  • Hi Dani sorry for so many replies to posts. Just had the tip about exercising was so I opening to me. I have pretty much exercised most of my life. I have had weight struggles also. What you said rang so clear with me because for so many years I felt like I was being tortured for an hour or two hours or however long I was doing the exercises based on where my mind space was. Like you I enjoyed moving my body and some exercises I enjoyed but did not allow myself to further explore them because they were not necessarily weight loss based. I was torturing myself and literally exercising to the point of exhaustion and several times pulling muscles. But it makes me so happy with the exercising tip. I think I’m going to give myself permission to exercise to be healthy and because I like it. Thanks Dani sorry for this kind of crazy messed-up post.   • Hi thanks for video, I never have a problem with meal size as I hate feeling full and small amounts of over processed foods helps by not feeling full, I’m one of those who get side tracked with overly processed snacks which over time take the place of meals. I find if I make home made snacks made out of whole foods like nut butters dates almond meal nuts oats etc, I’m fine and I’ve noticed it very quickly can make me feel full therefore I’ve been teaching myself to stop way before finishing have a cup of tea and really wait for my sense of fullness. but the minute I buy a processed good from the supermarket, over time I end up eating nothing but and I get lazy. Everyone is different and gets overweight for different reasons, that why clean eating is such a good thing to practice because it gives you the bones of how to tackle a weight/ eating problem.

  • Why power is super hard for me because I actually eat really well, but I struggle with sweets which I eat regularly. I dont even keep them in the house. I refuse to eat anything artificial, but baking cookies, going to get grass fed ice cream from our local dairy is my arch enemy. Whats so difficult is that I actually feel really good. I have more energy then most people I know. I can run circles around most my friends, but yet I cant loose those last 15 lbs. I have tried cutting out sweets and I HATE IT!   • I lost over 5kg without exercise in a month during quarantine. Here’s what I do:
    -i STILL eat pasta, rice, fast food BUT i reduce the portion. I eat only 1 -1.5 portion a day, divided into 2meals a day
    -I almost DONT eat snacks at all. Particularly avoid sweet snacks
    -i STILL drink coffee with milk BUT only put max 1 teaspoon of sugar or no sugar at all
    -I drink tea 1-2 cups a day after meals
    -Fruits and veggies are good for your digestion system

  • I’ve realized that the reason I wanted to lose weight was because of my dad. He used a lot of scare tactics and they never worked, but they did make me fearful, not enough to lose weight.He told I needed to lose weight since I was 13. And at that time wasn’t overweight at all. I just hit puberty and my body was growing. Then, the weight started to pile on due to a lot of stress from my family and school. I have to figure out why I really want to lose weight. And it can’t be for vanity reasons.
