  • Day 1: I made it to the 12:54 mark. It was no joke! But I felt great pushing through! I was proud of that. Ill be doing this workout on Tues and Thur before my steady state cardio.
    Backstory: Im currently 245lbs, mesomorph body type. I dont look 245 at all due to muscle mass, BUT I want to be lean. My highest recorded weight was 268. I went to boot camp and started cutting carbs to lose some weight. Spent too much time toning and not enough cardio. Anyway, my goal is to lose 100 pounds by Summer 2021. Say some prayers for me!

  • Anyone wondering, it burns around 210 calories. But since it’s HIIT and our heart rate is so elevated after the working, we will continue burning some amount of calories even after the workout. It’s great that she has three sets of the same workouts so it makes sure our body actually feels each and every move. It does go by quickly because of how she has timed it. Good luck:)

  • Hey I just want to know roughly how many calories I burn?
    I skip everyday for 30 minutes..10 x 3 minutes rounds and 1 minute rest…and I jump 550 times in that 3 minutes but it is usually always sprint for all 10 rounds.
    I started with 5x 2 minutes round and now I easily get to the 30 minutes mark:)
