  • I love this workout. I do have a question. I wear my Apple Watch and it doesn’t reflect 2 miles when I do this, only 1. I am stepping the entire time. Trying to figure out why.

  • This one is probably advanced beginner plus. I felt totally uncoordinated with some of the moves, but it’s my first time, so I just did my best and kept moving. Had to hit pause to grab some water a few times as this one is deceptively tough if you’re making the effort to really push yourself. Great workout, really gets a lot done in little time! And ‘hello’ back to Peanut! We’re ‘pug people’ here, but someday I’ll get my adorable Frenchie.

  • I have been doing home walking workouts for 20 years, normally I do it w/Leslie Sansone @Walk at Home. She is a classic professional and I love her videos. I say that because this video left me a little disappointed. Constructive criticism here, don’t hate me…lol Even though I did enjoy some of the new moves, (like uppercut, speed bag, instep & repeaters) your footsteps were completely off beat for 80% of the video… Drove me insane the whole time �� I found it hard to follow because many moves were jerky & very off balance…..I feel like people could get injured way too easily, trying to imitate the flailing arms etc. Moves need to be more deliberate. As soon as we learned a move, you changed it to jumping around. I added arm weights & did more controlled movements, & still got a decent amount of fat-burning & cardio sweat, without all the jumping & jerking. Just my opinions ��

  • Prior to quarantine, I had never done Leslie’s workouts. I was an avid gym goer, avid outdoor walker, but not much for “aerobics”.   • Just completed this workout my first more intense workout since I got the okay from my podiatrist, post foot surgery, to resume my usual high activity level (hope you aren’t sick of my video comments at this point, I apologize, haha).   • This came up when I searched for low impact. I was disappointed that not one of the people stayed at a low impact level for the entire workout. The leader does say you can stay with a particular move, but it’s nice to see someone at your level.

  • I have always been drawn to what is considered to be “aerobic weight training” or AWT. Sometimes known as “4-limb” aerobics. This workout falls into AWT category. Love the constant movement. Thank you Jessica.:)

  • OMG!!! How have I not done this one yet?!?! I guess it slipped though the cracks for me! It was a great workout, very tough! And now I’m quite sparkly! I tried most of it with my 8# and 5#, only dropping down to 3# for the last few reps of shoulders.   • I’m in the middle of a nasty cold and yesterday couldn’t even get through 10 minutes of a workout. An I typically do 40 minutes 6 days a week! I found this workout saved in my faves folder and decided to give it a go. It was PERFECT for me today! Enough to get me sweating, but not too much that my aching and weak body couldn’t keep up. And even though this was a slower pace than I’m used to, I was SHOCKED to see I burned 300 calories in the 30 minutes! Thank you so much, I love your videos and you helped me so much today ♥️

  • Wow! This was a fabulous workout! At one point, I thought that my 4 lb. weights were a little light, and that I should have gone for the 5 lbs., but-by the end of the workout-I was satisfied that I had picked the right weights. For the heavy weights, I used 10 lbs, which also turned out to be the right choice. My fat was sobbing uncontrollably by the cool down, which is exactly what I needed. One of the best parts of the January Jump-Start Challenge is that I’m discovering YouTube videos that I’ve never used before and might never have found on my own.   • Jessica, have you ever considered an online subscription service? One where you add two or three full length workouts a week (maybe something like one yoga, one sculpt fusion, one weight training), and we could pay a monthly charge to have access to them? I see so many people offering this now, but you would make a killing with it!! I’d easily pay anywhere from $15 to $20 a month if you offered something like that. Just an idea!

    I like the fact that there are long and short ones for the days when I’m not quite feeling up to working as hard.

  • Whew I am sweating. Still trying to do the January Jump Start. I was sick again early last week so I’m only on Day 7 for January and here we are almost done the month, but at least I am doing it and I can feel my body getting stronger and feeling a little better. It all counts!

  • Long story short… 36 hour power failure, 4 x people and 2 x dogs in quarantine, 1 x husband trying to run meetings and work with unreliable generator and wifi, 2 x kids trying to do online assignments and schooling with the same unreliable generator and wifi, 2 x dogs thinking that this situation is a fun party, 1 x mom trying to keep all the members calm and fed, 1 x mom becoming a tiny bit fed up and teary, 1 x Lucy and pink trees and fun moves… 1 x happy mom who can manage the rest of the family with a smile till bed time ��

  • I used to do this in DVD years ago. You will work up a sweat like you’re walking outdoors. I’ve picked up 15lbs from quarintine stress snacking and sitting all the time while working from home on the laptop. Great way to work and get workout..I’m starting this today to reverse the collateral damage.

  • I just did the 30 minute stepping strength after recovering from hip replacement surgery. I wasn’t able to complete the entire video workout but I know I will eventually.   • Thanks for a longer video Lucy! Please make more longer ones. I’ve recently changed jobs & went from 1st shift to 2nd. It’s a pain to think about driving to the gym, coming home & getting ready for work & then driving 20 miles to work. Working out at home is much more convenient during the week.

    I’d also like to make a suggestion: for people that are new to exercise, maybe make a video for them on proper form while doing squats/lunges etc? I was exercising & trying to lose weight for about a year before i was told my squat form was making my knees hurt (i was initiating the movement at the knees & not the hips & i was also not driving the force of the push through the heels). Big improvement in strength & no more knee pain!

  • A bit behind on this, but finally completed Day 14 of the February Fusion challenge! I still love this workout, very challenging! I still used by 5# and 8# weights throughout, but still had to drop to one side each on the last few reps on the tricep kick backs. And yet again, a sweaty mess at the end!

  • Day 26 of the January Jumpstart Challenge. This is a great Total Body workout whilst also packing in the steps too (a two for one special).
    I used my 4 kilo set today and for the lower body doubled up to 6 kilos using one of my 2 kilo weights. I got a really good workout, I definitely sparkled and thoroughly enjoyed myself in the process. The music and Jessica are so upbeat and positive too. What a fantastic start to my day today. I am going to partner this with Stepping Strength as I don’t have the other recommendation Tred and Shred yet.

  • I have been loving this workout! I do it once or twice a week at lunch (I work from home) and it is a great way to incorporate strength training into my routine even though I am very inexperienced in that area. Also, while I’m commenting, I wanted to thank you for your walk-and-talk series. I work from home and can also struggle with social anxiety, which is not always a winning combo. Your videos are a lifesaver for getting me out of my seat and moving my feet while meditating on an important topic. Once I do the first mile, I can usually convince myself to walk a couple more outside which is very therapeutic! I hope you consider making more.:)

  • I usually do the walking exercises with Leslie Sansone and her team, and I love them but, this video was thrown up this morning and I tried it. Thank you Jenny Ford, it was nice and I just want to let you know that I did most of it, some high impact moves I could not, jumping in certain ways or lifting the knees high when jogging I cannot do. But I did most of them, and the high impact parts too, and finished it and enjoyed it. You are also lucky to have a nice voice. WE cannot choose our voice and some of us has not so nice voice even if we are kind. It is lovely to listen to someone whose sound of voice is also nice, it is a gift of God to have that kind of voice. Anyway, thank you, I loved it, and the fact that the music was just instrumental, and was there just to give the beat, nothing fancy, was also good, it did not distract me from the instructor nor the moves. It was a well-put together video, well done for the others as well. Thank you again.

  • I started this exercise today. I am a 52 Native American whom is 150 lbs over weight for my height. I could only last 20 minutes today before my stomach muscles cramped really bad under my ribs. Plus I walk 2 miles in 40 minutes daily for 3 wks now. I have started a MAJOR change in my eating habits in the last 3 weeks also with healthier food with higher fiber and protein but less in calories and carbs. Plus I drink a half gallon of water or more plus 3 8oz glasses of plain cold green tea or hot depending on weather. I am tired of being depressed and grieving for my 2 adult children commiting suicide and my dad just passing from lung cancer and my mom from Rheumatoid complications and beating myself up with junk food and candy and soda and sleeping whenever I can. I reconnected with Creator during quarantine and ask for help to stay obedient towards His will and creating a new healthier me. I GOT THIS!

  • Day 1 of Week 2 of the January 2019 Challenge completed!!! Love this workout!!! After doing this workout only 2 months ago, I have improved quite a bit! I was able to do the whole workout with my 5# and 8# weights! The tricep kickbacks I had to drop to one side at a time for the last few reps. But the rest I was able to do all the way through. I feel like I’m getting back up to my old strength and stamina finally! Thanks Jessica and Peanut!

I just have to say that the phrase ‘sit back in your hips’ has taken on an additional meaning for me lately, while I have been holding my sweet new TENTH grand baby. When you are holding a newborn that you don’t want to jostle, it’s great to be able to go from standing to sitting in a rocking chair in a smooth easy movement, thanks to Jessica’s workouts!
