  • I’m 294 lbs, 6ft 3 with fight training, this is intense and I loved e every moment, I burned and sweated, I’m trying to knock down my weight a good 100 lbs

  • I’m trying this tomorrow, at the moment I do a 30 minute, no rest time routine of jogging sit ups press ups dips chin ups, but having something like this to alternate to would be great:) Also paying close attention to your technique so I do it right

  • Bro I wanna be a boxer I can fight I’m just not in as good shape as I would like but I like don’t get me wrong I’ve got good arm muscles and shit it’s just my stomach and cardio

  • how can i improve my boxing? when i have no one sparr with but im still active I still jump rope, shadowbox 2x a day, Padwork, hit heavybag and do strength and conditions

  • I hope he makes a new video with an improve, don’t get me wrong this is a great workout but since have pass 6 years a new improved one would be better.

  • Man my girl CHRISTA is the bomb and “thank you/your welcome” lol. love love love the kick your butt for five minutes and then the 45 minute one with Kuppa and the girlz. Christa you are awesome!!! I wish you were in Atlanta!

  • Been out of the gym for a year due to injury and now in this time of quarantine, this is a great way to get back into shape again. Thanks for this!

  • If I’m weight lifting should I do these on cardio days? Like weight Monday Wednesday and Friday and do this on Tuesday’s and fridays? Intermediate fitness level so want a Monday through Friday routine hate running lol

  • Hi I’m 14, I came across this video and gave it a go to help in life and to improve my fitness and even though it is challenging, its really worth it so thankyou so much

  • sean, i get real bad hip pain and i do the streches set out by my physio then i do this workout, is there any way you could break the round house down so i can slowly build up my hipstrength to do a proper mid length round house, i can do about 50-60% capability of what you do at present thanks

  • Thank you so much Hehe so hard for me to do it. But because of this I can slowly observe it. Am just tryin to do footwork but still am a slow learner

  • Some decent stuff but gotta respectfully disagree with a few things; don’t step back while throwing a cross. Your losing your hip power to drive the punch, it dips your head forward, and realistically if your sparring you should be at a distance where you need to step toward your opponent, not backwards. If your stepping back your way too close. A proper fight stance allows you to throw a cross without stepping back and if you are going to step back, bring your front foot back too so your not so spread out…same with stepping forward with the jab. Lastly, keep your front foot pointed straight and your back foot more at a 45 degree angle instead of 90.

  • I absolutely love boxing and I do it every week in the gym but this video will be so much better since I don’t need any special equipment to train. Plus it will help me lose some weight.
I’m really inspired by this video.

  • For me what helps is if i remember that i have to stay sideways to the opponent the footwork comes naturally. Ofcourse i still need more practice but it does help to visualize

  • I’ll be honest here. I’ve been doing this work out for sometimes a long time ago not to loose weight but for gaining muscles and tone up my body, and then I stopped doing it. Why??? That’s the question. This work out is hella great. I did this workout three times in a week every afternoon. Keeps me awake and energized somehow, my energy booster, my mood booster too. But then something happened… I’m losing TOO much weight doing this workout. I was 45 kg (99lb) with 156cm heights… and after routinely doing this work out for 3 months, I didnt realized I lost so much weight, now I’m 36kg (76lb). I didnt watch out for my weight. Everyone thought I’m anorexic now. But ofc I’m not. This workout is SO DAMN great and I love it. But maybe if I’m gonna build muscles instead of losing weight, I need to eat certain amount of foods, cuz while doing this workout I didn’t watch out for my weight. For anyone who wants to loose weight. This work out will work for you!!! Trust me, its effective. Now I’m into gaining weight program. Do you have tips for me to gain weight? Cuz im the type who is hard to gain weight bo matter how much foods I eat. Thank you.

  • I have an old varicose vein problem after this exercise I have been to go for surgery of varicose vein because of pain and swallow now after two months recovery of surgery I’m starts it slowly

  • Awesome work out video. I love how it works on your form speed, punches, footwork, cardio. The first time I did it I all most died LOL! Perfect!

  • Hey shane i have a tip for throwing the cross. Your foot doesn’t need to go back instead turn on the ball of your foot because when you throw your foot backward it decreases your reach alot.

  • This was awesome! There’s very few videos with such good quality box training ESPECIALLY no equipment. I appreciate the video and you guys, even if you are just a normal person like me, boxing, making videos or not you truly are special in your own way. Thank you! Subbed.

I found myself shadowing and not working every strike. This is my new shadow work out for sure.Thankz for the upload..

  • Sry but turn your body more into the punches it looks to crispy. if u wanna workout like a boxer keep your ellbows more to the body. punching like this plus push ups and other exercices will get your joints ruined!

  • Sean is the shit look at his Technik that’s kind of art! I bought the blueprint program and it’s dope as fuck very good if ya alone with the heavybag

  • Great stuff sir. Thanks alot. I have a question, why do you bring your front leg back first when going backwards instead of using the rear leg?
    Best wishes and thanks again

  • Great video again Sean. We saw you win your fight in Chaweng just after my sons fight back in the summer of 2018. He ran into the changing room after you just had the five round bout to meet you. No doubt you were exhausted, but you still had time for a quick hello and a great selfie with him. You’re a class act sir!

  • Hey nice video can you correct me please I see when you was jab cross going backwards you stepd back with front leg is that correct or it depends on martial art style?

  • I love your videos, very helpful. I am on your list and got the free The Fighter’s Body video you sentamazing. I cannot afford your course, unfortunately, but the videos you sent are amazing and becoming a regular part of my lifestyle. THANK YOU SEAN!!!

  • What is the purpose of stepping back 6 inches with the right foot when throwing the right straight? Is it to move the head out of the way, to get more power, or both, or something else I am missing? Normally I throw a 1,2 combo without stepping back 6 inches with the right foot (however I do turn my hips and shoulders)…. Any explanation really appreciated! TIA Lukas

  • just realised that i’ve been practicing for years without ever practicing the footwork, well now i know why my standing game isn’t great. time to change that.

  • Professora TOP! 5min de exercícios que realmente fazem a diferença! Estou repetindo esse treino com agachamento sempre que não posso treinar.

  • no silly talk, no BS, just straight concise information. Love your professionalism. It’s so annoying when having to listen to (so called) professionals talking crap when all I want is information. Thats why I love your videos. Keep up the good work.

  • Thanks Shane, I’ve just done this workout twice through with some push ups in between. It’s definately made me realise my balance needs work. Going to incorporate this into a warm up daily with the local boxing gym shut and training partner isolating!

  • That was a wonderful boxing workout. Thanks for sharing. This makes my daily workout more productive and more fun. I enjoyed it alot. Great job

  • Well… I gotta go see a doctor. The first two introduction warnings were kinda what I have and the final one… well… I hate exercise because I could never do it. Like push ups and sit ups

  • What I love about this apart from the technical stuff is the economical use of space. Especially now with this Coronavirus lockdown. This is better than running outside.

  • A lot of people don’t realize or care about footwork, just like body builders, those that train only worry about the showy stuff like arms and chest. Cool vid

  • I’m currently on Wing Chun but I want to practice Muay Thai some day in the future. This is very nice stuff for being introduced to MT. Thanks a lot:)

  • Is it too late to training professionally in the 30s I hear it a lot but I don’t believe in this no one person can judge what another is capable of but I’m acting you because you’re a professional! Great video

  • I am healing from a mallet finger injury, so I modify as needed with a splinted finger tip. I can’t make a fist but I am shadow boxing using open hands, hope that’s okay.
