  • This is to much work for lunch meals. Boiling potatoes, green beans, etc. You would have to meal prep and make more than one meal out of these recipes. Who has time to be in the kitchen doing all of this and just for one meal. Good ideas though!

  • I make this for when I want to lose weight, here’s the recipee:
    1.Take two whole grain slices of bread and toast them with or without butter, your choice
    2. Choose your choice of meat/protein, it could be eggs, chicken breast, tuna or beef but make sure to cook it with little oil or no at all
    3. Take 5-10 pieces of lettuce, and place them on your bread. I usually put on 7
    4. Cut up tomatoes and also put them on. Then choose whatever other veggies you want
    5. You can put some sauce on the bread too. But make sure to use only 1-2 tablespoon of the sauce.
    6. Basically I would eat this on my diet days, and would lose from 1-2 kg in 3 days. I want to not overwhelm myself with a too strict diet so that’s why I make this ( tip: drink a full glass of water 30 minutes before eating)

  • I’m trying to get a smaller stomach and lose weight, I’ll do this exercise daily for two weeks and let you know the results!

    Day 1: my first time exercising in months so of course I’m sweaty and breathing heavy lol but I don’t feel tired and I’m gonna add on 30 sit ups

    Day 2: did this work out and drank lemon water afterwards. I feel super tired omg, I was a little sore from yesterday but not TERRIBLY sore. Tonight I will only eat watermelon or cauliflower if I get hungry, to help keep the extra calories off.

    Day 3:2 more days and I’ll weigh myself to see f I’ve lost any weight or not. This was easier to do today! When I started these on Monday, I weighed 179 pounds so we will see!

    Day 4: I was in a funk today and felt really depressed so I only managed to force myself to do half of the work out, to make up for it I’ll double this work out tomorrow

    Day 5: I weigh myself tomorrow! Completed the work out today plus 15 sit-ups

    Day 12: so I went a few days without logging progress but I promise I was doing these everyday! With the help of healthier eating as well (reduced calories and sugar) I went from 180 to 175 and I’m continuing to do this work out everyday

  • Gordon may be of Scottish decent but it isn’t ridiculous to mistake him for a brit. IMO, his accent sounds more british as he has spent so much time in London and other posh spots in Europe while he honed his craft. I do, however, understand that Europeans could better decipher his accent.
