanks anyway for your videos: )

  • You inspired me to start the keto diet. In fact it was your video “how to lose weight” that made me decide to embark my keto journey. Guess what it worked! I’ve tried other diets methodologies before but nothing worked. Ketogenic diet helped me lose 35 pounds less than a year! Thanks man! You inspire me! Keep up the good work! God bless you and your family!

  • I have been eating higher carbs lately and went back strict keto a few days ago and now I remember why I love it so much. I feel friggin amazing again!! Even if I waver for a bit, I’ll always come back ❤️

  • Hi Jason! I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I did good on WW for a long time but I always felt deprived and then the program got so complicated and restrictive. I have been on keto for about 4 months and I have lost 22 lbs and more importantly I feel great and all my littlest clothes fit! I stay under 15-20 net carbs a day and always under 50 carbs total. I have worked out for years but did not see muscle definition until I started keto. I am about where I want to be with weight and wonder if you have any maintenance tips? Also, I have read over and over that it is bad to do keto for more than 6 months. Can you speak to that? Love your videos!

  • Dear Jason, we want to reduce our carbs in order to be in cal defficit in order to give the body a chance to use its storage fat as energy and eventually lose weight (energy balance). If we replace the carbs with fats we will not be in cal defficit and will not lose weight!!! It is normal to feel a little hungry when we are in cal defficit because the body doesn’t want to use its storage and all cares about is survival.
