  • Totally enjoyed that workout! Gets 5 stars from me just what I was looking for to walk and use weights mainly for the upper body. Thank you Jessica!

  • Leslie, love this workout. This is one of my favs, felt the light weights really took it to another level. I think you are amazing and so grateful to have you on my side!

  • What a great workout to start my day! I am not a beginner and felt that this workout got my heart pumping and legs burning. A nice low impact variation to your step classes. Thank you!

  • Just finished this workout, and boy do you sweat!! Thanks for a great workout, I will definitely be doing this again… thanks☺️‍♂️

  • Stuck here in the UK because of Corona Virus social distancing, so I thought I better do something active indoors. Well what a way for a man like me to start the day.
This is great. Hopefully my coordination will improve and I can get the top half to work independently from the bottom half. Well done to you for publishing this.

  • I bought the total body 2. I can’t find the actual video to stream. All I have is the 50 second promo. Am I missing something. I am so excited to stream a full workout!

  • Day 2 of the Spring Ahead Challenge completed! Feeling a little weak today, so I had to drop down to my 3# weights for the shoulder moves, and tricep kick backs. But finished off strong with my 8# weights for all the heavy weight moves! Still love this workout, great total body strength and cardio, love it!

  • you are freaking awesome I did your workout thinking oh this is going to be easy! fooled me I was struggling I made it thru! this is a awesome workout. your In immaculant shape! great video.

  • Jessica I really love your workouts! Please do more like this one that has everything. I don’t have to do extra stretch. I also like it does not have push ups I have a lot of wrist injuries which makes push ups extra hard on my hands.Thank you again!

  • Love from india.i am a big fan of leslie mam.your workouts are very much doable.i recommend these videos to my family members also. They also enjoy doing your work out.you are such a blessing in my life.

So happy to have come across your walking exercise since March 2020!!
It makes a lot of difference.

  • Oh Leslie you where like a live saver to me right now I was super sore from my abs routine that I couldn’t sit to pee and use this routine and I’m feeling awesome thank you very much god bless you during this difficult times.

  • hello walk at home fam, i use myfitnesspal and was wondering if anyone knows how to log these types of walks in? there’s quite a few options and i’m not sure which to use. congrats to all the folks on here whose lost weight! you’re all an inspiration!

  • I always find this to be an excellent workout. I love everything about it. Having completed this today I have completed my first cycle through the Summer of Strength 2020. I have enjoyed the variety of the routines over the past 5 weeks and the flexibility of choice between YouTube and Jessica’s professional produced downloads. Looking forward to round two of the SoS after a few days resting this weekend.

  • If im sweating right now and I am
That means it worked I couldn’t finish no more I’m proud i finish half way thru a workout program even tho i am 25 i was at like 22 minute or so I was half way there but child i needed to sit down in my room and I have my heater on TO

  • Wow, this was far more intense than I anticipated for my first time doing it… BUT I made it the whole way through with only a few modifications! Thank you for keeping these “old” videos live!

  • I’ve been doing Leslie’s walking workouts for the last few weeks and now fit into my swimsuit. This stuff works and it’s not difficult. You just have to be motivated to do what you must do to be healthy and fit.

  • My best trainer ever a million roses I love your videos sooo much
No one can do walk walk like you ♥️♥️♥️♥️

  • Did this work out for the first time this morning my legs are still sore I have the dvd planning on getting the update one this is way better than the Leslie sansone walk and tone and frim 30

  • Loved this, it’s raining hard today, feels great to get a good sweat indoors where it’s dry (minus the sweat). First time I’ve seen this video though really good thanks Jessica and of course Peanut.

  • What is the best product or brand to lost a ton of fat? I read plenty of superb reviews on the net about how Custokebon Secrets can help you lost tons of weight. Has any one tested out this popular fat burn diet plan?

  • Great exercise. My heart rate increases with the simple walking exercise movements. Can you please create more walking exercise videos.

  • Maravilha seus exercícios eu fazia somente caminhada, mas por causa da quarentena resolvi fazer pela internet e encontrei vc… adorei…as pessoas já estão me achando mais magra…sou do Brasil ❤️

  • I love this workout. I do have a question. I wear my Apple Watch and it doesn’t reflect 2 miles when I do this, only 1. I am stepping the entire time. Trying to figure out why.

  • This one is probably advanced beginner plus. I felt totally uncoordinated with some of the moves, but it’s my first time, so I just did my best and kept moving. Had to hit pause to grab some water a few times as this one is deceptively tough if you’re making the effort to really push yourself. Great workout, really gets a lot done in little time! And ‘hello’ back to Peanut! We’re ‘pug people’ here, but someday I’ll get my adorable Frenchie.

  • Thanks so much for this workout! It’s my current favorite, as I’m getting into a regular working routine during this pandemic. I’m doing it every other day, alternating with a couple of Leslie’s DVDs that I own. But I don’t have this on DVD!

  • As expert, I do think Custokebon Secrets is great way to lost crazy amounts of fat. Why don’t you give it a chance? maybe it is going to work for you too.

  • I am sweating to the core and love it! I just love this cardio, and toning workout and the floor exercises, too I need this workout to strengthen my bones. Thank, Gina B. Yes, this channel is worth subscribing to!

  • Hey Jenny You are awesome I love you and I love your all workouts I am from India thank you very much for uploading videos God bless you dear

  • I have been doing home walking workouts for 20 years, normally I do it w/Leslie Sansone @Walk at Home. She is a classic professional and I love her videos. I say that because this video left me a little disappointed. Constructive criticism here, don’t hate me…lol Even though I did enjoy some of the new moves, (like uppercut, speed bag, instep & repeaters) your footsteps were completely off beat for 80% of the video… Drove me insane the whole time I found it hard to follow because many moves were jerky & very off balance…..I feel like people could get injured way too easily, trying to imitate the flailing arms etc. Moves need to be more deliberate. As soon as we learned a move, you changed it to jumping around. I added arm weights & did more controlled movements, & still got a decent amount of fat-burning & cardio sweat, without all the jumping & jerking. Just my opinions

  • You really have us in mind when you plan. You show steps in advance, keep encouraging and even have a easier and harder steps for different people

  • After I learned about using cans for weight from your FULL BODY TONE UP TO THE BEAT WITH CANNED FOOD, I started to do your other weight exercises. Boy this burns me really good, and I LOVE it! So. Much. Sweat. What a fantastic exercise combo with motivating music! The Cindi Lauper song really hooks me up:D Thank you so much!

  • Hello, I make your ejercicies, but I don’n speak english well and not understand all,. Do you have any traslate to spanish. Thank you

  • As specialist, I think Custokebon Secrets can be good way to lost tons of fat. Why not give it a chance? maybe it’s going to work for you too.

  • I remember this being my first video of my weight loss journey from 78 kgs to 50 kgs within 2 years with a few good eating habits too.
I’ve gained so I’m back here after years.
This works wonders. Simple and effective.

  • Other marching workouts on YouTube are too slow for me and High impact workouts are too much for me.

This is EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. Thank you Jenny.

  • Oh dear, that was rough for me, even with just 3 and 5 lb weights! Just goes to show how much I need to do it! Got my sweat on and am feeling accomplished now. Thanks, Jessica (and Peanut).

  • Thank you so much Lesley, I have joined you from UK whilst we have been on lockdown. I am 56 and feel so much fitter and am really enjoying your sessions. Xx

  • Cannot wait to do this workout after work today!I’m loving your workouts, so low impact on my joints and the music is awesome!!!! TU xx

  • Love this workout early in the morning! Really sets my mind and body and MOOD for the whole day. Anything longer than 20 minute son your channel is on my list.

  • Hi Lucy.. I follow your exercises and your workouts are amazing..i have a typical pear shape body..just wanna reduce lower body…please please do some more floor mat exercises as I feel knee pain when do standing exercises..please do some more variations for lower body on floor.

  • What a gift your online workouts are, especially now that the gyms are closed in our area (due to covid19)! I’ve been telling all my gym-going friends about your videos, and what a good substitute they are for any machine workout or class they can get there. I’d like to donate to your cause (I’ve been doing your workouts almost daily since November and I feel guilty getting them for free!). How can I go about that?

  • Anybody tried the Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google)? We have noticed several amazing things about this popular diet plan.

  • I loved this workout! What a great way to start the weekend. Actually I love all your workouts! I exercise with you daily since the beginning of the year and I know I am in great hands. You have given us all an amazing gift that keeps are bodies and brains in shape. You are truly an amazing trainer and I send you
My gratitude, love and blessings all the way from Greece. I tell everyone, who is interested to listen and feel better, about you so slowly building a small fun club

  • I always do Leslie Sansone walking videos, but I came across this one today which I really enjoyed. I will continue to do more of your videos along with Leslie Sansone. One question…in this video how many miles was this….I am thinking maybe 2 miles, not sure. It was really fun…thank you!

  • I just wanna thank you again, Lucy, mostly in this occasion…I’m italian, due to the coronavirus i had to stay at home and you help me so much with your videos!❤

  • I have been walking with her for the past 5 years. keeping fit, gives me energy for the whole day. my feel good hormones are at their peak through out the day

  • Prior to quarantine, I had never done Leslie’s workouts. I was an avid gym goer, avid outdoor walker, but not much for “aerobics”. Gotta say, I started doing these indoor walks when quarantine started, and now that it’s incredibly hot and humid where I am, I am grateful to have them for those days when walking outside is just too awful. Thanks Leslie!

  • First time doing this wonderful workout on Jessicasmithtv and I just loved it. It has everything-strength, cardio, flexibility and you can amp it up by adding more weight or doing more high intensity cardio -it’s for everyone! Thanks Jessica!

  • I absolutely love your videos Gina B! The music and combination of walking, dancing and strength building is so motivating and exactly what I need on my health journey. I have been sharing your channel on my Facebook group WW Tips And Recipes By Risa. I have lost over 130 pounds on my own, with WW (Wellness That Works, and Intermitten Fasting) and of course your videos have helped. I have been maintining now for eight years. I am also posting on my Instagram wwrisastips to promote your channel as well. Thank you for all you do to inspire and help others.

  • Loved this workout! The beginning walking segment has me all messed up, didn’t realize how uncoordinated I am lol. But I’m going to keep at it because I really appreciate the cardio and toning, all in one, its great! Thanks for this one girl!

  • This is one of my favourites.really fun and creative, now time to wash the sweat off and start the day.lucy you understand women’s needs so well

  • I have several of Jessica’s DVDs. Was looking for a workout 50+ minutes, but this one kicks your butt in 40 minutes. Love the heavy weights.

  • Loved this! Didn’t use the ribbon, just did the movements with my arms. Wanted to ask is your audio workout easy to do while walking on a treadmill? Going to be purchasing a treadmill probably in the next month or so and was going to download it then…

  • I don’t know if this is beginner I want to see what advanced is lol…But I made is 22 minutes so I am proud of that. Will try for 28 tomorrow.:)

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a google search engine search. On there you’ll find an awesome suggestions about how you can lost a lot of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

  • Just completed this workout my first more intense workout since I got the okay from my podiatrist, post foot surgery, to resume my usual high activity level (hope you aren’t sick of my video comments at this point, I apologize, haha). This was challenging, fun, safe (like all of your workouts seem to be, as I preview them and bookmark; and my order of your DVDs is arriving next week!). SO grateful for your workouts, Jessica, as I ease back into my high activity level but also continue to find balance (I’m the one who still struggles from over-exercising and under-fueling). THANK YOU!:)

  • This is now one of my favorite walk videos. I loved the addition of weights here, and walking with Leslie by herself the time just flies by. I feel like I’m walking with a friend!

  • Love from mumbai,India.
    Amazing workouts Lucy.
Started off with your 7 minute ones…seemed so doable…now I’m hooked to your workouts. God bless you!….I’ve around 2kgs in 1month!

  • I’m looking forward to to doing this workout tomorrow. I didn’t get a chance to workout today it’s a family day . Thank you Gina for all of your videos.

  • I shared this with my blind groups. I’m their eyes, so I tell them what you are doing and we had a great time doing this. Quarantine our time with your friend’s video. Thanks

  • Believe in yourself i just finish it i am sooo Surpise my forhead is sweating that means it was working
Doing indoor work out cuz of quartine to stay healthy
When u do the walk in place it reminds me of Leslie walking home excerise i be doing.

  • I am obsessed with your walk everyday ❤️! Thank you! And did id. Used 2 and 5 lb. I only had those. They were great…..❤️!

  • Not sure if anyone knows this, but this is a GREAT workout when you’re having your period! I was having some lethargy and cramps today but this set me right again! Thanks Jessica!

  • THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! This was sooo great for me! I’m recovering from big toe surgery and it was perfect! Please, more low impact videos Thanks so much! Carolann

  • Hi Madam Leslie…i am from Phils. Exercising is more fun with your video… keep it up…and thank you so much for all the encouragement about the importance of exercise on everyday lives…God bless you and your family…

  • Amazing workout! I love that the moves were not complicated but very affective and fun! First time doing it and will try to do it every day thank you!

  • Thank you… I have had three tummy ops quite serious all in one year… gaining weight post surgery and so much needed an exercise that I could do whilst in recovery…. so helping and I feel motivated and spirit and happiness boosted ❤️

  • Really enjoyed this workout it was perfect for me (a beginner/intermediate) to push myself but in a good way and also help me realise I can do more than i think! More like this please x

  • This came up when I searched for low impact. I was disappointed that not one of the people stayed at a low impact level for the entire workout. The leader does say you can stay with a particular move, but it’s nice to see someone at your level.

  • Jessica I was able to lose 20 pounds from just walking at my local park. I don’t want to lose all my curves however I really would like to tone my body
e.g. I want arms with definition small waist strong abs. which one of your workouts should I be focused on doing?

  • Another question Jenny. I downloaded march across America. Can I cast it onto my TV that I have in my exercise room? If so, how? Thanks in advance.

  • I have always been drawn to what is considered to be “aerobic weight training” or AWT. Sometimes known as “4-limb” aerobics. This workout falls into AWT category. Love the constant movement. Thank you Jessica.:)

  • Almost 42 years old and I love working out to this video especially with the weights! It looks super easy (perfect for getting back into fitness) but you feel so many of your muscles working and I work up quite a sweat! I already lost a few inches quickly around my stomach area. I love this!!

  • Hi, Lucy! I just did this workout with my 8 year old! We’re in PA, USA, and I’ll be home with the kiddos for two weeks, due to the COVID-19 situation here. Gov ordered schools closed until March 30. Anyway, this was a great way to get moving after our morning lessons! Thanks for another great video!:)

  • First time working out with you, highly recommended by my friend Kelly:) this was great I loved how you worked total body. Thanks Jessica, can’t wait to do more

  • I have been walking with you from the past 4 years… Have been completely enjoying it…You do not know how much you are helping me… thank you so much… though its a small word for all the goodness we are reaping… Thank you again… God bless you!

  • I walk outdoors at least 4-5 miles most days! I loved this because I used muscles that I would not normally use. I will do this early morning on my patio before it gets to hot and then move it inside when the rainy season starts.

  • Day 2 of the Spring Ahead Challenge completed! Still needed to use a mixture of my 3#, 5# and 8# weights, but I definitely was feeling it! Sweaty as usual! Thanks Jessica, and Peanut!

  • Hey Ladies, What can I do about knee cap pain while doing some of the exercises? does anybody have this issue? Thank guys lets get it!

  • I just love your workouts these are always safe and you really know what you’re doing Happy Birthday to Theresa. I turned 60 a few months ago.

  • Amazing to have strength and cardio in one!! thank you so much!! I’m so grateful to have a 30 minute workout I can do before work that actually works and is safe thank you @Jessica Smith

  • So grateful to Peanut for coming in to indicate that it’s almost done waiting for her to come every time I’m working out with Jessica

  • Came across this video after a week of pressing workouts. Relieved to see there were moderations in the movements, I jumped in and was surprised by the intensity as I worked up a sweat! Thank you!!

  • Just completed day 2 of week 1 Fall Challenge. Oh boy what a work out! I’m sweating so much! Thanks for this challenge and for providing the videos. JessicaSmithTV and Peanut are awesome!!!!

  • I’m new to Jenny but have to say loving doing all her videos..I’ve been doing all of my workouts with home videos so happy I found her on U Tube…Thanks Jenny you have a new fan

  • Buongiorno… potresti fare workout per arrivare a correre 1 h consecutiva?? Io faccio attività fisica solo in casa tre volte a settimana.graxie

  • I’ve been working out with Leslie for 42 days now 4 and 5 days a week. Before I found her videos, I just couldn’t get motivated to exercise. She’s fantastic and I’m so glad I found her. Half of my closet is very loose on me now. And I feel terrific!

  • Hi Leslie really ur all video really ve6 nice n its very useful to weight loss i have lost 4 kgs in 3 months but now my stomach skin is very loose so plz saw me for its exercises

  • Just brilliant. Have been doing two 45 minute walks back to back and it’s perfect for me. An hour and a half out of each day is NOTHING compared to what getting fit and feels like after being bed-bound for almost 5 years. I’m only 49 and I’ve got a lot left to give and this is my ticket to everything. With much love and gratitude xx

  • Hey Jenny. I would like to make a donation to help support you in continuing to produce these awesome workouts but I don’t see a place to do that. Can you please tell me how to do that? Thanks in advance.

  • Thank u so much, really am loving walking with u and really am seeing such a wonderful difference in my body. Love u dear, and tons of thanks to u.

  • OMG!!! How have I not done this one yet?!?! I guess it slipped though the cracks for me! It was a great workout, very tough! And now I’m quite sparkly! I tried most of it with my 8# and 5#, only dropping down to 3# for the last few reps of shoulders. Considering I haven’t been working out regularly for a while now, I was able to make it through the whole thing! Thanks again, Jessica!

  • I’m in the middle of a nasty cold and yesterday couldn’t even get through 10 minutes of a workout. An I typically do 40 minutes 6 days a week! I found this workout saved in my faves folder and decided to give it a go. It was PERFECT for me today! Enough to get me sweating, but not too much that my aching and weak body couldn’t keep up. And even though this was a slower pace than I’m used to, I was SHOCKED to see I burned 300 calories in the 30 minutes! Thank you so much, I love your videos and you helped me so much today ♥️

  • I love all your workouts! def sweating and feeling good.. you make it super fun I love your energy and the way you motivate ppl. It keeps me going thank you

  • Wow! This was a fabulous workout! At one point, I thought that my 4 lb. weights were a little light, and that I should have gone for the 5 lbs., but-by the end of the workout-I was satisfied that I had picked the right weights. For the heavy weights, I used 10 lbs, which also turned out to be the right choice. My fat was sobbing uncontrollably by the cool down, which is exactly what I needed. One of the best parts of the January Jump-Start Challenge is that I’m discovering YouTube videos that I’ve never used before and might never have found on my own. Thanks, Jessica, for another great workout!

  • I read loads of superb reviews on the net about how exactly Custokebon Secrets (google search it) can assist you lost lots of weight. Has anybody tested out this popular weight loss secrets?

  • I love your 30 min walk away the pounds, you make it so easy if it wasn’t for your videos I would have never recover from my foot surgery…..thank you…..

  • Jessica, have you ever considered an online subscription service? One where you add two or three full length workouts a week (maybe something like one yoga, one sculpt fusion, one weight training), and we could pay a monthly charge to have access to them? I see so many people offering this now, but you would make a killing with it!! I’d easily pay anywhere from $15 to $20 a month if you offered something like that. Just an idea!

  • This was great! Thanks for all workouts. With four kids under 5 life is busy and sometimes I only have time for a 10 or 15 minute workout. I’m glad I got this one in today. I’m down 30 pounds now thanks to Jessica! Never thought I’d love to workout, lol, but I’m loving it now!

  • I’ve just recently discovered your videos and am really enjoying them. I’m a bit nervous to try the “bursts” with a bad knee, but even without them, I’m sweating like crazy at the end. I’ve started using some light wrist weights for a little extra challenge to compensate:)

  • Lucy, I did it!
    This was super fun!
    I loved it.
Raise your hand of you’ve done enough of my Wonder Woman’s workouts to know how to do the cool down stretches without watching the video of the same!

  • great workout. I’m over 60 years old. I have to get used the balance. It gives me time to get used to it. Before this workout, I lost 10 lbs. I walked 6 days a week. I wanted to do workouts. I found this. I will keep doing workouts. Thanks!!!!!!

  • Great workout-I used 3 lbs and it felt great. I’ve been nursing a ripped calf for months and can finally do these walking videos again. Carefully, but at least I can do it!

  • Lovely. Thank you. Did most of the workout but not the floor as I have a bulging disc so just did knee lifts and walking back and forward. Did the Russian crunch standing and twisted gently.

  • I love this workout-actually really enjoy them all. You explain and demonstrate the exercises so well. I am limited in what I can do, but with your alternatives I can always find something to do. Keep up the great work. You are so appreciated!

  • Good start to week 2. I almost didn’t get it in, but got myself up to do it after dinner. So glad i did. I’d done this one sometime during the month of december. It was good to see how much more fit i feel doing it again, already. Thanks

  • Hello, have you thought about this diet plan called the Custokebon Secrets? My cooworker says it helps people lost plenty of weight. Is that possible? I also heard numerous good review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • Hey Jessica and Peanut.
I’m having a problem with catching my breath while exercising. My Dr says it’s just a normal pro cess
I refuse to give up. Is there anything else I can do other than slow down to build endurance?

  • Omg Lucy, where were you my entire life! I mean, your workouts are so so so amazing and effective. It seems easy which give the motivation to di the workout. But they are so good and helpful. I have a heavy pear shaped body and i have started with this workout. Hope to see better results in 2 weeks. You are the best❤️

  • Just found you and Peanut on YouTube! This was the best way to start my day!! Thank you for such a comprehensive and smart workout!

  • Jessica and Peanut bring me so much joy! I had stopped working out for a while but there really is no excuse when Jessica has these delightful videos on YouTube. Thank you so much. I also believe you are saving many lives.

  • Wow Jessica, what a clever combination of weight and cardio that is both do-able and challenging at the same time! You really have a talent for designing great work-outs, thank you for sharing them on YouTube.

  • I did this as part of 30 day shred series 2 and oh god, low impact can make me sweat so much, I had no idea!!! Thankyou Lucy, love from India❤️❤️❤️
On a side note, the spelling move was awesome, and it also reminded me of Disney (the Disney stars used to draw out with their hands and say, And you’re watching Disney channel) that made me happy:)

  • Gina this is my fave video of all yours. High beat…great energy…music couldn’t be better and the work out is the perfect mix of cardio and sculpting….Bravo..I do it at least once a week…perfection

  • I am doing this the first time…liked the cardio and the toning combo. Loved the choreography with the songs. Almost tempted to stop towards the end but your motivation kept me going. I used 1 kg dumbbells which suited perfectly for this. Before starting this workout, I did a 1-mile walking workout as a warm-up too. Thank you……….

  • Thank you Lucy and team. I thoroughly enjoy your workouts. I’ve been following you for months now. Fantastic, fun, free and you can fit them in with any schedule.
I like the fact that there are long and short ones for the days when I’m not quite feeling up to working as hard.
I also like the easier and harder versions of the exercises. I’m working from home now under a 12 week minimum isolation. I do live in beautiful Cornwall aswell. Which helps. #come back later…. Thanks again Lucy. Xx

  • Whew I am sweating. Still trying to do the January Jump Start. I was sick again early last week so I’m only on Day 7 for January and here we are almost done the month, but at least I am doing it and I can feel my body getting stronger and feeling a little better. It all counts!

  • LOVED this workout. Easy to follow, awesome music, great steps &always on beat. And FINALLY, a “walking” workout that has enough arm/upper body intensity!! I even kept marching through the weights work, to add more cardio. Sweating & loving it. Thank you for posting!!

  • Dear Leslie, I have fallen in love with this walk and I am so happy about it.i find you in this quarantine and never going to to leave you. I am updating my progress about weight loss
    28/7/2020 81kg
    4/8/2020. 79.5 kg
    9/8/2020. 78.3 kg
    12/8/2020. 77.5 kg
    15/8/2020. 77.0 kg
    And will update more…

  • This is precisely what I needed!
My office decided to have everybody work from home due the Covid-19 and the government ecourages us to stay in so I’ve barely left the house since Saturday.

  • Jenny Ford! Just wanted to say you are awesome! I searched for cardio fat burning exercises and this came up. I started yesterday and loving all the moves for 30 min. Will see how much i lose in 30 days. Thank you for making this video!

  • I’ve never seen workout video like this. I like walking under cherry blossom tress. They remind of the country I grew up. Subscribed

  • I just completed this 2,miles walk exercise. Love it! Sweat so much! It’s a great feeling. Glad I did it today!! Thanks Leslie!!!

  • Long story short… 36 hour power failure, 4 x people and 2 x dogs in quarantine, 1 x husband trying to run meetings and work with unreliable generator and wifi, 2 x kids trying to do online assignments and schooling with the same unreliable generator and wifi, 2 x dogs thinking that this situation is a fun party, 1 x mom trying to keep all the members calm and fed, 1 x mom becoming a tiny bit fed up and teary, 1 x Lucy and pink trees and fun moves… 1 x happy mom who can manage the rest of the family with a smile till bed time

  • I used to do this in DVD years ago. You will work up a sweat like you’re walking outdoors. I’ve picked up 15lbs from quarintine stress snacking and sitting all the time while working from home on the laptop. Great way to work and get workout..I’m starting this today to reverse the collateral damage.

  • Love this!!! I love walking workout videos and this one is now my favorite. Got a great sweat in this morning. Channel subscribed!!!

  • I just did the 30 minute stepping strength after recovering from hip replacement surgery. I wasn’t able to complete the entire video workout but I know I will eventually. This is the first Jessica workout I’ve tried and I’m very happy with this workout! I can see how this is going to be very helpful in regaining my strength and balance! Thank you Jessica!

  • Thanks for a longer video Lucy! Please make more longer ones. I’ve recently changed jobs & went from 1st shift to 2nd. It’s a pain to think about driving to the gym, coming home & getting ready for work & then driving 20 miles to work. Working out at home is much more convenient during the week.

I’d also like to make a suggestion: for people that are new to exercise, maybe make a video for them on proper form while doing squats/lunges etc? I was exercising & trying to lose weight for about a year before i was told my squat form was making my knees hurt (i was initiating the movement at the knees & not the hips & i was also not driving the force of the push through the heels). Big improvement in strength & no more knee pain!

    Thanks for all you do!

  • wow!!!! thanks what a great workout. my first time doing it and I love it. will definitely be my October workout!!!! loved the energy and music

  • I think today is the first time I saw this workout, don’t know how I missed it. Going into my favorites. Did first thing in the morning, what a great way to begin the day. Thanks Jessica.

  • Thank you! I’m starting to do this in the mornings! It was easy to follow along, I’m not doing all the high impact ones bc of my knee and I haven’t exercise in years so I feel like dying most of the times but this routine I can do! I’m getting moving this quarantine, and your marching videos help me a lot.

  • Love the workout. But the music is distracting and doesn’t seem to fit the workout. Has anyone else noticed the music? It doesn’t start until part way into the video.

  • Day 8 of the Summer of Strength Challenge completed! Glad I got a workout in, as I wasn’t feeling it before hand! Felt good, and now sweaty! Thanks guys!

  • i just found this gem after watching your latest fusion workout. This workout will be great for my active Baby Boomers class. Thank you so much! Great workout.

  • Its still shock me just how a number of people do not know about Custokebon Secrets despite the fact that lots of people using it. Thanks to my friend who told me about it. I’ve lost tons of fat.

  • Have been Walking with Leslie for years. I even worn out one of my DVD’s. I have a lot of different ones but this one is new to me. Really enjoyed doing it today!

  • I love your videos, so nice for a beginner like me! I did this yesterday and didn’t wake up unbearably sore today like I do with other workouts. Can’t wait to try another one today!

  • what an exercise! very simple routine! I had to stop a couple times because I have a hard time breathing. I am pumped about trying to make it through with no stops. Thank you Jenny!

  • I did 5 miles today. Is it possible to lose 5 kg in two weeks by walking five miles per day and eating only healthy food?? Please reply.BTW I love this

  • Summer strength challenge done✔

I thought the spring challenge was the best but nah its this one!! That u so much for making it!!! Looking forward to ur other challenges!!

  • Leslie simply awesome outstanding your training. I am your most obedient disciple. Thanks for your marvellous sharing fitness training. Love you

  • I did this great workout on Jessicasmithtv years ago and I discovered this gem again! I used 5 pound weights and worked up a sweat. Fabulous for strength and cardio with all-standing moves! Thanks for another oldie but goody, Jessica!

  • This was amazing! variety of moves, did not get bored at all. Love how you transition from one move to the next too. I am a sweaty and happy mess. Looking forward to doing more of your workouts, they are my fave! Thank you Jessica x

  • A bit behind on this, but finally completed Day 14 of the February Fusion challenge! I still love this workout, very challenging! I still used by 5# and 8# weights throughout, but still had to drop to one side each on the last few reps on the tricep kick backs. And yet again, a sweaty mess at the end!

  • Day 26 of the January Jumpstart Challenge. This is a great Total Body workout whilst also packing in the steps too (a two for one special).
I used my 4 kilo set today and for the lower body doubled up to 6 kilos using one of my 2 kilo weights. I got a really good workout, I definitely sparkled and thoroughly enjoyed myself in the process. The music and Jessica are so upbeat and positive too. What a fantastic start to my day today. I am going to partner this with Stepping Strength as I don’t have the other recommendation Tred and Shred yet.

  • Ms. Leslie you are the BOMB! Love you, love you, love you!! Helping millions to become Healthy and Fit! May God continue to bless you!

  • I absolutely love your workouts! You are so positive and inspiring, you can’t help but always staying it’s engaged! This video is awesome! I like the combination of cardio and weights. It’s keeping me on plan for my 2020 goals!

  • This workout was awesome!!! I was so rusty after more than 3 years of doing nothing + online teaching this year! THANKS!!! Hugs from Argentina!

  • January Jump Start Challenge Week 2 Day 1 DONE! I really didn’t want to work out today, but I’m glad I did (that seems to be my comment every day). I liked the integration of step moves with coordinated weight movements. Challenging, but not defeating!

  • Oi Jenny, acompanho seu trabalho desde 2012,e amo seus vídeos, só sinto falta de legendas pois não sei falar inglês e às vezes suas instruções fazem falta,vc mora no meu coração,bjs até mais

  • Wow!!! I love this workout! I was looking for something for beginners and this is just what I needed to push me, but not too hard where I had to give up! I stayed the whole time!!! I love your enthusiasm. Doesn’t feel fake, just feels like a friend being nice and sweet!! Thanks, Jenny!

  • Also Austrian girl’s love your workouts:) My cats support me in the way as your dog they sleep while I’m walking! Thank you very much, Jessica!

  • I have been loving this workout! I do it once or twice a week at lunch (I work from home) and it is a great way to incorporate strength training into my routine even though I am very inexperienced in that area. Also, while I’m commenting, I wanted to thank you for your walk-and-talk series. I work from home and can also struggle with social anxiety, which is not always a winning combo. Your videos are a lifesaver for getting me out of my seat and moving my feet while meditating on an important topic. Once I do the first mile, I can usually convince myself to walk a couple more outside which is very therapeutic! I hope you consider making more.:)

  • This workout is amazing!! I stumbled upon your videos last night and am so happy I did. New subscriber here and so excited to get my workout on!!

  • I am always amazed how many different workout Jessica has created. I have been doing her workout for years, but this is the first time I am doing this one. I really like how it has both some cardio and strength training. The amount of workout time is great.

  • Just finished this one, with 2 lb. weights! I’m fairly new to 3-mile walk workouts, so it’s an accomplishment for me.:-) Another excellent workout, with much-needed encouragement during this Pandemic! Thank you so much for putting this on YouTube, Leslie! <3

  • Okay so I’ll start doing this starting from today Saturday 21/March/2020 and I’ll try to keep you guys updated about the results
    I am 87.5 kg
    Height: 164 cm

  • Leslie love you so much. I discovered your fitness YouTube on 23 June 20. For almost 3 weeks work up, I can see the different on my body. From lazy doing exercise to looking forward everyday work up with you. Love you sister, from Singapore

  • I loved this workout! I love all your workouts to be honest, but I needed this with a combination of cardio and weights. I hope to see more workouts like this with weights. I also really appreciate your music choices. The music really adds to it. Please keep on doing these great workouts for us. I need them!

  • I am a personal trainer & former national figure competitor. I LOVE this for my moderate cardio days I put the laptop in front of the tv, put on my own music and follow along NO EXCUSES!

  • I love your workout videos. A whole lot of varieties of dance, cardio, weights and floor works. Thank you Gina B. You are awesome and energetic. I love your smile too.:-D

  • I particularly enjoyed this video of yours. I work up a good sweat and feel great after it over! I know someone commented about liking the instrumental for beat but I am wondering if you have tried using some popular music to make it a bit more dancy? Just a thought. Keep up the great work.

  • ive been using your other videos but trust me i have not sweated as much as i did doing this 3miles. woooow. im soo sticking to this particular video… thanx Leslie….

  • Stay connected with us on YouTube! Make sure to subscribe for updates on new workout routines! https://www.youtube.com/user/walkathomemedia?sub_confirmation=1

  • Thanks! I am in Milan in lockdown and this is so great to keep supple and mobile and avoid gaining weight. Much appreciate the tone, the pace, the instructions and the vibe!

  • Awesome! Thank you! I had started this maybe a year ago, stopped awhile, then started back today! Wow! So invigorating! Thank you!

  • Made it to 26 minutes… whew. Love staying upright!… or at least keeping a series up or down, not quick changes of floor to standing. I will be back!

  • I’m currently doing her 5 week summer workout and I’m on week two. I’m so grateful for her workouts and that she put these together.

  • Wow! This is a great workout..especially right now during these quarantines. I am so sad that I couldn’t walk or run today outside. This workout made me feel better and burnt over 123 calories! Thank you!

  • I usually do the walking exercises with Leslie Sansone and her team, and I love them but, this video was thrown up this morning and I tried it. Thank you Jenny Ford, it was nice and I just want to let you know that I did most of it, some high impact moves I could not, jumping in certain ways or lifting the knees high when jogging I cannot do. But I did most of them, and the high impact parts too, and finished it and enjoyed it. You are also lucky to have a nice voice. WE cannot choose our voice and some of us has not so nice voice even if we are kind. It is lovely to listen to someone whose sound of voice is also nice, it is a gift of God to have that kind of voice. Anyway, thank you, I loved it, and the fact that the music was just instrumental, and was there just to give the beat, nothing fancy, was also good, it did not distract me from the instructor nor the moves. It was a well-put together video, well done for the others as well. Thank you again.

  • I am so impressed with your skill, attitude, style, and GENEROSITY.
I first got turned on (and addicted) to walking workouts with Leslie Sansone.
Now I need the increased intensity of all your workouts.

I have lost 25% of my previously obese bodyweight in a year with diet and lifestyle changes and primarily both indoor walk based workouts and outdoor interval run-walking.

I am working my way through your huge library of youtubes and just purchased one of your digital sets in order to show my gratitude for the free ones.

  • Absolutely love your videos! I love dancing and exercising so the time flies by!! And they are low impact…..PERFECT!!!!! Thanks Gina!

  • Hello Leslie thank you everyday I always have my WALK HOME EXERCISE I USE watch your Video in YouTube..♥️ from MAKATY CITY PHILIPPINES

  • I started this exercise today. I am a 52 Native American whom is 150 lbs over weight for my height. I could only last 20 minutes today before my stomach muscles cramped really bad under my ribs. Plus I walk 2 miles in 40 minutes daily for 3 wks now. I have started a MAJOR change in my eating habits in the last 3 weeks also with healthier food with higher fiber and protein but less in calories and carbs. Plus I drink a half gallon of water or more plus 3 8oz glasses of plain cold green tea or hot depending on weather. I am tired of being depressed and grieving for my 2 adult children commiting suicide and my dad just passing from lung cancer and my mom from Rheumatoid complications and beating myself up with junk food and candy and soda and sleeping whenever I can. I reconnected with Creator during quarantine and ask for help to stay obedient towards His will and creating a new healthier me. I GOT THIS!

  • I sincerely want to thank you for all your free workouts. I’m sure you are literally saving many lives. I especially enjoyed this since I’m recovering from a shoulder impingement/partial frozen shoulder. Felt so good to be back in the swing of things:) God bless you and little peanut:)

  • Day 1 of Week 2 of the January 2019 Challenge completed!!! Love this workout!!! After doing this workout only 2 months ago, I have improved quite a bit! I was able to do the whole workout with my 5# and 8# weights! The tricep kickbacks I had to drop to one side at a time for the last few reps. But the rest I was able to do all the way through. I feel like I’m getting back up to my old strength and stamina finally! Thanks Jessica and Peanut!

  • Leslie, I really appreciate you so much. You do so much for people’s health. And you do it with honest concern, real love for people and real understanding of what is at stake. You make it possible for people, especially women, to do what they should be doing for themselves, and to feel good about it, without measure or feeling judged. And in 2020, with all the difficulties the pandemic presents, you are more important than ever. Thank you!! Stay well, much joy to you!

  • AWESOME! This popped up in my youtube today and I’m so glad it did! You have great energy and the workout was solid! Thank you so much!

  • I so wanted to stop towards the end but your words of encouragement and the thought that there might be a whole lot of others doing this currently and feeling the same way gave me the strength to go on till the end. A wholesome awesome workout. Thank you…………………….

  • This is THE perfect workout to ease into after an illness! It’s good prepartion for shaking off the kinks and the stiffness of being bedridden.Thank you!

  • I’m from India I love this work out nice but what we should eat can u tell me what eat and food eat after work out or before please answer thnku

  • Thank you so much for taking care of your viewers and constantly putting out new content to keep everyone happy! We love you Lucy!

  • I just finished this workout, which is one of my new favorites of Jessica’s. I just have to say that the phrase ‘sit back in your hips’ has taken on an additional meaning for me lately, while I have been holding my sweet new TENTH grand baby. When you are holding a newborn that you don’t want to jostle, it’s great to be able to go from standing to sitting in a rocking chair in a smooth easy movement, thanks to Jessica’s workouts!

  • Day 35. Great combination of strength moves while getting the heart-rate up there with sparkling going on at the same time. No floor work either! What more could you ask for? Thanks, Jessica!

  • It still surprise me, how lot of people do not know about Custokebon Secrets, despite the fact that many people get good results because of it. Thanks to my mate who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I’ve lost lots of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • I really enjoy this workout. I live in Brasilia, Brazil and I am used to exercising with you a long time before the pandemic quarantine. One of the best workouts!

  • I love it when you sprinkle Celia Cruz into the workout, it motivates me to challenge myself even more. I can be exhausted but the pace of the music with the exercise moves, makes me feel fantastic!

  • I thoroughly enjoyed this workout!! I’m relatively new to fitness after just having a baby and this was perfect! I love your chatting and encouragement!! It feels like I’m working out with a friend! Do you know about how many calories are burned during this session?

  • Hi Jenny, just finished this workout. I was trying to find some “easy” cardio for today and thought I would give this a try. I am sitting here sweating profusely:) Thank you for another great workout!! I love your energy and encouragement and how you try to incorporate all fitness levels!!!
