  • Hi. I’ve started this workout today. I am completely out of shape and weigh around 80kg. I was around 90kg last year and reduced around 10kg just by controlled diet. But for the last month or 2 I am stuck at 80kg without any changes. I am starting with this workout with my fingers crossed. I hope I see some changes before I lose my motivation again.

  • Background: I’ve never once done any workout, I thought it would be better if I choose the more challenging one and when I was into the last 20 second of 1st step (it was that time when I knew I fucked up) my heart rate sped up to another level it was inhuman.

    Day 1: Completed but I felt like I’m from a moment or two from dying. I was having cramps on my stomach after I was done with my workout for half an hour. Hope it gets better.

    Day 2: Done… it was difficult (still the high impact). Cramps: check ✔… felt like dying on the last move.
    Still hoping it would get better

    Day 3: done. Sweat. Cramps. Didn’t get any easier.

    I just couldn’t breathe,I took a 10second break specially after the jumping moves but at the end I am feeling really good not tired but energetic��and yeah it took me 20 mins to do this though��

  • Personal Trainers aren’t necessarily working in the gyms to only train fitness-knowledgeable individuals. We do what we do in order to help rehabilitate, to teach corrective form, to teach proper diet and resting ways of life, to give the necessary positive reinforcement, and to encourage constant growth and understanding why having higher health standards is of utmost importance. Not everyone can do a bodyweight squat, jumping jacks, pushups, situps, or even be able to get off of the ground easily. That’s where myself and those like me in the industry come in.

    We are all important in the fitness world so please don’t try to down-play Certified Fitness Trainers in order to talk yourself up.

  • I warm up with jumping Jack’s and running in place and stretching and then mix in light weighted squats,push ups and lifting dumbbells. Light stretching in between and try to keep the heat rate up. Its important to realize it will be really hard for atleast a month but after it will be easier. Be sure to eat right or it’s all for nothing. Anyone can workout but hardly anyone can eat healthy consistently. Takes a strong willed person.

  • I really like the slow buildup of this HIIT workout. It starts slow indeed then increases and increases to finish out totally soaked and out of breath, looking for a respirator and a pool of icy water. Very good efficient stuff, can’t recommend better!

  • I am kind of late, but I’ve just started doing this workout and I wanna share everything with you to hopefully help at least one person. I am 163 cm tall and my weight is 64 kg. I am pretty unfit, although I do exercise sometimes, but I just lose motivation very quickly. So I am kind of familiar with working out, just so you know. As I’m writing this, I’m only at day two, but I can already tell you that I am loving this. I don’t know what my results are gonna be, but I am not expecting anything crazy in just a week. The most important thing to me is how I’m feeling and am I seeing any little change to motivate me. Check the updates for each day now (I’ve done the workout twice a day, every day except the first):
    DAY 1 Wow this was A WORKOUT. I am covered in sweat, but feeling great. The moves are really not that hard, I could follow her nicely. But I do feel like I’ve completed a hard workout and my legs hurt already.
    DAY 2 Definitely feeling sore from yesterday. The workout felt the same, not easier, but not harder. Again, feeling great.
    DAY 3 Oh boy, I am really sore today not gonna lie, it hurts like hell. But I was still able to do it.

  • Helloo everyone….can we do HIIT everyday? And what is the difference btw cardio and HIIT….i have been searching this for almost a week….i couldnt figure out anything….if anyone knows about it pls do rply…and doing HIIT everyday wont give you results?

  • Hello everyone!

    I want to be very honest. I’m 22 years old and I weigh 77 kg (last time I checked). To some of you this might be an ideal weight, which is amazing and I’m so proud of you. Unfortunately, for me it’s just fat, no muscle. I wake up in the morning and every time I look at myself I feel disgusted. I think my body shape and image are huge contributors to the state of mind I am in right now. I’m very self-conscious and I wear very loose clothes and every time I try to wear my jeans, I feel very uncomfortable as they feel so tight and I get a choking feeling. I sit in them for hours trying to convince myself that I look fine and my body doesn’t look bad. However, I end up taking them off, canceling all my plans and staying in bed doing absolutely nothing. I feel comforted staying away from people. I got so clouded with the thought of going to the gym and the idea of working out at home never occurred to me. I almost made it seem like if there are no machines or anything to use for working out, I can never work out. I’ve suffered from a head injury last year and my emotions have been getting to me even more. I isolated myself and at that point I stopped weighing myself. I stay in bed, eat very late at night and be completely a waste. I eventually started browsing through YouTube (mostly food channels and whatever I find in my recommendations) and I found out about this channel. I started watching and thinking to myself “is this really possible?”. I felt like I had hope. I felt sorry for myself and I really no longer wanted to sit in bed and do nothing, I wanted to start off slow, so I have been forcing myself out for short walks in the park. I knew that if I were to jump straight into all this, I’ll be overwhelmed. So, I made a promise to myself to start doing what’s best for me. I’m going to buy some affordable gym wear and any yoga mat I find and starting from my bedroom and I’ll work my way up. For now, my plan is to look at the summer shred challenge and start off from there. I’m still under medication from my injury but will make sure to work to the best of my ability without harming myself and still challenge myself.

    I’m writing this post as some sort of commitment I need to fulfill, to give me some sense of responsibility. I want to start and update the post so that maybe one day I really achieve what I want and I look back and see that I was truly determined and motivate myself. Perhaps also one day others who are in my current state would want to start their own journey too. I really can’t wait to start and update this post.

    I hope whoever reads this finds motivation in them. I wrote a very broad summary of my story and there’s a lot that goes into all this, but until I find the courage in me to break all what’s breaking me, I’ll keep working hard. I hope we all find strength.

  • I will be doing this at the office as a break, so will mainly do the moderate version. But I will do it for a week and update you at the end (I don’t own a measuring tape, so will go by grams lost, if any, and how I feel) ��
    Day 1: ✔️ Great to be up and moving!
    Day 2: ✔️ More out of breath today and feel tired in my arms from yesterday. That’s a good thing, it’s working! Not doing so good when it comes to healthy eating though ��
    Day 3: �� Feeling strong today!

    Then my mother got sick, so I have to finish the challange when I am back from visiting her. Should be able to do this every day anyways ��

  • I’m going to try this when I get home today. I’m already doing the 50 burpees a day challenge. I’ll add this to it. The way I’m going to do this like I learned from Charlene Johnson. Do these exercises 2x. The 1st time do it in a slow steady pace to “warm up”, learn the exercise and get used to it and the 2nd time do it again but as fast as you can in a minute.

  • Its incredibly irritating how awful her form is. To anyone inexperienced in doing these exercises, that might mimic her shape and movement risks serious injury

  • Hey i need some help
    I started doing your exercises about a year ago and also i quit all the sweets and processed food and slowly i almost even quit eating. I was eating either popcorns or some pulses and that too once in a day, because of it i got really ill and skinny and i started looking almost like a skeleton and with the help of my doctor i gradually started eating a bit but then one fine day i decided ( almost 6 months ago) that i will eat all sort of things and gradually i started getting addicted to sweets and food. But i don’t know what sort of addiction is this because i still eat only once a day but i feel like eating more of sugary food and i want to eat more but i feel really ashamed about it. I really don’t know what to do i am finding myself sneeking food from kitchen and when someone asks me to eat i behave as if i hate eating. Please help.

    Btw i feel now my body weight is just normal i don’t have bulging tummy but yes because of my genes i have some fat (or skin ) around my waist and probably because of it i don’t want to eat but I really want to eat��

    I’m in my 3rd week of 7 min workouts each day.
    I must say the stretching has helped me tremendously with my arthritis in my neck and back. I look forward to the exercise and relief. Bonus In loosing 3cms off my waist and hips.     I always do a longer one, 10 minutes or more in the morning, and have been loving the results. Lately, I’ve been adding a shorter one before dinner to take things to the next level.:) I literally said to myself, I wonder if she has a shorter one for arms, abs and thighs? LO AND BEHOLD!
