  • This is true what she says that you can burn 1000 calories but you have to take into consideration that everyone is different. If you have a few extra lbs or not use to exercising then just walking alone or doing anything is going to get your heart rate up over 70%. Someone with average body fat or lean like myself can’t even burn 300 calories with 30 mins of sprinting lol. The reason for this is the body’s metabolism. The fitter you are the harder you have to work to burn calories.

Well it is different!  I have been a follower of JSTV for a year now, doing all her videos and owning all her videos and this is my favorite so far. I don’t know how she puts together such unique combos, but she does.
