    Just some suggestions: it would be nice to have a countdown for each exercise-knowing how much longer I have to suffer through an exercise helps me to really push when there’s only 15 seconds left. Having a preview of the exercise before time starts for each exercise is helpful rather than explaining as you go (natacha oceane has a great format for her youtube workouts) I was under the impression that with HIIT you have to rest and recover in between exercises and get your HR down before the next?

  • I think the swimmers are hard because our lungs are compressed from lying on the front. I find it helps to breathe deeper into the side and back of my ribcage.

I love how quickly these 10 minutes go by and how innovative the exercises are in terms of using body resistance.   • Have you tried the “Toby” app for cleaning? It has helped me a lot having a list to work off of. I also love my dyson v6 complete, I find it quite easy & fun to use. It maneuvers very well around & under furniture so you don’t really have to move anything. I also use grove for cleaning supplies, I find it motivating to get in new supplies to try out. I never thought I could be a good housekeeper, but these three things have helped me alot. Also, I don’t put pressure on my self for each chore to be perfect. I just do what I can do each day.

  • Loved this! Light jogged through most, more easing back in but was ready for a jog! Not sure how long I have been a Killer Bee, but I assure you I’ve enjoyed it all! THAT is why I’m here. I’ve done the piano lessons, guitar AND trumpet! Lol! You make exercising awesome. Oh and I have fur babies too! Vacuuming daily had NEVER crossed my mind! �� STILL FOREVER GRATEFUL!

  • Omg when you mentioned not growing up fit and learning to get fit and healthy in your late 30s related to me so much as I’m a product of chefs and always the chubby girl who hated PE. Didn’t get myself fit with walking, swimming and recumbent biking til last year when I had knee surgery at age 37 and took 2 months to relearn to walk and finally got my thick fit groove on. Thank you for being so helpful and inspirational.

  • Wow, the ability to be bored, that’s so profound. That’s so true because the one time I remember losing 30 pounds I can literally tell people what I ate because it was the same of my few favorite healthy meals everyday

  • Gyms have been closed out here in CA for a long time. This workout has been my saving grace. I’ve worked up to a 3-cycle workout with abs between each cycle. Appreciate you guys!

  • Great video, Pahla! I can relate on some many levels with this one. Our goals can be so hard to get to because we make them very high. We struggle because of this and therefore it is important that we bring the bar down so that we can find success. Small victories lead to larger successes. At least that is my take on it. I have learned that I do NOT have to exercise 2 hours a day or no rest days at all. I have learned that I can eat that cupcake or something else that is not so CLEAN and still have results. Thank you for being real with us and showing us that we do not always have to be perfect in every aspect of our journey. Your workouts are also fun and just the right amount of sweat!! <3

  • My cats don’t get board I have a huge property and a lot of mice. and they love exploring! I would never enclose them. We don’t have fences. my cat never leave the property. I don’t know why? maybe because I feed them and pet them and play with them. I think if you had you cat for a long time it is fine let let them out side when they want. except if you live in a city. none of my cats ran away!!

  • I have 2 cats and i play with them every day, yet they seem bored. Especially the male. He meaws in a weird way and he lets mw really know with his facial expression that he would like to go explore outdoors. I can’t always give him what he wants cuz i work all day long and i don’t want him to get used of getting what he wants when he wants in this lockdown ciz when it’ll finish we all are going to suffer.

  • One of my reasons to own cat is to spent time with her. Using toys to play with her. Walk with her on hikes. A cat can and will come very much of your world.

  • As w/any pets, get ’em a companion animal 4 ur cats. Working in rescue, I learned that despite our high regard of ourselves, no human will fill the void… which reminds me of a famous quote by T. S. Eliot, ” Cats r just like u n me.”

  • My cat is too territorial for me to adopt another cat. Every cat she sees she chases, she even chased a dog once!
    I don’t think I would have the patience to try to get her to get along with another feline.

  • My solution was get my 2 year old bored to death cat a kitten. I found the kitten at a rest stop off a highway in FL. I think the kitten fell out of a car that was parked there 10 minutes before I passed that parking space. Either fell out of engine or interior. That kitten has me and the two year old jumping hoops. I named him Rocky because he is beating us up every chance he gets. Even after neutering he has more energy. They now love each other. Problem solved, dropped from heaven.

  • Oh I feel bad now. I sleep a lot and my cat copies. He does go out hunting twice a day but seems relaxed sleeping next to me a lot. I didn’t realise he was bored!!:(

  • My cat is 6yo, he ignores all toys I buy for him.�� He would kill me if I brought another cat into the house. Took him 6 months to accept the dog, yet he still beats her up if she looks at him for too long.

  • Make sure you give your cat, a high protein diet, brush them every few day’s, play with them at least 4 to 6 time’s during a day, I even have a place that I let my cat be outside with supervision to keep her busy, and safe.

  • I take my cat outside and she follows me everywhere Sometimes she runs away because she sees something interesting but she always comes back. So I trust her and boy is she glad to come inside again. If cats know where they live they will come back.

  • Cats are just wonderfully majestic animal, they look like mini lions and wild big cat, Ancient Egyptian adored them so much, they worship, have drawings and sculptures of them. Modern humans are clueless….of course they are bored being fed plant based never going to help them either.

  • This isn’t hiit! Hiit = high intensity interval training. There weren’t intervals and there was little to no rest time! HiiT requires a period rest between each interval. Do these trainers not know what HiiT stands for? Where’s the real HiiT videos?
