Armed with this info then, what exercises are ideal to help you achieve this 500 calorie target daily. Running on a treadmill at a 10:00-per-mile pace for 45 minutes burns approximately 500 calories for a 140-pound person. If you then go home and eat two slices of a fourteen-inch, regular crust pepperoni pizza, you’ll consume 596 calories. Train for 45 minutes and ruin that with ten minutes of pizza eating.

  • Enjoyed the workout, but was hoping to burn more than 185 calories. Also, Maybe I didn’t hear it but I wish there was a beep when the exercise was done. A few of the floor ones I got up with about one second left of break! I did like the no talking or story time though!

  • This workout was really challenging for me but I didn’t give up! It’s a great, quick workout that will make you feel amazing once you finish!

  • Thanks for the workout! Though, I’m not entirely convinced this is a 500 calorie burner. Maybe 250? The activity level would need to be waaaay higher for me to burn 500 in 30 minutes

  • Me ha encantado pensé que no iva a sudar pero estoy chorreando un beso desde España❤
I loved it, I thought that I will not sweat but I am dripping a kiss from Spain❤

  • at first was skeptical bc right after i hadn’t lost any weight (which i know is unrealistic but i still wanted to see). 30 minutes later after my shower I had lost a pound!

  • Great workout!!! When you’re home because of the hurricane there are no excuses especially after listening to your story! We all have a story but we have to make a choice to push forward!!! Thank you!!! Because if you I can!!!! I will!!! I must!!!! ❤️

  • Day 1: I made it to the 12:54 mark. It was no joke! But I felt great pushing through! I was proud of that. Ill be doing this workout on Tues and Thur before my steady state cardio.
Backstory: Im currently 245lbs, mesomorph body type. I dont look 245 at all due to muscle mass, BUT I want to be lean. My highest recorded weight was 268. I went to boot camp and started cutting carbs to lose some weight. Spent too much time toning and not enough cardio. Anyway, my goal is to lose 100 pounds by Summer 2021. Say some prayers for me!
P.S. don’t know why I typed all that. It felt good stating my goals though LOL. Thanks for posting the video Jo!

  • Under my personal control, my student lost 103 kg of excess weight (from 230 kg to 127 kg) in just 8 months!!! And in parallel, this result, which has no analogues in the whole world, was achieved by increasing the overall strength and endurance of his body!!!
I clarify: during 8 months, no one else in the world has managed to lose 103 kg of excess weight and at the same time acquire excellent sports form!!!
I offer you a telecast (sorry, not in English), where from 6 min 28 sec those moments, when he was 230 kg and when he became 127 kg are shown: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJSDuSNVeYc&t= 386s
I also offer additional video, the so-called. “way to 127 kg”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wx32leriZaw

  • I’m sorry, but you guys should be aware it is physically impossible to burn 500 calories in 20 minutes. She uses that title to attract viewers, and although I don’t agree with it, if that’s what it takes for people to click on her video compared to other popular fitness channels with millions of views then so be it.

  • That was truly AWESOME!!! I have begun watching and DOING home type workout for about 4-6 weeks now, and I have found very few that are well drafted/choreographed, much less that actually give you a great workout. You did an AMAZING JOB! Thanks! You got my vote!

  • Ive been doing the Chloe Ting 2 week shred all week and these past two days ive been cheating and not working out and usually when I do this that means I gave up on trying but im not giving up so easily this time so im adding this workout to my schedule lol

  • why are you lying? what is the point?….. how can anyone take you seriously if you are willing to lie like that to get views……its kind of sad because you got simple workouts but the lying (and the shit music) is putting me off.

  • Very misleading title, just completed this and I burned 190 cals, my heart rate was also sky high, I can’t imagine what it would take to burn 500 cals, just disappointing

  • Ok so I don’t usually comment on videos but I need motivation. Ok so right now I’m 11 and 170 pounds. I want to get to 140-130 lbs. So like I am going to start intermittent fasting, a calorie deficit, some workout videos, and jump rope. I’ll update every week. I’m starting July 2 2020. Please like to remind me and comment any workout videos plzzz! Thank you!

  • First time I finished one of your videos, I did do a modified version in between before I did it again, so yes I confess to cheating because I didn’t want to quit would love to say I love exercising but I just felt like a dying cow

  • On what planet would you burn 500 calories doing this!!?? Bruh get your calculations right? How do you even estimate burning 500 cals? Do you have a standardised mass/energy output that fits all sizes wth

  • You’ll be lucky if you even burn 100 calories doing this, such a joke. Don’t fall for this please, if you want to actually lose weight, pm me and I’ll give you a meal plan and routine for free. Hate to see people actually wasting their time doing this.

  • It is possible to burn up to 500 calories with this it just depends on the level of intensity one invests in it push past your limits guys much love

  • Anyone wondering, it burns around 210 calories. But since it’s HIIT and our heart rate is so elevated after the working, we will continue burning some amount of calories even after the workout. It’s great that she has three sets of the same workouts so it makes sure our body actually feels each and every move. It does go by quickly because of how she has timed it. Good luck:)

  • I’ve finished only 10:37 but one day….one day I will finish the whole workout, I promise you all:D It’s just not my day today. (I have sweat in my eyes or is it tears? ;p )

  • Hey everyone!! I normally don’t ask for anything, but I’m asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin. YouTube shows that 48% of our daily viewers are NOT SUBSCRIBED to our channel (to put that into a better perspective, that’s 210,000 other people that are not subscribed which would put the channel around 450,000 subscribers) and I know that a lot of you that have used my channel every single day for the past several months to year and a half aren’t subscribed (I see it when you post your completion stories! lol). It would really help us reach more people if you could do something as simple as taking 2 extra seconds to hit subscribe (swiping up will take you right there!) or sign into your YouTube account and simply subscribe for us. YouTube really puts a lot of value in that subscriber number to gauge how well the audience likes our channel to “recommend” it to other viewers using YouTube. YouTube is one of the only social platforms where you don’t actually have to be subscribed, following, or friends with someone for their most recent uploaded content to be recommended to you regardless of if you have an account or not and with us posting every single day for you all we kind of hurt ourselves with no one needing to subscribe since we’re always at the front of your home page. If you don’t care, please take a second and swipe up to make sure you’re subscribed and also, please do us a HUGE favor and share this post and ask others that use the channel to subscribe so that the awareness of our completely 100% free fitness channel (that won’t go away even after everything is settled with the pandemic) can get to more of those people who need it. Thank you so much!!

  • Ohh my God I was drooling in my own sweat. I workout bare-feet ( I m comfortable) I was about to slip in one of those drops of sweat. Btw feels so energetic after this.

  • Sorry but this isn’t the best and inaccurate. 500 calories but on each exercise it’s seen you replay the same clip over and over? Not a fan. Waste of 10 mins as I burnt 60 cals.

  • I haven’t tried aerobic workout…… going to start from tomorrow, wish me best of luck……
Want to try for a month and excited for the results ❤️

  • loved the exercises and the stop watch in corner… sweating so much and my HR is 120bpm rn! only managed 2 rounds but I’m gonna keep doing it this week and see if I an make it to the 3rd round!

  • If I’m burning 500 calories in 1 hour everyday, is that equivalent to the 500 burned in the 30 min or is it less intense for weight loss??if that makes sense lol

  • Alright my friend, I am going to try this, I hope and believe it will work. Stay strong and keep your great videos coming. I love it!!! Way to go Dan!!!

  • can we do jump rope on alternate days or it will harm our knees or not.And if it we cant do this exercise daily then what would be the exercise which will burn same amount of calorie on next day. plz tell

  • Hardest past was to concentrate on workout.. you keep blabbering and it becomes difficult for mind to concentrate on muscle contraction. Please stop talking unnecessarily and give instructions clearly

  • I don’t know whether this exercise really burns 500 calories or not but this one has slightly more difficult moves than the other videos…hope we’ll get good results after doing these workouts…

  • If anyone wondering how much calories burned in this video, i did this video repeat two times 1hr ++ my amazefit watch show 500++ calories burned, realy enjoy it! the songs is enjoyable too, highest heart rate is 192, average heart rate is 154 ✨

  • #CRUSHEDIT!!! I came to my all time quick sweat session today! I realize that I am totally enjoying following the daily format for exercise. I love the dedication from Sydney! It is not so easy to make up new awesome workouts for every day that are fresh and fun! And kick your butt at the same time! While Sydney is smiling!!!

  • My Samsung watch showed 223 calories burned. I’m about 150cm and 47 kg. You should keep in mind that the taller and heavier you are and the more intense your movements, the more calories you burn. Great workout!

  • I hope I burned more today. I do 25x 1 minute rounds with 20 seconds rest in between. Also, I average about 110-120 jumps per minute, sometimes more.

  • So I’m working out at home during the Quarantine and I’m wondering how heavy of weights should I use? I think I have 2-5lbs I honestly usually focus on cardio and light abs at the gym.

  • Was an insane workout! Usually, HIIT workouts end up being so cardio intensive in the beginning, i can never get through an entire 30 minutes
but this built up to an incredible burn till the end, im aching more than i ever did in any other HIIt and its so doable thank you!

  • Love her workouts!! Just not sure if I burned exactly 500 calories I tracked myself with my watch and the whole workout was like 300 calories.

    This cant be right???

  • I’ve burned 300 calories with this workout. This workout is lethal!!!!! Thank you. Never thought that a workout of two ‘simple’ exercises could be so effective.

  • After 1 circuit, I sweat as fuck! I think I put more effort than this video did…. and I do this circuit 5x every time I jump rope. Sometime I felt myself have more energy for this I might jump for 7x!!!

  • Zen Dudes…The count down beeper to each set is great. Please do this from now on. Except, do a count down on the very first set too while your showing the workout preview.

  • Hey I just want to know roughly how many calories I burn?
I skip everyday for 30 minutes..10 x 3 minutes rounds and 1 minute rest…and I jump 550 times in that 3 minutes but it is usually always sprint for all 10 rounds.
I started with 5x 2 minutes round and now I easily get to the 30 minutes mark:)
