  • How do I figure out how many calories I am burning? I use the my fitness app and it asks how many calories I burned when I excersize but if I’m not on a machine with a counter is there a conversion for how many calories you burn per mile?

  • This is not only great in quarantine, but for those who can go out and walk outside as fast as supposedly’s possible for good exercise. I am totally blind, and to use a cane, and walking fast does not go well because it’s I’m more at risk for falling. Thanks for creating these videos. This was really difficult as I have thyroid, hernia, IBS and I am nearing menopause. I would like to thank you for helping me.   • Awesome cool down, I just had surgery on Monday and wasn’t able to get out a walk today… so I used the cool down exercise and did the arm stretches and walked in place while you did the leg stretches. Great job with the video, hopefully I will be able to use the full 30 minute walk exercises in 6 more weeks. ��

  • I haven’t started yet but I am going to get bariatric surgery and I am obese and this is what I need. I have bad knees and my legs are larger than most people and that’s where I carry a lot of my weight so it’s difficult for me to walk a long distance. So I will give this a try my therapist wants me to walk.

  • I’ve been walking with you for over a year almost every day along with golfing, bowling and outside walking, but what I noticed within a few weeks, was how good my knees felt. I started walking up and down steps without holding my breath because it hurt. I’m not 100% but I think by doing your program I can put off indefinitely the possibility of a knee replacement.   • I remember the walkway the pounds with the walkway belt. I still have it and I use it on occasion; even if it’s the walk at home and the different walking videos. That belt is really effective and since I am totally blind like I had said before, I really get a good workout even though I’m not walking outside.��

  • I am really enjoying these videos and yesterday, I got this video done as part of my 10 Day Challenge.

    I am finding that I am continuously moving my arms and my legs and trying to keep up with the routines. It is a great way to start the day as I have been doing the walking after completing Yoga with Adriene. It is a good combination to get me ready for the day and within an hour, I have gotten a good part of my exercise regime out of the way.

    I really push myself through the 15 minutes and it is so different to walking outdoors because to me, I am not challenging myself physically. I am walking outside to help lose weight after being told my Doctor I need to lose weight and she suggested walking. Like I said, this is a good motivational video because I can switch on the fan and do 15 minutes indoors and usually it leads to a good boost for me to want to do more.

    It is definitely what the Doctor had ordered.

  • I highly recommend ANY of Leslie Sansone’s walking videosI own SEVERAL ( even VHS versions that remain my FAVORITES! )
    I was injured in several areas of my body (whiplash, wrists, lower back and ankles) and these videos help keep me
    in shape so I was able to maintain the weight loss I’d achieved over the past 2 yrs..>
    which BEGAN with these walking tapes…and I couldn’t complete 1 mile.
    At the time of the accident, I was up to 3 miles with NO problem.

  • My mom “walked with Leslie” (1 mile) every day for years and years. She lived to be 101!! I have her old VHS tape, but it is broken from so much walking. Wish I could find the original 1 mile to get started again. This seems to be the 2 mile, which works, but I have to stop in the middle for a few weeks until I build up again. Then 2 mile will be perfect!!

  • I have disc bulge problem because of which I was not able to sit on floor for yoga or do any normal exercise but for past 2 weeks am doing part 1 and 2 feel fit, lots of sweat and healthy choices of food combined with regular back exercise.   • I’m terrible at exercising regularly so I aim to exercise at least 5/10 minutes daily with you. This video was so fun that I wanted more and did another 10 minutes with your other video.   • I used to do this video when it first came out right after I had my son. It was my absolute favorite. I want to start doing it again. I noticed that this only gives 1 mile, but this is actually a 2 mile workout. Where can I get the entire 2 mile workout?

  • I discovered Leslie during the confinement period in France. I no longer went out to go walking every day so the walking sessions at home replaced my daily outings. Leslie is great, I regret that there are no similar shows in France! Anyone can do it and my health suffers, I now walk every day with Leslie every day at my house! Thank you!

  • Nice routine, I’m using this after my run because I find that my muscles are too tight to do a lot of the running cool down routines. I risk injury stretching too deeply when my muscles are still tight and tired from the run. This is a bit dynamic as well as having gentle stretches… works great for me!

  • ❤ these videos! my best friend and I do them “together” while living 1000 miles apart…started with the walking and now we’re doing all types together. I’m disabled so I love when she says “it’s okay if you can’t do it” and that if I can’t do a certain exercise, there are other options to just fill in with until the next one comes up!

  • I started this workout monday June 1st. I do it daily. I am now on day 12. And feel awesome after my workout. Not as tired as usual. July 1st, I am bumping up to the 2 mile walk. By august I should be ready for 3 mile walk. Hopefully by December I will be down 50lbs. That about 8lbs a month. I started diet same day as workout. Fingers crossed it works ����

  • I’m 19 and I’ve started doing the walks and the core for literally a few days especially the fat burn and I’ve truly seen a drop in my mirror since i started about sunday and I’m now 120.2 lbs along with doing intermittent fasting (i know it’s different for some people).   • I just turned 60 and needed to maintain and build bone mass with weight bearing exercise. This is a great video, exactly where I began. Once I acclimated to it and built some stamina, I then added the Walking Part 2: Burn Fat and Back It Down and the two combined are an excellent workout. So glad I discovered them.

  • My first thoughts were….ITS NOT FAIR…!!! why? I’m in a wheelchair 24/7 how can I do the walking exercise…….I can do upper strength, can’t you maybe do at least one programme for those less able. I haven’t found much on utube…..I’d certainly could do with an upbeat programme!!

  • I don’t like walking outdoors because of fear of loose dogs, got bit when younger and was traumatized:-( and then afraid I might have a fall, I’m 64 and then there’s the Texas heat whewww. So decided Leslie’s videos and I LOVEEE them. These might look easy and not hard but wow I end up sweating bullets. I’m doing 2 and 3 mile walks so far. I feel so good afterward. I just started 3 weeks ago so can’t give results yet I just know these are gonna help.:-)

  • I started these around 2001. Went from a size 24 to a size 8. I have 6 of her tapes. I have 2 left feet with one pointed the wrong way, so when I tried dance videos, it was a catastrophe. Then I found Leslie and all I had to do was walk. I could do that! �� I added jogging as well. Well I started with the intention of jogging and got about 50 ft. So I had to work up to it over time. LOL During some major life events starting in 2010, I’ve put a lot of it back on. But I have to lose this weight again. I need the strength I used to have to keep up with my ADHD son. I can still use the tapes, but only when my son lets me use my TV. �� This one enables me to do the workouts upstairs using my phone. I was at the point of doing her 1 hour video after I finished my 3 mi. run, then doing situps. So I started this again last week. I’m up to half a mile. �� Gotta condition this old body again. ��

  • My experience with you was a bit different from many others I guess
    I’m not fat, actually I look great, as people used to say this..
    However, I’ve never had muscles in my body!!
    So I was weak..
    I visited a doctor one day and he told me I can’t do anything about it!!

    After only one month and a half walking with you sweet Leslie I do have muscles now!!
    Everybody noticed the change ��
