    In the beginning of the video, it would have been nice to have the list of all the machines covered in the video. It would serve as kind of agenda of the video:
    1) Name of the machine (e.g. seated row machine)
    2) The importance of the machine (e.g. high medium low)
    3) Avg availability of the equipment in gyms. (e.g 8 gyms of 10 have this machine )
    4) advance level of the machine (e.g. Advance level: use only after 3 months of gyming )

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while.   • My first play through sucked cuz I was a moron and didn’t pay attention to literally anything I chose japan and made a bunch of samurai trying to make a border wall of samurai hitch I did and it looked really cool until near the end of the game when all of my deals and stuff worn off and I found out the samurai where draining my gold oh btw yes I had samurais my defense in the industrial era needless to say I quit that play through seeing it as unsalvageable

  • is it true that running would help more in burning fat? I used to run on treadmills for 30 minutes each day and do some mat exercises…I saw results but now I stopped running and do dancing and HIIT but didn’t see any proper results after that.

    Over the course of 2 1/2 years, I have lost 150 lbs.
    I agree with taking progress photos, but I only took them once every 3 months or so. I wish I heard this advice when I was getting started,
    I agree with your strategy. Diets don’t work! I lost the weight by making small manageable changes to my lifestyle.
    My first exercise goal was to do 3 minutes of exercise a day, 6 days a week. Then I added 10 seconds a day (1 minute per week). By the time I got to 30 minutes of cardio, I had lost my first 50 lbs. Then I started weight training and added that to my workout routine.
    I stayed away from sugar and processed food all my food had to have 5 ingredients or less. I increased my protein and healthy fats intake, and lowered my carbs a bit. I substituted foods, like I’d eat a cup of beans instead of a bagel, and so on. This was so I could reach my protein and fiber goals better. I made sure to eat not less than 90 g of protein, 25 g of fibre and at least 50 g of healthy fats every day. The protein, fats and fibre kept me full. I also allowed myself one cheat meal a week (that was for my sanity).
    Anyway, I had plateaus, and got through them, i kept track of non scale victories, and I never lost more than 10 lbs a month.
    I dropped 16 dress sizes I went from a size 26 to a size 10.
    Holly, I still follow many of your workouts in addition to weight training.
    I wanted to thank you, and others like you, for your help, motivation and inspiration to keep going. I’m not done yet, I still have many goals to reach, but I have so much momentum now that I know I can reach them in time.

  • Would you mind making a video about how to calculate your macros and your calories with your weight height, level of activity.
    I know you said dont count calories, but I would disagree with you.. u know many people get fatter bcuz of those little treats that have 100+calories that we snack during the day that are not able to fill or contribute to nutrition.

    I dont ask u to make a video about what you eat in a day because my body type ain’t like yours, neither my level of activity neither I think u have had a baby where ur tummy is left bit loosy..

  • This was helpful but I need to know when to stop working out not how to motivate myself, I need to know when enough is enough I’m insecure and have extreme anxiety and excerciseing has helped but I’ve made myself sick from overdoing it and continue to because I’m addicted. I need to know how much to eat and how to get sleep how to make my muscles stop hurting snd to know when to take a rest. I’ve been working out for a week and already lost four pounds I’m not on a healthy ish diet I’m getting better, but I’m burned more thsn 1,000 calories estimated which is way overboard I guess and I’m doing at least more than a hour and 45 minutes of excerciseing and then I’m to tired to stretch at that point and fall asleep. Idk if I’m even doing anything good to my body. I mean I’m seeing a little bit if result. And I’ve tooken progression photos. And cutback. But idk when to stop.

  • Thank you for your tips on something small I no longer buy bollios A bolillo is a small loaf (about 6 inches long) of plain white bread, crusty on the outside and with a soft interior. 4 for $1 where I live bought 4 every day. Stopped buying and eating them about 3 mos and stopped eating and buying sweets for about 1 month. I just started to exercise yesterday. I feel a WHOLE LOT better. Thank you again.

  • I’ve been consistently working out for the past 6 months 3x a week, but I HATE taking progress photos. I borderline don’t like to see my full naked body in the mirror due to my own insecurities regarding my mom of 4 tummy and the fear that I won’t see results. I see progress everywhere else and a smidgen of improvement in my core area. However with your core workouts along HIIT, I do feel that I can see improvement in a short period of time. My waist is 35in, my goal is 31-32in….I just need to take the damn initial photo����‍♀️

  • Do you have advice for starting out as an obese person with chronic back and knee pain problems? Maybe a video you can direct me too? I almost always manage to injure myself when i work out even with short relatively easy work outs. I can not afford a personal trainer and I already have been eating a whole foods vegan diet for over a year. It has helped but it isn’t enough without working out. I should mention I have been obese since before I was vegan. The diet isn’t exactly the issue. (Although I still give in to sugar when I get discouraged which I am working on). My big problem is I basically am in pain all the time. Even a short walk causes me to vomit from back pain. My doctor says I need to lose weight before they will look in to why I have this kind of pain. If it helps.. I am obese but very close to being in the overweight catagory. I am fairly small for someone considered obese. For my size it does not make since for me to have this much trouble with basic work outs.

  • I’m 36. Don’t worry, when i was a kid, i didn’t know how to play either. It helps to watch somebody. But for most kids nowadays, good luck you’re on your own.

    Secondly: in civ, any difficulty above prince, the AI is basically just cheating to win. It doesn’t get any smarter, it just gets unfair.

  • Hi Joanna, I just wanna know, that people say we ll gain more weight than before if we stop doing exercise. Is it so? I have started your 4 week challenge. But I am a beginner. I can’t hold any exercises for more than 20 to 25 seconds. What will be the best way to hold on for 30 to 40 secs?

  • I just don’t understand why they had to downgrade the design so much. This game looks unbearably childish in comparison to CIV 5. Shame, since it looks interesting.

    For a while i did because i cut out junk food for a week and that significantly cut out my calories and i wanted to know how it affected me… I was eating less than 1000 then but its better now

  • My house is so small that I can’t even lay on the ground to do some cardio also the gym I go is too small and there are too many guys to feel comfortable so I can only do the walking and cycle machines and jump ropes in the backyard. But I want to do more!! Can any of you reccomend me some thing and thank you if you’ve read this ❤

  • Civ 6 is so differerent to previous Civ games. I have played Civ since 2001 (Civ 3) and I get utterly crushed on Civ 6 even on warlord mode.

  • HI JO I am your great fan. Thank you for your free videos. Just took resolution for slim body on new year 2017 after watching your videos. Need a clarity on drinking water. I have dehydration problem. During workout sometimes I feel black-out for a second. To recover I have to drink at least a litre. Then I find difficult to continue with water filled stomach. There are many suggestions that we should not drink more water during or after work outs. Please reply. It would be great help for me.
