  • does this actually burn FIFTY????? or like 25??? cause im just gonna count 25 cause the max burn of calories in a minute while working out is like 12 and this s three minutes long so…. just do the math

  • I put 3 of your videos into a playlist and I am going to do them daily I also combined them with the 30 day squat challenge, 30 day push-up challenge, 30 day planking challenge, and the 30 day crunch challenge. TODAY MY WORKOUT STARTS

  • HI rebecca, I am getting addicted to your videos! Been following your guide for almost a week and I can see results little by little!:D XFIT on the go!

  • The most repetitive workout I’ve ever done, the last 10 min is literally 2 exercises repeated over and over again. But this workout definitely gives you a really good sweat, after you’re done you feel like you burned more than 500 calories. If you can tolerate repetitive moves then do this workout

  • Love this! I’m sweating buckets but it’s a fantastic feeling. Anna is so much fun and such a good communicator I didn’t even look at the clock… well, not much anyway.:) Hasta la próxima!

  • You have no idea how you are helping us seriously. I love you. I had major insecurities about my weight and have also been depressed because of my weight gain that was until I discovered your channel. I went from 79kgs to 65Kgs within 6 months. My goal is 55kgs. I hope with your help I can accomplish that. Thank you so much Chloe. You have changed my life.

  • I usually don’t comment but this workout is SERIOUSLY good because I workout quite consistently but this made me sweat… A LOT I’m still dripping in sweat typing this comment BUT it’s worth it and I’ll prob do this for a week or two (can’t do it for too long else it won’t work for me anymore!!)

  • The repetitiveness is driving me crazy. Also no cool down at all? If you were going to repeat exercises, at least put in some different words, the same sentences over and over and over again is boring.

  • i recommend this one if you want faster results.. i swear, i swear… i just finished this one and… my soul seems to have escaped the body, I died and forgot to lie down. it’s insane. it looked like I was going to have a stroke, the rest time is very short and I didn’t stop for more than 20 seconds, i almost passed out… but it is very good

  • Every single video I do on this channel makes me sweat so much and challenges me! It surprises me every time since I’ve been doing Pop Pilates for a long time…thank you!

  • I was very skinny and after changing my diet I finally started seeing results. I didn’t know anything about training and diet, but my friend told me for the website called Next Level Diet and I just followed their diet and training plan. They have amazing tips 😉 check it out

  • Hi Chloe, thanks sooo much for your amazing free challanges and workouts. I have a suggestion, i think we need a challange that includes abs, booty and lean legs. I love your challanges but booty challange doesn’t include much legs and slim legs challange doesn’t include booty. That would be perfect if you could make a new slim legs&big booty challange! (includes abs too of course) Thank you again for being such an idol, we love you ❤️

  • I’m 5’6 (almost 5’7) and weigh about 106 lbs. But I really want to get down to where I first was, which was 98. I don’t even know how to do it. I feel soooo fat like seriously.

  • I know I always like to see how many calories people actually burned doing certain workouts so here’s mine
-I am VERY in shape and have like 16% body fat so I am burning less than most but I still burned a lot
    (I am 5’10” and 130 lbs)
    time: 33:09
    calories: 277

  • I successfully did this today. It was my first time trying this. I absolutely love it. So challenging but I feel so proud of myself for finishing it all without any breaks. Much love to you & thank you so much for making this workout video

  • hi i’m 2020 ;))) we have corona i miss 2016 anyway i will try this workout for 7 days and update u guys <333

    I lost 3 kg in a week
    From 80 to 78 kg

  • WARNING: this video does not include warming up, break and cooling down session so it will take u more time,

I make it until video ends, it is just basically repeating the same HIIT session for 3/4 video, then switch to push up and jump squat until the end. I am really sweating but it is also tedious and boring because same routine and same song.

  • Does anybody know the bodyweight of the person they used to calculated the 200 calorie burn? If so please leave a reply…that would be really helpful, thanks.

  • Last year 2019 I did this for 3 months everyday + cutting out sugar and salt and lost 30 pounds, it works if you truly commit to it, here I am a year later using these videos because I stopped working out and gained all of the weight back

  • You are my inspiration ❤️thank you but my lower belly fat isn’t goingdownI do your work out every day but gosh my belly fats r way too stubborn!!! What should i do?

  • I did it 20 minutes with some breaks…It’s a tabata Workout cause it’s only 10 secs of rest…The movements are easy but it’s hard to not have any rests….

  • one of the most fuking intense cardio workout i did….only lasted 20 mins with longer breaks lmaoooo

“last circuit is actually easiest”………….sees groiners and I just completely reinvented circuit 3 with minimal jumping exercises

  • So this is my first time trying it and I did the full 30 minutes but let me tell I did not stop for a break and I was dying after the jump squats and pushups, totally worth it though

  • I could only do the “ If you can’t do it” workouts. I finished it. I am absolutely dripping with sweat, exhausted and exhilarated. My binge on M&M’s and pizza was the reason I searched for a workout. No amount of junk food is worth this pain. But strangely… I liked this. I will try it 3-4 times a week and post results.

  • I do exercise each day
But have never been this tired
    Great video
But i think the time between each exercise should be a but more than what you gave to make this humanly possible

  • It really opened my eyes to see myself flail my arms helplessly and flop over like an obese cat while trying to do those lunge kicks. I got a long way to go boys.

  • Ive done a very bad deed today having bolognese spagetthi with cheese after 9pm!! My body hate me right now, i need to lose at least 200 calories, definitely doing this

  • I loved this work out, just wish Anna did a cool down at the end. I’ve been doing these enough on my own though that I managed a cool down myself. Just love when Anna leads the cool down as she has such great tips for the stretches!

  • Php 1.00 for a cause(please notice me)
Good evening po, I know this is not related to chloe ting workout reviews.
I am Charisse Mae Almarez, i am seeking for help for my online class here in the Philippines. But due to the pandemic that still rising in our country, I and my family can’t afford to buy resources for the online class. I am seeking financial help even just Php 1.00 piso is a great help. I hope you will notice me.
Here is my paypal account 09457512677
Thank you po and God Bless

  • I really love this one! I tried to do the modified burpee with adding an alternating bicep curl with my weights each time I squat, it was very effective! But I missed your cool down at the end, it is so nice when you do them Anna! But still I loved your video, you bring joy and happiness in my day! thank you very much!

  • I lost 4 kilos (and that was enough for me to be in shape because I’m a little chubby) and I miss that time! Back here again after becoming a fat pumpkin!

  • I love it when skinny young people say all you have to do is… Talk to me after three children and your 61 and weigh 209 pounds. At my age it is very difficult to lose weight and I have never been a person to exercise and I have no muscles. I have lost 35 pounds in the last two years and have started exercising and feel better but I will never be the skinny person I was at 25

  • This workout had me sweating!! But i looked at my watch at the end and only saw i burned 180 calories. I went hardcore for the majority… I’m wondering if it has to do with the fact that i work out a lot and it takes a lot to burn a lot. Does anyone have the same issue? Still loved this workout cuz im dripping

  • I just finished this workout in one go without having a water break. This is what happens after I eat I become sugar high and super energetic ^ ^ the workout was pretty fun! I recommend you guys to try it

  • Her jab jab kick was horrible…I’m a boxer and this was cringey to watch…the form in her jab is terrible other than that pretty decent work out

  • i am so tired rn but it was worth it i do this 5 ‘tis a day by choice and its amazing i have lost so much weight. Plz try this and subscribe

  • Omg, whenever she said “this is out second set” and I always be like “no, I thought it’s already the third!”
Anyways, I’m so proud of myself that I can finally stick to the end and I hope that everyone can achieve it too. can’t wait to see changes in my body (Actually, after one day I already feel like my belly is forming a shape)

  • When you exercise like crazy, lose all motivation for a year and you have to start from the beginning. man im really in trash shape but I gotta start somewhere again

  • I know this is from a few years ago, but what the HECK popsugar?!! working the same muscle groups hard in the same set (obliques and IT Bands, then obliques and IT Bands, repeat! Now quads, and more quads, and quads again, then repeat!), no time for muscle recovery, and no stretches afterwards. I expect more from you. No wonder everyone is rubber-legged after this work out! It isn’t a sign of a good work out, it’s a sign of a badly planned work out routine.

  • ME @ 0:00 aah!! after all that surfing of super men and women…a short average not-so-tight asian instructor, i can beat her easily
    ME @ 13:44 D e a d

  • Great workout! This and your cardio boxing classes helped me more than the Zumba and cardio blast classes at my college gym! And it’s free! I can’t thank you enough!

  • Crikey I’m sweating and my body feels like jelly. I just about made it through to 30 mins. I didn’t quite burn 300 calaories, more like 177. But its defeniltly worth it!! Thankyou Anna for this workout. You are very lovely and very motivating!! My body will be nice n toned for the summer!!

  • To the person who is reading this:

You’re amazing and beautiful, stay safe and I hope your dreams come true one day!

My dream is to reach 150 subs. I’ve been struggling to get there.

  • YOUTUBE FRIEND anyone? I’m starting a new fitness and health channel. I haven’t uploaded any videos yet because I was hoping to get an audience first. Subscribe ❤️

  • I was down 8lbs in 2 weeks, I’ll definitely buy Weight Loss Green Store Tea again and try to stick to it. It was rather effective.

  • 15 minutes hig knee sme place running.
    50 squats.
    100 Foot touch.
    200 jumping jacks.
    200 donkey kicks.
    1 hour medium walk.

    How much calories burned?

  • Your videos have helped us a lot to learn so many things. These days, I feel YouTube is not only a place to entertain watching random videos but also a great place to learn things of our expertise. I have learned more things on YouTube than at my university. Unfortunately, we don’t get any certificate for learning so many things. Keep making more videos…our blessings are with you.

  • This Workout is honestly amazing. In the past 2 days I’ve lost 2 lbs by doing it twice the first day and once the second day. So far in my journey I’ve lost 5.8 lbs! I’m extremely proud of myself. I wish you all good luck in whatever your goals may be. I’ll keep you updated if I lose anymore weight.

    Lost 0.8 pounds!

  • Hello bright side. There are many things that seem useless to us but serve some purpose. Can you make a video about what it would be like if you don’t have the following for a day:
    1. Fingernails and toenails
    2. Head hair

  • this was such a fun workout!! I loved how anna was always talking and it kept me motivated the whole time! I am a little disappointed because my apple watch said i only burned 160 calories. I guess that could possibly be because of my height to weight ratio. So sweaty tho!!

  • The person reading this may you have an amazing day and may you stay blessed with your lovely family and may your dreams come true..I m trying to get to 1k. I been struggling to get there….. your support appreciated ❤

  • It’s definitely a killer like omg it’s insane. But it gets really repetitive and annoying after a while when you’re doing the same bloody set for about 15 minutes straight. Although it’s a brilliant workout, I was like “omg please switch things up” lol. She also speaks clearly but with a robot-ish attitude and says the same thing about every workout, especially with the squats and push-ups lol.

  • I have been doing this 30 min intense full body workout, while quarantine.:) Best one to lose weight and perfect to get in shape, thanks Chloe Ting! Blessings!!!!

  • The workout and the instructor are great. But I had to mute her out and just watch, sorry, because of her non-stop “Oh, my God! Oh, My Gosh! Oh, my Goodness!” It looks like it is not easy for her to do such exercises, which is of course wrong. Meanwhile, the exercises are pretty easy. Sounded annoying and weird.

  • Wow I love this one! Couldn’t do everything in it though and could only last up to the ninja part, then I had to stop. My new goal is to finish all 30 minutes! 😉

  • Can’t believe how intense this workout is. Chloe you are one strong human being. Couldn’t do the last 6 min of the workout and usually I can complete each exercise you post on YouTube. Much love ❤❤ Do hope your new program with weights aren’t that difficult

  • Now I have been working out for a while and THIS IS THE HARRRDDDESTTTTT WORKOUT I’VE DONEEE!!!!!! I paused and slowed down so many times but somehow pushed through. Thank you for killing me chole ✨

  • How is a plank so low in calories? From experience once you get past a certain amount of time it becomes very difficult and you sweat a lot

  • I did the whole thing without pausing the video once and I couldn’t be prouder of myself. I can’t believe I just burned of at least 300 calories damnnnnn
I measured my bpm during the vid a couple of times and my highest was 181 at the end. And I’m sure that’s the highest bpm I ever had in my life

  • Just finished Marching band camp for my senior year, lost about 50 pounds since freshman year. Figured since I just built up my stamina from band camp and seeing as this is my last year and I dont have my once a year for 2 weeks excersize I should get into actual workouts. I was able to push through just about every set except burpees had to take a quick waterbreak for that haha hopefully Ill be able to get to 170 before senior year ends. I started my freshman year at a peak weight of 251 pounds, I was about 15. and now I’m almost 18 and just 2 weeks ago I weighed in below 200. havent been below 200 since 5th grade! Idk I ranted, im interested in other peoples stories if anyone would like to share, lets motivate eachother:)

  • I do this workout at least once a week, love it! Definitely seeing results, working out 20-30 minutes daily, slow and steady weight loss

  • Now I hate myself for giving up on the middle of second circuit…

  • I have been doing these ab workouts for a week now and I have seen MAJOR changes and I did have a ED and I’m getting so much muscle and just getting very toned! I have been eating right though so that’s why too

  • To whoever who is reading this
Your skin isn’t a paper don’t cut it
Your life isn’t a movie don’t end it
Your heart isn’t a door don’t lock it
Your body isn’t a book don’t judge it
    Your beautiful
    Stay safe
(Btw) iam struggling to get 7 subs
    I would appreciate some help.

  • I did this and some moves I couldn’t do so I just did like 4 of them but is was like 10 instead of them I ran. Btw nice workout I will do this 1 or 2 if I can per day and see the difference

  • This was so helpful! All the motivations came at just when I needed them. I had never heard of this and just subscribed. Thanks so much!

  • Was able to do this workout without taking any break. In fact skipped the breaks she had in this video. You are doing a great job I must say chloe. You are inspiring many people out there. I have been following your work out routine. And I can see a massive difference in my body. Allah bless you.

  • I have been doing this for the past two days, and its intense! But very effective just like you said Chloe! If you are reading this Chloe I just want to say you are very inspiring!

  • I do this with 100 squats,60 donkey kiks, strech for my splits, some kind of balerina ankle raise (100 ) and 1 hour of runing, I am 11 years old and I DO NOT RECOMAND!!!!!

  • I love this one for a quick at home workout! Makes me sweat but goes by quickly and doesn’t get too repetitive or boring:) According to my fitness watch it only burned 140 calories, even though I did no modifications, but better than nothing

  • you cant burn calories seeing as how calories dont exsist. its a measurement of energy, not an ingredient. more nonsense put on food labels to misdirect you from truth.. try burning SUGAR.. that might work

  • I really like this workout and I’ve done it many times when I’m not able to go out and do cardio or go to the gym, but despite all of that I still can’t do a single proper pushup. I’ve been having to modify it by using knees or only going halfway down.
(So unfortunately, these burpees are all wasted on me.)
But your arms are practically holding all of your weight when you do a pushup, so is it really that bad that I can’t do one? Eh.

  • This is my first time getting through the whole video without stopping. Even cried at the end a little. Stick with it even when it gets tough and you WILL be rewarded, hard work pays off. I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made:)

  • I love this workout video! Its so short but so effective! It gets my heartrate up and even sweat by the end! I feel like just 3 minutes of this every day would really help! Thank you for these videos! I will be cheering you on!

  • Jeee this was intense. I used to do the 300-500calorie workout every day for 70 days and I lost 10kg from it, this felt so much harder

  • I had my activity tracker on and burned 215 cals. So it really depends on your age / weight / how hard you go.
    I’m 21, female and 120 pounds so.

  • i really have trouble doing the kick outs to the side… i’m not very flexible and just feel a bit retarded doing it:( do you have a video on improving flexibility please

  • Did 5mins(1st day), 13, 16, 19..(4th). Time is increasing for me. Its tough, although havent lost any weight till now..Hope I lose some till I reach this in full length. I am at around 30 bmi btw.

  • Wow, that was actually a pretty fun experience. Dunno how many calories I lost from this cause I have no scale but, I hope I lost quite a lot!

  • Hi I’m 5’4, probably about 116-130 pounds I try to eat 1,300 calories a day and I ate a bit more than usual today and I really want to loose about 15-20 pounds in a year how many times a day should I do this workout to see results sooner?

  • You don’t need to buy any expensive supplements nor do any hard exercise or diet. I’ve been using Garcinia for 3 years now and I’ve turned my body around from heavily overweight to slim as a model. These pills are magical, and now they’re giving them away for FREE (shipping cost only) to those who want to try it out. If you’re interested, you can request your free bottle here (U.S. & Canada shipping only):

  • would it be a cheat to complete it to 100 calories, then restart the video and re do the same exercises that lost the first 100?? because i s2g the second half makes me die

  • Current weight: 68 Kgs

  • Sorry i’ve been away for a while! I just got back from Japan and wanted to take two weeks off the internet to recuperate. I hope you try this workout. This is intense and effective. Hope you enjoy! Let me know down in the comments if you’ve tried it out!

  • This is my all time favorite go-to workout! I couldn’t even finish it when it first came out! Now I change the last set to abs and I get my complete HIIT for the day. I absolutely love the high calorie burn for just the 30 mins. Thanks Chloe! I’ve been working out with you for close to 3 years now:)

  • I am on the floor of my room, tiredly typing you this after relunctantly starting your workout and so glad i’m writing this after the timer hit the zero mark instead of halfway through. I have hypothyroidism so it’s asking for the impossible to get up, put on my sports bra and actually committing to finish this half an hour. I’ve been doing various pop sugar workouts and even if I feel like my weight hasn’t changed a bit, the workouts seem easier to me. Thank you @popsugarfitness. I love the motivation and keep it up <3 Love, Amy

  • I dont get the same high from other workouts as I do from going on a long run. Running + weights or body weight exercises is a DEADLY combo.

  • Omg this was great. I’m so sweaty and tired right now but it’s worth it lol. I want more of these, this is the only way I get motivated lol. Now I have to go shower
