  • OMG you’re everything I was looking for! You always look so happy, so nice and beautiful and your ‘morning tips’ are amazing! I’ll definitely try to follow them!

  • This is gonna sound so cheesy but I wish we could be friends in real life haha. I do so many things that you mentioned in the video and was like if only Jen and I could hang out. I would totally share my egg avocado toast with you

  • Can u do video about how to go back to ur regular sleeping habits because usually I sat up late during summer, and it’s hard to go back to ur regular sleeping schedule

  • Thanks for the healthy living tips, you guys rock! Have to make health a habit! It’s so important to me I created my own healthy living channel.

  • I have started a yoga challenge (Adriene’s) and I got a new job after I graduated in December! Big life changes and I am having to learn to roll with it all. My body is loving the yoga and my mind is enjoying the moments of calm silence. Good luck in your new year, friends!

  • It’s always so nice to get home from school or work and see that you have uploaded again! I was just wondering what daily affirmation app you use? I have been wanting to try these but haven’t found one that I really liked yet…

  • Hi chiutips I love each of your videos I have been following you for not to long and I am really love it,.. Those tips are fantabulous I better start drink more water and also plan my days for my YouTube channel love it chiutips

  • Thank you for making this!! I’ve been recently diagnosed with a chronic illness (RA) and I’m struggling to find my wellness balance! I’d love to know what affirmation app you use! Also I love the size of your notebook! Any fave planners or journals?

  • This will be the first normal week of 2019 for me. I really want to eat more healthy and have more time for mindfulness. I just wish I wasn’t so lazy with it!

  • What’s your AVC morning drink recipe? Do you make batches for the week? If so is it ok to drink it cold in the morning? Any other tips for that? Thanks in advance and I love your channel <3

  • I hope you see this but Native brand is really offensive to Native Americans. A lot of Native American activist is calling them out for the way they’re branding themselves. A good one thats for sensitive skin and that is culturally sensitive is the Arm & Hammer deodorants.

  • I can totally relate to the feeling you get when you were scrolling on social media for ages… I hate it! what helps me is to take a few weeks during the week off or just to delete instagram for a month or so, it feels so good!

  • i’ve been looking for a good CF vegan deodorant, will get the native pack asap! this will be my first time buying something from a sponsored video but i’ve noticed how unlike some other content creators, you only take on sponsorships that you actually believe in and are in sync with your values & ethics love your content and loved all of your tips!!! i really ought to apply all of them because i tend to neglect my physical health sometimes

  • Just gunna throw this out there. It’s important if you are on medications to take probiotics to keep your gut happy. That what my doctors tell me. Also talk to your doctor though cause I’m no practitioner

  • As someone with chronic illness as well I found Heal on Netflix really powerful! It’s definitely a little bit sensationalized with the editing but I found the underlying messages really made sense to me and have helped guide me in creating a bit of a more well-rounded healthy lifestyle to manage my illnesses.

  • You do realise that it’s capitalist neoliberalism that tells us we need to strive for our ‘best self’ constantlyand sells us the lie that we need to buy things constantly (clothes, beauty products, health products) to attain that. It also tells us we need to work constantly, so much so that we need to take time for regimented ‘self care’which often involves so many steps that it doesn’t feel like care at all! I used to love YouTube and Pinterest, but now I can see that they are simply tools where capitalism replicates itself. Like Pinterest posts telling me how to improve myself, how to be more beautiful, which clothes to buy, and YouTubers doing the same. It’s really toxic, to continue this without any critique of it don’t you think?

  • YES!! Totally agree with you on how western health is flawed. I’m pursuing medicine (pharmacy to be specific) to hopefully direct the health system in a more holistic way:’)

  • I really love your content, but I hate to see you get so much into pseudo science without calling it out as such. It’s ok if, say, Ayuverda makes you feel good about yourself, but I wish you’d disclose that is has no scientific foundation whatsoever. In my opinion it does kind of clash with your more scientific/factual approach to sustainability, global warming etc., and, i fear, cheapens your credibility in the latter. I’m not saying this to attack you or piss you off, just giving you some feedback as a viewer and lover of your content:) x

  • hey Amy thx so much for those tips. i have a small suggestion though, you can try leaving garlic in the air for a few minutes before eatting it, so it can work better.

  • Ugh I know the feelings of being so distraught and distant after being on social media for so long!! So good tip! Also do you have any good alternatives for people that hate or get sick from taking pills? I cant take big pills for some reason… maybe it’s something in my brain lol!

  • a) Watch the following video:

    b) “SEVEN TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING”
After watching the video, write 10 sentences in Present Simple, use the following verbs and vocabulary.

  • is the documentary, heal, good? i’ll go watch it if it’s good…i watched the minimalist documentary recently…the minimalist documentary is really good…highly recommend

  • Add some coconut oil to your wellness shot. Turmeric needs to be combined with some sort of fat to be absorbed better. Or you can make golden milk which is tumeric and milk

  • I think I comment way too much on your videos, but hey! Your videos are always so amazing that I just haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaave to comment.:p I loved this! These are amazing tips. Again, you look absolutely STUNNING and your hair… how do you get it to look so perfect?

PS: I was wondering if you could give some tips for improving my channel? I’m very passionate about youtube and really want to be able to make my videos the best I can make them!

  • Sorry i gag and little like it but i dont like when i gag me and my dad well
