  • Your arms need more mass. I give yout body an A plus for your age but all im all you have a b grade body. Mass is more important than abs

  • Alright, here is a fitness test, which I’ve tested personally. You bound up stairs two at a time for as many floors as you can. I have friend who lives on the 9th floor of an apartment building. When I go visit him I take two steps straight to the 6th floor, after which I have to gear down to regular pace for the remaining three floors. When I stood up in his door for the first time he told me I should try camomile herb tea. When I asked him why, he said he’s never seen anybody so traumatized after a simple elevator ride to the 9th floor and camomile will do wonders for my nerves. When I told him I ran upstairs he said, “Forget camomile. You need a psychiatrist.”

  • Great video as usual. But I’ve got a question: I did 36 push-ups (good form) in 50 seconds and that was it, I couldn’t do a single one more. How do I count it? Should I go slower to do a higher count? (BTW I’m 69).
