  • Funny thing is, I was attracted here because of the 4,5,7 minute workouts. Now I WANT to exercise for longer! I pair her workouts and feel amazing. I lost 10 pounds in the first two months! It all began with changing to a healthy breakfast and down to one coffee a day. Then I found the short workouts before work one morning. I love the way I look and feel! It all begins with one small change, then add Lucy! Thanks Lucy! ❤️

  • This literally killed me.
I know this workout looks super easy but it takes a lot of energy and you can literally feel your body burning all over!

  • Hi are these work outs on here the one and done work outs? because I’ve just listened to on Instagram you say its 20 seconds of high intensity and 2 minutes rest, so if I was to these exercises on you tube would I get the same results..thanks

  • Thank you Lucy, it is easy, simple excercise but makes me sweat at home! I like the way you made it with two options. Now that everyone stay home bcos of the virus, it is the best way to excercise!

  • i’m going to share my progress for motivation
day one: workout was really hard, i’m out of shape and i haven’t been in softball because of covid. so i had to take some breaks but the workout felt good:)
day two: i woke up feeling a little less bloated and i felt motivated for today. but when i was working out i felt a little sore and out of breath.

  • Yep this is a good one. Second day done. Doing this with another one of your 7 mins hiit work out. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to lie down

  • Yaa this is superr work out how many of you choose the hard one I love Lucy workout because it effects a lot thank you Lucy

  • I have only been doing your workouts for about 6 weeks. Combined with eating a low carb diet and your workouts I have lost 10 lbs. I just wanted to say Thank you sooooo much for all the workouts. I have been doing all your challenges. It makes working out a lot of fun. I feel myself getting stronger and stronger. Again thank you. Your awesome!

  • Well I been taking breaks but I noticed that I am getting skinny and I have lines forming my stomach. Two on the outside where my muscles been working.

  • I just wanna say I really appreciate how you have an easier alternative shown bc I need it for certain moves, I just started out with working out and hopefully I’ll be able to do the whole thing un-modified eventually!

  • I love your workouts. I really feel like my whole body has worked. What I don’t like is that you abandon us on the stretches. You’re so busy with your self-promotion that you forget to tell us you’ve changed legs. I had to face away from the screen to hold on for balance and missed it. I even missed it facing the screen because of all the distracting pop ups. Yes, we know you are on Instagram etc, etc. Lighten up on that cause it’s taking away from your fantastic workouts.

  • My first time doing SIT. Great! Found it easy to follow. I’ve done 3 rounds and am now off for me sea swim. Do you do a warm down at all? Jane

  • Found this video after seeing the advert for the One and Done. Here you say to repeat 3 times, are the One and Done 7 min workouts to be repeated as well? Thanks so much!

  • This was awesome! Saw your 7 minute exercise videos for $29 lifetime. I’m gonna play around here for a while. Haven’t been exercising like I should (menopause has been kicking my butt) But you are inspiring me with these short exercises and time amounts to make me think it is now doable to kick menopause’s butt!:) Can’t afford the $29 dollars now (1st grade teacher and all) so I’ll be here for a little while until I can find the money and pay for the other program:) Thanks for making these freely available!!! I really appreciate it!:)

  • When Lucy said “You are going to love me after this workout” I blurted out “ I already love you.” I felt like such a geek but these workouts are amazing.

  • Did 2 rounds-very overweight with sciatica & scoliosis-57 years old. Am trying to do at least 2 videos (sometimes more if time) per day.So far, I like all of them except the jumping, which I modify!!

  • I’ve recently discovered you, Lucy, and what a joy you are! Love your enthusiasm and simply love listening to your gorgeous voice. I’m completing about 3 of your 7-12 minute workouts every morning and I actually look forward to completing them. Keep up doing all that you do. You truly are a gift!

  • Lucy, your videos are so helpful, encouraging and simple, therefore easy to commit to. I wonder if you have any videos for our people of 65 years and older? Your simplicity and ease to follow the videos would be a hit for our parent’s generation.

  • Hi just trying on one of my favourite dresses after 2year of not butting it now ❤️ I got on now ❤️ great job God bless you Amen thank you so much amazing job high 5 just done it I’m going to keep going through okay.I actually really enjoyed our work time together it’s been so much much fun with you thanks for your time. With this great exercise God bless you Amen

  • Thanks Meredith!!! Saw your YouTube ad then I freaked when it disappeared!!! So glad I found you!

Excited to start this easy fast routine. I have been healthy my whole life but bothered by my flabby abby 😉 and want to make sure I maintain good cardio health. My body and closet would be a lot happier with about 10 less pounds too 😉 THANK YOU for sharing this!

  • Well, let’s get started
Day 1: I’m literally dying but I’ll be fine.
Day 2: Better than yesterday, no results yet, but soon.
Day 3: My belly hurts, but I can see some results here.

  • I’m currently on the hunt for a workout that helps aim for a small waist and flat stomach (not bulky abs) so can anyone let me know if this workout has made anyone boxy or bulky abs? Thanks!

  • Am glad I found you, made workout easy for me. Still following your 7days workout which will be over in four days, then I can start with this. Thanks for sharing.

  • Please encourage me with motivation,I dropped a stone then during pandemic many things such as home school, more sitting and baby care I have gained 2 kg.I just want to do 2 workouts everyday

  • Hey Lucy, I’ve finally had the time to place a comment on here! So I just wanted to say that I read your article in the paper, and I was really touched by your story, and how certain parts resonated with me as I’m sure it did with others who read the article too: you truly are one brave, inspirational woman .
I’ve been following you since you had around 200 subscribers, and I Have done the odd workout from time to time.
I’m made up to see the amount of followers you have now gained as you truly deserve it, and your parents must be even more proud of you than ever before.
I personally just wanted to say a big thank you to you, for your kindness in providing so many free exercise uploads, advise and inspirational motivating comments. For me! I’ve always been the type of person to put everybody else first and myself last, but 2020 seems to be a turning point in my life, at 44 I’m still learning in this so called world of life, and will always be learning I guess! So, on Monday 24 Jan 2020 I started with a new exercise regime for me, and whilst I’ve only been at it for 6 days, I’m truly proud of my self because I usually so easily give in, and give up!
There are so many kind people on here, who have given the likes of me the opportunity to exercise for free and find what works for them, so I just wanted to share this with your fellow subscribers. I’ve committed myself to a 30 min daily exercise regime of ‘move into 2020’ by ‘up to the beat’ channel by Gina B (This is a walk dance video to really great music, and the instructor is also very encouraging). The reason for me sharing this, is because I love to dance, and music just encourages me more and more, and it makes the exercising more enjoyable and the time fly’s by. There is a warm up, workouts and then a cool down. Once completed, I then do your ‘7 min workout series 2; which is just brilliant). Sometimes, I will listen to you on the workout, or a will mute and play dance music! But this is what is currently working for me, and by sharing my experience, hopefully I will inspire someone else to make the positive change for them
So, thanks again Lucy and best wishes to you xxx

  • I just found you today and so excited. Do you have any videos for hurt knees by chance? I have pain in both knees and really need to lose weight to help these poor knees of mine. Any help is so appreciated

  • Thank you Lucy, this was tough as I’m so rubbish at coordination! I can’t get the last move at all so I just do normal star jumps for that last minute!! Sweating

  • Your workouts are great. I don’t feel drained and exhausted after them which was something other workouts were causing. I am trying to do your workouts twice a day if I can but so far have managed to do 7 minute workouts two days straight. I can see myself sticking to your routines which is what makes these so effective

  • I just wanted to say thank you I just discovered your work outs and they are wonderful! Especially since most of us are stuck inside at this time and all the gyms are closed. They are quick and easy to follow with no equipment needed. Being from South Florida its so nice to see the beach again.

  • Sorry if already mentioned but could you include how many calories each workout burns? (I know it depends on individual level but just a rough guide would be very handy!)

  • I just want to say thank you for producing these 7 min workouts. I love them! Every day I lay my daughter down for her nap and immediately start my daily 7 min workout. It’s something just for me and my health and really gives me energy to go after the rest of my day. You are awesome!

  • Hi, Meredith, just found your videos and I’m loving them, especially this one. I’m 54 and don’t really like going to the gym. I do pilates twice a week and I’m wondering if doing 3 series of this video every day would count as cardio. Thanks.

  • I’m a life/weight loss coach who found myself up 10 pounds as a result of this covid-19 situation. Needed to change stuff up! Started walking, eating intentionally, managing my bRAIN, and have lost 10 pounds! Now I’m bringing it up a notch by adding walk/running. I’m needing to condense the time it takes to get these calories burned and to get strong! I found this workout and am super stoked!!! Your awesome! I’ll stick with this for a week, adding more reps and then move on from there. Looking to be thin AND FIT! That’s one thing I can do, Improve my own immune system to help mitigate any pandemic risk! Thank you!!!!

  • I read your back story and am so inspired by it. Just moved to a new country, husband just out of the military, two young boys, I’m job hunting. It’s all rather overwhelming, but so important to carve out some workout time. So Lucy’s 7 min workout is perfect. Thank you Lucy, you are an inspiration. And good luck to all my fellow Lucy fans!

  • I was expecting something a little more full on, but it’s basically the same as my everyday workout routine. Why don’t I have her body yet lmaoooo

  • Ms Lucy, I love your videos. You mentioned sweating and I don’t sweat like everyone else even during spin class. I’ve had class instructors shame me n tell me I wasn’t putting any effort into the exercise. I stopped going to the gym and taking classes. I live in a desert climate where it reaches 110 n no sweat. Is it something to be concerned about. Thanks

  • Thanks Meredith, I enjoyed this full body workout. I’ve just completed this work out for the first time x 2. I usually do HIIT 20 mins on the treadmill and then toning exercises with dumbells but I don’t seem to be getting the results I am after i.e weight loss and toning
    a) Will this full body work out replace my workout successfully especially if I want fast weight loss?
    b) How long before I see results?
    c) Can I complete this workout everyday or how often for best results?

  • OMG Lucy how do you coach throughout this tough little exercise?? I can barely breath
I’ve enjoyed it and will be back tomorrow

  • By the way, a few of your subscribers have come from me…I tell everyone about you. I have your program, but I typically do the workouts you email to me, like this one. They are killer! I’m 60 and in decent shape. I need to firm up for sure…and lose 15 pounds. I’m not going to the gym or to my trainer since COVID, but I’m really enjoying working out at home with weights, walking, cycling, and doing your video workouts. Thanks so much!

  • this isn’t so hard, but she is so rude,no second brea, actually that’s not problem but she don’t put small video about what is next….from me DISLIKE

  • I mean she is so amazing. Her exercises are so effective. I always just want to leave and sit down but she just keeps motivating me so much that I just cant. She is so sweet that i cant give up so easily. I get out of breath after 15 secs and there she is TALKING while doing the same
    You’re a hero Lucy
    ❤❤❤

  • I have problems with my knees: I can’t put any pressure on them. Also, I have diastasis of the recti of the abdomen. How can i modify the exercises?

  • This one is really an energy booster! I can do this when Im too tired to do anything else-then get a little more done. Please do more like this!

  • This workout is amazing! It is so hard to fit in exercise, and sometimes it’s hard to want to do the exertion, but telling myself that it’s just seven minutes really helps!

  • Ur all d videos r fab. M a big fan. Ur exercise r very impact full.. lots of lv from India♥️
Please make 20 min high impact cardio full body workout.

  • Do you lose brest sizewhen you trainingt. Because i wish to lose some because i have G size. Please help me vith lose boobs i hate them.

  • Thank you for this helpful workout!!! I’m currently stranded at my workplace and I’ve been doing this since March 21. And I’m used to it already like even if I’m on my period, I just can’t skip this magical exercise ❤️

  • Hi Lucy. I began w your upper arm exercises. Then saw this session & switched. I’m 70+ & doing okay w being on the right for all but the last exercise… which is too hard for me due to a physical problem… for which I see a physio twice a week… for 12 years now. But am surprising myself abit in being able to keep up w you! My weight has stayed the same (not high w my problem, nor do I look overweight). I have lost some muscle mass, so am also walking at least 1 mile a day… vigorously. It’s my belly which I’d like to get flat or (flatter again). Thanks so much for your upbeat workouts & for avoiding all vulgarity. I really appreciate that too!

  • I have been following your workouts for several months and they work magic!
Also I am under 29 and suffering from a bout of Sciatica pain. Which means I can’t workout like this anymore. Can you please make a video for sciatica friendly cardio or toning exercise???

  • I did this workout today outside with the kids (ages 2,2 and 4 years old) were playing outside. Wow this was the first time I was able to complete a workout around the kids. Thanks Lucy I really enjoyed it.

  • I started working out after 5 months of my back surgery. Then July I became ill and had to rest. After a couple weeks I started back up again. Love your work outs! Short and sweet. Very effective! Deterrmined to lose 10lbs! Thank you! Your wonderful!

  • Hi Meredith, thank you for your video!
What time of the day would you recommend to do these exercises? Is it better to do it first thing in the morning or evening? On an empty stomach or after eating?
    Thank you, from Scotland

  • Just started today…good start!!
Love the explanations and the 2 sides in one, beginner and intermediate makes me feel less self conscious.
    Thanks Lucy!!

  • Love your workouts! Age 69 years young. Sometimes I can only do the high intensity for 30 seconds and then switch to the low intensity. But still moving!

  • i’m gonna do this workout for a month and i’ll come here everyday to let you guys know how it goes! wish me luck

day 1: obviously no difference but i felt really good and refreshed after

  • This is the first time I have ever stuck to anything for more than a day! I normally do a workout or a run and think ‘I’m going to do this 3 times a week’ and never have I actually done that in the past 2 years. I have now done this (and now some yoga too) every day for 4 days in a row!

  • I simply love this! Just did this yesterday and my body was aching when I woke up this morning. But that didn’t stop me from doing it today. Thank you so much for this amazing workout, Lucy! ❤️

  • Did this yesterday and breezed through it. Started it again today and thighs just would not let me do the jump squats. So bewildered and amused ✨✨

  • Completed this as part of the 100 Chances January planner. I am so out of breath and the sweat is dripping off me! First time I’ve done this one. I couldn’t do all the moves on the right but I did about 70% of them

  • I just did this workout, and I thought it was going to be pretty easy. It actually kicked my butt and made me very tired after. I’m definitely going to do this again!

  • I gave up at 2:42. Congratulations you weak bitch.
Edit: Nevermind I did it by taking breaks (I know it defeated the purpose but my body needs to start slowly so I will go at her {my body’s} Phase) in between. Though now I feel a bit dizzy {that’s because I just got braces and couldn’t eat proper food so…} but nevertheless I have decided to record my progress here BI
    Day 1 (30/11): Done
    Day 2 (1/12): Done
Wanted to give up at 4:30 instead took a few seconds break but this time I am actually been able to do it all for a longer while.

  • Just found you yesterday. Age 60 did two sets. Interested in “love handle” exercises. I have a flat tummy but handles above my hips so my waistline in more straight. Ideas to tackle those muscles?

  • Hello guyss…if you are reading..let me tell you..
I have did this workout along with one more 7 minutes workout of leg for 1 week n guess what?..I have lost 1 kg…
My weight was stagnate…but finally I managed to break that pleatue effected..
Now my weight is 56.25 and 1 week before exercise it was 57.20

  • Thank you beautiful, this is an amazing workout. I started today and it was very hard, for my body is weak from cancer, chemo, and one month in hospital. I’m going slow and will report back in 21 days with a praise report. Thank you
    God’s own princess

  • Hello Lucy. I already tried your 7 day 7 minute challenge belly fat and it actually works for me. From 70 kilos to 68,and lost inches on my belly fats. Thank you!

And I am going to try this. I really want to work out on my current weight and to specifically lose fat on my back, arms and belly. Looking forward to this workout. More powers! ☺️

  • Hey lucy you are awesome. I have gained alot after 2 kids now I want to reduce my waist hips belly fat and thighs infact I wanna drop dress size as well. Pre kids I was small size now I am large. I want to ask you about the combo of your workouts I picked.
    7 minute pear shape
    7 minute thigh slimming

    Will this help me?

  • You are the best. Your programme and philosophy. Back to life thanks to you. Following every day and will continue. Many thanks from a Slovakian gal locked down in Belgium.

  • my problem is what work out should i choose…like i want to loose belly fat so i wanted to follow 7 min work out…then i wanted to do arm workout nd then legs or thighs workout……so should i do individual body parts workout or whole body workout Lucy if you read this comment then please reply

  • Love her calm but energetic tone! Her instructions are simple & clear!! Very motivating.
The music volume and rhythm is perfect!!
    Thank you I love it

  • Just did this for the first time it would be helpful if you let us know at what time you will need to rewind back at the end:) great workout though!

  • Have just joined in and am very unfit but I enjoyed this and managed to do nearly all of it and also did 3 times. I guess as I do more and get fitter it will become easier and more effective

  • My goodness I am out of breath! I am 11 weeks pregnant & Always do the one on the right! I haven’t worked out in a while but I love these 7 min workouts! Love it! thank you Lucy for being my awesome encouraging Online trainer ❤️

  • Love your videos, doing the arms and legs 7 min… planning to start this one too. My question is after doing these videos for 7 days (arms, legs and this one) what is next?
Thank you for helping us loving ourselves more ❤

  • OMG, Lucy! I have to reiterate what everyone else is saying. So jazzed for this new workout after training with you every day for the past month. Started the workout, thinking “oh, yeah, new challenge!” I see your move and think “OMGWTF!” Then, you say “It’s as simple as that.” Okay, I trust you, Lucy. You coached me through every other of your workouts, many of which I began with those same doubts and ended with “I did this. I am stronger.” By the end of this week, I’ll say the same thing. Either that or the cats will enjoy lying down on me when I’m dead on my floor.

  • Thank you for this wk…as i did mention i wanted a hiit!!…i last day tomorrow and the beginners wk.
    Yes sweaty palm..high five darling!

  • I tried it and… OMG it looks easy but it is so fucking hard! Specially the legs exercises! But i like it after all and i hope that i can do it daily!
People who did it did you lost weight? And is it good!
    Thank u

  • I have been doing workouts with Lucy daily here in Florida, and my oncologist would approve of this one whichever side you follow! Cardio is key to keeping cancer away. Thank you, Lucy!

  • i really don’t like that there is just silence 50% of the video i hope in your new ones, you, as a “fitness” guide, distract with your voice the people that are struggling. i am on my third day and it feels awesome, but i do turn on my music so my mind is distracted

  • As someone who hates exercise and the gym I started with doing a single 7 min workout and now I’m onto doing 3, 7 min workouts a day! Looking to maybe add another 7 min workout in now!

  • I don’t see anything particularly different in this workout than others. I follow MADFIT and her workouts are fantastic. Insane results with mostly no repetitions.

  • done it. But not sure if this is the only one i need to do for 7 days to loose some weight or do i need to combine it with some other workout. Awaiting an answer!

  • First time today. I have faith in this.I’ve followed the left and I’m sweating. It’s really intensive workout. Definitely a daily routine. Can’t wait to do it again.Thank you Lucy ❤❤

  • I prefer the old style of your videos with voice over. your voice is much calmer, which makes me calm during the training even if it gets harder..

  • I am glad to come across your videos. It is a 2nd day I am doing it. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. I am not sure if I will lose the belly fat or not, but I can say that after 7 minutes I am all sweaty and wet and feels good. The good is that for someone like me there is less pressure on my knees and are not very long to give up after a couple of days.

  • Hurray, Lucy! I swear to God I was desparate which one to do these days because I feel like I’ve had done almost every one of your workouts Thank you! Even though they are not new exercises just the thought that you are the one to pick them makes me be happy! ♥️ So new workout here I’m coming! ️

  • I searched a lot of this type of videos and this is my favorite one so far, I love that you left all the clips of you doing the exercises and that made me feel like I wasn’t exercising alone

  • Hiya Lucy, im a female who has just turned 50 and have always been size 10 until few yrs ago when I had to go on meds which have bloated me up to size 16.i have tried various ways of exercise and not stuck to them n not found them very motivating but your workouts are perfect for getting me sticking to a routine every day and feeling good about it! Its early days but I’ve lost some weight but I know ill keep it up.Thank you!!

  • Do you have exercises in the pool? Or can most of these be done in the water? I have severe hip and knee arthritis in both legs as well as low back pain so my doctor advised me to try exercising in the pool.

  • In a few months I have an audition for a model and I have to put down 15 kilos so I will update my weight and body measurements every day
Day 1: I felt a little sore on my abs but nothing excessive
    weight: 79 kg
    Chest: 96 cm
    Waist: 90 cm
    Hips: 104 cm
    Day 2: same as 1
    Day 3:
    Weight: 78 kg
    Chest: 96 cm
    Waist: 86 cm
    Hips: 103 cm

  • I’m 68 with severe arthritis., and I suffer from depression. I’m embarrassed to admit that I haven’t exercised in TOO MANY years. I get winded walking around the block. and I’m a quitter by nature. Today I followed this 13 minute video. I had to push myself to do it the second time. II hope I’ll continue this, but ‘ll probably ache tomorrow. I hope I’ll continue this the following day. It’s so much easier to eat some chips and go back to bed. Any motivation you can give me, I’d welcome it.

  • I am 46 years old and have been 15-20lbs over my desired weight for almost 10 years now. I once loved the jumping around huff and puff work out, but now I cannot bring myself to do it. I happened upon your fb page and love how quick and targeted your work outs are. I am wondering if I should follow a particular work out in order to lose weight.

  • I love your workout routines!!! I started 2 months ago and I have noticed the difference. I have also being using the waist trainer. I only do your workouts and some squats and running. Thank you!!!! This has being so helpful during quarantine.

  • Thankyou Lucy I have arthritis in my knees and a back problem so I do the easy one but I find I can do it for 7 mins and I thank you so much for helping me and my mental health xx

  • I am 70 and hoping to keep fit in lockdown. If I lost a bit of weight also would be wonderful which is why I chose this workout. 7 mins is very achievable so I am not put off. I have managed a week so far and hope I will continue. Thanks so much Lucy.

  • 70y/o. Was working out with trainer at the Y before Covid shut down. Love this workout!! Started with 3 reps and will work up. However, I have very bony knees and exercises where I have to have one or both knees on the floor leave my knees badly bruised even with a pad and even for the very short amount of time of the one exercise that requires it in this workout routine. I wrote asking about this after doing another one of your workouts and the response was a set of exercises that would strengthen the muscles around the knee. That is not my problem those muscles are strong and toned. Bony, bony knees is my problem. Help!!??

  • Morning Lucy
All your workouts are phenomenal. You are always incorporating different moves, hence I am using different muscles.
    Great job
    Take care
    Have a superbday

  • This is my second week on this one, I love it so much! Lucy, you designed this one so well, I feel like I’m always on the last move before I know it! The moves are interesting, and they’re challenging in a way that really forces you to pay attention; I like the coordination. This workout is doing a lot for my energy levels in this dreary February!! <3

  • I am finally back doing excercise.I do your workout but not regularly.Usually 1 week I don’t workout due to periods.Last I completed your 2 weeks summer body and after that just here and there.Your workouts are amazing.I am gaining weight constantly during this workout due to staying at home.Hope I will do it continously but consistency is the main issue.

  • Great video I can really feel the difference. I wish you could make the same one without the explanation of the exercises so I don’t have to stop in the middle of the routine. I like to follow along to keep me motivated.

  • Im not a expert but logically thinking if anyone wants faster results you could do those exercises longer but be sure you are doing it right

  • Hi!I’m a new subscribers of yours!
I actually want to ask a question,do you know what food that can increase metabolism or healthy diet?
Great video!I’m gonna start doing your workout today

  • I am a domestic abuse survivor and I have been barely able to get out of bed for the past three years while I have been treated for PTSD and several severe physical injuries. I started doing some of your videos recently and purchased the One and Done program just a couple of weeks ago..

I usually do the One and Done workout, then the beginners One and Done workout after that, followed by one of your other videos. Thank you so much for your contributions and excellent program. I feel myself getting stronger with each passing day.

  • Loved the workout. I do have a sore knee so it is helpful when you give examples to modify parts of workout! I was able to do 5 rounds!

  • Can do about 75% of this. Just turned 70 and have not exercised in a long time. My goal is to be able to pop up and down off the floor in time for the next exercise. LOL. Will get there. Thank you. Bought your program a while back and did not do it. Will now.

  • Hi Meredith,
Is this video the same or similar to your One&Done workout?
I am 45, more of two tweens and desperately need to loose at least 35 kg…i am 167cm and weigh 98kg. My joints hurt esp my knees and i have famiy history of OA. I live a sedentary lifestyle taking only up to 3500-5000 steps per day. I dont really like cardio and i think i may be able to fit your workout routine into my daily schedule. Kindly advise on what you would recommend for me. Much thanks.

  • Starting this tomorrow & I’ll update as I want to go from a size 12 to a size 10 again
    Day 1 done ✅ wow
    Day 2
    Day 3
    Day 4
    Day 5
    Day 6
    Day 7

  • Great workout! These 7 min workouts are perfect for the days I don’t go to the gym but still need to loosen up and get my heart rate going! Thanks Lucy!

  • WATCH OUT FOR BAD FORM!! By 5:30 my neck felt so strained! Good workout I really felt it in my abs, just don’t be an idiot like me and keep your form straight:)

  • I just watched this. I haven’t worked out in so long other than walking the dogs. I’ve done the weight loss thing more times than I can count and really have just pretty much given up and just try and not gain any more weight. Unfortunately, I have type 2 diabetes now even though my weight is stable. Is this for someone like me? What if can’t do the whole thing?

  • Just found your videos. I’ll be 60 in a few months. I used to be very active and physically fit. Not so much now. These are all very doable. Thank you so much for creating all of this❤️

  • And this is my favorite video so far! 2 rounds but I’ll get to 3 very soon. 60 in Sept, EDS, but I can do this one and really work up a sweat fast

  • When you subscribe are the beginner workouts easier for an older person with arthritis? This was a little tough getting up and down fast enough. Thanks
