  • “we are the drivers and mechanics of the most powerful engine in the world”. we most certainly are my belief is take something from every lecture and you build an immense knowledge from many sources and remember we are all unique and therefore we will absorb and apply information in different ways as Sandra illustrated at the beginning of her lecture with the story she told…. Thankyou Sandra….,

  • This chick is hilarious. her speaking, why does she talk like that. She sounds like she’s from the south. elephant hunting…lol. She reminds me of a big texas wife.

  • !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOW to HEAL from overactive bladder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    SUFFER ABOUT 3 HOURS.

If you do not believe will suffer 1.5 hours, it will be easier, but most likely will not be cured, everything will return. But when 3 then evidently something in the brain switches.
I was riding the train and it was embarrassing to go to the toilet often, endured. Not clocked, but I think about 3 hours suffered. First hard (about 1 hour), but then becomes harder. Maybe because the bladder is full and the new liquid comes out with sweat. I was sweating.
Later, when I went abroad on earnings beginning of manifesting. Again suffered 3 hours-passed.
If that write on email: [email protected] gmail.com

    !!!!!!!!WHEN CURED, RASPOSTRANEN THIS INFORMATION!!!!!!!!

  • Brother I hope this helps me I plan on trying a keto diet because of my seborrheic dermatitis and hear it helps my scalp is so so dry my hair is brittle and thin I’m only 21 I sound like I’m 16:/ sometimes even on the phone people think I’m a female

  • I totally disagree with this. I was a skinny college boy before like literally a twig looking body and started going to the gym and no I didn’t get hurt just because I look like I couldn’t lift. I started low weights when lifting of course I will put more weight to it every week. From 90lbs now im 160lbs in 1 year. By doing so it helped me eat alot by not forcing my self. It comes off to me naturally that I have to eat more togain weight. My body is actually good in shape now so stop with your propaganda shit and let people exercise.

  • Regular meditation combined with some basic breathing exercises throughout the day will skyrocket your mental abilities through the roof. In fact, every aspect of your being will benefit greatly.

  • U r right daniel, iam. A medical scientist, u well said, and thnk u to increase my information about this sub, love u, lots of love from kerala

  • Hahha, okay. Hopefully this was the last piece of bullshit I heard in this year.
This is so lame, I started to think that he is not even real, or doing it for fun to read comments, it cant be real he thinks like that. Like, dude, you must have had a very bad childhood if you never run during the play with your friends or played football or sword fight with sticks anythingxd

  • This single task stuff makes me think about how a computer has a certain RAM capacity and this determines how many programs it can run at once, computers can run multiple programs but at a lower efficiency rate as opposed to just having one program working. Sounds a lot like us

  • Veryy valuable video for me with a problem of OAB…tnx for sharing tips Meghna…what r the pelvic exercises…plz guide me for that.

  • I am a woman, like learning anything about guys since I live daily routine taking care them
but how about sore muscles, back pain and any other medical advice.

  • STOP! DO NOT POP UP ON WORKOUT VIDEOS! PLEASE DON’T. I really want you to hear me about this. The vast majority of the people that are out there exercising are sick of your ad and having hard time to stay motivated because of your interruption.

  • I just finished watching the 90 minute Masterclass. I wanna enroll in Wildfit but I’m broke. I will just continue my low carb high fat diet for now

  • STOP! DO NOT WATCH THIS! just PLEASE STOP!
THIS is JUST a CLICK BAIT telling you NOT TO EXERCISE!
STOP STOP STOP!!! don’t WASTE your TIME!

  • “The vast majority of people who exercise are doing more harm than good”
This simply isn’t true and it makes me immediately distrust anything else you have to say.

  • Oh okay, I thought that exercising is bad…like totally…but alright. So does it mean people can still exercise as long as they are nourished?

  • hey Daniel please make a video how to take care of ur self I mean skin care not only skin care but whole body after hitting the gym summer has arived and too much sweet sweat i hope u will…I always find your video helpful keep goin on god bless you…love from india❤❤❤

  • Eric shares with us how important it is to be healthy from the inside first when it comes to our physical fitness. To achieve the best results, our bodies have to be in prepared for the challenge ahead. Ever thought about this before?

  • An exmaple of those who achieve this is Warren Buffett investor in his eighties and still inspiring and growing his business and profits. You might not approve of his goals but he is living it.

  • This video is useless. If she knows so much, why isn’t she the most successful person in the world? She could learn anything, right? BTW, she didn’t even mention exercise or outside air (more saturated with oxygen than the indoor air).

  • Who likes my way of pronouncing TETOSTERONE (testosterone)?
Funny thing is that I have always pronounced it this way hahaha…
How boring life would be if all of us were perfect

  • First, it’s pronounced test-osterone.
Second, vitamin d does not increase testosterone, its lowers shbg which increases free test serum levels not total t levels. Thirdly, I sleep no more than 4 hours a night drink use drugs frequently, like weekly Haha and have had bloodwork and testosterone and free testosterone are still in upper levels of the range.

  • This is lovely but doesn’t take into account people with ADHD… it’s really difficult to be able to focus on one task.. I find it easier to focus when there’s another task outside of the task I’m doing at hand… no idea what to do with that after hearing this:/ if I have to focus on one thing without any distraction I become demotivated and it’s harder to achieve the task:(

  • Researching the toilets? That never worked, none of the maps have it. And we can’t use public toilets because it has risk of catching UTI!

  • Guys. lost a lot of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice now. Get a popular fat burn method called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I have lost a lot of fat. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I don’t really want lots of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood right now and so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • Awesome Daniel! What I like watching your videos is that it helps me improve myself. This is just one that I’ll keep in mind from now on..

  • I learned a lot about testosterone and how it affects men’s emotions as well! Thank you, Daniel! It’s not just a “how to be a macho man” video.:)

  • Browsing the comments section while listening to and sporadically watching the video and typing this comment. Single tasking failed!

  • Good message on Brain study by Dr.Sandra Bond Chapman.ph.D. The seven secrets are really a great idea to use the brain effectively. Thank you.

  • What would you recommend to eat for breakfast before a gym session? I’ve been practising intermittent fasting & only eat a few walnuts before a workout. Then I eat my first meal at 12:00 of salads & protein & fats. After a workout I sometimes feel so tired I go to bed after my meal.

  • Water, detox fluoride, and heavy metals. Tooth amalgam may contain mercury. Lower sugar intake. Cleans colon for better probiotic health. Exercise all muscles to eliminate the fluid waste in your toxic lymphatic system and sleep/nap well. Why? because your brain is corrupted by these problems and your naturally high IQ is severely crippled.

  • Not Shure if it’s a normal word everyone uses everyday but here’s how to say testosterone tes·tos·ter·one and I know it’s one at the end but it’s more of a own sound let me know if you’d like me to comment proper annunciation of other words honestly this guy’s awesome and I wouldn’t mind going over and watching just about every other video he has also grate work keep it!!!

  • Por favor… No Invadas la privacidad de las personas… entiendo que quieras vender…. pero por favor STOP STOP STOP Basta Basta!!! Eres Perturbador!!!

  • As always you are wonderful. Please do many more videos. You are so informative, interesting and sweet. I haven’t seen any new videos from you for quite a while. I miss you and your excellent videos. Thank you.

  • That’s actually what I thought, and nobody told me that. Don’t do exercise with a body that is fueled by garbage unless you want it to repair itself with garbage. But does this apply to drugs?
In terms of my eating, I’m doing better than most, hopefully it’s not OCD (who decides what actions are OCD anyways? Is Ben Greenfield OCD? It’s not OCD once it’s part of your lifestyle and causes no stress, as far as I know.):
I do almost always eat the healthier choices I have available to me, mostly avoid sugary/salty snacks or junk food, though I may sometimes have a few chips or a handful of popcorn or some snack that claims to be healthy when people around me are having it and I want to take part (but sometimes I just be there like when we went for ice cream the other day and I didn’t get any but I still went for the trip to get some healthy family time), but mostly I’m not even interested in junk food. Even dried dates tasted way too sweet for me, but dried figs were fine and then that tasted too sweet too. So normally I don’t eat too much fruits at one time and I can usually sense when it’s too much by listening to my body’s signals, but if I do as Ben Greenfield pointed out I can do some workout 20-30 min afterward to use the sugar I ingested. I always eat healthy fats, like extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil, but now I hear they sometimes mix it with garbage oils. How do I know then if it’s what it says it is? Coconut oil is easy and tastes great on many things, I assume that is what it says it is. So yeah, my body, which is built on the fats I eat, must be doing well for that. But…
    In terms of meds:
I’m on 1 pill of lithium orotate 120 mg (4.6 mg elemental lithium) that I take in middle of my early supper, and I take seroquel 75mg at night. I used to be on much much more, so thank God I’m coming down off those drugs, but it’s a process, so I gotta do it right and not get nervous about doing things wrong. I must stay calm and peaceful at all times. So please don’t try to freak me out by saying stuff like I’m gonna have permanent damage or crap like that, cuz I won’t believe it. I am strong and healthy and I trust that I will be fine, but I just want to know the best advice for getting off of them and how to do exercise from here. Am I down to low enough levels that as long as I stay hydrated I can live normally and do exercise as I wish, or is there some precautions that are best to take?
I know that some say not to take lithium orotate until further research is done, but my doctor told me to take it after I got a panic attack from getting off lithium carbonate (I didn’t know my emotions would be affected that easily and kinda gave myself that attack). And I can’t just stop taking it now without a proper way of doing so. If I should get off lithium orotate, what do u suggest I take instead at this point? I need to be calm and apparently that helps. If I’m not calm that is probably worse for my health, so what do you suggest? I need positive answers, not people telling me how damaged I am, because I do not believe I am damaged. My body is healthy and I will bounce back from any problems. I just want some health tips for this journey. Thanks!

  • Is it safe to take both vitamin d and zinc supplements in same time? Checked the nutritions in zinc supplement already have vitamin d.

  • Here’s a big idea. Use your own judgement about how much your brain can focus on, multi-task, or distract itself with for you to become the most unique individual possible.

Also consider that the beginning of this video starts with talk about becoming an astronaut and saying “we know more about the Universe than we do about our own brains.”

The irony is that most people still think space travel is a real thing, and if they’re looking for tips on using their BRAIN, then maybe implement some critical thinking about the stories we’re told about “The Universe,” and try to ascertain any tangible proof that any of it is true. Yep, sounds crazy at first. I thought so too. But there are two answers for why it is that we don’t feel the earth spinning at a 1,000 mph on it’s axis while also orbiting a sun at 67,000 mph, as the sun itself travels at 500,000 mph through the galaxy.

Answer 1The reason we don’t sense or notice any of those movements is because gravity keeps everything stable and the perfectly constant speed and rate of the orbits is so smooth that we should not expect to feel any of it. Sort of like traveling in a car or airplane, even though you do feel that motion slightly, especially when walking down the aisle to the bathroom. And it’s only one direction as well, at a slight fraction of any of the above speeds. But the idea that we can sit in a contained compartment with relatively little sense of it’s momentum, is the “sufficient” analogy for this commonly accepted answer.

ANSWER 2 We’re not spinning, orbiting or moving whatsoever, just as it feels and seems, 24/7.

This answer does require you to challenge the assumption that everything we are taught is “true” about the Earth we live on. Yet, ANYONE who takes the time to apply their BRAIN POWER toward figuring out which answer above truly makes the most sense, with the most proof using THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD, will find themselves ahead of where 99% of the population remains at the moment. And the ones who happened to read this comment, think it’s ridiculous, but then never look into what I’m saying just to make sure, are better off just taking this woman’s advice to “single task” their way through life.

  • I was trying exercise to become taller but my back is hurting now I am glad I saw this ad and if u have cold and mix of hot shower you can become taller

  • If all generations multi task this may hurt us individually but as a species could this lead to a mutation or evolve into our brains being better at multi tasking and thus making us more capable to do things?

  • I was expecting more than a motivational talk you tube is infested with motivational talks.
I just don’t believe the story about the kid and the tape recorder. It didn’t relate to your talk sorry.

  • I’ve seen alot of videos on Digestion and i can definitely say this video includes all the main points!! Keep growing bro Kudos to your great Effort Because India needs more education on such Important aspect like HEALTH

  • We’re what we think/believe, and sometimes eat. I know that without being told by so-called experts. If you know what you want out of your life, and are determined with it, nothing really matters. We need to be level headed emotion and rational need to go together. We need to act upon what we believe is righteous, not right. Many people are already confused to make a difference between the right and the righteous. In order to have integrity, we need to keep learning and experiencing life. That’s all there is to everyone’s life. It all depends on how seriously we’re interested in living each day fulfillingly according to your spiritual belief. Nothing complicated like this talk.

  • no everyone stop you need to respect everyone’s opinion and losing weight is only doing exercise is when you dont eat to much and eat the right things i lost weight by eating the right things so thanks Eric for your video it helps a lot

  • Habits should have also been mentioned. Incredibly powerful things

Also, The Art of Stress-Free Productivity: David Allen is quite a good talk about a similar topic

  • Thank you, Ms. Bond Chapman, for this inspiring and insightful TED Talk. I appreciate the clarity and passion with which you presented and explained the 7 practices to improve our brain performance. I agree that we still have a lot to learn and a lot of work to do, to spread these facts to our fellow people in the community. Let’s do this and thereby improve our brain health and healthy living habits!

  • Well, inhibit information and big idea thinking are kinda contradictory don’t you think? “Take ideas from disparate areas and combine them with your rich knowledge”; how would a person inhibit information and still have a rich knowledge? Or am I taking Inhibit information too seriously?

  • We didn’t go to the moon when they said we did… the missing link to the unlimited potential you speak of was being used by the people who were killed by your species.

  • This video is the reason why I subscribed. Others may not like the way he said “Stop! Do not exercise!” but I get that that sentence is what captures people’s attention… My attention.

I was so confused why he would say that and I knew that it won’t be the message so I kept on listening to it and didn’t skip the ad like those MindValley ads that just go straight into the point. He saved the message as a desert and that’s what made me skipped the skip button. It’s just a simple technique that I learnt when we were discussing about speech in class.

I like this video. I have to watch until the end to know the message. But I hope I will get less MindValley ads because I’ve subscribed already.

Oh, and I highly agree with this video. I’m that type of person who gain weight quite easily but I also lose weight easily. When I ditched my nutritious diet, my weight jumped from 57 kg to 63 (even 64) kg in less than 1 or 2 month(s) (I don’t remember). When I eat better, I naturally just lose weight even when I’m actually eating more. It’s more difficult for me to lose weight by skipping dinner/exercise/sleep more (yes, it helps to a lot of extent) when I’m eating unhealthy foods. As soon as I eat more nutririous food, my weight just jumped back to the normal and ideal weight, even less than that although I eat a lot at night now (mostly fruits).
Drinking a lot helps too because it makes it easier to do toilet number 2, which means I lose more weight by letting those “unwanted stuff” out.

  • This is why the deep state is so scared because people are learning to flex their cortex and their finding out that we do have a brain and we know how to use it! Our cell phones were created to take us away from focus and thinking for ourself and critical thinking we let our cell phones think for us!

  • Thanks brother for the video, and lots of respect to you for being modest and sharing with us about your brother and uncle, really appreciate that dear. Love to you from Cairo, Egypt.

    ME:ok……
2:07 The man: Now u can exercise
Me: ok so now u are telling me to exercise after like 2 minutes of watching this horrible full of nonsense video! Thx a lot

  • Hy bro I have watched your video and I really liked it……but I just want to ask..that my gain is not gaining properly and also foods don’t digest properly….kabhi kuch khata hoon toh kabhi kuch kuch gym bhi regular ja rha hoon

  • Good talk. I wish she would have added in the first point, Single Task, that this is an advantage. One of the two great things the brain can do is commit put all its resources on one problem. The other is that it can pull together bits of brain processing areas neural assemblies to solve that problem. I think it was Greenfield who said that.

  • Daniel, how do you like your coffee?: ] Love your videos, thank you for reliably great content. Your workout video has helped me reach the next level of fitness in the gym!

  • Me: pausing the video to share the first secret with my friend… Realised it’s multi-tasking, wrote this comment about it and realised AGAIN mid-way that’s it’s still multi-tasking:’)

  • 1. Single task 2. Inhibit information 3. Detox Distractions 4. The big idea 5. Calibrate mental effort 6. Innovation 7. Motivation

  • I multitask every day. Today while watching this and multitasking as always. As soon as she said the first one. I immediately closed out other tabs of what I was doing and focused on her. Thank you for the video.

  • I’m surprised I haven’t gotten this ad when I go to a workout vid and I wanted to see what everyone was complaining about so yeh:\

  • Thank you for all the advice. I’m also a model and have a channel. I’ve been doing a lot of research on these things as well
