  • I think a real revenge workout would be swimmers for like 10 minutes straight. But thats insanely cruel. Maybe swimmers as a rest move

  • Is it just me or every time i do the swimmer i feel like passing out bc i cant breathe at all its like my lungs are pressed? Idk if this makes sense but i really want to finish it without stopping but i cant bc of my breathing problem

  • Is there anyone else not doing 3 more rounds because in the calendar are 2 more PIIT28 workouts which would add up to 84 minutes? lol

  • This has been fantastic I am 70 and haven’t exersided for awhile,I am in Hotel Quarantine,so this is so great, thank you so much I will decently continue when I get home.❤️

  • I enjoyed the workout! Definitely got a good sweat in.
Just some suggestions: it would be nice to have a countdown for each exercise-knowing how much longer I have to suffer through an exercise helps me to really push when there’s only 15 seconds left. Having a preview of the exercise before time starts for each exercise is helpful rather than explaining as you go (natacha oceane has a great format for her youtube workouts) I was under the impression that with HIIT you have to rest and recover in between exercises and get your HR down before the next?
It was my first time doing a workout of yours. Thanks for the soreness to come:)

  • I think the swimmers are hard because our lungs are compressed from lying on the front. I find it helps to breathe deeper into the side and back of my ribcage.

  • Would I build muscle and lose weight if I do this session and the lower body one as well?? I’ve been subscribed for the longest but stopped working out for a personal reason so i Just wondering will it?

  • I have been doing Scott’s and Mike’s workouts for years but it’s been about 7 months since I last did these. I love how quickly these 10 minutes go by and how innovative the exercises are in terms of using body resistance. Even before gyms were closed, I did youtube workouts because I need to hear the voice of a fitness professional so I don’t cheat myself on burn and form. You guys are awesome. Who doesn’t have 10 mins to spare and most people don’t get this much out of endless hours spent at the gym. An efficient, effective workout!

  • I’ve been doing this every day with maybe 3 or 4 rest days because i was busy with the leg workout and after 4 months already i expected more honestly

  • I already finished this but still continue do it. Will do a video doing this workout. Hope youtube have Tagging feature but even there’s non I will recommend this workout to my friends and also the other workouts. Keep it up.

  • I’m 10 years old and not in shape this exercise on my first day got me SWEATING thank you guys so much for helping me and I hope this helps others

  • I know they lay out the regiment but is it safe to do this workout every day? Or at least every other day alternating with the lower body?

  • Oh man! So many mixed emotions while watching this one! It’s been 3.5 months since my last run (injury, surgery, healing) and I’m not allowed to run for another 3 weeks. I have become so weak that just walking is a chore! So I haven’t done NEAR what I should be doing. BUT I know that if I want to ever run again, I gotta get off my booty & keep trying.:P

  • Did this workout. Not in perfect form but still working for it to make perfect.

  • 2/20/2020 for once I was really glad it’s cardio day as we have Fat Thursday in Poland today and I ate too much sweets and doughnuts! But now I’m SWEATING HARD after those 3 cardio videos and boy, that was FUN

  • Tell ya what man, I’m not sure if I could get/stay in shape doing this everyday, but this might be the best pump I’ve had after 5 minutes. Going to save these for when I hit the beach (assuming that happens this year)

  • I was looking for a 5 minute upper body but there’s just area specific ones, there’s also this one. Should I do this one or a bunch of the area specific. If I do this one is 2 sets reasonable?

  • Can we do 2 sets of this circuit? Or do one circuit and one of those 5 min back/shoulder/chest explosive workouts? I am working out 6 days a week. Lower upper full repeat. I want to increase my gains

  • Just visit website Next Level Diet and get personalized Diet and Training plan with amazing tips. I lost 15kg in two months. Finally, I have a six pack.

  • Looking for a good workout routine to gain upper body strength. I’m 6 foot, weigh 145 lbs and can barely do 20 proper knee push ups. No weights and no pull up bar. Have strong lower body legs which is prob why pushups are so hard as extra weight.

  • If you’re going to buy a cat, get at least two-preferably siblings. This way you don’t have to waste time and energy on introductions (presuming, of course, that your household is already devoid of other cats).

  • Oops whenever I do this enjoy a lot. Love the couple doing hard and medium intensity. Helps a lot like me who has hip legament tear by following Claudia. Thanks coach.

  • I just found your channel can’t go walking today so thought I’d try find a walking video thankful I found your videos it’s so simple and natural just walking not jumping up and down like another video I saw really appreciate it especially at a time like this

  • Is this meant to go all the way through? It seems the trainers are breaking between levels. I went all the way through. Some exercises were duplicated, but it’s an awesome workout!

  • You are awesome Cassey! This totally killed me but I really enjoyed it. I tore my PCL in January and this is the first workout I’ve found where I don’t feel pain in my knee or hear any scary popping sounds. Thank you so much for helping me find a little confidence again!!

  • I am exercising every day with the help of your videos, and yes I am feeling so much energized and stronger. I am really grateful for your videos, thank you so much.

  • I started with your 10-minute workouts and have worked my way up to your 20and 30-minute ones. I do a different one every day because I easily get bored. The variety of your workouts helps me stay with the programme. Appreciate all your hard work making these videos!

  • I don’t know how am still alive after doing this workout. Wow. The best. You guys are something else, working out without a break and speaking in between. Just wow

  • I really can’t find any other fitness channel as good as hasfit. It is always exciting to see them empower you while you’re burning all those faining and gaining muscles. I keep coming back to your videos. It’s been almost a month of me working out with your videos and I’m feeling great! Thank you so much I hope you upload more often because the entire tribe loves your content.

  • Could you do inner thigh friendly because my right inner thigh keep popping when I try to do those leg drops and it hurts later in workouts

  • This is my favorite workout because I do get bored easily. I like your workout Style stressing correct form I’m in my forties and getting back in shape really don’t want to get injured you guys are very inspiring keep it up

  • One thing I love about these workouts is that you guys stay confined in such a small area so its great for us who have very limited space to workout

  • Thanks for what u do i started with You guys this has change me i feel great thanks for all those motivation words u say n put in ur videos!! #figthingdiabetesandoverweight

  • Thank you for this video! I found you by searching “30 Minute HIIT” and had a blast. I took four 2-minute long breaks but documented where in the video they were, so next time if I take one less break, I’ll know I’m improving. My win today is that I did the video at all, and the bonus was that I completed the last 11 minutes without a break!!! Great work!

  • Holy crap lol. I just finished another one of your hiit workouts & loved it. I’m now looking for no repeaters. The first exercise requires a free wall & my. Flat is so small there’s literally no free walls. What can I do instead? Maybe a plank?

  • So,,, how’s the vacuuming going? I’ve got so many little things that I’d like to do daily. The trick is going to be making them fun!

  • Superb workout… Real tough one.. But managed to complete it.. Without breaks.. Have been doing hasfit workouts for last one year and lost 9kgs.. And have never felt so much better fitter and energetic…
Coach kozak and claudia.. You rock… Thanks a ton

  • I don’t know how young you are, but I bet at least 30 years younger than me. Yet YOU my dear, are already so much wiser. I found this video to be VERY profound. I am tempted to say “Where has this talk been all my life?” But I DO know that it has been waiting for ME to be ready to receive it. Yes, this talk was already waiting in the wings so-to-speak, even before YOU knew what your words were going to be. This was so profound, that I am sharing it on the pages I manage, AND on my personal timeline. Thank you for allowing the words to flow through you and out to our ears. Thank you.

  • New to exercise? Get STARTED with my FREE 14-day exercise plan specially designed for beginners. It’s fast, fun + effective: http://pahlabfitness.com/get-started/

  • I love playing piano. lol
Self-taught, too and play by memory, so I kind of understood what you were saying there!

Great workout! I’ve been watching a LOT of the walking videos lately and managed to actually finish the 1hr waking vid.

Boy, was I SWEATY!!! (well it was hot in the house and all of my windows were open, but SWEATY regardless!)

  • Have you tried the “Toby” app for cleaning? It has helped me a lot having a list to work off of. I also love my dyson v6 complete, I find it quite easy & fun to use. It maneuvers very well around & under furniture so you don’t really have to move anything. I also use grove for cleaning supplies, I find it motivating to get in new supplies to try out. I never thought I could be a good housekeeper, but these three things have helped me alot. Also, I don’t put pressure on my self for each chore to be perfect. I just do what I can do each day.

  • Loved this! Light jogged through most, more easing back in but was ready for a jog! Not sure how long I have been a Killer Bee, but I assure you I’ve enjoyed it all! THAT is why I’m here. I’ve done the piano lessons, guitar AND trumpet! Lol! You make exercising awesome. Oh and I have fur babies too! Vacuuming daily had NEVER crossed my mind! STILL FOREVER GRATEFUL!

  • Omg when you mentioned not growing up fit and learning to get fit and healthy in your late 30s related to me so much as I’m a product of chefs and always the chubby girl who hated PE. Didn’t get myself fit with walking, swimming and recumbent biking til last year when I had knee surgery at age 37 and took 2 months to relearn to walk and finally got my thick fit groove on. Thank you for being so helpful and inspirational.

Also will you do a mini stepper workout?

  • Wow, the ability to be bored, that’s so profound. That’s so true because the one time I remember losing 30 pounds I can literally tell people what I ate because it was the same of my few favorite healthy meals everyday

  • Gyms have been closed out here in CA for a long time. This workout has been my saving grace. I’ve worked up to a 3-cycle workout with abs between each cycle. Appreciate you guys!

  • My cat likes me to chase her, and then I run away and she finds me and we keep doing that till I’m out of breath or she just rolls over for aggressive pets lol

  • Great video, Pahla! I can relate on some many levels with this one. Our goals can be so hard to get to because we make them very high. We struggle because of this and therefore it is important that we bring the bar down so that we can find success. Small victories lead to larger successes. At least that is my take on it. I have learned that I do NOT have to exercise 2 hours a day or no rest days at all. I have learned that I can eat that cupcake or something else that is not so CLEAN and still have results. Thank you for being real with us and showing us that we do not always have to be perfect in every aspect of our journey. Your workouts are also fun and just the right amount of sweat!! <3

  • Thank you for this! I love your videos! I just started watching them, but I haven’t actually exercised with you yet. Does that count as a baby step? You are super motivating and I feel inspired to really focus on doing something everyday!

  • Hi Pahla, could you make a real Walking/Jogging workout, please. I mean, not a podcust, but Walking/Jogging with variations of Walking (side steps, kicks, ham string curls etc.)? This would be awesome.

  • My cat who is 14-15 does not like to play with toys too much…when she does it a random stuff and if she s”caught” playing she stops and pouts

  • Good morning tried this workout for the first time and loved it as I love all of them! Thank you so much, have a wonderful day and stay safe!

  • Rags is adorable, my Safi goes in the garden on a lead and her fave toys are her waggler stick, emery boards and cardboard boxes lol

  • My cats don’t get board I have a huge property and a lot of mice. and they love exploring! I would never enclose them. We don’t have fences. my cat never leave the property. I don’t know why? maybe because I feed them and pet them and play with them. I think if you had you cat for a long time it is fine let let them out side when they want. except if you live in a city. none of my cats ran away!!

  • Never had an indoor cat..luckily we live in a quiet area..and anyway when my cats want to go outside its an order not a request.

  • Thank you so much:) What is the name of your cat? Do you have other cats?

P.S: don’t mind stupid comments, never focus on bad people/behavior:) Love, hugs!

  • Thank you so much for wonderful advices! We don’t have a garden, so we will try to walk our cat on a lead. Our cat dosen’t like fish on TV. He only want to see birds. Maybe you can make Cat TV with birds one day? Have a nice day! Lots of hugs from Norway.

  • This is the first video I’ve done with you all where I can’t keep up at all. Good job! lol
My lower abs are cramping at the 19 minute point so I’m breaking lol

  • I have 2 cats and i play with them every day, yet they seem bored. Especially the male. He meaws in a weird way and he lets mw really know with his facial expression that he would like to go explore outdoors. I can’t always give him what he wants cuz i work all day long and i don’t want him to get used of getting what he wants when he wants in this lockdown ciz when it’ll finish we all are going to suffer.

  • One of my reasons to own cat is to spent time with her. Using toys to play with her. Walk with her on hikes. A cat can and will come very much of your world.

  • April calendar 2020 team. I am not ready… but I am here! I don’t want to see you suffer Cassey, I suffer enough for everyone. LET’S GO!

  • Honestly if you need a video tutorial that explains to you that something is wrong if your cat is fat, angry and sleeps about 24 hours a day then maybe should not own a cat or any other animal in the first place.

  • my cat never gets bored, when he wants attention or when he want to play he just starts meowing really loud. Is this a good thing?

  • I think my girl cat is bored bc she just eats, sleeps, and runs away from the other cats bc they are annoying and bother her all the time bc they always want to play and she’s having none of it, she’s not even old she’s only like 2 years old. But ily her always sits in your lap and just chills:)

  • As w/any pets, get ’em a companion animal 4 ur cats. Working in rescue, I learned that despite our high regard of ourselves, no human will fill the void… which reminds me of a famous quote by T. S. Eliot, ” Cats r just like u n me.”

  • My cat is too territorial for me to adopt another cat. Every cat she sees she chases, she even chased a dog once!
I don’t think I would have the patience to try to get her to get along with another feline.

  • My solution was get my 2 year old bored to death cat a kitten. I found the kitten at a rest stop off a highway in FL. I think the kitten fell out of a car that was parked there 10 minutes before I passed that parking space. Either fell out of engine or interior. That kitten has me and the two year old jumping hoops. I named him Rocky because he is beating us up every chance he gets. Even after neutering he has more energy. They now love each other. Problem solved, dropped from heaven.

  • We are bored here at work, so we are watching this video to see if our cats are bored as well, since we are not there to watch them being bored

  • Oh I feel bad now. I sleep a lot and my cat copies. He does go out hunting twice a day but seems relaxed sleeping next to me a lot. I didn’t realise he was bored!!:(

  • My cat is 6yo, he ignores all toys I buy for him. He would kill me if I brought another cat into the house. Took him 6 months to accept the dog, yet he still beats her up if she looks at him for too long.

  • Make sure you give your cat, a high protein diet, brush them every few day’s, play with them at least 4 to 6 time’s during a day, I even have a place that I let my cat be outside with supervision to keep her busy, and safe.

  • I love your low impact fat burning workouts. I use two that I alternate with. I have a bad knee due to injury so these are perfect for me. I’m 70 years old and in 5 weeks I’ve lost an inch off my bust and an inch and a half off my waist. Thank you.

  • Replayed this workout tonight… it’s a solid routine that’s very challenging but ideal if you don’t have a ton of time. Always can count on Coach Kosak and Claudia to keep you motivated.

Coach Kosak, always appreciate the motivational phrases in all the routines. Do you and Claudia have any self motivational books you recommend (for fitness/health, life, or both)?

  • I take my cat outside and she follows me everywhere Sometimes she runs away because she sees something interesting but she always comes back. So I trust her and boy is she glad to come inside again. If cats know where they live they will come back.

  • Cats are just wonderfully majestic animal, they look like mini lions and wild big cat, Ancient Egyptian adored them so much, they worship, have drawings and sculptures of them. Modern humans are clueless….of course they are bored being fed plant based never going to help them either.

  • This isn’t hiit! Hiit = high intensity interval training. There weren’t intervals and there was little to no rest time! HiiT requires a period rest between each interval. Do these trainers not know what HiiT stands for? Where’s the real HiiT videos?

  • Your programs are just right! No hurting and are working…..I am doing each of them (different ones every day), right after my walking outdoors. Thanks! From Paraguay

  • I really hope you enjoyed this 15 Minute FAT BURNING workout

  • Love you guys. Was there an error maybe in the editing, as we did bear-plank walkouts twice (in two different sets). What a killer. Getting fitter and stronger day by day with you guys. Thanks

  • Let him or her out. A cat door takes care of that. These are small apex predators in their own right. I hate these youtube pieces about prisoner cats. Mostly for hits for fuck’s sake.

  • It must suck to be in a country where you can’t let your cat out,My cat is only in a few hours in the day and he still drives me mental.
