    1 Wake up early
    2 Drink water especially with lime or lemon or ginger
    3 Move your body do stretches, yoga, etc.
    4 Go out into nature breath in that good ass prana, “ecotherapy”
    5 Abstain from using technology while you are waking up
    6 Surround yourself with inspiration; with people who remind you who you are
    7 Radical action fearlessly, without hesitation, go do the things that work towards your highest version

  • I’m a vegan and I drink lemon water every morning since one year and I haven’t got sick ever since even though I have always had fragile health! I also practice yoga and do stretching every morning. I do not always have the opportunity to go into nature first thing in the morning but I do love hiking and I’m doing it as often as possible.
