  • sean, i get real bad hip pain and i do the streches set out by my physio then i do this workout, is there any way you could break the round house down so i can slowly build up my hipstrength to do a proper mid length round house, i can do about 50-60% capability of what you do at present thanks

  • Some decent stuff but gotta respectfully disagree with a few things; don’t step back while throwing a cross. Your losing your hip power to drive the punch, it dips your head forward, and realistically if your sparring you should be at a distance where you need to step toward your opponent, not backwards. If your stepping back your way too close. A proper fight stance allows you to throw a cross without stepping back and if you are going to step back, bring your front foot back too so your not so spread out…same with stepping forward with the jab. Lastly, keep your front foot pointed straight and your back foot more at a 45 degree angle instead of 90.

  • I absolutely love boxing and I do it every week in the gym but this video will be so much better since I don’t need any special equipment to train. Plus it will help me lose some weight.

  • For me what helps is if i remember that i have to stay sideways to the opponent the footwork comes naturally. Ofcourse i still need more practice but it does help to visualize

  • I’ll be honest here. I’ve been doing this work out for sometimes a long time ago not to loose weight but for gaining muscles and tone up my body, and then I stopped doing it. Why??? That’s the question. This work out is hella great. I did this workout three times in a week every afternoon. Keeps me awake and energized somehow, my energy booster, my mood booster too. But then something happened… I’m losing TOO much weight doing this workout. I was 45 kg (99lb) with 156cm heights… and after routinely doing this work out for 3 months, I didnt realized I lost so much weight, now I’m 36kg (76lb). I didnt watch out for my weight. Everyone thought I’m anorexic now. But ofc I’m not. This workout is SO DAMN great and I love it. But maybe if I’m gonna build muscles instead of losing weight, I need to eat certain amount of foods, cuz while doing this workout I didn’t watch out for my weight. For anyone who wants to loose weight. This work out will work for you!!! Trust me, its effective. Now I’m into gaining weight program. Do you have tips for me to gain weight? Cuz im the type who is hard to gain weight bo matter how much foods I eat. Thank you.

  • I have an old varicose vein problem after this exercise I have been to go for surgery of varicose vein because of pain and swallow now after two months recovery of surgery I’m starts it slowly

  • Hey shane i have a tip for throwing the cross. Your foot doesn’t need to go back instead turn on the ball of your foot because when you throw your foot backward it decreases your reach alot.

  • When I do the Jab I need to do it wirh my left arm (im right handed) and my left arm is slower then my right… How can I make my left arm faster so that I can punch with nore power

  • i did 200 pushups, 100 sit up, and shadowboxed in between.. Found this in the middle of my workout… Got a charlie horse in my abs,a good one, before i could even finish this… Definitely glad I found this…and its easy asf to follow. Thank you for posting

  • What is the purpose of stepping back 6 inches with the right foot when throwing the right straight? Is it to move the head out of the way, to get more power, or both, or something else I am missing? Normally I throw a 1,2 combo without stepping back 6 inches with the right foot (however I do turn my hips and shoulders)…. Any explanation really appreciated! TIA Lukas
